The best venue to use, big or small Wedding Party
This is the most affordable and staff was a wonderful experience from day 1. I couldn't have found a better place. I will always remember this place and day and will use again if needed.

Great Spot for Wedding Reception
Building and surroundings are beautiful. Multiple layouts are available. Large walk-in refrigerator available. Lots of storage room in the back for items. Spacious kitchen. Legends Hall was amazing!
Our experience was fantastic! It almost feels like we got a steal on the price and everything that came with it! It's a great location for a wedding, especially using the amphitheater because the music was crystal clear! The perfect hometown venue!
The Marq was extremely helpful and communicative during the uncertain months of the pandemic leading up to our wedding. They walked us through several options and accommodations, giving us the choice and opportunity to be able to have our wedding the way we always envisioned and in a safe way for our guests. Their kindness and professionalism contributed to a stress-free and fun planning process, as well as an incredible wedding weekend!The Marq was extremely helpful and communicative during the uncertain months of the pandemic leading up to our wedding. Perfect Wedding Venue
We had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely beautiful! Our coordinator, Crystal, was quick to respond to any questions we had ahead of time and very accommodating to meeting requests. Amazing Experience!
The Legends Hall is an absolutely beautiful space that can be done up or left alone and it looks great either way! They offer lots of suggestions if you have no idea what to do while also doing everything with their space that you ask of them. The banquet rooms transform into perfect reception space and the catering kitchen is setup as such to help plated meals be served with ease. The staff is kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and will take the stress of organizing the reception off of you. I had a PowerPoint prepared that showed everything I wanted and they executed it flawlessly. When problems arose, they found a solution. Affordable and QUALITY!
We only had our reception here, but it was all SO great! The staff was helpful, the coordinator was kind and responsive, and the venue/set up was beautiful! I planned it all myself and my family was really impressed with how beautiful the table set up was (mostly all provided by the venue other than the table runner and greenery), and how much space there was! We rented out 2 of the rooms to accommodate 130 people and there was still so much space! Seriously, SO impressed by this place...and for the price?!?! Incredible experience from start to finish of our event. Amity showed us so many possibilities for our event and helped us find the best fit for us. Then Crystal helped us perfect our layout and all the details prior to the event. Both were so friendly and quick to respond! Then the day of Stephanie and the young man( sorry I forgot your name) helped us at every turn. They went above and beyond to help us and it did not go unnoticed. Having our wedding reception at The Marq was absolutely perfect! The staff is so very kind, helpful, and responsive. I sent Crystal dozens of emails before the wedding, and she was always prompt in replying. The Marq was so flexible with us. They let us drop off items the morning before the wedding day. Additionally, the venue itself is so clean, new, and beautiful! There is tons of space to host guests, very clean bathrooms, and gorgeous outdoor area.

The Marq is awesome. It is a new facility in Southlake, TX with great AV set up, a variety of indoor/outdoor space, and flexible space/ pricing. The Marq is run by The City of Southlake, and they are giving construction discounts in 2017 (there's another building going up on the grounds). They provide all tables & place settings, have great staff, and can make any event happen. Ideal location for weddings, meetings, and parties. Gorgeous facility, great staff, and yummy fruit water always on tap in the lobby ;)The Marq is awesome. Wonderful Wedding Venue for Indoor/Outdoor Wedding
The Legends Hall staff were helpful from the very first contact. They made sure to answer any and all questions we had and they did all they could to accommodate our needs. We hired one of their preferred caterers - Scratch Kitchen and their food and service were AMAZING! Totally recommend this venue!The Legends Hall staff were helpful from the very first contact. Not Very Pleased
Poor communication between the facilitators. Our venue was not properly set up according to our seating chart and decorations. Person in charge the evening of the event was unprofessional and tried to breech the contract time frame.Poor communication between the facilitators. If you book this venue, just be aware you will be subject to some growing pains. We were shocked with surprise fees and changes two weeks before and after our wedding as an attempt from them to try and get back the money on other items that the sales girl promised us were “included.” It was incredibly stressful right before our wedding to try and be negotiating things with the venue that were already handled months before, which was a waste of time because they did not work with us on lowering any of these surprise extra fees. I had three meetings with the venue and the surprises/fees and changes that popped up last minute were not mentioned once in any of them. A few examples: They said we could use their "included" dishware and didn’t mention the high dishwashing fee. Our caterer (a VERY well known restaurant in Fort Worth) went through their loads of paperwork to get put on their preferred catering list, which they promised would be no service fee if we did, so which is why we went through all that effort. They got on the list 10 months in advance. Two weeks before our wedding, the coordinator decides that “upon looking at their paperwork” they don’t meet the requirements to be on the list, doesn’t tell us any concrete reason why they don’t meet the criteria, and we get charged a very high last minute service fee. Piece of advice: Hire your own wedding coordinator to hold them accountable for everything they say is included, the “banquet specialist” that is included with The Marq didn’t even stick around on the day of and I was so thankful that I had my coordinator there. The level of professionalism is incredibly low and we were shocked being residents of Southlake for basically my whole life to be dealt with in this manner in our own community. This facility is nice (which is the reason for my almost 2 stars).
