All I can say is amazing.

For our wedding we opted to go with a buffet. My husband also insisted on a carving station and his mom insisted on a mashed potato bar. Needless to say, we had plenty of food! I am pretty sure at least half the guests went into a food coma because it was all so delicious they kept getting more! I still have people talking about how amazing the chicken and waffle appetizers and the mashed potato bar were. I wish I could eat here every day it's that delicious.

Legends Catering is amazing! We used their services for our wedding, and everything was fairly priced. Before selecting the catering for our wedding, we did a few tastings from different catering companies, but Legends was by far the best! We received so many compliments on the food after the wedding. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend using Legends Catering!

Legends was an absolute dream to work with, and we received so many compliments on the food. We had some special requests that they were happy to accommodate and they helped us to design a custom menu that fit our event and our preferences perfectly. We attended both an open house and a private tasting in order to narrow down our menu choices, and both times were excellent. Our contact, Maranatha, was very willing to work with us on guest dietary issues and modifications to the menu. Legends never said no to any of our special requests and were very easy to work with right from the start.

We also used Legends for our rehearsal barbecue, which was also a hit with guests!

I worked with Maranatha to plan the catering for our wedding day! From my initial inquiry to our wedding day, Maranatha made sure that everything ran smoothly. We did two tastings and both times we loved the food. Our friends and family are still telling me how much they loved the mushroom ravioli! The staff Maranatha brought with her on our wedding day were all helpful and went above and beyond in making sure things went smoothly. Maranatha replied to all my emails quickly and was able to answer all my questions and deal with any concerns I had. Overall, I would highly recommend Maranatha and Legends catering if you're looking for great food and wonderful staff to work with!!

Legends is a catering company that is truly service minded, while providing excellent food choices that pleased all of our guests. This is a company that is easy to work with from viewing the website through wedding day logistics, and they do it with grace and a smile! Our daughter's wedding was intimate and small - on a Monday - and they still worked hard to create a lovely presentation with delicious food. A special thank you to Maranatha for communicating quickly and thoroughly - and to Adam for flexibility at the site. I give my highest recommendation to Legends Catering!

We got married at FSCC last weekend and our food was catered by Legends Catering. We were able to try the food twice before the wedding and each time it was delicious. Our food the day of our wedding day was absolutely perfect! We received so much positive feedback from our guests saying it was some of the best food they had ever had at a wedding! My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Legends Catering. We used Legends for our outdoor wedding in Luray, VA and all we received from our guests was complements on the delicious food. We used their service for a buffet style dinner and we used their bartenders. There was enough food and drinks for the entire evening and the spinach raviolis with the sage cream sauce was out of this world. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We only have wonderful things to say about our experience up to our wedding day with Maranatha. She was quick to respond and very easy to work with our requests. We would definitely use Legends for any future events.

Legends Catering did an AWESOME job in catering Awesome Smiles Dental Center exclusive patient event at the 2016 Virginia Gold Cup! If the system would have allowed me to give Legends Catering a SEVEN STAR rating, I would have because the entire staff was splendid. I highly recommend this catering company in Warrenton, VA. Legends Catering is absolutely amazing. We attended a bridal open house and we're absolutely blown away by the quality of food. What's more, they catered a lunch buffet so we got to really experience what our wedding buffet would be. One thing they do really well (which isn't on their catalogue menu) is their Shrimp and Grits Shooters for apps. Our guests gobbled them up as quickly as we did at the tasting. All of my guests raved about how good our food was and that it was the best wedding food they've had! They also take really good care of the bride and groom. As soon as dinner started, our day of coordinator (highly recommended) walks over with our plates of food, with EVERY buffet option piled on. So good! They really made our day wonderfully delicious.

I just wanted to follow up and tell you that the a la carte items I ordered for our uncle's 90th birthday party were absolutely out of this world! My favorites were the chicken cordon bleu with delicious marinara sauce and the perfectly done and seasoned haricot vert! Of course the tender, medium-rare London broil with plentiful mushrooms in the au jus gravy was outstanding, too, and the birthday boy's favorite. The scalloped potatoes were rich and creamy and a real treat. I was cool as a cucumber because I had your help, and everyone RAVED about the food! The party was a great success.

Everyone at Legends was so accommodating, starting with Maranatha and extending to Dani, who was very reassuring when I called on Friday afternoon, the head chef, who assured me that we had PLENTY for twelve people and wrote directions for reheating on one of the containers, and the sweet servers at the bar who relayed my questions and helped me get the food to my car.

I know why we have used Legends in the past for our large parties, and we will continue to do so. Now I will consider getting a la carte for even some of our smaller get-togethers! Thank you all, so much!!

I had my November wedding catered by Legends, and they did a phenomenal job. Maranatha was an absolute joy to work with, and she was a huge help in the planning process. Legends really is a one stop shop for everything, and they provide great service! The food was amazing, and my guests would not stop talking about it. We did family style dining, and Legends did such a great job with service, and set up! They alleviated so much stress, and were extremely flexible. I would absolutely recommend them and especially Maranatha!

We were so pleased in every way with Legends Catering. They were wonderful to deal with, very responsive and very flexible with our questions and wishes beforehand. On the day of the reception, they were completely friendly and professional. My only regret is that I do not live close enough to use them again!

Here is our story. We had just moved to SC when our daughter became engaged. She and her fiance decided to hold the reception on some rural land near Strasburg, less than 4 months after the engagement. The planning time for finding a caterer was short. I found Legends online and was immediately impressed with the reviews I read. My daughter contacted them and they immediately responded with a sample menu, pricing and other information. Over the course of a couple of weeks, we explored various options with both Legends and other caterers before deciding on Legends. Their menu choices, pricing, and ability to accommodate our wishes made the choice clear. Though they provided some excellent ways to sample their menu options, we were unable to take advantage of them due to our distance and our daughter's schedule. We needn't have worried. The menu included appetizers: delicious baked Italian Crostini with Goat Cheese and Bruschetta, Maryland Baby Crab Cakes and a Cheese Display with Fresh Fruit and Crackers. For Dinner, the Mesclun Salad with Wild Berries, Mandarin Oranges and Raspberry Vinaigrette was fabulous and the entrees of Autumn Chicken with Apple, Cornbread & Cranberry Stuffing plus Beef Brisket with House made Barbeque Sauce was "to die for." The accompanying vegetables, Rosemary Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes, Marinated Grilled Italian Vegetables & Honey Glazed Carrots were equally wonderful! The staff was unobtrusive, yet always there to refill at the perfect moment. They cleaned up completely without us even noticing. The compliments were many from all of our 90 guests!!

Their food was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone! I work in the wedding industry as a photographer and have had a LOT of wedding food and from a large variety of vendors. I am not exaggerating when I say that Legends served by far the best food I've had at a wedding yet. We planned our wedding in four short months and did not have the opportunity to taste their menu before our event. We chose them based on a reasonable price, a delicious sounding menu, and good reviews. We could not be more happy with our decision. They were extremely responsive during the planning process, they asked all the right questions in advance, and were incredibly flexible and accommodating to us. We were also impressed that they made a site visit with a full crew two months before the wedding just to ensure that they would have everything they needed onsite the day of.

On the day of our wedding their staff knew exactly what to do and needed no additional direction from us. We were able to just enjoy ourselves and our guests were taken care of. We can't thank them enough and appreciate all that they did to make our day wonderful.

Legend’s Catering exceeded our expectations regarding the food at our wedding. We were hesitant to leave our seats to greet our guests as we wanted to finish the food on our plates because the food was so good. We had a buffet-style reception and selected the crab cakes and London broil as our entrees and the grilled asparagus and rice with cranberry & nuts as our sides. Our guests enjoyed the food as much as we did and they still talk about it to this day (almost two month after the wedding). The stories we’ve heard about the food are numerous, from the home made taste of the rolls, to the perfect grill of the asparagus and the unique flavor of the crab cakes. We chose the meatballs and chicken tostadas for hors d’oeuvres. Several people commented on how they stalked the servers during cocktail hour to get the most hors d’oeuvres. A waiter also brought the bridal party hors d’oeuvres while we were taking pictures before the reception. Zoila Sousa was very accommodating in providing us our dinner plate so we didn’t have to stand in the buffet line. Legends also designated a personal server who catered to our drink needs. After the wedding, the staff was kind enough to help clean up our personal decorations as they had a set up another wedding for the next day. Legend’s Catering went above and beyond in making our dining experience a memorable one (in a good way ) Zoila and her staff provided us with excellent service and matched Legend’s high quality of food we only hope we are invited to another function catered by them.

This food is delicious! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner for our wedding. Our guests could not stop raving about how tasty everything was. We were actually able to sit down and eat and everything tasted wonderful. We both wound up cleaning our plates.

The entire process with Legends Catering was seamless. My contact person, Lauren, was amazing throughout the planning process. She was quick to respond to all my questions which made everything flow. There were some last minute things needed and Legends were more than accommodating.

At the cocktail hour and reception the food was amazing. At first, I was really disappointed thinking I wouldn't be able to eat any of the bruschetta and crab cakes at the cocktail hour due to pictures. But they made sure I got some! Many guests commented on how wonderful the food and service - especially the bar staff - was throughout the reception.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend Legends to any future bride and groom looking for a caterer. They are a fantastic company and fairly priced. If I am ever in need of a catering service again I will definitely go with Legends!

We used Legends Catering for our Wedding Reception & Ceremony at a local winery. Everything went smoothly and turned out great! Jessica Brose from Legends was very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. She really cared about our needs and took the time to meet with me quite a few times. Legends Catering was great to work with, and they were a great value for our wedding. Both Jessica and Javier were very responsive to all of our questions throughout the planning process, and Jessica amended our contract many times as we changed our minds on things. On the day of the wedding, Legends arrived on time, and did a great job of getting everything set up at our venue, St. Francis Hall. Javier and the Legends staff provided great service, especially given that Legends had not worked our venue before. The food was a great value for the price as well. I would highly recommend Legends for their quality of service, responsiveness, professionalism, value, and their flexibility. You can't go wrong with this vendor!

Legends Catering provided the food for our daughter's wedding. We had so many compliments on the food and the service during our event. They work very closely with Fauquier Springs Country Club, the place where our daughter had her wedding. The ballroom was beautifully transformed for our daughter's wedding. They were very attentive to our every need. Even during the cocktail hour they brought out food and drinks to all the wedding party while they were taking pictures.
They set up a "mock" reception about every six weeks with the country club and invite potentially costumers to sample their cuisine. This was great because we were able to choose our menu through this event and also see the ballroom just as it would look during our daughter's wedding. The did a fabulous job! We highly recommend them!

Legends Catering is wonderful! They have the best food I have tasted for catering. Everything turned out great - the appetizers were delicious and the guests ate it all up! The buffet I saw guests go up two or three times to eat as the food was so good! The redskin mashed potatoes were so creamy and good that the guests were asking me if I knew the recipie! I still get compliments on how the food was. I definitely recommend them to cater your special event.

Legend's Catering was the default caterer for my wedding at Fauquier Springs Country Club, but wow am I impressed! The food was delicious at all of the tastings leading up to our wedding, and I hear people rant and rave about our food all the time! I actually had a guest have a horrific stomach ache the next day because she went up for 2nds and 3rds...and 4ths because it was so good! We had a buffet with the salmon, london broil, parmesan risotto and italian vegetables. Absolutely delicious & HOT which is very important with buffet serving. Thanks so much!

I would highly recommend Legends. The food was very good. Jessica made the planning all seem effortless. She responded to every email and phone call very quickly. She took care to answer every question. Javier conducted the final walk thru at the venue site and offered many good ideas. After attending several private tastings, with other vendors, we were feeling a bit discouraged. When we attended the tasting with Legends, we knew right away that Legends would be our chosen vendor. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Everything went very smoothly on the big day and all of our guests had good things to say about the food. Legends catered our daughter's wedding reception. It was a small event but we received the same attention and service they would give any event. They even went a step beyond in a couple of instances to accomodate our wishes.
The food was exceptional and we were impressed with the efficiency of the staff. We received many favorable comments from our guests on both the food and service.
Legends even made it possible for us to use the reception hall our daughter wanted. Space was limited, but Legends assured us they could make it work and they did! We rented tables, chairs, and linens from them; they provided a floor plan and set up everything.
Our daughter's wedding day was even more special knowing the reception was in the professional hands of Legends Catering. We would recommend them to everyone!

Legends Catering works with Fauquier Springs Country Club (venue) and makes the most delicious food! We went to a wedding meal tasting about 8 months before our wedding and were incredibly pleased with all the choices that were offered. From the appetizers, to the main courses, to the side dishes, we could not go wrong with any of the options. We ended up getting spicy chicken bites, bruchetta, and mini crab cakes for appetizers. We had a mesculin salad, rolls, salmon, london broil, whipped garlic potatoes, and asparagus for the meal.

The food was hot, set up in an aesthetic manner, and most of all delicious at the wedding. We had many compliments from our guests, so we were really pleased!

Legends did a fantastic job with our wedding. From the initial tasting they put on, to the actual day, my wife and I loved what they did. The food was fantastic, Jessica (our POC) was always quick in responding and their prices were great for our somewhat limited budget. Best of all, we didn't have to think about them: They showed up on time the day of, did their thing almost invisibly, and left us to the enjoyment of the day.

Legends did a great job for us, we can't say enough good things about Jessica and Johanna who ran the staff on the actual day. If nothing else, try their risotto, it's incredible!

Legends was fantastic to work with! Jessica was our primary POC, and was always very responsive and quick to answer our questions. Legends also worked closely with us to modify the menu, including making a vegetarian dish for our wedding that wasn't on their list of regular offerings. On the day of our wedding, Legends kept a good schedule, all of our guests raved about the food, and they did a great job cutting and serving our traditional wedding fruit cake - even though the icing was quite thick and very hard to cut. We really felt that Legends went the extra mile to make our wedding a smooth and beautiful event. To offer one illustration - we provided all of our own table linens, but some of them weren't as long or as elegant as they could be for our cocktail tables and gifts table. Legends added their own colourful linens and reset the decorations on these tables and made them quite beautiful (at no additional cost or hassle for us).

Legends was also a great value - we initially selected Legends primarily because of their pricing - reasonable prices for food, simple straight price per person for all cutlery and plates and glasses, and we are very pleased with the value we got for our money - great food, great service, and very professional interactions.

I highly, highly recommend Legends!

The staff are so nice and will help you with whatever you need.
I was amazed when one of my relatives came to me and said the following:
"I just want you to know, that when the chicken was almost gone instead of just leaving the older chicken in the pan and moving it to the top over the new fresh chicken, they completely removed the older chicken and just put the new right in".
A lot of companies would not do this and I was so pleased!
Would highly highly recommend this company!

We had our reception at Fauquier Springs Country Club, so by default we had to use Legends Catering which was actually nice because it took the guess work out of having to sample and pick one and they are already intimately familiar with the venue.

We attended one of the tastings when looking at the venue and tried all the different food and everything was soooo good. After the tasting we put our deposit down to secure our date and picked our menu even though it was a year away. As the date to our wedding got closer, we kind of forgot what the venue looked like so we attended another one of the clubs open house/tastings. We tried all the food again and once again it was all very good that we ended up picking an almost entire new menu from the one we had originally picked. Everything just tasted so great.

The service and food was top notch and we received many compliments on the food. We had the Country Ham Biscuits, Crab Cakes, Spinach and Feta Spanakopita, and Bacon Wrapped Scallops for passed hors d'oeuvres.

Dinner was buffet with Mesculin Salad, Autumn Chicken, London Broil, Wild Rice, Asparagus, and for the final touch we added the cool 'Mashed Potato Bar" which was awesome.

Legends Catering did an AMAZING job with our wedding reception in July 2011 at the Manassas, VA Continental Events Center. Jessica and her team were professional, responsive, and provided excellent service throughout the planning process and on the day of our event. We were so happy we chose Legends for our event!

Our event was off-site in Northern Virginia and Legends was great about working with our reception site owner. In addition to our scheduled walk-through with our vendors prior to the event, they also went out on their own to become familiar with the new facility. Everyone at our wedding was very pleased with their level of service and quality of food.

We would definitely choose Legends again for future events and HIGHLY recommend Jessica and her team for your wedding or large event in the future! We used Legends because they are the caterer for our wedding site at Fauquier Springs Country Club. I could not have chosen a better caterer myself. The staff was not only professional and attentive, but went completely above and beyond what anyone could have expected. Many people got more, and I had several friends who said they've never liked food at weddings until ours. One friend said her husband NEVER eats the food but went back for thirds at ours. The food was even better than we remembered from the February open house at FSCC. I will recommend Legends for ANY event...they help make your day completely stress free.

We hired Legends to cater our wedding at Buchanan Hall (Faquier County) and they were wonderful. They were part of a large vendor sampling afternoon and we were able to sample the food and setup before selecting the menu for our wedding. Jessica Brose was amazingly helpful, and even when she went on maternity leave, her substitute was a seamless transition. They offered us the best price, the food was wonderful (you are allowed to take home what was not sitting out for too long), the staff was incredibly helpful and polite (the bartender even danced to some salsa with our friend at the wedding!), and we were able to pick up tables and table cloths the day before the event. The company is very easy to deal with. We highly recommend them!

I cannot thank Legend's enough for all of their help with catering for my wedding. Their venue was already sold out for the date we wanted, but they do have a separate catering department. I worked mainly Jessica & Javier, who were very responsive throughout the process and provided a phenomenal dinner serivce. I received so many rave reviews after the wedding about the quality of food. They also offer a great deal for the dollar. The staff was very professional and I would highly recommend them. Legends catered my wedding and the food was AMAZING! Guests asked if they could go back for seconds (and some even thirds). I have been to several weddings and have never tasted food that good.
The staff was so kind and easy to work with. Working out a menu was very easy and the contact person was always so quick getting back to me. They even suggested a company where I could get rental linens from- which I did.

After a picture perfect wedding in the rosegarden at Alwyngton, we walked up to the Manor House for a champagne toast! Champagne was passed by tuxedoed waiters....classy touch! Then on to the verandah to enjoy h'or douvres .....again....PERFECT! The servers were attentive....circulating through the tables to ensure all had something to eat. Then on to dinner....AMAZING food! Beef tenderloin with mushrooms in a wine sauce....oh my goodness!!! FANTASTIC! We had a pasta salad with cauliflower....unbelieveable! The salad had a wonderful dressing...some of the best food I have ever eaten!! Servers were very attentive....continued to circulate with drinks. I felt like I was in a high end restaurant....food and service was that good! Best wedding reception I have ever been to!! HIGHLY recommend Legends!!!!!!!!!!!

Delicious! Elegant! Fun!
The ballroom at Fauquier Springs Country Club was an excellent location even though we chose it simply because it was the only place available for a large reception at a reasonable cost on the date we had selected. Angela was very helpful in helping us find other vendors and giving planning advice. She and Jessica significantly helped make things flow smoothly during planning and the entire reception.
We selected a dual entree plated dinner of mesculin mix salad; salmon and Brazilian beef, garlic & basil whipped potatoes, and veggies. We were able to taste everything ahead of time and were very pleased with the choices at the actual wedding. Presentation was lovely and service was excellent. Several guests commented on how delicious the dinner was.
Advice:
Use Monroe Cottage for a honeymoon suite and have family stay at the Garden Cottage. Employ Legends for an extended family brunch in the morning after the wedding. We had a wonderful time and it gave us time to soak it all in before moving on.

My husband and I just got married last month at Fauquier Springs Country Club and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! I initially really liked the country club because of the country, romantic, and “homey” feel of Warrenton and the country club specifically, but what made this venue and this experience “5 star” worthy was hands down the catering service from Legends Catering and especially the amazing support and interaction from my point of contact (who we also hired as the day of coordinator), Rachel Cordy. From day one, Rachel was incredible. My husband and I are both active duty military stationed in Hawaii so planning a Virginia wedding was quite the challenge. Rachel was always extremely responsive to my e-mails, was understanding of time zone differences in my responses, and what was especially helpful was how accommodating she was with some of our specific religious and cultural desires. We combined southern seafood dishes and desserts with traditional South Asian cuisine and the result was scrumptious. Some of the "foodie" highlights: Peach Cobbler (we used the same catering service for the rehearsal dinner as well), maryland crab dip was DELICIOUS and a huge hit with family, samosas (yes, they tailored to my needs as a south asian bride), and the fact that they made chicken tikka masala for my wedding (even though it's not a traditional menu item).
I would highly recommend Legends Catering to anyone who wants a stress free and delicious wedding meal and highly recommend Rachel as your day of coordinator!

Legends provided wonderful service with excellent taste! The staff was very flexible when we decided to change the entrees just a week before the wedding. The wait staff was outstanding in serving my husband and myself. Though we had to miss most of the cocktail hour due to having to take our pictures, the staff brought the appetizers and drinks to us while we took our photos! I highly recommend Legends Catering!

Super great to work with Lauren Kruck. She was very friendly and easily accessible. Very open to making changes for our special dietary needs due to my wife being vegan and one of our guests having a nut allergy. Food tasted fantastic, was warm but not hot, but then again they were serving 130+ people. The only small thing I can pick out is that the lemon sauce on the salmon did not taste lemony at all and was more of a cream sauce. Still tasted delicious. Fillet Mignon was cooked perfectly. Table set up and layout was perfect with white china and gold flatware. Napkins were not folded how we originally planned, but still looked lovely. We had our reception at a vineyard with wine being served at event. The bartenders were not aware of the types and details of wine being served which might have come across as unprofessional at times. A simple notecard with details would’ve solved this though (Constructive criticism). Even with the tiny imperfections, we would still pick Legends catering for any event. They provided beautiful, tasty, and elegant food!

Legends catered my recent wedding on a farm in Warrenton, VA. First, the service was outstanding. Maranatha was a joy to work with leading up to the event. She responded to my numerous questions and accommodated changes in the plans without any complaint. I was so impressed with how they set up the dinner and reception areas, paying attention to every detail. The staff arranged my centerpieces exactly as I wanted them with minimal guidance. The bartender kept things fun by dancing along with the music. Best of all was the food. Even though we were having a buffet, the wait staff still fixed plates of food for me and my husband and we ate it all. We ordered the London Broil and eggplant parmigiana. We were told by numerous people that it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. One person even told us he dreamed about the food a few nights later! With feedback like that, I definitely recommend booking Legends!

Professional to the core. Very flexible and willing to work with our picnic type wedding (but unwilling to compromise their integrity which we respected). Pulled off a great day for us despite working with NO electricity after the big storm that came through. Service staff were invisible. I couldn't identify one of them in a line up which was SO nice to not feel pestered at all at my wedding and to not feel like I was tripping over extra guests. They were incredible. The food turned out amazing-we never actually tasted it, just went on blind faith, and you can do that with a place as good as Legends. We were very impressed.

I knew of Legends because they used to run a restaurant in Warrenton, VA. Now, they are strictly catering events out of the Fauquier Springs Country Club. I was recommended by my mother, who had known about their catering business from when the restaurant was still in business. After looking at their website, we decided to give them a shot.

I was in constantly working with Jessica, which is why I named her as the contact individual. But she was extremely helpful in not only handling the details once we booked them, but was even more so before that. She understood that at the time, I was in my last semester of school, while planning a wedding within a 5-6 months span, so she took a lot of the strain of choosing a caterer and making all of the details away. She scheduled a tasting for my now-husband and I at the club that was half-seated, half buffet-style. We were worried about buffet-styled receptions, based on our past experiences, but after the tasting, we were convinced that it was the way to go. They fed us all of the foods on their menu and had us fill out a sheet to rate them. This was great at the end when we had to remember what we ate and what we liked most. The results of our ratings helped us choose what we would serve at our reception. When comparing them with another vender, their food was much more presentable and even tastier!

On the wedding day, they set up in about an hour and were ready to go when we were ready to eat. The service was fantastic; there were 3 service individuals who addressed everyone as "sir" or "ma'am" and they were very efficient. For our toast, they had all of my guests ready with the sparkling cider in about 1 1/2 trays; one carrying the other handing the glasses out, while the drink station was manned by a single individual (and these trays were huge, btw).

The pricing per person was about $26 for a meal of salmon and tenderloin in au jois, with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. There was also a wonderful mesculin salad with their house dressing, which was fantastic. They also provided a bread basket and drink service. Jessica even ensured that the specific sparkling cider I liked was what was served for the toasts.

I would definitely recommend them for any event, even if its not for a wedding. And my wedding guest list was fairly small (about 40 people including my wedding party of 8), so obviously the price will increase with more guests. But they were worth it, I promise.

The caterer was a very good. They had a nice menu to choose from. They worked with us as a few guests were vegans and a couple had peanut allegies. The food was very good. The staff took care of the needs of all the guests very well. We had 55 guests at the wedding reception. The only thing that we were upset with is that there was over half of the food left and we were not able to take it with us. They made up onw take home box for one guest and we never received anything. For the cost of the menu of the food we would of liked to of received some food to take home and havce the following day at the gift opening.

The food was very good and the staff were very accomodating. They were able to bring me what I needed to set up the event in advance. I had to pick up tables and tablecloths in advance, but was shorted on table cloths and someone drove 45 minutes to deliver them to me. They were very flexible in changing the numbers up until a couple of days before the wedding. The bartender was very nice and friendly. Everyone was talking about how great the food was even weeks after! Overall great experience with Legends and I would highly recommend them!!

Didn't deliver glass ware. No answer at phone numbers after hours or return call when message left. Had to wait for food delivery to send someone back to pick up/ deliver water goblets and wine glasses. Make sure you run through order with personnel there and not after delivery has left. White folding chairs were filthy and had to be cleaned prior to use. They had mud on legs and backs. Not fun to do the night before your wedding. Food was good value.

I really hate to have to write a less than stellar review for Legends, because I had such high expectations for our food. First I'll start with the good things.

Our cocktail hour food was delicious. It was well prepared and everyone seemed to enjoy it. A server also came to find my husband and me with some of the hors d'oeuvres while we were taking pictures after the ceremony, so that was a nice touch. I also really enjoyed planning with Rachel, the sales coordinator. She was very helpful and was always accommodating to our needs. The price of the contract was also very reasonable for what we were supposed to be receiving.

Unfortunately, this is where the pros end. The plated reception meals were served cold and congealed. I could tell my filet was prepared nicely, but when it is put in front of me at room temperature, it is less than appetizing. I know that my meal wasn't the only one served this way either, because comments were made to my parents, which is extremely embarrassing. When my brother (who had been helping me plan the wedding), went to talk to the event manager, he was given attitude and condescension, which is why the rating for professionalism is as low as it is. Frankly, I would have given a lower rating for this if it weren't for the good experience I had previously with Rachel. We also had risotto, which I was concerned about serving from the start, but I was assured that the quality would be high. It wasn't. It like it had been prepared well in advance and then some cheese was melted on top. Not what I was hoping for.

I do have to say that we were given a discount on the meals which does help to remedy the mistakes, but I still didn't have the experience I was hoping for on this very important day.
