Christina, Annie and Emily were absolutely a wonderful addition to our wedding day back in May. Leading up to our special day, Christina always responded to our emails in a very timely manner, and was very professional and flexible while we were putting together our song lists. They offered to learn one or two songs at our request for our wedding but their repertoire was so extensive that we didn’t even need to make that request. On the day of our wedding, they sounded beautiful and provided a nice ambiance during guest arrival, our ceremony and cocktail hour. In addition to their beautiful music, it was a nice homage to my wife, some of her bridesmaids and some of our guests who all played string instruments at some point during their lives. Legacy String Trio were absolutely amazing and we’d recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful string music to accompany their beautiful wedding day! -

Legacy String Trio provided absolutely beautiful music for our wedding ceremony at the Providence Athenaeum. From our first interaction, Christina was incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful in planning the musical elements. What impressed me most was their willingness to learn three additional songs specifically for our wedding - the Star Wars Theme for our wedding party processional, Ben Platt's "Grow As We Go" for my walk down the aisle, and "Dos Oruguitas" as an option for our recessional. Their performance of "Grow As We Go" was deeply moving and executed perfectly. The trio was punctual, well-prepared, and handled all logistics smoothly. With an impressive repertoire ranging from classical pieces to modern pop songs, and their dedication to creating personalized moments, I highly recommend Legacy String Trio for anyone looking for exceptional musicians who combine classical training with contemporary versatility. -

Beautiful Ceremony Music!
Having an incredible group of musicians learn new songs just for you is a pretty special feeling. Legacy String Trio performed at our July 2023 wedding. We communicated with Christina throughout our pre-planning, and she was extremely thoughtful and supportive of our song requests to make the music personal to us. She took the time to talk through the specific timing of songs that we wanted to accompany different moments in our ceremony. The music they played for our ceremony was so beautiful and personal to us, and that created an atmosphere of love. We had many guests (including some professional musicians) remark on how great the trio sounded! We are so grateful that we had this talented group as a part of the wedding day! The Legacy String Trio provided music for my wedding ceremony this past April, and we are so happy with our choice of musicians! Communication was prompt and easy-going, and working out logistical things like cues and transitions went very smoothly. They played beautifully, both when it came to pieces already in their repertoire and the pieces that they arranged for our ceremony- the both of us almost started crying more than once! They gave us exactly what we wanted, and we couldn’t have been happier. -

We hired these fabulous ladies for our July Newport wedding. They worked with us on some special requests that were not on their repertoire, one of which was the song to which I walked down the aisle. It made the ceremony. We were thrilled with Legacy String Trio’s performance for our July 2021 wedding ceremony in Providence, RI! We heard how much our guests loved the prelude music while arriving, including some pop songs they recognized. We had asked for a very specific set of songs from the Danish String Quartet for our processional/recessional, and Legacy String Trio executed them both perfectly, creating beautiful and memorable moments for us on our wedding day. My husband is a musician himself and he thought they were fantastic. We recommend the Legacy String Trio for anyone looking for ceremony music for their big day! -

My husband and I wanted to have live instruments during our wedding ceremony to create a romantic atmosphere and Legacy String Trio was the perfect group to do just that. From start to finish, they were great to work with and incredibly responsive. There were many songs to choose from and we were able to talk through the process of which songs were best suited. While so many things changed during our wedding due to covid, I would say hiring Legacy String Trio made this portion of the planning seamless and easy! I highly recommend this group. -

Annie was incredible! Throughout the entire process she remained so flexible, with our changing requests. Annie and her team was willing to learn many new songs per our many requests, and was willing to play alongside my cousin on the guitar and vocals! I had always wanted a string trio playing during my ceremony and the girls of Legacy String Trio made that wish a perfect reality. Annie is very easy to work with, professional, very responsive and very clear up front. We had them play contemporary selections before our ceremony and then more traditional during and all were done flawlessly. We got so many compliments on how fun and beautiful everything was that they played. It adds a beautiful, personal touch to your day and I cannot recommend these ladies enough. -

Working with Legacy String Trio for our wedding was one of the best choices we made. We hired the trio for our destination wedding at The Bear Mountain Inn in Waterford, ME and couldn't have been happier.
