Dan and company were incredible in helping us plan for and execute on the day of our wedding. Dan was super responsive and actively worked to get songs we requested arranged if the group didn’t already have them in their repertoire. The music they played was great and sounded incredible at our outdoor venue. So many people came up to us and said what a unique touch and special thing it was to have them play during our ceremony and cocktail hour. I cannot recommend this group enough! -

Dan/LCQ team curated and performed the most beautiful ceremony music for our big day. We appreciate their genuine love and dedication to making our ceremony so special and memorable and going above and beyond to learn and play a wind acoustic version of my dream bridal entrance song. LCQ was an integral part in making our wedding day everything I dreamed it would be and more: the ceremony music was beautiful, timeless and unforgettable. Thank you so much for curating the perfect songs and most importantly, for making my very particular request for the “Lana Del Rey - Young and Beautiful” song (the DREAM bridal entrance song) into a reality. It was perfect. Thank you so much for being a part of our ceremony!

I had two high-profile work events that needed music during the cocktail reception. I connected with Dan, and he was amazing to work with. They worked with me to cultivate a playlist that worked for our audience, showed up on time and were professionally dressed, and played beautifully. My daughter's wedding had some weather challenges: rain. But Left Coast Quintet were willing to set up under a gazebo and the music went on. In fact, they made it fun by playing "Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head" and "Singing in the Rain." LOL. They were even willing to play a wedding march I composed for our walk down the aisle. Very meaningful. My daughter always wanted a live ensemble and we got a great group for her. -

Do yourself a favor and book the Left Coast Quintet!
The Left Coast Quintet was the perfect choice for our wedding ceremony. Wanting to do something different than the average wedding ceremony, we were inspired by Prokofiev's "Peter and the Wolf" that pairs short musical movements with a narrated story. The group's main contact, Dan, was enthusiastic about the idea and graciously spent hours with us over the phone to help us perfectly pair musical selections to each segment of our ceremony from their extremely vast song list across all different genres. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out and continue to receive rave reviews from our guests! -

Amazing Ceremony Music
Dan and his crew are absolutely amazing and so professional. We used them for our wedding in 2019 and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs music for any kind of reception, wedding or event. Perfect music for refreshing ambience
Left Coast Quintet provided wonderful live music for our wedding. They have a great list of repertoire for you to select from. Dan is super easy going and great to work with, also very flexible when changes had to be made. We had the musicians play live for ceremony and cocktail hour, then Dan MC and DJ'd with his music playlist for the reception. It was a great package and we're so glad that we hired them to make our special day even more festive! -

Amazing!! The Left Coast Quintet was a memorable experience.
Amazing! My husband and I just got married this past Saturday and we couldn’t be any happier with the Quintet. I reached out to Dan a year ago to get my “save the date” in place due to great reviews and wow did they deliver! Guests were very happy with their performance as were we. Dan was so easy to work with, answered all my questions, and absolutely made sure my Disney theme came to life. I would absolutely recommend!! Made our day extra special. Thank you so much. -

We had the opportunity to work with Dan, and had the best experience. He and the group were so flexible in giving us what we wanted, while still being honest, providing suggestions that helped my husband and I make good decisions. Even when we didn’t go with what he suggested, the music we chose was so well performed, and truly made our ceremony so incredibly special. I can’t imagine having had anyone else perform or provide music; they are the best! -

We hired the string duet for our garden wedding ceremony, and they were great! We received lots of compliments from our family on the ambience they brought to the event. Working with Dan was also a pleasure. He responded in a timely fashion to all my inquiries. They also have a wide repertoire of music to choose from, so we were able to customize our pre-ceremony, processional, and recessional music to our tastes. They have a lot of popular music, soundtrack, and other non-wedding specific arrangements, so I'd definitely recommend them for any event! -

Michelle Sent on 09/16/2015I've seen the Left Coast Quintet play for a house party before, and let me tell you the experience was awesome! So rarely are we treated to live music anymore and to hear fun, popular music from a woodwind ensemble, it's just plain cool. It definitely added a classy feel to the party. I'm booking them for my wedding for sure! What a nice touch it'll be to have a live music playing before the ceremony and as our wedding party walks down the aisle. I can already hear them playing my song...
