  Impeccable Service

  I have used Ledley service for a few years now.Their food is delicious, always served at the right temperature and fresh and appetizing. The service is excellent due to Brian and his great staff’s well organized follow through.
  I will be using them for large gatherings two more times this year. This year they set up a wonderful St Patrick’s Day party for 90 guests. I highly recommend them.

  Above and Beyond

  Brian was our first vendor we hired for our October wedding and he set the bar high. He answered every question we had, made great suggestions and was very friendly! We had our food trial before our wedding day and were absolutely blown away, everything was amazing!! Brian's team was professional (even folded the napkins when guests walked away, a great touch). Everyone was raving about how everything tasted amazing and how friendly the staff was. We would highly recommend Brian and his team for any event!

  Such an amazing job

  We hired Ledley catering for our wedding. The service was phenomenal and the food was so delicious. I have had people call to ask where the food was from saying how delicious it was. They are amazing to work with! I cannot recommend them enough!

  The Best Catering For Our Special Day

  There aren't enough wonderful things I can say about Brian and his team. Brian created the most beautiful and delicious buffet for our wedding. He worked with me to create a special menu with a lot of new appetizers and really made our summer wedding perfect. Brian and the catering team are lovely to deal with, responsive, professional, and truly wonderful chefs. Guest raved about the food and most went back for seconds. Everything was perfect and I can't recommend them enough!

  Wonderful catering company

  Brian and his team did the most amazing job with my wedding at Locust Grove this past April. They set up all my tables beautifully & it was such a pleasure to work with his staff. They provided me with cocktail hour drinks and appetizers as well as open bar & many dinner options. The food was hot and delicious and plentiful! I would without a doubt call Brain with any future catering needs!

  The MVP of our wedding

  Brian Ledley came to me highly recommended by a close friend (whose wedding he catered with only three weeks' notice after a COVID disruption). Brian responded to my inquiry email within an hour; he set up a phone call within a day of that first email; and he customized a beautiful menu within our limited budget about a day after the phone call. Throughout the process, Brian was prompt, responsive, helpful, courteous, understanding, and professional. I am in awe of how many things he customized for us and am deeply grateful for how much time he put into helping us make our wedding day the most beautiful event for our guests and ourselves. His catering package included food, staff, rentals, linens, setup, and cleanup. The amount of stress this relieved was huge: overnight, catering went from our biggest problem to the smallest of all worries. Finally (and quite importantly), the food was amazing and our guests gave it rave reviews all evening long. I cannot recommend Brian and Ledley Food Services enough, and hope to soon attend another wedding that they cater!

  Wedding for 175 people and it was fantastic!

  Brian and his company were so nice to work with, did as they said they were going to do, helped us out with last minute linens, and provided quality food at a great price.
  We created our venue on our farm and in our barn, so there were many things that could have gone wrong, but didn't because of Brian's expertise. We are forever grateful for such a fabulous event, made, in part, possible by Brian and his lovely staff.

  Exceptional Service

  Ledley catering allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams! Planning a wedding can always be stressful, but planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic comes with it's own special challenges. Thank goodness we found Ledley who not only did a great job of walking us through the process but also communicated with us every step of the way. We first met with Brian for a food tasting (the food is out of this world) and immediately knew that he is the kind of person who truly cares about his clients. Brian even took the time to do a Facetime call and show me all of the color options for the linens to ensure I was happy with the table settings. We really appreciate the time and the effort that he put into making our day perfect. On our wedding day, Brian and his crew went above and beyond and their attention to detail was exceptional. Our guests are still raving about the food and the service that was provided by Ledley. We would recommend them hands down for any event that you are planning.

  Amazing service and spectacular food!

  Brian from Ledley Food service was amazing to work with. Brian went above and beyond to make my wedding spectacular. The food was amazing and always hot. We were never without a drink in my husband or my hand. They were so attentive, all of his staff, and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to cater any event. They made my day stress free and all the guest raved about their service and food. Again, would highly recommend Brian and his team!

  All you could want in a BBQ!

  We had a great experience with Ledley! They catered our Friday welcome BBQ. Throughout the planning process, they were responsive, helpful, and happy to answer our questions. Their buffet menu allowed us to assemble a generous selection of salads, traditional BBQ items, and desserts. We especially loved the pulled pork and BBQ chicken. The drop-off staff arrived right on time to the correct location, with the food piping hot. They set up the buffet nicely, and the food was delicious and plentiful. We were even happy to eat the leftovers for a few weeks. Highly recommended!

  We used Ledley for our 150 guest reception at Sal Prezioso Mountain Lakes Park in Westchester. Brian was a dream to work with, and absolutely accommodating. We wanted to do a more casual buffet-style dinner, and Brian helped us come up with an appropriate menu, which wowwed all our guests and still came off as a more formal affair. Tremendous praise for his menu selections; get the crab cake appetizers! On site, Brian helped us figure out the table arrangements, and he was readily able to plug into both the venue management, the party rental company, and the cake company, to the point where it all felt like one cohesive team. During the reception, the Ledley team was on-point and seemed to anticipate our last minute requests. We highly recommend Ledley Food Service!

  Brian provided catering for my wedding in June. Everything came out awesome and he and his staff were very professional and great to work with. He provided the food and an open bar for great prices. Also he provided the linen and table wear and glasses which made our casual wedding look so nice. I would definitely use Brian for catering in the future.
