Miss London worked really hard to help me find the perfect dress! I am plus size and needed a dress that I could buy off the wrack as I am short for time. She never gave up I was able to walk out with my dress the same day! The owner also was very helpful coordinating with London on what ti pull for me as my appointment was booked as a private showing on a Sunday! I recommend this boutique to any size person with any time frame! -

I found my dream dress at the boutique. The sample was not exactly what I wanted so I ordered the dress to be slightly different. I wanted it in satin and no buttons. (It was a m off the shoulder ball gown.) I paid in full and waited 3 months for the dress to be made since it was made by a designer, for that boutique only. I got the call that my dress was ready and I drove 2 hours to pick it up. It was beautiful in the satin material but white cloth buttons had been sewn all the way down the back, which is exactly what I did not want and specifically asked for to not be on the dress. The boutique and owner talked to the dress maker, and they decided to make a new dress. I waited a month and a half, and went to pick up the dress. It was PERFECT! The dress was packed in a garment bag with my name and wedding date. I was grateful that the owner and dress maker did the right thing and worked to make my dream dress so perfect! -

Hands Down the BEST
Best bridal store I went to and I went to 6! Talk about customer service, this place has it all. Vicki and Terri are both amazing. Terri was my consultant and Vicki is the owner. From start to finish, this was a 5 star experience all the way. I had a few issues with my veil, and Vicki handled everything so professionally. I don't think I would have received the same customer experience if I had been elsewhere. Vicki is a true business woman and cares about her customers and their experience all the way through. I will never forget everything she did for me and how I felt throughout the process of being a bride. Hands down, best place to go for your dream gown. -

Vanessa Sent on 05/15/2018I went to LeAnn’s for my very first bridal appointment. It was such a pleasant experience and the bridal consultant made me feel very comfortable. They also listened to what I was looking for and picked out some beautiful dresses. While I didn’t end up buying my wedding dress there, I did buy my veil there. It came in a timely manner and was beautiful!

I fell victim to Alfred Angelo last summer, and after searching in tons of places, I finally walked into LeAnn's. I was greeted warmly and helped right away despite being a walk-in on a Saturday. Everyone there who helped me out was genuinely excited for me when I found the dress I wanted! I absolutely adore this little place and think every bride in the area needs to check them out! -
Ashley Sent on 02/21/2018Being a native of McKinney, Texas I had heard so many great things about LeAnn's Bridal. There was no doubt in my mind that was where I was going to find my wedding dress! My mom and I went on a Friday afternoon just to peak at the dresses and we were able to visit with a consultant and ultimately I found THE DRESS during that session. Mel my consultant sat down with me and asked me my style/personality and the theme of our wedding. I knew going in I wanted A-line/Ballgown but Mel also put me in the other style dresses (trumpet, fit and flare and mermaid) just to make sure I wasn't missing out a silhouette that would look amazing. Granted I did like the look of the other styles, I wanted to feel like a princess. So on the next round of dresses we had ballgowns/A-lines. The second dress I tried on from that bunch was the one. I knew immediately while Mel was corseting me in. It was perfect. The staff at LeAnn's are alway super sweet and so accommodating. I'm no longer a bride and I still stop in for their cute t-shirts and gift items. And yes I still look at all their dresses because they have so many GORGEOUS ones. Maybe on a vow renewal I can wear a blush wedding dress :) (I was way too traditional to do it for the wedding).

Mckenzie Sent on 12/01/2017This is a beautiful bridal boutique with top notch service. They so many beautiful gowns to choose from. We purchased both my wedding gown and my reception gown from here and I couldn’t be happier! I received so many compliments on both of my dresses!

Bianca Sent on 10/26/2017I bought my dress from LeAnn's bridal! The ladies who work there are so sweet! One of the ladies, Christine, actually picked out my dress! She pulled it off the rack and I was sure I was not going to like it, but I decided to try it on anyway and poof...it was "the one"! I tried on so many dresses (almost 40) from many different locatoins, but LeAnn's bridal was the winner! <3 -

I went because of the National Bridal Sale, with no intention of actually buying since my wedding is over a year away. But my bridal consultant, Grace, was amazing and listened to every thing I liked and didn't like and picked out the most beautiful dresses! The dress I chose was the third one I had tried on, but to be sure, I tried on a few others. We put THE dress back on, accessories and all, and it had everyone in tears. I left with the most beautiful and perfect dress!! Thank you to Grace and LeAnn's for such a wonderful, fun, and easy experience! I will recommend to everybody!! -

Jonathan Sent on 10/26/2016I was very anxious about the whole wedding dress shopping experience. Mel did a superb job in easing my anxiety and helping me find the perfect dress. She asked me a variety of questions and then pulled 3 dresses for me to try on. She listened to my comments about the dresses, saying what I liked and didn't like. The third dress was a mermaid style that I wanted to try on and see how it looked. Mel let me try on the dress, asked me a few questions, and then stepped away to pull a fourth dress. She was brilliant by leaving me in that dress for several minutes to realize that I would not be comfortable in that dress after hearing my responses to the questions at the beginning of the appointment. She understood where my comfort zone was, but still let me branch out to be sure I was picking the dress. The best part of the appointment was after she returned and I told her I wasn't a fan of the mermaid dress, she told me she had MY dress in the dressing room that perfectly paired the silhouette of the first dress and the lace detail of the third dress. It was perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Mel! -

Wyn attentively listened to my wants and needs in my dress and helped me pick out multiple dresses. I didn’t feel rushed even though another appointment had arrived and was kindly offered some champagne. I recommend this bridal shop to anyone. They did an amazing job from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Thank you kindly ladies! -

I made an appointment on a Saturday and we arrived on time but it wasn't about 30 minutes later until we were taken to our room. After that it took about another 15 minutes until Terri came and talked to us. She apologized and said that there was a bride that walked in last minute and she decided to take her during her lunch break so she would have a good experience. We were understanding of this since my mom, sisters and I were just hanging out and talking anyway and someone did give us drinks while we wait. However, it was almost around 1 hour later when I finally was taken back to try on dresses. This was my second appointment and I wanted to show my family the dress that I loved the first visit plus try on a few more dresses in the style I wanted. When I got to the back, the dress that I wanted was not even there so Terri had to go back out again and grab it. While waiting, I looked at the prices of the other dresses that were there and I was disappointed that all of them were way over the budget I gave. I told Terri this when she came back and she brought me to the back to look through the dresses. I was surprised that none of the dresses I looked at were within my budget and at this point I was getting upset because I hated to have my family drive all the way there and wait this whole time just to show them one dress. But I said it was OK and just put on the dress. This was when things turned around because after I took off that dress, Terri came back with another dress I loved in the back that was way over my budget but she told me that they have a sale coming and this dress may be a part of it. I put on the dress and LOVED it and so did my family! I asked her when the sale was and she came back and informed us that they are willing to offer it to us today for the sale price and we were floored. I was very grateful for the discount and that really did make up for the initial part of our visit. I was so happy because dress shopping was exhausting to me and I was planning to buy my dress today and I did! I had a great experience the first time with Terri on a weekday and she did try her very best to make a good experience for me. I just wish they would stop taking walk-ins on weekends especially if it would interfere with a scheduled appointment because I felt that this prevented Terri from being able to pull out the right dresses beforehand or even look at my requests. Otherwise, I recommend going on a weekday for a better experience and make sure they are aware and respectful of your budget. -

If I could give a zero star review, I would. My sister in law and her entire bridal party ordered dresses from here. LeAnns KNEW they would be closed for 2 WEEKS during the Christmas and new year holiday, but they left us without any information about our dresses we needed for a January 8th wedding. After MANY attempts with emails and phone calls (in November, their voicemail STILL had 4th of July hours listed), we FINALLY got ahold of someone who said our dresses were coming on December 30th, and we could pick them up the next day. My sister in law goes to pick them up AND THEY ARE THE WRONG COLOR!!!!!! My dress is supposed to be SLATE, and it’s a sky blue color, and the other bridesmaids dresses were supposed to be a mist color….they are straight up MINT GREEN.
LeAnns should have refunded our money in November to allow us some time to find replacements. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN, NOR will I EVER recommend them to ANYONE. They clearly only care about taking your money, not about fulfilling their end of the business transaction.
Their communication is NON-EXISTENT, despite countless emails and voicemails left. They left us with 5 business days to try to get dresses altered, and while they offered their own seamstress, she was in Dennison and no one in the bridal party felt comfortable doing ANY more business with them.
If they would like to compensate us for THEIR mistake and horrible customer service, I’ll be happy to take down this post and others that I’ve left on other websites.
