Highly recommend - My daughter’s dream wedding reception was held at the brand new Le Méridien Denver Downtown. We were the first wedding reception in the ballroom following the hotel’s grand opening in Aug 2017. Jess Walker, Director of Catering, was so helpful at every turn and made the planning process seem easy, especially since I was planning from out of town. Jess and I were in constant contact to follow the progress of the hotel’s opening since it was still under construction. She even arranged for a hard hat tour during construction so I could see the progress. I can’t say enough about the attention to details and planning that she coordinated during the entire process. She initiated contact with our wedding planner to fine tune details for the ballroom during the final planning stage. Jess is extremely professional and organized and ensured everything would be perfect – and it was! The food was fantastic – Chef Tobias made an amazing delicious dinner for our guests. The General Manager, Paul, and the hotel and banquet staff was all very attentive and accommodated our guests. We had over 40 rooms booked for out-of-town guests and the hotel offered a very reasonable rate for the rooms. Everyone had an amazing time and we are still hearing from our guests their memories of the reception at this beautiful venue. Jess’s oversight of the entire event made the evening magical! She is amazing to work with and our event was more beautiful than I could have imagined!! I highly recommend you check out the view from the rooftop, the food at Corrines, and meet with Jess.
