I almost didn't hire a day-of coordinator, but when I found out my MoH wouldn't be able to be at our wedding in-person, I caved in and started looking. We interviewed a few people but Roxy stood out because of both her professionalism and warmth, and this was exactly the presence she brought to our wedding day. A lot of things went wrong - things we couldn't have seen coming - and I can't imagine how much more stressful the day would've been without Roxy there to organize and handle things. Thank you Roxy!!! -

Roxy was the planner for a party I was hosting for a friends bridal shower. She was organized, detail orientated and really made the extra effort to understand the bride and what she wanted for her party to make it fun and memorable for guests. She responded quickly to our questions and had good recommendations for rentals in our area. She made the day a breeze for the rest of us when we were setting up. Would definitely use her again for future parties or events. -

We had a destination wedding in Hawaii, but we hired Roxy a local (Seattle) Day of Coordinator. Being as we both did not have experience with the local vendors in Hawaii it was difficult communicating with everyone. We began stressing, more so than usual stress that comes from wedding planning. But Roxy showed up, day of, and did more than meet our expectations. We met the day before at the rehearsal and she went over details with us and our rental vendor. She assured us that there was nothing we should do on our wedding and to just enjoy the day. Roxy delivered, everything was set up perfect, everything was coordinated to perfection and the day of our wedding we had no stress. Would we recommend Roxy to a friend? Absolutely. -

Roxy was amazing to work with from start to finish. We hired her as our wedding Day of Coordinator. She helped make the planning process easy with timeline and checklist templates and met with us one-on-one to get a vision for our wedding as well as with our venue to make sure all the details were accounted for. She coordinated the rehearsal and communicated the timeline with all the vendors. On the day of the wedding, she brought a well-equipped "wedding emergency kit" with every little thing you could imagine needing in a pinch. She was so helpful to keep the schedule moving along, but also accommodating as we flexed timelines based on the actual flow. My dad recounted to me after the wedding, "Your coordinator was incredible! She was omnipresent, but invisible at the same time." To me, that was such a high compliment of Roxy that we could count on her to be there for every aspect/detail of the day, and with her experience, she could easily predict what was needed in each scenario. We are so grateful we got to work with Roxy!! -
Roxie Sent on 09/16/2018I couldn’t have done it without Roxy! I just wished we had her through the entire process from day 1. She was our day of coordinator and make everything seamless. Her professionalism, care and attention to details is what made my wedding unforgettable. We both High recommend Roxy!
