  Gorgeous Flowers at a Very Reasonable Price!

  We worked with Josette from Lavender Country Garden Floral for our wedding and we are certainly glad that we did! With very little direction from us, Josette was able to create a beautiful arrangement of flowers and colors that made our wedding more beautiful than we thought possible. We only gave her the parameters of color, style, price range, and local in season flowers and she was able to create stunning arrangements. She created boutonnieres, bouquets, table centerpieces, welcome table arrangements and she created a unique and beautiful mantle display for the outdoor fireplace where our ceremony and cocktail hour occurred. The mantle was 14 feet long and she left it looking stunning!
  Josette was so easy to work with and always provided us with a sense of calm and reassurance that the day would go off without a hitch. We had countless guests, both at the wedding and in the days since, tell us that the flowers were the most beautiful that they have ever seen at a wedding. We were blown away when we walked into the reception because the space looked more amazing than we ever could have imagined. Josette is professional, easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, cost effective, creative, attentive, and a true delight to work with. We would use Josette again in a heartbeat and we hope you consider working with her as well!

  Amazing Floral Designs

  Josette of Lavender Floral is a SUPERB florist and she was so, so wonderful to work with in preparing for our wedding. Her website does not do her justice for the amount of attention she gave us as clients, the thoughtfulness she put into the arrangements, and the beauty of her creations. When planning for our wedding, we did not really have much in mind for flowers other than that we wanted them and a general color scheme. Josette was so sweet in her phone calls and follow-up emails in helping us figure out our aesthetic and what we did and did not want. She was never pushy—we always really felt that her goal was to help us attain our vision in a cost-effective way. For example, she and her husband were great at helping facilitate moving flowers from the church to our venue to repurpose them for the reception.
  
  
  One of the coolest parts of our wedding was that our centerpieces were flowers within our color scheme soaking in holders of water at different heights. We fell in love with the idea once Josette had presented several ideas to us and it was so cool, modern, yet BEAUTIFUL. Those pictures have not come out yet, but I can't WAIT. Additionally, in a wedding full of distractions, I vividly remember stopping to admire my bouquet. I did not send Josette any pictures of ideas beforehand. Somehow, though, Josette was able to capture my dream bouquet that was better than any Pinterest I’ve browsed. I highly, highly recommend Lavender Floral!

  Extraordinarily kind and honest; goes above and beyond

  Josette was our florist for our wedding this April, and she was absolutely amazing! Josette went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect: she spent hours on the phone with us going through inspiration photos to understand our vision; sent hand-picked ribbon samples by mail to help me pick the perfect fabric, width, and color; and even set up additional decorative items that we ordered elsewhere. Her experience and attention to detail were extraordinary--she knew exactly what flowers to recommend when I didn't know their names and was meticulous in noting every single detail in her flower plan. Multiple guests told us that the florals and decoration were so classy and well-done that it looked like a royal wedding. Finally, Josette was hands down the most transparent and generous vendor I met throughout our entire wedding-planning process. For example, when I changed the floral design for some of our tables, Josette actually reduced the price of our already competitive quote! This came ON TOP of other decorative items she added at no charge. In a world where vendors hear "wedding" and instantly bump up and obfuscate prices, Josette was refreshingly honest and caring. Her kindness and passion for beauty shines through in everything she does--from her floral designs to the way she runs her business. We were so fortunate to have had Josette as our wedding florist, highly recommend her to future couples!

  Went above & beyond

  Josette was absolutely the right florist for our wedding! She is a very detailed communicator and wrote up an itemized proposal that we went over several times, so we knew exactly what to expect. She went above and beyond in making the most of our budget and had many helpful suggestions. I especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of labeling the corsages and bringing a spare for the groom (a klutz) in case he smooshed. I thought the event space looked beautiful and she understood what we were looking for in the florals.

  Josette is amazing, beautiful floral arrangements!

  Josette was amazing to work with. She provided a lot of details in the quote, so you understand exactly what you are getting. I felt that she went above and beyond to make sure our floral arrangements at our wedding were perfect. I looked to her for a lot of guidance, and she was very honest in her opinions, which I loved. She visited the venue site on her own to inform the floral designs, and was very flexible with making minor changes along the way. On the big day, everything looked beautiful – from the welcome sign, to the wedding arch, to the reception. Thank you, Josette, for all of your beautiful work!

  Josette did an amazing job for our June wedding in St. Helena!
  
  She is a true artist in floral arrangements and, without much prompting, made our vision come to life! She listened carefully to what we asked for, and really honed in on the details of what we wanted to make the floral decor special to us. As second generation Asian-Americans, we wanted to insert some special elements and colors into our floral arrangements without being too distracting to the overall look, and she did a perfect job in marrying these small nuances with our overall vision. (Will attach photos when we get them back :) )

  Amazing Value and Arrangements

  I found Josette after pricing our the vendors our venue had recommended who all were quoting me upwards of $7-8k. Our reception was at a beautiful outdoor venue (vineyard) and I just couldn't stomach that cost. I found Josette on wedding wire. She was so quick to get back to me and jump on the phone. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and quickly put together a quote. As our day evolved she worked with me to change and update our plan and was so accommodating. She even gave me her cell phone number so I could call her if I had any last minute thoughts during her trip to the flower market.
  
  The day of the flowers were absolutely unreal. They were so beautiful and Josette truly outdid herself. My bouquet and the bridesmaid's bouquets were perfect and totally in line with my vision. The tables were absolutely perfect. She had originally told me she would do 3 small arrangements per table and ended up doing 7! They were so perfect in that they complimented the venue perfectly without being the spotlight.
  
  I could not recommend Josette more, she was the perfect florist for what we needed. Thank you Josette!

My wedding flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted! She always stayed within my budget and even saved me money, you can tell she listens to her clients and really cares about their needs and wishes. She went above and beyond, always giving me great advice/tips and looking for the perfect vases, ribbons and flowers to make my vision come true. Even when it was raining right before my ceremony, Josette still worked in the rain and made sure all my flowers and garlands were perfect, so amazing! Josette is a true artist and will help you have the perfect flowers for your big day!

  Josette from Lavender Floral is AMAZING. My planner recommended her to me when I mentioned that I was looking for a VERY cheap florist. Josette was very kind in giving me her minimum ($2500) and helping me stick to it. Honestly, for the price we got flowers that looked like they cost $10,000. Josette took the pictures of my vision and spent at least two hours over two occasions talking me through it and figuring out exactly what I wanted and what flowers would make that vision happen. She is incredibly thorough and thoughtful and worked SO hard to keep me in budget while accomplishing what was important to me. She also let us store all our wedding stuff (an entire SUV full!) at her house until our planner could pick it up! She is so accommodating and kind and stayed throughout the wedding to make sure everything was perfect. She set up 100 of our DIY vases and centerpieces by hand and they were perfect! Our guests were seriously raving about the flowers too - they are a perfect mix of organized but with natural flow so they don't look overdone.

  After getting several quotes from other Napa Valley florists for our V. Sattui winery wedding, Josette was the most upfront & responsive to my requests. I sent her a few pictures of the flower looks I was going for. She was very knowledgeable about the true colors of the flowers (as she informed me some of the photos had been photo shopped to not represent the true colors of the flowers). I knew then I was working with an expert!
  
  The day of the wedding we received several compliments on the beautiful centerpieces & my bouquet, as she even sent along some extra flowers just in case -- I would definitely book Josette again if I had it all to do over :)

  Josette at Lavender Country Garden Florals did the flowers for our winter wedding. She is very creative and professional. She helped us to discover our vision and had wonderful ideas for the design. She suggested seasonal flowers that would compliment our wedding style and decor. She was very communicative and accessible during the planning process. We were so pleased with the bouquets, boutonnieres and arrangements! We took the alter arrangements and reception centerpieces home after the wedding and they filled our home beautifully for weeks! Josette is a pleasure to with with!

  Josette was absolutely amazing! I planned my wedding from across the country and knew that it was going to be difficult. She reassured me that everything was going to work out great. I sent her colors of the girls shoe and told her what flowers I liked and disliked. She listened and recommended wonderful options and when I got to my wedding at Sebastiani I was taken by the beautiful arrangements she put together. So stunning it took my breath away. I would hands down recommend working with Josette. Her professionalism and prompt responsiveness were greatly appreciated and she went above and beyond. THANK YOU JOSETTE!!!!

  Josette was the florist for my February wedding in Sonoma. Josette is as good as it gets. She works with any budget and your money will go so far because of her know-how and her experience with the local flower markets. She will go out of her way for her clients. She even met me at my house in San Francisco to purchase and show me lace/ribbon options for the bouquets. She has amazing ideas but is always willing to listen to your vision. She put together the most beautiful bouquets and arrangements you have ever seen. She is extremely responsive (even via email!) and I could not speak more highly of her. If you are lucky enough to work with Josette, you will have the most stunning floral decorations you could ever imagine.

  While planning my daughter's wedding, we stumbled upon Josette's website for Lavender Floral-Country Garden Flowers. My daughter immediately proclaimed that this is exactly what she had been looking for. At that time I was intending to do the flowers ourselves to save money, so we bookmarked her site for inspiration. As time went on, however, I realized that it was just too big of a job for me to take on so close to the big day. The problem was that we still had a very small budget and a very large wedding party, and we only had a couple of months until the wedding.
  I decided to e-mail Josette to find out if she was even available on my daughter's wedding day (May 21, 2011) and happily she was, so we set up our complimentary consultation right away.
  Immediately upon arriving at Josette's home, I knew that I would hire her. She spent several hours showing us pictures and asking my daughter questions about color and style and particular flowers. She really listened and took notes on everything my daughter said. That day she drew up a handwritten proposal. I was slightly embarrassed to tell her how small my budget was, but when I mentioned it she said it was no problem. In fact, she began suggesting ways to save money and many options to get the most bang for our buck.
  The day she met us at the venue to preview the property, she was amazing! She had so many great ideas, and was really excited to be working at the Garden Pavilion. We decided to add a few more arrangements and decorations, and she was still able to keep it within my budget. So far we were just thrilled with her warmth and professionalism. She described every single detail in her proposals, and kept me updated on everything. She even called me the week before the wedding to assure me that she had been back to the venue and it was looking beautiful and in perfect condition for our wedding.
  On my daughter's wedding day, when Josette arrived on scene, everyone was just blown away! She created the most beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, and large arrangements that we have ever seen. She decorated the bridge (aisle) with wispy branches and orchids and roses, she also decorated a wooden cross with garland and roses, and then even placed some flowers on top of the cake (at no extra charge)! All of the arrangements were lush full and overflowing with beauty. My daughter and I were absolutely thrilled! She was able to capture exactly what my daughter had envisioned. She did far beyond what we were expecting considering our small budget. I have been to many weddings and have never seen so many and so beautifully arranged flowers as this one. Many of our friends and family members brought the table centerpieces home with them, and they were so fresh that they lasted a full week after the wedding!
  I am so glad that we made the decision to have Josette design and arrange our wedding flowers. She helped to make a very special day incredibly beautiful, and relieved a lot of stress at the same time.
  I will recommend Lavender Floral to everyone from now on!

However the true mark of Josette's work is this: out of all the wonderful aspects of our day, my wife LOVED the flowers. Many people commented on how beautiful they were. Her first comment about Josette was, "she gets me." And she delievered. She was a pleasure to work with and made it happen despite sudden weather changes and the like. She will always have a special place in my life or the joy that she gave my wife on our wedding day. I could not give her a higher recommendation.

  If you have a wedding near Sonoma and have a reasonably tight budget, book Josette at Lavender Floral. She is amazing at any price point. My flowers were gorgeous and for what I got, inexpensive. Josette was artistic, yet punctual and very business like. I booked her immediately after I saw her albums. She worked with my budget, (her minimum starts at $1,000) and created amazing arrangements which everyone raved about.

  I worked with Josette at Lavender Floral for our wedding at Triple S Ranch in April. Unlike other florists I reached out to for quotes, she was highly responsive and seemed to approach her weddings with a good combination of practicality and creativity. She was very easy to work with throughout the process, extremely accommodating and responsive. After I described the kind of chuppah I was looking for, she worked with a vendor at the flower market to acquire the materials and made it happen. She even drew me a beautiful sketch of her vision which will be a great momento. Josette completely worked in my budget and was very reasonably priced, never trying to sell me something I didn't need. She didn't mark-up any of the vases or votives that we acquired. The flowers for the big day turned out gorgeous......everything I had hoped for and more!!

I sent pictures of arrangements that's liked and she made the pics come to life. The flowers were absolutely stunning. Great service!
