  Beautiful Affordable Venue, Amazing Staff

  We just had our wedding on 2/9/24. Everything turned out amazing! Better than expected. Alissa, our day of coordinator was the best person to work with. She constantly checked on me, asking if I needed anything. The banquet captain was amazing as well. We had appetizers, cake, desserts, and drinks placed on our table for us. They really anticipated our every need. The food was AMAZING. Not your typical “wedding food.” I highly recommend doing buffet style vs plates. You get more for your money in my opinion. Weather was touch and go the week leading up to the wedding and our reception was planned for one of their outdoor spaces but they had several options should it rain and we wouldn't need to give an answer until a few hours before the start of the wedding. The flexibility and communication was so good and appreciated! The space itself is beautiful. My favorite part is that their decor is already so nice that you don't really need extra stuff.   An amazing summer wedding

  Planning a summer wedding in Phoenix, we knew we'd need an indoor venue to escape the 110 degree heat! Lindsay Grove ended up being the perfect fit with their elegant ballroom space and customizable wedding packages.
  
  We lucked out booking our date because their off-season rates offered major savings without compromising any quality. The coordinators worked closely with us to tailor a package to our vision, even letting us scale back certain elements to meet our budget. Nothing felt cookie-cutter about our experience.
  
  From the delicious dinner menus with lots of choices to the convenience of having most vendors recommended on-site, planning with Lindsay Grove felt like a breeze compared to other venues we toured. Many of our guests raved about the food, décor, and service too - how welcoming the staff made them feel.
  
  I recommend newly engaged couples check out Lindsay Grove, especially if you want expert help pulling off the Phoenix wedding of your dreams without blowing the budget or melting in the summer heat! Thank you for everything!

  In love with the Lindsay Grove Team - Thank you!

  Lindsay Grove is your storybook venue - we were married in the garden under the gorgeous pavilion! Up on a stage with all our family around us - it was absolutely stunning. The team is like superheroes, handling everything from big to small. It was all perfect for our epic wedding photos. We had a separate ceremony and family wedding in AZ and a big party back home in California and we loved the whole experience so much!

  Loved Lindsay Grove! Staff is amazing!

  Our wedding was at Lindsay Grove on April 28th. In a nutshell, they were AMAZING! I remember our first meeting. Kirstie was great. We did the tour, discussed dates, basic details of the wedding and they gave us detailed quote. Lindsay Grove was perfect for our small outdoor wedding.
  
  After signing you have several follow-up meetings and calls, which are all determined in advance, so you have plenty of time to prepare all your questions.
  Every meeting was very detailed, they answered all our questions and were happy to accommodate anything we needed, like extra high chairs and easels.
  
  We attended a food tasting event in January. Honestly, we were expecting typical wedding food but were surprised how good everything was, from appetizers to entrees. It really helped us narrow down the specific choices we wanted.
  
  The last meeting was in person, and we met our day of coordinator Jaidyn. She was super sweet, very professional and did a fantastic job. She handled the rehearsal and took care of us on the day of the wedding.
  
  What I remember day of, is the entire staff was AMAZING! Jaidyn introduced us to Raven, the banquet captain, who rocks! Those two are a wonderful team and took such good care of us. They would check on us throughout the night without interrupting anything. Both have a keen eye for timing. Raven was so helpful with cake cutting, so we did not make a mess. There were more staff behind the scenes, I wish I could have thanked in person. A gentleman, who we knew was staff, congratulated us, so we asked his role. He was the Head Chef. We were so thrilled to be able to tell him how great the food was. When your guests make a point of saying how good the food is, you know they are having a good time. Our bartender, Tim, was really cool and even though Jaidyn and Raven took care of our drinks, we very much enjoyed talking to him. The DJ, Brian, was hilarious and another person who was complemented by our guests. Everyone loved Brian, and I especially loved when he grabbed me for a dance together.
  
  When it was time to leave and we found our truck shrink wrapped by our loving family members, the Head Chef was there to laugh with everyone and take away the mess. To the end, Lindsay Grove was there and made the whole experience full of wonderful memories. Thank you so much to everyone who helped with our wedding. If weddings were not so expensive, we would do it again!

  Fairytale Wedding

  This venue is absolute perfection. The event staff help with all of the details and coordination leading up to the big event and make it easy to make little changes. The vendors that they work with made it easy to add details to the event to help it become your every dream. When arriving, the event has everything at the venue to make the wedding party comfortable. There is a room for the bride and the groom so they can enjoy the time they have leading to the ceremony. There are two perfect spaces to hold a magnificent ceremony based on what you like.
  
  The ballroom was my absolute favorite part of the venue. It makes you feel like you are in a fairy tale. The DJ was incredible and played all of the right music. Many of the guests shared that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. There is not a single thing I would change.

  They made the wedding planning process smooth and easy!

  We fell in love with this venue the moment we walked in. There is a simple elegance to it and it made for a perfect wedding day.
  
  The planning process was easy thanks to the coordinators. They were able to accommodate our schedules and requests. We decided to go with their Elite package, which made the whole process easy.
  
  On our wedding day, they made sure things went as smoothly as possible. Our guests had wonderful things to say, especially about our bartender!

  SO Fantastic

  Wedgewood weddings made the whole experience so easy with their all inclusive packages. I paid one bill and had some of the best vendors lined up already such as florists, DJs, and bakers. The crew on the night of were so attentive. Some of the best food I've ever had at a wedding!

  Lindsay Grove is the place to get married!

  Lindsay Grove did a fantastic job at our wedding. The food was AMAZING, and wedding food is normally not. The DJ was outstanding. The communication over the year and a half we planned the wedding was outstanding. They truly made out wedding the best day of our lives. Our guests are still talking about how great everything was.

  Amazing Experience!!

  My husband and I got married here last weekend and it was absolutely amazing! The venue is perfectly located and tucked away for privacy. The overall service from beginning to end is a bride and groom’s dream. They have great communication & are so accommodating. They even allowed us to bring our own DIY wedding decor. Their recommended vendors were great as well. Our family & friends cannot stop talking about how beautiful the day was. We chose to get married in the courtyard with the waterfall backdrop. It gave the perfect whimsical vibes we were going for. The fact this venue has the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at one location makes it so convenient for our guests. We were also able to utilize the entire space which made great for photos and video. The day went so smoothly and was very well organized. We didn’t have to worry about anything as the team delegated the necessary contact for each part of the wedding. Food was great as well. I could go on and on, but I mainly want to say thank you Lindsay Grove. You helped us have the wedding of our dreams and we have memories that will last a lifetime. If you are looking for a venue that is considerably affordable and will provide an overall great wedding experience you have found your location.

  Absolutely amazing place to get married! Every single person who came to our wedding said the same thing. From start to finish, they were there to help in any way they could. They made it as simple and stress-free as possible and was always there when I had a question. They made our day so special and so amazing and I am so sad that it is all over. I wouldn’t change a single thing. Nicole, our banquet captain, was amazing in every possible way. She was always there asking if we needed anything, and she is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Amanda was also amazing, showing us exactly where to go and making sure everything was taken care of. Everyone there was so nice and helpful and I want to thank everyone there for making our day perfect!

  Everything about our Wedgewood Wedding was amazing! The staff was very attentive, friendly, and professional and made sure everything went perfect. They took care of pretty much everything which made so much less stressful on my husband and I. Lindsay Grove is a beautiful location, and very intimate.

  The whole team at Wedgewood was AMAZING from day one. We found this venue when replanning our wedding originally set to take place in our hometown in IL. When we arrived I knew this was the place, and once I met the team and began planning it was perfection.
  
  Every question was answered quickly, I was provided a full binder with tips and planning guides it was virtually stress free.
  
  On the day of my event I had 0 complaints or items I would change. The event went off without a hitch and it was truly the perfect day thanks to Wedgewood and the staff!!

  We could not recommend Wedgewood Lindsay Grove enough! Everything was absolutely perfect for our wedding. The service from the staff and bartender was fantastic; the food was excellent. Guests commented how the food was the best they have ever had at a wedding. The venue itself is gorgeous and has so many beautiful photo opportunities. This was a perfect venue to get married at!

  We had to postpone/reschedule our wedding due to covid from April 2020 to April 2021 and the team was so helpful throughout the whole process and it was so refreshing to work with the Lindsay Grove team during such a time of uncertainty. Additionally, I love the fact that Lindsay Grove is an all-inclusive venue. It truly makes the planning process so much easier and you can customize your day to be exactly how you want it to be based on your budget.
  
  Our wedding day was the best day ever. Everything was seamless and smooth. As a bride, I had zero stress on the day of the wedding because I knew the Lindsay Grove team was there to help throughout the day. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the staff, food, and drinks! Everyone had a great time from the ceremony to the reception and that’s what matters.

  Beautiful venue and amazing experience

  This venue is absolutely perfect. Very beautiful grounds. Entire staff throughout the planning to day of were incredibly helpful and amazing. Absolutely recommending to all family and friends for all future weddings!

  Outstanding!

  Getting married during a pandemic makes wedding planning even more stressful than normal, but with the assistance of the Lindsay Grove team, we did it!
  
  Kirstie alone helped us find every positive there was even after we had to postpone our big day by over 3 months. I for one, ask sooo many questions and not only did she answer those that I did have she helped me think of some that I may have forgotten! If I could do the day all over again I would not change a thing besides perhaps having it never end.

Every appointment, email, and request was handled professionally, timely, and they would bend over backwards to accommodate us whenever we would ask! They are the one stop shop of weddings, they took all the stress out of the process which as a bride in 2020 and having to cancel our original plans in April and replan a wedding in a whole new state, Wedgwood Lindsay Grove was a dream!

  I really wish I could rate them higher. For starters having all the vendors in house was wonderful in all the wedding planning stress, the day of i knew everyone knew where to be and how to handle it and I could relax and get ready for the ceremony with the bridesmaids. Our sales team was Dana and Kirstie who were incredible throughout the whole experience and always willing to help, and our day of coordinator which was Dana was such a God-send. Everything ran incredibly smooth, she was able to assist the families and the guests and was able to keep the whole day on schedule so I had nothing to stress over. Jeff our Dj, through wedgewood, did an incredible job with extremely limited instructions; i said the four songs we needed and trusted him for everything else, and it was perfect! I was so confident in the quality of all their vendors including in bloom floral and piece of cake desserts, and the guests raved about both! Last shout out goes to our event captain Jesse who made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for everything Wedgewood, and our biggest thank you goes out to Dana.

  Incredible venue, they made the entire process simple easy and affordable. They have wonderful vendors who are all in-house to streamline the process. Dana and Kristie were indescribably helpful through the entire process (despite all the chaos and confusion with COVID). We tell every engaged couple, if you want to make it easy go with with Wedgewood, if you want to make it perfect, make sure you have Dana helping!

My guests RAVED about how amazing the venue was, how incredible the food tasted and just overall what an awesome experience they had. As an extremely organized bride with a TON of questions, the staff at Lindsay Grove accommodated my every need and exceeded my expectations. The whole wedding planning process is down to the last detail and everything is so organized and easy. Every staff member was amazing but Kristie helped me on my wedding day and I am so thankful for her! The vendors such as the florist, baker, etc. provided by the venue were so easy to work with and delivered exceptional results. I truly couldn't be happier and I am SO happy I chose this venue! If you are considering it, go for it, you won't regret it!
