So much fun!

The lady I had taking care of us was so much fun. She jumped in on hilarious conversations with her own stories. They were so helpful in finding the perfect dress for me.

Not only found the perfect dress but gained more friends as well...honestly finding the dress was the easiest part of my wedding process...the specialists are specialized...you describe what you are looking for and they will match...The turnaround time was quicker than expected...I highly recommend this salon

Amazing experience - start to finish!

My shopping experience at Lavender Bridal was really incredible. I called to book a fitting appointment and was able to get in the same week. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted, checked in, and began looking through the different styles of dresses with my consultant, Courtney. She was very knowledgeable about the styles and was able to pick dresses she thought I’d love. I had no idea what I was doing, but Courtney made me feel comfortable and lead the way.
After picking a slew of dresses, we went into the fitting room to try them on. I had Courtney’s undivided attention which made me feel cared for and excited about going through this experience. During my time trying dresses on, another consultant, Frankie, became available and offered her assistance as well. The ladies worked together to pick out a few things that I never would have picked myself, and I quickly fell in love with a dress!
I was able to work with the manager, Brandan, on a price point and was able to purchase my dress that day! I couldn’t believe how kind and attentive the staff were at Lavender. A lot of bridal shops just churn people out, pressure them to buy things out of their price range, and don’t give the attention a nervous bride to be needs. That was not the case at all at Lavender! Everyone was truly wonderful, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed, and I left with my dream dress! This boutique was a wonderful experience, start to finish. I can’t recommend them enough! I live in the Cleveland area and drove over an hour to visit them, which ended up being so worth it! So even if you live a bit of drive away, it is worth your time to go and check them out. Amazing experience!

I can not recommend Lavender Bridal Salon enough! Frankie was so helpful. She listened to exactly what I wanted and pulled the perfect dress that had everything I was looking for! You can tell she is extremely knowledgeable and enjoys what she does. I’m so excited to have found my dream dress and can not wait to get married next May now.

Amazing!

Less than a month after getting engaged, I attended a bridal show where Lavendar Bridal was in attendance. I had so much fun with Absidy who helped me try on some samples that they brought. I found the vision of what I wanted my dress to look like and was pretty sure that it was the dress I wanted to choose. Two months later, half of my bridal party and my mother’s drove to Dover to do the dress fitting. We had our own area, was drinking champagne, had the whole salon to ourselves. Everyone was friendly, they made the dress searching job fun and less daunting and I ended up finding my dream dress!! I am in sales as well so I appreciated that they were not pushy and answered every and all questions that I had! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Incredible Experience!

Lavender Bridal is amazing! The staff is sure to take their time with each client. They ensure you are happy and they make your experience one to remember. Being from Columbus, I had visited multiple bridal salons with no luck. I had given up on my search for the gown until my grandmother, a local of Dover for many, many years, recommended Lavender Bridal. I finally found the gown and I’m PROUD to be a Lavender bride 💜

Lavender Bridal was the first actual place I went to look at wedding dresses (looked online did not go well) wasn't sure exactly what I wanted they were very accommodating to me as well as those that came out to support me:) Courtney was exceptional in helping me find my dress I said yes to as well as helping me with figuring out what I wanted for accessories. They also provided a list of companies and individuals that do dress alterations which was very helpful. Just an over all awesome experience:)

Lavender's had a great variety of wedding dresses and I picked my dress for my September 30th, 2017 wedding after only trying on 4 dresses. The dress was a Kenneth Winston Private Label 2014 Spring Style 15432 in Ivory and it was absolutely perfect! We also purchased a cathedral veil to go with the beautiful dress. The bridal consultant that helped us that day was amazing and she helped me pick out the most perfect dress and veil!

I had tried three other bridal shops before going to Lavender and was not having any luck finding what I was looking for - I wish I had just gone to Lavender first! The consultant I worked with - Laurel - took time at the beginning of the appointment to discuss the look I wanted and look at pictures I had. I think every dress she pulled for me fit exactly what I was looking for - it was a really good experience shopping there overall.

Dress shopping at Lavender was a great experience!! I had a big group with me (about 14 ppl) , and they were extremely accommodating to that!! Everyone working there is so sweet and helpful, they are sure to make your dress shopping experience very enjoyable and stress free.

I had a very enjoyable experience at Lavender Bridal Salon. I live in the area and popped in randomly just to see what sort of accessories they had since I have already found my dress. I was in need of a hair piece and Laurel along with the other employees at the shop were extremely welcoming and friendly. They were very curious about my wedding plans and were excited to help me pick the perfect hair piece. Laurel went out of her way to give me her card and encourage me to make an appointment to try on hair pieces and find the best one for me.

Lavenders bridal was the first bridal shop I tried before I even knew what kind of style of dress I wanted (I was looking at the wrong style at first) but I loved my first experience with Laurel!! After trying multiple other bridal locations I had planned to go back to lavenders to try the style of dress I finally knew I loved. It came down to 2 dresses and I'm glad I picked the one I did with Laurels help! By far the best bridal shop I had went to, and as I mentioned, I went to a lot! Go here to look for your dress!

Lavender Bridal made my dress shopping experience absolutely fantastic! Laurel was amazing from the start to work with! She opened the store an hour early for me to work with my schedule, then got to know me so she could find my perfect dress. She did such a good job listening to exactly what I wanted and had me saying yes to my dress after only an hour and a half! So happy with my experience at Lavender!

I bought my Essence of Australia wedding dress from Lavender Bridal and I had a wonderful experience! They have a wonderful selection of dresses and everyone in the store was so nice and very helpful. I felt like I was treated like family. I highly recommend going to Lavender if you're shopping for your wedding gown!

Laurel was amazing. My bridal party was late. And she was so understanding. She picked up on my taste and personality perfectly when choosing gowns for me to try on. And even knew which one I would end up purchasing. The shop was beautiful and very clean. Amazing experience!

I had the best experience here. I had gone to another store earlier in the week and they just kept throwing dresses at me and did not listen to what I wanted.
I made an appointment at Lavender and they actually listened. I felt like I was on the show "Say Yes to the Dress" because the attention was all on me for the hour that I was there. I found the dress of my dreams in an hour because they sat down and asked what I wanted and did not just throw things at me to try on.

I stopped at this salon at at Today's Bridal Show. They have what they call a pop-up salon. I honestly did not expect to find a dress. However I found the one the girls were so sweet and never pushy about me purchasing anything. I would recommend this salon especially with the discounts you can get at the shows.

I discovered Lavender Bridal at a Bridal Show in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio about a year before my wedding. Their whole display took my breath away and I knew I had to go to their shop right away. However I was quite nervous as I had some not so fun dress appointments at other bridal stores. Being a plus sized bride can be a humiliating experience when most of the floor samples are half your size, however Lauren went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. The vision of my perfect dress was not going to be realized with what was on the racks, however, Lauren led me directly to the dresses that could be customized for me. We were able to not only alter a dress but bring my vision to life. My amazing pink and white gown was unlike any other dress I've seen and even now, 2 1/2 years later, people remark on how stunning it is.

Besides calming my nerves and making my dream a reality, Lauren helped us find the perfect dresses for my girls as well. And then, when the swatches came and I nearly lost my mind cause the colors appeared to be all wrong, Lauren called the designer to make sure our order was right. From staying open a little late so I could make the mad dash an hour south after work, to regular updates on the status of our dresses...Lauren made sure I was happy and informed through the whole process.

The alterations team at Lavender also deserves a special shoutout as well. We ordered my dress a size down because I was losing weight...but by the time it came in, it was already too big. My dress had to be taken in more than 8 inches in the waist alone, with my waist getting smaller and smaller at each consecutive visit. They were able to make sure my gown fit perfectly despite the challenges, and for that, I say a huge thank you!!!

I worked with Trudy to find my gown, and she was AMAZING! The staff is so friendly and the store has quite a large selection! I told Trudy the style I thought I was looking for, and she was able to help me find the most beautiful gown that fit my body type perfectly! I highly recommend them to any bride!

I felt very comfortable here, the staff was very helpful in assisting to pick out dresses, large changing room, and I didn't feel pressured at all. She helped me stay close to my budget.
I got a beautiful tea length dress that is actually floor length for me, absolutely perfect! I would recommend them, specifically Trudy!

Laurel was wonderful to work with. Lavender has an excellent variety of designers to choose from. Very courteous and professional. You can tell the girls working there really love their job and they want to help you find the perfect dress and accessories. I never felt rushed.... Laurel must have pulled at least 20 dresses for me to try..... yet I never felt over-whelmed or pressured to make a decision. Lavender Bridal was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

If possible, I would give Lavender's a perfect 10!! What an amazing experience I had finding and selecting my dream wedding gown with the amazing women who work there! Everyone there made me feel so special and helped make a hard decision very easy with great confidence! Each person who traveled with me to be a part of this experience loved their own personal experience with the amazing staff during my appointments! The staff are very invested in your unique story of love and your wedding day dreams. I highly, highly recommend this bridal salon! When you walk in, you feel so welcomed by the friendly staff! Excellent selection of dresses! I wish I could have tried on every single one! It would have been fun!! But I found my dream dress within the first few which was great too! Best of luck to you! I've recommended this salon to all of my friends and two more have found their dream dresses at Lavender's too!

I would recommend Lavender Bridal Salon to all Brides-to-be! I almost did not make the trip to Lavender, because it was a bit farther away from me and I was already deciding between two dress at more local shops. However, I decided to go and see what they had, and I am so glad that I did. Most of the bridal shops I had visited previously carried the same selection of dresses, which is what made Lavender so unique. They had a wide selection of dresses and designers that were not carried in the other shops. LuAnn was extremely helpful, and she never rushed me or pressured me. I think she enjoyed helping me find the right dress as much as I did! I went back second time and made a final decision on "the one". After I decided on the dress, I needed to chose a color. Since they only had the dress in Champagne, LuAnn had me try on two other dresses from the same designer so I could see how I looked in White and Ivory. She even had me stand under different lighting to get the full effect of each color. I am extremely happy with my dress and with my experience at Lavender Bridal Salon! :)

I have been to Lavender several times. They were always so nice and welcoming to me. Indecisive as I am they were patient, kind and understanding. Today I found my dream gown off the sale rack; so great value but even more special was the way I was treated. Thank you Suzi, Laurel and my first consultant Trudy. This was my third place looking for a dress. I knew what I wanted and what style looked good on me. LuAnn helped me to find exactly what I wanted. She knew her inventory and what accessories best matched the dress that I ended up saying yes to! She made me enjoy the process and listened to my opinions. If I tried something on and it wasn't just right she went back out and got whatever came to mind. Lavendar Bridal was amazing! They worked with me to bring in a sample of a gown I found in Pittsburgh for a trunk show and I ended up trying something different on and loving it even more! Laurel was the best to work with - so personal and professional - couldn't have asked for anyone better! Although the drive was a little over 1.5 hours, she definitely made it worth the trip! I was at the bridal show at Belden Village mall sunday (1/25/15) and Lavender Bridal was there. I was actually just looking around considering I just got engaged a month ago. I brought my mom a long and the ladies there were awesome! We found a dress that I loved. I still wanted to go to the shop and look around. LuAnne had me come down to the shop today (wednesday 1/28/15) to look around. I loved the dress I had originally picked out but knew I wanted more bling. She spent 3 1/2 hours with me trying on dresses to find the one. When I actually just went back to the original and she spiced it up by adding a hip bling piece, and straps. Now I have my dream dress, CUSTOMIZED and for a GREAT price!!!!!! Thank you Ladies!

I loved my consultant LuAnn! She helped me find not one but two perfect dresses! She makes the experience all about the bride while making the otheruests in party feeling comfortable and special too! She takes your vision and surprises you with beautiful selections! After purchasing my 1st dress in Feb, 2014 and then a month later finding out I was pregnant she helped me find another dress that my body would look beautiful in and that I didn't have to hem or alter due to time constraint! They helped me fiancé my dresses so I could pay off reasonably which helped my dad not have a heart attack! Thank You Lavendar Bridal !

My daughter and I went to multiple Bridal Shops and we had the BEST experience here. The ladies are very nice and helpful. They have nice size dressing rooms and a very nice selection of dresses. Also, for those Mothers that are not size 10-16, they care dresses in women's sizes also!

I got engaged on Christmas, decided one day later to plan a wedding for April.. and figured there would be no way I would find the perfect dress. I called Lavendar, they let me come in that Saturday. I had just planned on browsing, I didn't have my heart set on anything, and I was nervous that they were going to think I was crazy. I think they sensed my nerves from the beginning, she was so positive and kind, she made me feel relaxed and even helped me find the perfect dress! I never imagined I would walk out of there carrying my wedding dress, but sure enough I did! They were so patient with me and helpful! I really appreciate everything they did and all their hard work!

Laurel was completely amazing! My mother and I walked in just to look around and she was able to fit us into her schedule. I fell in love with the very first dress she put on me and SHE PICKED IT OUT! I could not have picked a better consultant! I would highly recommend Lavender Bridal.

I had the most wonderful time today. Everyone was so nice and helpful in finding me my perfect dress. They weren't pushy or focused on trying to sell me things I didn't need, but were instead truly focused on what looked best for my body. I tried on millions of dresses, well that's what it seemed like, from other stores around the area. But when she pulled the dress out that I bought I knew it was the one! It was everything I planned in my head and I was so surprised she nailed it on the first dress! I saw online that Lavender Bridal was one of only a few vendors in Ohio that had a wedding dress that I had been drooling over for months. When I called to ask if they had one in stock that I could try on, the woman who responded was very polite and very helpful. She immediately set up an appointment with me and when I arrived the dress was already in a fitting room waiting for me. It fit, I loved it, and I bought it that day, hassle-free.

My experience in the salon itself was also very positive. I'm not a shopper and I don't appreciate being pushed into things when I shop. At another bridal salon, the sales lady followed me throughout the store, had me try on multiple dresses that I didn't care for, and tried pushing me into buying a dress I didn't want. That didn't happen at Lavender, for which I am very grateful. All-in-all, a very positive experience.

If I could give 10 stars for Lavender Bridal I would! They are such a wonderful company and really make you feel like family! I wouldn't go anywhere else for any kind of dress I need. I had actually bought a dress at a sample sale, and made the biggest mistake in buying the first dress I ever put on. The owner was so wonderful and accommodating in my situation and I now have the dress of my dreams! I can't say enough about all the girls who work there and all the dresses to choose from. I went to Lavender Bridal by myself first, just to find out what types of dresses I like on my body. I found the most beautiful dress and then went back to show my mom and sister. The consultants were so helpful and nice. They made me feel very good about myself and made me even more excited about my wedding day (which I didn't think was possible!) I searched all over looking for my perfect wedding dress and it was in my back yard the whole time. I stopped in Lavender on a whim after I thought I had found the right dress else where. They helped me try on a few dresses and I found my dress. The dress and veil came back before the anticipated arrival date. Once I picked up my dress they informed me the seamstress had put in her two weeks notice but they gave me a list of referrals. I recommend Lavender Bridal. Sometimes small towns are where its at!

I bought my dress at the IX Center Bridal Show. The Salon did a trunk/pop-up sale and offered discounts on dresses bought that day. Even though there were hundreds of brides at the event, they helped me personally with my decision.
They also offer a care plan which is definitely worth it!
They also are flexible and help to have my dress ready when I take the drive (1.5 hours away) to take it for estimates from the salon and others.

I model wedding gowns and so I knew that challenge of finding the perfect dress was going to be hard. I worked with Marcie and she couldn't have been nicer! She made the appointment enjoyable for not only me but also for my mother, aunt, and grandmother. We tried on countless dresses that were all gorgeous and then Marcie made a suggestion for a dress to try on. It ended up being the one! I am so glad that I got my gown from their store. I have received complements for the last month of how gorgeous my dress was! Having worn so many dresses and modeling for a lot of different companies I can honestly say that this is my favorite bridal salon in northeast OHIO! The gowns are gorgeous and they will go above and beyond to make sure that you find your dress. They are by no means pushy and make you feel obligated to purchase from them. If you are a bride looking for your perfect gown don't make your final decision until you have visited this salon, its worth the drive!!!!!

The ladies here catered to my every need! I was only available on Saturdays to come to them & they never hesitated on making Saturday appointments! The seamstress did a wonderful job at making the alterations that were needed! This was the best dress shop I have ever been to! I found my dress last fall at Lavender Bridal on the first day I went wedding dress shopping with my mom. The only issue I ran into was getting my dress alterations: the store's seamstress was transitioning out of her job, so I had to find my own seamstress 2 months before the wedding. It all worked out in the end!

I visited Lavender Bridal on a Wednesday morning to simply browse for the first time. Due to a time crunch, I was unable to try anything on that day; however, the stylist was very helpful. She took note of each gown I had interest in trying on so that when I return, I could try them on. The boutique is nice and it was not crowded, allowing the stylist to give all her attention to me. I felt as though I had the entire store to myself! The gowns are beautiful and there is a nice selection of styles and sizes to try on. The gowns are very reasonably priced ($800-2200) and seem to be high quality gowns for the price! I highly recommend stopping in!

This bridal shop was the only shop I went to when shopping for my wedding dress!!! The gowns were absolutely beautiful, but the best part was that after trying on a couple different dresses they could tell the style I was looking for and they actually had one in the back that had been discontinued and was %50 off!!!! And guess what, it was the dress I bought! It fit perfectly and no alterations were needed :) Wonderful people at Lavendar who know what they are doing!!!

The shop was very accommodating. I had emailed them ahead of time about a dress I was looking at. They set it aside for me with no issues. Although I didn't wind up with that dress, they had no issues letting us browse the store and based on my pictures that I had brought, made dress suggestions. The ONLY negative thing that happened during my experience was that the woman who was helping me try on the dresses made a comment under her breath when I tried on and told her yes to my now wedding dress. I think because it was so different from what I was originally aiming for that it caught her off guard. Bottom line they are a great store and VERY helpful. I was able to get my dress, veil (which matches perfectly), earrings and a hairpiece all in their shop and stayed under budget.

This was the best bridal salon I have ever been to, large or small. Marcie was my consultant and the only consultant that I had through the dress finding process who was simply amazing! She helped me find what I wanted to try on, along with some others she thought I might like. There was no judgement about my appearance, budget, or wedding (which, lets be honest about, happens at a lot of bridal salons). She was just eager and happy to help in the process! I would never recommend any one go anywhere else. This shop was simply amazing.

A great place to buy a dress, and get fitted. Excellent service, prices, and atmosphere. So glad I got my gown there. They came through in a pinch the day before the wedding to fix my veil. I loved them!

This is a beautiful bridal salon with a very nice selection of designers and large dressing rooms. You cannot beat their prices. I also purchased my veil and shoes there. I didn't really like ther selection of jewelry though. I thought they could have had more and better quality pieces. Other than that, I was very happy with their prices and alteration services.
