When my husband and I got engaged, one of the first things we talked about was having a ceremony that felt like us. A ceremony that wasn't the same script we had heard time and time again in movies, but something that celebrated our individuality. Lauren was highly recommended by our venue and even after the first email, we knew they were someone special. After our initial zoom call with Lauren, we knew they were exactly who we were looking for! Lauren's process is so unique and takes you through an in-depth look of why you're getting married in the first place. The questionnaire you fill out in the beginning of phase one takes you out of the logistics of planning a wedding and back into feeling the love; the whole reason you're even getting married! Lauren made us feel seen, loved, and cared for as if we had been friends for several years! Not only did Lauren create a beautiful ceremony that came from their heart, but it perfectly captured our love story and the love we have for each other. Everyone who attended our wedding thought we had known Lauren for decades and said the ceremony was their favorite part of the day as they loved how unique and special it was! Lauren also helped us with a vow resource that was incredibly helpful to organize your thoughts into the perfect way to express your feelings to your partner. The BEST Love Celebrant!
Lauren is absolutely phenomenal at what they do!! Lauren made our day so special and filled with love, emotion, kindness and joy. My husband and I have been through a lot in our time together. But we’ve come out stronger on the other side. Lauren took note of this and helped us cultivate an experience that acknowledged the challenges and celebrated the growth, our love and our commitment.
Before working with Lauren, we felt excited and happy to celebrate our day of love. But after working with Lauren we realized how much more there was to celebrate. Lauren guided us in celebrating our love, our growth together, our growth individually and the love around us (friends, family, pets). Lauren enhanced our experience with their great questions and exercises they provided for us. My husband and I were able to dig even deeper and truly celebrate our love this way.
There’s so much more to say about Lauren. But here are my top three highlights:
1. Truly caring: Lauren is a caring person who digs deep and wants to know what makes your love special. On top of that, Lauren truly cares about every single person they work with. It’s very clear. They made us feel like family.
2. Professional but human: Lauren isn’t just an “officiant” that word simply isn’t enough. Lauren is the embodiment of a Love Celebrant! With Lauren all basis are covered. They are professional but also HUMAN. I’ve never once heard of an “officiant” getting to know their couples so well. Lauren goes above and beyond. Lauren quickly felt like a safe space for both of us.
3. A talent with words: Lauren said things that dug deep, touched our hearts and all of our guests. Lauren truly gets to know you so well that the words feel like a lifelong friend is speaking about you. How amazing is that on your wedding day?! It didn’t feel like a copy and paste but it was tailored to exactly who we are and our story.
Bonus: Lauren has a great sense of humor and is so helpful! Lauren won’t make you feel like your wedding day isn’t your day. Lauren is accommodating, helpful and is all about the non-traditional weddings which was a huge reason we wanted to work with them. Lauren never once shamed us for our ideas and instead embraced them and made sure we had a perfect day!
I highly suggest working with Lauren for your wedding. You won’t regret it! It’s the best decision you can make for a day that is so important.

From the moment that my now wife and I reached out to Lauren, we knew they were our officiant. And that decision was only solidified the more we met with Lauren.
Lauren took the time to get know us individually and as a couple. This proved to be one of the highlights of our wedding planning as it continued to keep us grounded in the moments that mattered most and were somehow the most stressful.
I unfortunately lost my Mother about 6 weeks before our wedding date. We reached out to Lauren to add something to our already finished ceremony that could honor my late Mom. It was zero surprise that Lauren was absolutely there to meet with us to go over what we wanted changed. Lauren even suggested some very meaningful things that we couldn’t think of ourselves. This made the ceremony even more meaningful as it felt like everything we had asked for was met and more.

Lauren was fantastic! We wanted a small wedding with just immediate family, and we were hoping for an officiant who could make the ceremony feel very light and joyful but also meaningful. Luckily, Lauren was recommended to us, and we couldn’t have been happier with them! The multi-step process they created really enabled us all to get to know each other. Even though my now-husband and I are relatively private and introverted people, Lauren was able to immediately put us at ease as if we were talking to an old friend. When we started planning our wedding, we had no idea just how important choosing the right officiant would be. We were caught up in the logistics. Since we were planning an elopement-style ceremony at San Francisco City Hall from our home in Texas, every vendor we worked with played a crucial role in making the day feel special and personal. We had plenty of nerves going into it, but from the moment we found Lauren, their enthusiasm, curiosity, and warmth made us feel like we could do anything. Needless to say, we jumped on board for the full Lauren Snead experience!
They were there for us in every way imaginable—guiding us not just through the logistics, but through a deeper journey of reflection that prepared us for the big day in ways we didn't know we needed. Their thoughtful questions challenged us in the best way, helping us articulate what marriage meant to us, what we wanted our ceremony to feel like, and how to be truly present in the moment.

Memorable and intimate elopement
Lauren worked with my wife, Kara, and I for about a year before our elopement in CA. Lauren’s presence feels like a couples therapist mixed with an officiant and a spiritual guide. She is funny, kind, and super prepared to help couples get ready for their ceremony. Kara and I loved working with her in the lead up to the day, and loved meeting her in person even more. We got sooo many compliments on our ceremony, and it is all thanks to Lauren! From our first meeting with them, we knew we trusted them with creating our perfect ceremony. They spent a lot of time getting to know us and our story. We had no idea where to start when it came to planning a ceremony. They have a ton of experience and ideas and helped us decide on what parts of the ceremony were important for us. They also checked on us throughout the process and helped calm our nerves when we needed it.
On the day of our wedding Lauren was amazing! They knew how to captivate a crowd. They are charismatic, engaging, and they created exactly the mood that i wanted which was sentimental and emotional. By the end, everyone was crying.

Having Lauren as our officiant was one of the best things we ever did for our wedding. Before the ceremony itself, we had talked with them via virtual meetings so that we could all get to know each other. By the time we had officially met face to face on our wedding day, it felt like meeting a friend we hadn't seen in years. They emit a warm, fun, and welcoming vibe that makes you feel safe and seen while you chat with them. Lauren is the voice of reason and helps you feel validated with your feelings. The way they ran the ceremony was very professional and smooth, transitioning from one section to the next effortlessly. We loved how we were also able to make changes to the ceremony draft. It gave us peace of mind knowing that we could remove or reduce parts that we weren't comfortable with sharing with our guests, and adding segments that we really wanted to implement. After the ceremony, numerous guests told us how much they were impressed with Lauren. They loved how Lauren told everyone our love story, how clearly they spoke, and how it felt like our officiant was a good friend that we had known for a long time. At the end of the night, the other vendors came up to us and praised Lauren, saying how amazing it was to work with them. The DJ even told us, "They were easily the best officiant I have ever worked with." My wife and I are so proud to say that we chose Lauren as our officiant. If we had to do our ceremony over and over again, we would choose Lauren every time. If anyone reading this is unsure about booking with them, we highly suggest you do. They even mailed in our marriage certificate for us right after the ceremony! Talk about going above and beyond! Lauren, thank you for everything that you've done for us. My husband and I decided to work with Lauren after we witnessed her great work as an officiant for a friend's wedding. After our initial call to determine if there was a fit, we knew immediately we wanted to work with her. She treats the entire process holistically and professionally. She wanted to really understand us, what drove our relationship, and how we felt about each other as a couple. This level of depth allowed her to support us in our year+ journey throughout the engagement! She also coached us on how to think about our ceremony and our vows, but always allowing us space to be authentic and vulnerable.

Lauren is the absolute best. She officiated our wedding, and it was an even better ceremony than we could have hoped for. Lauren took so much time to get to know us and understand our relationship. And she crafted the most beautiful, custom ceremony. My husband and I are not religious, but we have plenty of loved ones who are. She struck the perfect balance so that everyone at our wedding felt invested in our love and our marriage. Lauren also took the time to learn about Mexican wedding traditions so that I could incorporate pieces of my heritage into our ceremony. My husband also gets extreme anxiety before public speaking, and Lauren was so helpful for him. She gave him tools to ease his nerves and regularly checked in with him to see if he was making progress! Lauren made my husband and I feel so understood, loved, and celebrated. She is truly the sweetest person we have ever met. And our guests absolutely adored her. Lauren is a very special person. I found her while searching for someone who could not only officiate my wedding but to help guide the ceremony with love and grace. We could not have chosen a more kind, loving, supportive and passionate person to perform our wedding. I knew she was the person for us when I confided in her my many stressors and worries when it came to my wedding. She was open and helped me navigate my feelings so well. I had no idea how to say what I wanted to my husband and Lauren broke it down so beautifully and there was not a dry eye at the ceremony. Her process in getting to know me and my partner felt so personal and very comfortable. She was unbelievably flexible with our busy and crazy schedules as a neurodivergent family.
One of the most special moments, among so many, was when I walked down the aisle and stood in front of my partner. I was so excited and yet so nervous. Lauren helped us relax when she asked if we wanted to hug each other. She knew that this would help us both connect. I could not be more grateful for everything she has done for our family. During the ceremony, we wanted to include our son as much as possible because it was not only a marriage of two people but a merging of a blended family. My partner said vows to our son and presented him with his adoption certificate. Lauren made sure he felt seen and comfortable whenever he needed a moment because he is also Autistic. I know she’s done this so many times, but it truly felt like we were her only clients. Choosing Lauren is like choosing a member of the family. We will never forget everything she did for us. -

The absolute best!
We could not be happier to have found Lauren to officiate our ceremony! The entire process was so special, brought us together as a couple, all while Lauren was taking the time to get to genuinely know us as a couple. LAUREN Will Make your dreams come true! Our wedding was a fairytale!!!
There are no words to express how deeply touched my husband and I are by Lauren and what she has brought to us individually and as a couple. She is inspiring, genuine, heartfelt and overall THE BEST at what she does. She made our wedding so incredibly special. From the moment we met her we knew we wanted her to officiate our wedding. She allowed us to really dig deep and learn about ourselves. To go out of our comfort zone and to be a resource for anything we needed. She was very approachable and made herself always available to reach out to. She also would always check in and reach out to us as well. We love her personality!
Lauren made the experience unforgettable. After our ceremony several of our guests raved about Lauren and said it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to because of the special touches she brought to our ceremony. We love Lauren!!
Working with Lauren was the best decision we made for our wedding. The ceremony is the heart of a wedding, and Lauren is a true master of ceremonies. Lauren has so much wedding expertise, not only in the logistics of it all, but also in the emotions that can come up in planning and having a wedding.
My partner and I are both queer and trans, so a lot of aspects of the traditional wedding ceremony didn’t resonate with us. Lauren helped us to conceptualize what we wanted in our ceremony, how we wanted to feel, how we wanted our guests to feel, and so much more. Her process not only helped us create a ceremony that felt meaningful and unique, but also helped us grow stronger as a couple. Lauren asked all the right questions to get us thinking about what was important for our wedding, what getting married meant to us, and our expectations around marriage.
In the end, our ceremony felt so perfect and special. Our guests were so moved and thought Lauren must have been someone we had known for years! If you’re getting married soon, I can’t recommend Lauren enough. -

The minute we met Lauren we knew we wanted her to be part of our wedding day. She is an amazing human who emanates light and love. Working with her leading up to our wedding was so much fun. Lauren offers amazing guidance and support on creating a ceremony that is personal and heartfelt.
I cannot count the number of our guests who said that our wedding ceremony was the best that they had ever attended and that Lauren was so amazing. Just the other day my mother in law was still raving and it’s been almost two months since our wedding!
With all of the details that need to be arranged and vendors that need to be hired when planning your wedding, it’s easy to forget that the whole point of your wedding day is the ceremony itself. So while it may be a bit painful to invest money into that aspect of your wedding day, hiring Lauren was 100% worth it!! If we had it to do all over again, Lauren would be at the top of our vendor list.

We ‘interviewed’ several wedding officiants as we were looking for someone we would vibe with that felt more like family or a close friend vs. someone that we hire just to marry us and sign our paperwork. We weren’t feeling seen by most officiants, but the moment we met with Lauren, we were INSTANTLY sold. Lauren had the vibe we were seeking; a magnetic, warm, welcoming, kind and present person. You could feel Lauren’s love and attention fully showing up for you.
You feel their compassion as well as excitement to hear about you and learn about your love story. My (now) wife and I were smiling so hard the whole time we spoke and when we hung up, it took us 30 seconds to decide - “YES” to Lauren.
It was important to us to have someone officiate our love story with a depth and understanding of the LGBTQ+ community as a same sex couple. Lauren truly invested in our journey to marriage - not just to officiate, but to help us reflect and understand the reason why we chose to marry each other in the first place. My wife and I went through some very challenging times leading up to the wedding that put a strain on our happy moments, but Lauren was there to catch us, coach us, lift us up and navigate those difficult moments. We laughed, cried and shared so much in the year leading up to our big day. Lauren brought us together in ways no one else could and we partnered on and curated the most beautiful wedding ceremony together. Lauren guided us on our vows and gave us great insights and direction whenever we needed it. Lauren’s rehearsal was so special and meaningful - something we won’t forget and the wedding ceremony was so well delivered that our wedding guests went up to them afterwards to compliment them and had assumed we’ve been friends for years! Lauren was exactly what we wanted and now, more than ever, is like family and part of our growing community. Choosing Lauren as the officiant for our October 2022 wedding was the best decision! I can not recommend her highly enough. We were tempted to go with our wedding planner as officiant to keep it simple, but I kept coming back to Lauren. We set up a Zoom to see if we'd be a good fit and our 11-year-old daughter joined as well. After wonderful conversation with much laughter we got off the call, looked at each other, and all three of us said, "Yes! Lauren has to be the officiant! We love her!"
Lauren's process is thorough, interesting, and fun. It gave us an opportunity to get to know each other better as a couple and made for a wonderfully personal and individual ceremony. Lauren worked with us every step of the way, even giving me edits and tips on my wedding vows. Before and during the ceremony she was a supportive, calming, and joyful presence. We hired Lauren to be our wedding officiant for our June wedding and it was one of the best decisions ever! One of the reasons I reached out to her was because I wanted my wedding ceremony to fill with laughters and fun instead of the old-school bible reading format. Lauren did not let us down! She used a questionnaire she created to create a very fun and engaging ceremony with minimal input from us. The questionnaire actually helped us to learn about each other and it was truly a learning process when Lauren shared our answers with us. We had a few online meetings to talk about what we like to include in the ceremony and we shared some fun stories of our lives. She engaged our stories so well that my family asked me if she is our long time friend. Lauren also understands how stressful planning a wedding is. She made sure she's always there for us and gave us mental support/helpful wedding tips whenever we were about to lose our mind lol. During the ceremony, we had a little sound system problem that our microphone was on and off randomly. Lauren immediately decided that we would go without the mic that guaranteed everything went smoothly and within the timeline. After the ceremony, so many family and friends reached out to us and complimented how professional Lauren was. If you would like your ceremony to be fun ,loving, positive and engaging, without too much effort required from you, you should hire Lauren and everything will be fantastic!

Cannot praise Lauren enough!
Simply said, Lauren has a gift! I first saw Lauren in action at a friend’s wedding. I was in awe of the whole experience, because it is an experience. It was like nothing I had ever seen. Bringing two people, telling us their journey of love in such a beautiful way. It was amazing, like Lauren. I had no partner at the time nor plans to be married anytime soon but I knew that I wanted Lauren to officiate and work her magic on my special day. I was excited to take her card and keep it until my day came. A couple years later, I found my soulmate and when we started planning our wedding, she was one of the first vendors I reached out to. Lauren was so inviting, she embodies the energy of life and love. She talked us through the whole process. She got to know us not just as a coupon but as people and she gave us homework but it was worth it to really discover and know what my partner thought and felt about me and our future life together. She gave us a preview of what the ceremony would look like. It was everything we wanted. My partner and I were to wed in 2020 but because of the pandemic that didn’t happen. Lauren was always checking in on us and making sure we were okay. A do dir any updates. We really appreciate her for that as our venue kept rescheduling our wedding date and Lauren was always trying her best to be able to accommodate the new date. We were finally able to get marred this year, in 2022, and we are both extremely happy and honored that Lauren officiated it. Go with Lauren, I believe she is some kind of Cupid. I'm so glad we ended up meeting Lauren. When we started looking for a wedding officiant, we were hoping for someone to stand up at the front and speak well. Lauren is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t even imagine our wedding day without her. Due to COVID we cancelled our original wedding and had to make a quick transition to a smaller, family-only ceremony in a completely different date/location/time than we had planned. We reached out to Lauren and after our first meeting we realized she is on a different level. Her energy just poured through the zoom meeting (not always easy to do!) and we knew instantly that she was the one for us. At a time where we had to worry about lots of fast cancellations, changes, and safety logistics, she made the ceremony preparation and meetings so enjoyable and took a huge weight off our shoulders.
One really special thing about Lauren’s process is that she does a pre-wedding process with each couple, challenging you to really dig into yourself, your partner, and what you both want from this special moment you will share together. She then crafts a completely personal ceremony from this process. She was able to take everything we wanted to include (a wine box ceremony, group blessing, handfasting) and tie them into a connected, beautiful and heartfelt ceremony. She also did a rehearsal and welcome circle with our families, which was honestly one of the most emotional and beautiful experiences of our wedding weekend.
Throughout our process, we had told Lauren that our main goal was to feel connected to each other and present throughout the day - she helped us do that and we can honestly say we felt so connected throughout the day, but especially the ceremony, which felt like we were the only people in the world. Our families loved everything and there were quite a few tears and laughs.
We could not have loved everything more. It is very rarely in life that you can say something was perfect - but we feel our wedding ceremony and day honestly was.

Endless Gratitude!
Lauren is on her own level. We wanted a custom ceremony that spoke to who were we are as people and what we wanted our marriage to be. And she delivered. She guided us through a thorough and beautiful process to create such a ceremony. She is more than a day of officiant, we spent a few months getting to know each other, through calls, her discovery process and our wedding weekend. We did not do any pre-marital counseling but found our sessions with Lauren more than just planning, they truly set us up for defining our marriage and preparing ourselves for it at the same time. She helpful reassure us through all the uncertainty of pandemic wedding planning. Due to covid we were separate from friends and family during our elopement. She facilitated a beautiful zoom call the night before that helped us feel connected to our loved ones. We felt so seen and loved. She suggested they all light candles during our ceremony as an act of unity. We woke up the following days to tons and tons of photos of lit candles in our honor, it was SO SPECIAL. She hiked a mountain with us to get our ceremony spot and delivered a beautiful ceremony that left us both laughing and in tears. She balanced out the lightheartedness with depth and meaning. She told our story throughout the ceremony and we find that invaluable as we will look back on it for years to come. We left as friends having shared such an intimate experience together. We felt supported throughout the whole entire process. We are so grateful for who she is and what she does. First things first, it has taken my husband and I over a year to write this review... simply due to the fact that we were overwhelmed by the thought of using ONLY words to express just how amazing of a person and officiant Lauren is!
When we first met Lauren, her energy radiated positivity, openness and warmth. And this was felt just by talking to her via video chat! Lauren has a way of connecting with every single individual on a level where you feel safe, at ease and like you are at the center of her universe... I can only guess that this is what an interaction with Gandhi would resemble! :)
With all that is involved in planning a destination wedding in California, she took so much weight off of our shoulders by making the planning of the ceremony a breeze. John and I wanted to have a ceremony that represented us... two introverted, quirky, nerdy, sarcastic people that have been in a relationship for over 10 years. We also wanted to honor those that could not be at the ceremony for various reasons. Lauren was somehow able to wrap all of that into one ceremony. We truly felt like our relationship and the members of our support system were honored. Tailoring our ceremony in that way made for an unbelievably special and sacred moment.
The cherry on top is that weeks after the wedding, our family kept talking about Lauren! We reminded them that we waited ten years to get married and that we should be celebrated, but they insisted Lauren was the star! ;) I would say that a majority of our immediate family are now following her on social media because she left that great of an impression!
I told Lauren that the review would take some time to write because it would essentially be a love letter! Lauren, I hope that this was a decent love letter from John and I! We appreciate you so much and wish you and your beautiful family the best.

It was an immediate connection with Lauren as we went through the process of meeting with three officiants on exploratory Zoom calls. She had a warm, caring and kind spirit and we both knew she was our officiant after the introductory conversation. Over the course of months, we worked with her to articulate our values and what is important to us big and small as we begin life as a married couple. I enjoyed every minute of her creative process, which I will not divulge too much of here so you can truly enjoy it for yourself organically. She had thoughtful and fun ideas to engage our families, celebrate our parents and honor traditions we were raised in. We even added a creative ritual that we will do every year on our anniversary - and she coached us individually through the writing of our vows. As the wedding started to look grim with event and travel bans due to COVID, she immediately reached out and hopped on a call with us to brainstorm. We pivoted to a small intimate and socially distanced ceremony at our original venue with a larger celebration rescheduled to the fall. We knew we wanted her to perform the official wedding, and we were so glad she did. She helped us rewrite portions of the ceremony to reflect these uncharted times and family on video who are currently unable to travel. She drove to our venue in the redwoods and was absolutely charming - engaging my family in person and my husbands family (and 93 year old Granny) on video. She made everyone feel welcome, infused humor and love into every minute and truly put her whole heart into the day. She is such a friend to us, and we are infinitely lucky to have been blessed by her professionalism, intelligence, creativity and passion for creating amazing wedding day experiences, full of intimacy and laughter. -

When COVID-19 impacted our destination wedding, my now wife and I had to start from scratch and scramble to plan a new wedding in Sonoma County after deciding to keep our original date. It was the best decision we ever made. We streamed the event on Zoom, allowing our family and friends to tune in.
When looking for a wedding officiant we came across Lauren Snead’s profile and could instantly feel a connection with her energy and approach to the wedding process. From Scotland to San Francisco
So my husband and I finally decided to tie the knot and he thought it would be a great idea to travel from Scotland to San Francisco to have our wedding. Where do you even start? So picking the venue was easy enough. The magnificent City Hall. Next who will perform our ceremony, we didnt want it to feel like a business transaction. So the search started. What can we possibly say about Lauren that isn’t already reflected in her outstanding reviews?? She is truly all of that…. And more! When we first started planning our wedding, we had a different vision in mind, but as we started the process we realized the vision didn’t match who we truly are. Lauren was such a critical sounding board as we worked to actualize our dream wedding. From our first interview with Lauren through to our elopement, we knew Lauren was there to support and encourage us. While we had no idea what to expect from an officiant, as I imagine many couples experience, we couldn’t have asked for better. The discovery process allowed us the opportunity to explore topics that prepared us for marriage. Lauren’s ceremony development was so spot-on, I couldn’t believe she had so accurately pinpointed who we are, individually and as a couple. We were shocked by how accurately she had understood us for having known us such a short time. We can’t help but feel as though we had known Lauren for years, when it was literally months. Lauren was there, too, when we experienced the loss of our very senior pup, just the day before our wedding. A heartbreaking experience at any time, it seemed amplified by the timing. Her understanding and support as we went through the process was beyond any expectations. She found beautiful ways to acknowledge our very raw loss without detracting from our ceremony and wedding day experience. There’s not a handbook for how to handle situations like these (at least, not that we know of), but Lauren could write that book, truly. She allowed us to experience the pain of a fresh loss, while guiding us toward our new chapter as a married couple.
We can’t let our review go without also acknowledging her ability to “do what needs to be done”. Lauren carried a canopy about 2 miles roundtrip, up and down stairs, up and down rocks, to our ceremony site at the edge of a cliff. Just in case it rained. Seriously, Lauren is a ROCK STAR. -

Lauren really is the only officiant to consider. A very bold statement I agree, but from the vey first email to the after care we received, Lauren was truly wonderful.
The journey you go through together with Lauren ensures your ceremony is everything you wish it could be and more. We eloped to San Francisco in October 2018, we had no idea how or what we could do. With Lauren's help and guidance, our ceremony really was OUR ceremony. Lauren was the most amazing officiant we could have ever dreamed of. She went above and beyond, and became an instant family member to all of us. My father passed away a couple years ago, and Lauren was someone my mom and I could turn to for advice and emotional guidance. Her original ceremony and pre-ceremony ideas added an element of tremendous tenderness and group bonding to our wedding weekend. I can't say enough great things about Lauren!
If you're looking at all the 5-star reviews of Lauren and thinking "Is she really that good?" the answer is an empathetic YES! Out of all our vendors, my husband and I spent the most time researching officiants since the act of getting married IS the reason we invited all our friends and family to our special day. We wanted to feel a connection with our officiant, and not have a cookie cutter ceremony. Lauren checked all of our boxes, and then some. From our first conversation, we immediately felt at ease. It was obvious Lauren is very passionate about what she does, and her warmth and enthusiasm exudes from within.
Because we lived a few hours away from each other, we coordinated the ceremony by video chat and email. Lauren asked us to answer some questions she called the "discovery" process, and it helped my husband and I clearly articulate how we feel about each other and gave us some great insight on our communication styles (which has allowed us to understand each other better).
The ceremony itself was beautiful. The ceremony she wrote was humorous, playful, loving and sincere -- she did a fantastic job capturing what we are like as a couple, and telling our love story to our guests. So many people commented how much they loved Lauren after the ceremony. Do yourself a favor and get in touch with Lauren! You won't regret it. -

Lauren was amazing from beginning to end! Both my husband and I found the prospect of designing the ceremony and writing vows very intimidating, but Lauren was very helpful and supportive the entire way. She was creative and took the time to really get to know the two of us, so the ceremony really felt authentic to the two of us and our families. We got feedback from our guests that it was the best wedding ceremony they've ever been to (and this was from a friend who's a wedding videographer, so he's been to a lot of weddings)!!! After looking for a couple weeks, we finally found Lauren. The moment I saw her website and read her reviews, I knew she was the one for us. Her calming soul along with her positive energy, made this whole process a discovery not only for us as a couple, but as an individual.

From the minute we met Lauren we knew it was a perfect match, and though I'd love to think we are extra special, there is not a doubt in my mind that Lauren is a perfect match with every couple she works with-she is that kind of spirit. Lauren coached us up until the minute I walked down the aisle(in fact, I asked her to change part of our ceremony 2 minutes before). Her exercises not only helped prepare us for our big day, but really consider what we were doing big picture.. she's like your own love cheerleader, and her job is so much more than writing and officiating your ceremony. I can not stress how important it was to have her in our corner throughout this process. She is also only a phone call away, I can't count the amount of times Lauren and I spoke about our ceremony, family drama, or wedding jitters. She is your tride and true advocate, confidante and friend. She takes feedback like a pro, and it was a such a pleasure to work with her. Without Lauren our wedding would not have been as fun or as special. We are forever grateful.
