My fiancé proposed at a Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving and Lauren was there to capture the moment and take photos afterwards! She was so accommodating, rushing early as I was throwing the plan off (haha), made us feel so comfortable behind the camera, and had our photos back to us within days! She was AMAZING!

Lauren is an absolute GEM to work with! She is so kind and creative and absolutely put my husband and I at ease in front of the camera during our first session with her. I live in a different state than where I got married and Lauren made the process so easy with video calls and was super responsive to every message I sent her. She was very timely in getting our photos back to us and produced the best quality photos. Our day went off without a hitch and Lauren did an incredible job capturing all of it!

You’ll meet her as your soon to be photographer & leave with a new friend. She was amazing to work with. We hired her for a 2019 wedding date, bumped it due to having a baby, went from Iowa wedding to Jekyll Island, Georgia destination wedding during a pandemic and she didn’t let us down for 1 second. She worked with us on having to bounce around dates/venues etc & all with an upbeat positive attitude. Her photos are gorgeous, she has a great eye & somehow makes it all match your personality. For me, she definitely started being “just a wedding photographer” and quickly became a friend. I’m so glad I went to the wedding expo that led me to meeting her. Laurel Tree Photography was the perfect choice to capture the dream of our bohemian fairytale day. We can’t recommend them highly enough! They truly know how to make a vision a reality. We were extremely comfortable and had so much fun with the girls! They rock. Our day would not have been the same without them. Great Experiences All Around!
We used Laurel Tree Photography for our November 2019 wedding and it could not have been better! From our Engagement session in October 2018 to the wedding itself, everything was wonderful! We just got our photos back a few weeks ago and we are so happy! They are all so beautiful and exactly what I wanted!
Beyond being an amazing photographer, Lauren was also a great resource in planning and organizing my wedding and timeline. I had no clue what I was doing and she really walked me through planning out our day of timeline. She and Taylor kept us on schedule throughout the day and provided such a great, friendly atmosphere throughout the day. We plan to continue using Laurel Tree for all our photography needs in the future!

Lauren was incredible to work with from the day I found her to even now 6 months later! She made me feel so stunning always making sure hair and makeup was in place. She was patient and very accommodating to my crazy work schedule. Her work is beautiful, exactly what you ask for, and she follows through on her word. She Understood Us
My husband and I were so comforted and felt so understood throughout the entire experience. It was a dream to have a photographer who understood our style, as we are a pretty laid back couple and had no previous experience with professional photographers. We had Lauren do our engagement shoot and were so pleased that we decided to have her do our wedding as well. We had only a short, 2-hour reception and she was happy to quote us a price that fit with our budget. She also ensured good communication throughout and made sure that we gave her enough details so she could capture all the photos we wanted. On the day itself, she was punctual and got our photos without being intrusive. I was surprised by some of the photos we got because I didn't even realise she was there. She is definitely one photographer you would want to work with!

Lauren is absolutely fantastic. I probably went through at least a dozen photographers’ portfolios and wasn’t super impressed with most of them, especially for the price. Lauren, on the other hand, had a fantastic portfolio. She is fun and easy to work with, and she makes sure to ask about any specific pictures/poses you might want from her. Her editing skills are great, and the pictures come out fantastic. She is definitely worth the price!

On our wedding day, Lauren and Taylor were relaxed but professional, keeping a good sense of humor when our bridal party was a bit disorganized and I forgot my bouquet numerous times! My husband and I absolutely love, love Laurel Tree Photography! They were so accommodating with our wedding party and families during pictures. They even went to a few of the locations beforehand to scope out the scenery for pictures a couple days before our wedding, and found the most gorgeous, blossoming tree for some of our favorite pistures. ALL of our pictures turned out amazing!! We had so many beautiful and fun pictures to choose from, it was very hard to decide which ones we wanted in our album, so we had to upgrade our album! Luckily, we got to keep 2 jump drives with our package, so we will have all of the pictures forever! Well worth the money spent! We had so many compliments on our wedding album, and the pictures we posted - everyone adored the pictures we had taken. We could not be any happier to have chosen Laurel Tree as our photographer, as they captured so many wonderful memories. I would definitely recommend them for any photography session - they were timely, gave awesome suggestions on poses and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. Laurel Tree was amazing! Our wedding was outside in May and we had a freak thunderstorm blow through in between the ceremony and the reception. Lauren and Taylor were such troopers . They were out in the rain helping shelter the DJ equipment! After a change of clothes they finished the night out and got some really great candid photos. Lauren had some great ideas for our engagement photo which we loved! Would definitely recommend laurel tree to anyone and are keeping in touch for pictures for our hopefully soon-to-be growing family!

My experience with Lauren from Laurel Tree Photography was great!! She took some engagement pictures, & our wedding pictures! The first time meeting was actually our engagement session and it was amazing, we clicked instantly! She made my fiancé and I feel very comfortable! She was fantastic on the wedding day! We had a very large party and she was great with all of us! She always put what I wanted first and was very good with coming up with ideas for certain photos!! The finished product is amazing and I'm so happy with it!! She has been great at communicating even after the wedding and has been very flexible with all of my requests! I loved the idea that we had 2 photographers so we could have 2 separate views & photos from different angles. I had given a list of shots we wanted and Lauren was very willing to do those shots but also added her own recommendations. These ladies were very easy to work with. They captured some great shots & even braved the wind & cold to get our requested shots. Photos were available to us about 6 weeks after the wedding. Did an amazing job capturing the shots of our big day!

I booked Laurel Tree Photography about 1 year before our wedding. I had so many questions, and ideas. Lauren was so amazing! I emailed her constantly!! She answered all my emails, and questions. And never made me feel like i couldn't come to her with questions or concerns or ideas that I may have had. The week of our wedding we kept in such close contact, which really helped alleviate so much of my stress.
The morning of our wedding she and Taylor were there right on time, as promised. They both walked in and totally put me at ease. Right away they were inspired by our venue and got to work right away.
I had emailed over a bunch of ideas that I had, and she totally took them to heart, and even added onto the ideas I had.
By husband and I were totally nervous and had no idea what we were doing. She was cracking jokes, and making my husband and I laugh and putting us totally at ease. Our pictures were breathtakingly beautiful.
Even after our wedding any questions I have she continues to keep in contact with me keeping me updated on the staus of our pictures. I couldnt imagine going with another photographer.

We had a very large wedding party and at times could be a little rowdy and they never once looked frustrated but just went along with the flow and mood of the group which made the day that much easier. We had our engagement pictures and wedding pictures done by them and both times, especially the wedding, we have SOOOO many to pick from and had them all a month after the wedding. When going through them, we felt like we were reliving our wedding day and it brought back so many memories. Amazing!! The quality of the photos that we received was amazing. Lauren was very flexible with our wishes for different shots, and she had wonderful creative ideas for other shots. I would like to thank Lauren and Taylor for coming to the rescue only days before our big event. When our photographer cancelled at the last minute Lauren and Taylor picked up the pieces and helped make our wedding day a wonderful experience. The photographs will be treasured for a lifetime to come but the pleasure of working with them on such an important day is something I will hold near and dear forever.

Lauren was fabulous for our engagement photos and our wedding. She loves to try to capture what make you unique as a person and a couple. She was always quick to respond on any questions we had even if they were related to the wedding and not exactly photography. She has great advice and experience. She will be excited for you and your wedding and has great assistants that match couple personalities. Her photos are vibrant and personality is positive. Photography was one of our things we "cared" about (because we care about it all, but somethings a little more) and we could not have been happier with our choice. I had more kissing photos than I needed, but that is just because I don't know what to do with them. They are beautiful, I just won't use them. There are plenty of other overwhelmingly fabulous photos that I can use and make it hard enough to decide.

Lauren and her sister were adorable and so much fun to work with. I loved that they came matching and always had smiles on their faces. We of course were running late and Lauren just rolled with the punches and never rushed me along. She made sure to keep everyone going and got all of the pictures done. My husband is not an easy one to make smile and make it look genuine and that's exactly what they were able to do. I am really happy with our pictures. My only regret is that we didn't take more.. My husband disagrees he thinks we took plenty!!:)

Lauren and Taylor are absolutely incredible to work with. There was no need to even look into other photographers for our big day. From engagement photos, to getting our wedding photos back, Laurel Tree was wonderful to work with. Always accommodating and easy to get ahold of. Can't wait to go back for family photos in the future!!

Lauren and Taylor did a great job at our wedding, they were friendly, fast and reliable. They did capture all the shots I was wanting and made our day memorable with our photos! Thank you very much girls!
