The perfect venue

If you are getting married in Washington State you need to check out Laurel Creek Manor. The owners are husband and wife and they take care of the landscape and venue so perfectly. The bridal suite is breathtaking and the grooms suite is masculine but comforting! The landscape provides so many areas for great photos. There is a giant, beautiful tent with chandeliers and curtains! The arbor is beautiful too! It was definitely a night we will remember for the rest of our lives!! Please check them out, you will not regret it.

Loved everything about Laurel Creek Manor

Everything was amazing at LCM and Kirsten made sure all our dreams came true. She was always responsive with any questions and very helpful. The venue is absolutely stunning our guests loved it. There is a perfect amount of space and it’s so gorgeous inside and out

The most Magical Venue!

I knew the moment I walked into Laurel Creek Manor that this would be my venue. It is the perfect size for a big or small wedding. The landscape is beautifully kept through out the entire year and the house is breathtaking. Kirsten was super helpful with the process and helping us find vendors, giving decor ideas and making sure the day of our wedding was as smooth as possible. Our wedding was the most magical night I have ever experienced from the string lights over the dance floor to the fireworks show at the end! There is no other venue that could have topped ours, this is truly a venue to remember!

Beautiful Venue and Amazing Staff

Laurel Creek Manor is a stunning venue and was absolutely the perfect place to get married. Our guests still talk about how beautiful the estate and grounds were. It was a pleasure to work with Kirsten and she was very responsive during the whole process. She took away the stress of the planning and booking of the venue and very attentive to our needs. They were kind enough to discount us heaters and clear walls for the tent due to the threat of rain on our Wedding day in September. They even accommodated our guests with umbrellas during the ceremony as it began to drizzle which we very much appreciated! Definitely have your wedding there, you won't regret it.

Laurel Creek Manor....Stunningly Beautiful...A Treasure

It's easy to have a beautiful wedding with a beautiful setting such as Laurel Creek Manor. This venue offers "attention to detail" from the property grounds to Kirsten who cares about the details for the success of your wedding. Kirsten is accommodating and fantastic to work with. Amazing! In love with LCM!

We just had my daughters wedding at LCM on 10/9/19, yes that was a Wednesday. This place is amazing. Kirsten was amazing to work with and this place is all you could want for a venue to celebrate your wedding or special event. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I recommend this place a 100 times over and over again. My daughter said she would not change one thing. All our guest keep saying how beautiful this place is and how we couldn't have chosen a better place to have our daughter get married. We are from Hawaii and home was our first choice but the timing was wrong, but LCM didn't make us miss home at all. Stop looking and book an appointment to tour the grounds and book a date. Best location ever!!!! Truly a magical day at Laurel Creek Manor

Kirsten, Aaron, Angela and Al are amazing!! One of my favorite things about Laurel Creek is that you get to work directly with the owners of the venue. You are not working with employees.... you are working with what feels like family! The ground are stunning, nothing is out of place, and you can tell that they put their heart and sole into every wedding. You are not just another number to them. Kirsten was personally there for every meeting and on our wedding day she was there to make sure that everything was perfect for us. My guest were treated amazing and my Husband and I can not imagine having had out wedding anywhere else. The set up and spaciousness of the venue made it never feel crowded with our 140 guest count, and the whole place is so beautiful we really didn't need much to make it perfect! All I can say is that Laurel Creek Manor is on top of their game and we would do it allover again and choose Laurel Creek every single time!!

Excellent location and staff

I wanted a vintage garden look and feel, with plenty of room for guests, and a place inside and out for beautiful photos. This venue did not disappoint, it met every expectation and more! Imagine with me, a gorgeous brick home amongst the most beautifully kept grounds. Colorful flower gardens, lush green lawns, soft bistro lighting and the most stunning reception tent I have ever seen were the back drop for our wedding day. It’s the kind of stuff my dreams are made of! The entire process from start to finish was a breeze, literally. Kirsten, Aaron, and Angela were all amazing to work with! This team had an eye for detail, it shows they have a true passion for helping couples create the day of their dreams. Kirsten’s planning skills are top notch, I enjoyed walking the property with her mapping our wedding day, no detail was left undiscussed. Aaron does a great job of maintaining every last square inch of the grounds. Every flower planter, rose garden, fountain and blade of grass are on point. This place is dreamy!!! Angela was our day of on-site coordinator. She did such a wonderful job of making us feel right at home. It was such a professional touch and honestly, so nice to have the extra support. It set my mind at ease for sure knowing that all the venue related details were being handled! I can’t count the number of compliments we received from our guests! Laurel Creek, you guys are the real MVP’s! Thank you for a Job Well Done!

Beautiful Location and People

Kirsten and Aarom were awesome! They let us detour the venue several times to allow my wife the perfect mapping of our perfect day! They were very responsive to all the emails she sent and were always full of smiles when we saw them. The price included those hidden fees you dont think about too! All the working fees, insurance and taxes were included! Which adds up before you know it with some "cheaper" venues. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and wonderful people to work with!

All I can say is wow! The venue took our breath away but it was Kirsten and Aaron's dedication and devotion to the wedding art that truly made us fall in love. They pride themselves on the location but made everything so seamless for us! They stayed in contact with us every time we had questions and I never once had to worry about a question to ask as they were so helpful and super responsive! Wonderful couple, beautiful setting and a truly great experience!

Best venue

I cannot even begin to describe how breathtakingly beautiful this venue is! Kirsten was wonderful from the start of the process to the very end. If you are looking for a venue that has it all look no further. The entire team at Laurel Creek Manor is extremely professional and you can truly feel that they care for their clients.

Laurel Creek Manor offers a beautiful wedding setting. The staff was very accommodating and helpful throughout the planning process. If your looking for a beautiful, professional, family run venue Laurel Creek is exceptional. The grounds and
manor are wonderful all our guests commented on the atmosphere and beauty. The venue
has all paved walkways and indoor restrooms all handicap accessible which was very important for our family.
Kirsten, one of the owners is warm and welcoming and puts you right at ease, she loves what she does and it will show in your wedding. The whole evening was seamless! I would give 10 stars if it was available. Love, The Taylors. 9/9/18

Laurel Creek was the first and only venue we toured and even though it was pouring rain when we visited, we knew it was the one. It's gorgeous, spacious, and well maintained. We hardly had to provide our own decorations because the venue itself is so beautiful, we didn't have to do much. Our guests are still commenting on how beautiful it is and that it was the most beautiful venue they had ever been to.

Kirsten was so kind, patient and accommodating through the entire planning process. She is so sweet and makes you feel like family when you walk through the doors. Even on the day of my wedding, my mom was struggling to bustle my dress so Kirsten stepped right in and got it all bustled up without hesitation.

We absolutely loved having our special day here and would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

What a venue!!! It is only my husband and myself who live here in Washington, so all of our family and friends came in from New York & Australia, everyone single one of our guests were amazed by this place!! It was the perfect setting for our day, to have both ceremony and reception at the same venue was one of the best parts!!
I could not speak more highly of Kristen & Aaron, whilst settling into life with a new born they still made sure that every email, message or phone call I made was answered.
If you are a bride looking for a venue, You MUST visit the Manor!!!!!!

This is a lovely, lovely place. The house is beautiful and the grounds are gorgeous. The setting is private, but easy to get to and the staff was just amazing. Couldn't have been a better experience.

From the standpoint of a Wedding DJ: Laurel Creek Manor is one of my preferred vendors that I would recommend to anyone. Kirsten is as good as they come, and over the years she has become a friend. She is as nice as she is accommodating, which all you can ask for your in your venue manager. And the grounds are meticulously maintained and well-kept all year long. The family pours their heart and soul into this venue, and it shows.

The minute I set eyes on Laurel Creek Manor I was in love! The house was stunning, the tent and the chandeliers were amazing, the grounds immaculate and just the overall feel was everything we could have asked for. We knew we wanted an outdoor wedding with the option to go inside if it was raining and this location provided all that. We had been to several other places and nothing compared. What made it even better was Kirsten (the owner) was so sweet and answered all of our questions. No regrets on our end!

If you are looking for a romantic venue south of Seattle, I highly recommend Laurel Creek. LC is, by far, the most gorgeous venue I've been to in the South Sound...plus, Kirsten and her team are absolutely amazing!

My husband and I found Laurel Creek four days after our engagement and we're so glad we did. They only had one Saturday left in September (which we snagged). From the moment we took the first tour, Kirsten was friendly, honest, outgoing, and extremely easy to work with.

Through the planning process, Kirsten was a lifesaver. She worked with my mom and me to bring our vision to life, from using their gorgeous farm tables to renting chairs to match. The pre-wedding planning session with the walk-through was also a huge help. Never feel like you are asking too many questions - Kirsten is so sweet and quick to respond and she offers great advice and support!

For an outdoor space that is the home of many weddings throughout the year, I couldn't have been more impressed with how everything looked on our wedding day (September 30). The grounds are perfectly kept and the garden florals she chooses are gorgeous and neutral enough to match everyone's wedding colors.

This didn't deter us from having an amazing time, but there are a few things to note -- you must use a venue-approved caterer (she gives four options...Snuffin's is AMAZING, by the way) and kegs are not permitted. Ladies also must have their hair and makeup done offsite.

All in all, I can't sing the praises of Laurel Creek Manor enough! I highly recommend looking into them for your wedding day...but book soon because they book fast!

We had our wedding at Laurel Creek Manor this past September and everything went great. The venue is beautiful and working with Kirsten was wonderful. She helped answer any questions I had, and my parents/bridal party said she was very helpful the day of when they were doing the set-up. She also was very helpful during the planning session we had for venue layout of tables, seating etc. We used Act3 Catering, one of the four caterers they allow you to choose from and we were very happy with the food and service they provided as well. LCM has some really nice rental items as well, we used the wine barrel bar and bistro tables and BAR sign. Its a very cozy and beautifully decorated venue. Thank you LCM, we are so happy we choose to have our wedding at your venue.

We absolutely loved working with Kirsten and Al at LCM; they are so friendly and professional, and were always quick to get back to us if we had a question. They are very knowledgeable about local vendors and are glad to offer suggestions to help a couple with planning. The venue itself is lovely regardless of season; with beautiful gardens and walkways outside and beautifully appointed rooms inside, it is a gorgeous setting for a wedding or party!

We had our wedding and reception at Laurel Creek Manor. Kirsten made everything so easy and worked with us on everything! Before the wedding day she met with us to help us plan out the lay-out for the wedding and reception, and helped us to decide where everything would be set-up. She even took it one step further and sent our plans to the caterer so that we didn’t have to. We also asked if we could make our own cake, and us my aunt’s bartending service (instead of going through their approved caterers) and she allowed us to this without any hassle. I had a Friday wedding, and we had the last available rehearsal time on Thursday, because of this Kirsten allowed us to bring as much stuff as we could during the rehearsal instead of having to bring it all the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding Kirsten helped set everything up with my family and friends, and made sure everything looked beautiful. She really went above and beyond for me on my wedding day.
Aside from Kirsten, the grounds are absolutely beautiful! They take such good care of their venue and make sure it’s always looking beautiful. The tent they use for the reception is breath-taking. You really cannot take a bad photo anywhere at the venue. The house is so well kept and the rooms for the bride and groom are the perfect amount of space for both parties to get ready (something I didn’t find at most of the other venues I visited). I really cannot say enough good things about Kirsten and Laurel Creek Manor.

We had our wedding our Laurel Creek and it was amazing. It was a true pleasure working with the two owners, Kirsten and Al. Our wedding was flawless and Kirsten paid attention to all of the details. For all of you brides (and grooms) getting ready to get married here....i have to tell you that you truly couldn't have picked a better place in the world! Laurel Creek Manor turned out to be the most magical place to have my wedding. Every picture no matter whether taken with an iphone or by a professional turned out beautiful! There isn't a corner of this place that isn't bursting with beauty. Not only that but the family that owns it truly touched my heart. This week there was a burn ban....Al went above an beyond and pulled soooooo many strings to get them to agree that we could do the firework show...and as it turns out that was alot of guests favorite part. Pictures can't describe the aw factor that the fireworks provide. It's like this huge moment after a fantastic day and everyone was walking around grinning like a little kid. And kirsten! Her happiness and joy make you want to be friends with her. Her words of wisdom made all the difference in the planning and even during the wedding she went above and beyond the call of duty to step up and make the day incredible. All of my family and wedding party were so impressed with her genuineness.

My advice would be the following;
--use the whole venue. Every nook is beautiful in its own right and people love walking around and looking at it.
--rent as much of kirsten's stuff as possible. It adds so much to the wedding. The BAR sign and the barrels really added a lot.
--get the fireworks....TOTALLY WORTH every cent. Will leave your guests in aw. I took some of my budget for flowers and put it towards this and truely truely was one of my guests favorite things.
--Get to know al and kirsten. They have so much wisdom and are genuine, good people.
--If your worried about the rain....don't be. It adds character and ambiance to this already beautiful venue.

Laurel Creek is beautiful and well worth the money if you are looking for a intimate garden feel for your wedding. Kirsten is very professional and she helps you with your special day. I would get married there again!!! Maybe for our 25 year anniversary. A great place to celebrate your special day.

My husband and I are so pleased that we chose to have our wedding at Laurel Creek Manor! Kirsten (owner) was always very pleasant and professional! She helped us feel comfortable and walked us through during our venue planning meeting to make sure all our vendors were abreast of all the details and that the layout of the ceremony / reception was to our liking! Cleanliness and decor of the venue was excellent! What we loved was that the reception tent was included in the venue pricing! LCM has 4 set caterers to use and we chose to go with Act 3 Catering! Their service truly made my husband and I feel like royalty for the day!!! Their service was superb. The atmosphere and ambiance at LCM was just perfect with the beautiful chandeliers in the tent and professional grade twinkle lights over the dance terrace.....Go with Laurel Creek Manor! Where do we start.... We LOVE Kirsten and Laurel Creek Manor!! It was the perfect place for our wedding, which made our wedding the most perfect day!!
When looking through the millions of wedding venues in Seattle, we initially were hesitant to look at Laurel Creek, since it was so far away from where we live (Shoreline). I convinced my fiancé to head down for a visit with Al (one of the owners), and we fell in love with Laurel Creek! It was everything we didn't realize we were looking for... English gardens (I was born in England) and an Italian manor house (my husband and I are planning on living in Italy for awhile) - it was almost like it was meant to be! We ended up flipping a coin between LCM and another venue we really liked - every time (against statistical odds!), it landed on the other venue, but it just didn't feel right, so we went against the coin and went with Laurel Creek! And we're so glad we did!
The grounds are beautiful, Kirsten is amazing, and we had the best day ever! Kirsten and her family suffered a loss this summer, but she still was professional, friendly, and always smiling. Throughout our year of planning, she was very fast emailing back, answered all my many questions, and on our wedding day, handled everything so smoothly, I had no idea anything had gone wrong!
So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had gone to, and that the grounds were perfectly suited for us. The word "family" was mentioned many times, and when we think of Laurel Creek, that's the word that sums it all up - they have created a family business and treat their wedding parties as family members.
The contract is quite strict, but for good reason - it protects the beauty of the venue. We only wish we could have extended the time frame later, as we were having so much fun!
After our wedding, what made Laurel Creek more special in our eyes, was a lovely email from Kirsten, telling us her favorite memories from our wedding!

Laurel Creek Manor was absolutely the perfect place for my wedding! From the first phone call I made I was welcomed by Kirsten and felt that I was already a part of their wedding family. I was out of state so I booked the venue strictly off of the pictures from the website, the reviews, and mostly Kirsten. The venue may have many rules to follow, but they know what works and what does not, which leads to a smooth and organized wedding. The grounds are well kept and the owners clearly take pride in their property. I felt as if my wedding was the only one happening there this summer! This place is worth the price because it will look beautiful no matter what! My husband and I are so very happy that we choose Laurel Creek Manor for our wedding! It was perfect!

The family that owns and runs the Laurel Creek Manor is AMAZING! When we got engaged, we read horrible reviews for so many other places and were scared when we made our first appointment. When we met with Kirsten we were SO happy and excited. She was so friendly and out going. We knew right then and there that we did not even have to think about going somewhere else. From that first meeting to the wedding day we could not have been more pleased with everything the manor and the people there had to offer. I would not change a thing.

The most amazing and beautiful venue. It made the whole day! I have gotten non-stop compliments about how beautiful the venue was. Kirsten and her family are so helpful too!

I cannot say enough about Laurel Creek Manor, they deserve a 10! They are first off, the nicest people to work with. The house, the grounds, everything is just beautiful. When we first toured LCM we knew instantly it was the place for our daughter's wedding. Very, very happy with our decision to have her wedding there. Highly recommend!

Our daughter was married there in august of 2010. She wanted an outdoor summer wedding. Laurel Creek is a fabulous venue to hold either an indoor or outdoor wedding. The grounds are absolutely amazing and full of blooming flowers and perfectly cut lawns which made for stunning wedding photos. From the first day we met the Cabodi family, we were impressed with their hospitality. Everything is clearly stated as far as rules, prices, extra items available to rent and the time you must be out by.
Even today, friends and family still talk about the wedding and how gorgeous it was. Never was anyone treated disrespectful. Laurel, Al and Kristin take pride in this venue and they are some of the most wonderful people. We could have gone with a different venue, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for and it was worth every dollar! Thank you to the Cabodi family for making our day and our daughters perfect!

I had the best experience on my wedding day, in large part to Laurel creek Manor. The grounds were perfect for pictures, everything from the ceremony to the reception was absolutely beautiful. The best part was the friendly and helpful staff from the day I chose the venue, to the day of the wedding.

I do not think I can recommend Laurel Creek Manor enough. Despite the circumstances for our event being changed and us, unfortunately, being unable to hold our event there - the professionalism, quality of service, flexibility and just over-all customer service experience was exceptional the time we were with Laurel Creek Manor. Between the flexibility with our circumstances for being a military couple and the wonderful payment plans they helped us arrange, we were very well taken care of. Even when we had to cancel due to a family emergency, Laurel Creek Manor worked with us, not against us, to make sure everyone was well taken care of. Thank you Laurel Creek Manor!

I'm not quite sure who wrote the bad review below, but my experience was the exact opposite from that! It was AMAZING working with Laurel, Kirsten, and Al Cabodi. They are an amazing family that I have known for several years before I was even married. The site is TO DIE FOR GORGEOUS... and the Cabodi's are willing to share anything and everything they have on site with you. They are worth what you pay for them. Their professionalism is so great. They help you through all the planning, really cater to your individual needs, and really, truly help you have a wonderful and fabulous wedding. My wedding was so incredible due to the great ideas and the "just enough" help from Laurel and Kirsten. This place is so wonderful. I'm not sure you'll ever meet more caring, willing, and helpful people. They really pamper you and make sure you are comfortable. The bridal suite is so amazing and the groom's room is a great place for the guys. When I was searching for vendors, it was hard to find something in my price range that seemed like it had EVERYTHING I needed. Laurel Creek Manor had exactly that. I wanted a place for all my bridesmaid's and my husband's groomsman. The best thing about Laurel Creek, besides Kirsten, Laurel, and Al is all the different options they give you in terms of set up to really make the ceremony and reception yours. YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT LAUREL CREEK MANOR! I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS! You'll regret it if you don't get out to see Laurel Creek Manor. Laurel Creek Manor is a dream come true wedding venue! I cannot say enough great words about it! It honestly was perfect and I do not have one complaint about my whole wedding day. I think that says a lot! I would never imagine my wedding to have been anywhere else. It it a beautiful, romantic, country setting. The grounds are Kept immaculatley, and the Manor is gorgeous with lots of space to be used they way you imagine it to be. Also, wait until you meet the owners, they are the sweetest family who are so pleasant to work with! Out of all of the venues in this category, Laurel Creek Manor was by far #1 and I would reccommend it to anyone!!!

Laurel Creek Manor is a place where a bride is treated with the utmost pampering. From the bridal suite, entry way, gardens to the balcony...it all surpasses her wishes. My daughter felt like Cinderella for a day because of Laurel Creek Manor. She had no worries. Everywhere she looked there was someone taking care of the details. She was welcomed as if it was her castle. I can't say enough about the beauty and hospitality. It was worth every penny we spent...wishing I had another daughter so we could do it all over again.

Al and Kirsten were amazing from the start! Kirsten was always willing to provide any insights into the wedding process that I might have. I felt taken care of during the day and everything went without a hitch the entire time we had booked the wedding. Kirsten takes special care to make sure the brides get their vision at Laurel Creek (each and every single one of them), by sending out emails asking for what colors to plan out what the gardens will look like. The venue is absolutely beautiful and full of surprises to keep guests interested as they look around! I was very impressed!

My fiance and I have booked Laurel Creek Manor for our wedding next summer and we absolutely canNOT wait! Kirsten communicates back to us via e-mail lightning fast, and it is always appreciated. I always feel like I'm asking her too many questions, but she is always such a delight to talk to you and doesn't mind at all! Not only is the service perfect, but the venue is as well. My fiance, family and I fell in love with LCM as soon as we started the tour and knew in a heartbeat this was the place to have our wedding. We cannot wait until next summer!

My husband and I fell in love with Laurel Creek the first time that we visited, we knew that it was the perfect place to have our special day. The grounds are beautifully kept, there was just the right amount of space for our 170 person wedding, and the location is extremely unique. Through the whole planning process Kirsten was incredibly helpful and helped to make sure we were well prepared with vendor information and the venue layout. Do be sure that you read the contract carefully, they do their best to accomodate your needs but there are certain restrictions that have to put in place to keep the place nice for the other couples getting married on the same weekend as you.

As soon as we viewed Laurel Creek Manor, we decided it would be the perfect venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. The manor is beautifully maintained and the grounds were landscaped perfectly. All of our guests were extremely impressed with the architecture inside the manor. The owners were extremely helpful and understood our personal needs. They were extremely responsive and had a wedding planning guide to help us manage and organize the big day. I don't think any other venue could have given us the quality and overall experience that we received from Laurel Creek Manor. The ceremony and reception went smooth and fit our vintage/rustic theme. I would recommend this vendor for any couples looking for a beautiful venue, amazing photographs, and a great time!

Laurel Creek Manor is a BEAUTIFUL setting for a wedding! It is run by the Cabodi family who literally take care of every single detail on the wedding day. They are fast at returning emails and super flexible to make everything fit your "dream" wedding day. They coordinated all the other vendors, watched the time, checked in with my husband and I, and were just all around very professional and polite to all of our guests. I would reccommend this venue to anyone, especially if they want a gorgeous wedding and flawless, headache-free day of coordinating! The rental fee is a little more expensive than other places in the area, but it is REALLY worth it for the great service that you get!

Beautiful Venue

Laurel Creek Manor is beautiful! Kristen is so helpful throughout the entire process and they truly love the property. The grounds are extremely well maintained and the manor is beautiful as well. It rained on our wedding day but there were still so many amazing spots to take photos.

Laurel Creek is by far the most beautiful and best maintained outdoor venue location in the Seattle area. Most outdoor locations look pretty 'well-worn' by the end of the summer, but that is not the case with Laurel Creek- they take excellent care of their grounds and it shows. We had our wedding in August and were both glad we chose this venue. I planned our wedding long distance and Kirsten was easy to work with throughout the process. She provided pre-planning services over the phone (where everything will be set up, linen ordering, expert advice), two in-person walk thrus, rehearsal time the Thursday before, and answers to countless questions via email. Outside of my guests loving the venue, my photographer appreciated all the beautiful areas to take photographs (in and outdoor). The only drawback is that there isn't much flexibility for deviating from the system they have created. There is a set list of caterers you are permitted to work with (granted they have chosen a spectrum of options and our choice was very affordable) and lawn games outside of cornhole are not allowed (giant checkers, giant chess, giant connect-4). That being said, we were so satisfied with our venue choice and would highly recommend.

Best decision we made for our wedding was getting married at LCM. Absolutely gorgeous outdoor venue that is well taken care of. Everything is perfect. The family cares for every detail and puts a lot of effort into making sure each wedding is exactly how it was planned. I love this place. We looked at a lot of places and this was by far the nicest. I highly recommend this to anyone getting married in the Greater Seattle area.

I loved my wedding venue. The weather was perfect and the venue was gorgeous. They made sure to touch up the shrubs, flowers, arbor, etc. to make sure it was perfect for my big day. They were patient with all my questions and needs as an out of town bride. I essentially didn't need any decorations because they venue itself was perfect. All of my guests raved about how beautiful it was and complimented me on the space. There ceremony tent has chandeliers in it and it is truly massive in real life. There are also so many settings to take photographs that you can just have your photographer meet you there for all of your day of shots. Ideal! All in all I give it a big thumbs up!

We loved everything about this venue. Only thing we wish we could change is picking your own caterer. We enjoyed our caterer we decided on, but it would have been easier to use our own. Other than that we loved this venue and the people who run the place are great to work with.

Laurel Creek Manor is run by the fantastic Cabodi family, who I bothered endlessly with emails! (And they always graciously replied) Another referral from a recently-married friend, I was impressed upon first visiting the manor. It is an old farm house, and is beautiful for an indoor wedding and even more stunning to be married in the garden-which was our choice. The Cabodis were also very flexible in terms of having our wedding on a Monday, which they had never done before but were willing to try. They were always very professional, even dressing up for the wedding day, which I really appreciated. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants a calm, personalized, lovely country wedding- which is exactly what we got.

Loved this venue. Beautiful grounds, reasonable prices and lots of oppurtunities for additional purchases for the big day. We are thrilled we had our wedding here. A true PNW wedding rain and all. The Perfect Venue for the Perfect Day

Kirsten and her team were professional and personal. We were able to accomplish a destination wedding without a hitch. I can't tell you how many of our guests mentioned that it was the 'Perfect Venue'. We used Snuffin's Catering and loved how the two vendors worked well together. Laurel Creek Manor was an absolutely beautiful (and functional) place to get married. They had everything we needed -- from an outdoor wedding space, to a tent big enough to hold tables for dinner, to a concrete pad for an outdoor dance floor, a manor house with bathrooms and a room for the grandparents and parents with kids to spend time if they needed a moment, and plenty of lovely places to take pictures.
Kirsten was great to work with, and everything about the day and the location was as promised. We had visited in February (when all the flowers were dead), and she explained how they spruce everything up for the summer and planned to build a new awning for the DJ. Lo and behold, flowers were blooming beautifully come June. When we came for the rehearsal, they were working on the new DJ awning, and it was perfect and complete by the wedding the next day.

It’s been many months since Laurel Creek Manor hosted our son and daughter-in-law's wedding on 9/11/15. They are an old married couple now, but the glow of the event still resonates with all of us. I wanted you to know how professional and well run your operation was. You served us well from the background and barely intruded on the day. Everyone at Laurel Creek was incredibly helpful and friendly! The only issue we had was that the speakers outside didn't end up being loud enough for us to have an outside dance, so I would look into that before making a decision on where your dance will be. Other than that, there were no surprises or add-on fees that we didn't know about, and they were incredibly easy to work with. Great people!

Of course I want what every bride wants... to look back on her wedding day with nothing but wonderful memories! Unfortunately that's not what happened to me. I was married at Laurel Creek about a year ago and was so taken back by the beauty of the venue. I knew within 5 minutes that this was the place I wanted to be married. The staff appeared very sweet and patient and easy to deal with. However, cut to my wedding day, they took a very different turn. They were extremely rude to the wedding party, to the point where I was mortified. They treated not only the wedding party and family members, but also the guests as if they were out to destroy the place. We had a very tame wedding with well behaved guests and yet the way they were treated would appear otherwise. Also, we had everything worked out prior to the wedding, but come the actual day they went back on details that had been worked out- insisting that they were details never discussed. It didn't even matter that we had some of these details in writing. They were so controlling of everthing and it was very obvious that they have difficulties letting go. They told the DJ he couldn't put speakers where they would have worked best (by the way this DJ had worked here prior several times and put his speakers there before) causing the wedding guests to miss major wedding moments. To top it all off, at the end of the night I had at least 6 different family members go through the bridal party rooms and clean up and pick up belongs. My mother got a call the next day from Al, informing her that she will not be getting the damage deposit back because in the groom's room there was beer spilt all over the carpet. First of all, Laurel made sure that there were absolutely no drinks in the bridal party rooms and even made one groomsman throw out his beer in the parking lot- treating him like a child. Second of all, the family members that inspected the rooms at the end of the night said there were absolutely no spills. My mom, completely livid, drove down there and spoke with Kristen about the situation. She told my mom that she inspected the room herself and saw nothing but an open cheese and crackers container (belonging to the flower girl) which was thrown away before departure that night and that Al has a tendency to overexaggerate. At the end of the day, I have absolutely gorgeous pictures to look back on, but with those pictures come tainted memories. I also have talked to many other individuals with similar experiences to the ones I had dealing with this venue and its staff. I have lived in this same area my entire life and even work near this venue. I have nothing but negative comments to share and hope that by reading this, you will give Laurel Creek Manor a second thought when booking your wedding venue.

I wish I had written this review a year ago. My Husband and I were married at Laurel Creek in 07. We did love the site. The grounds are gorgeous. It does have many options to make for a dream wedding, and we wanted ours there. However, that is itfor any pluses.
After the wedding I had streams of calls from friends and family complaining of their treatment by the owners of the property. I had complaints of the owners yelling at children playing in the grass telling them to get off it. Wedding party members and family we told they where not allowed in our private dressing rooms (If we needed a security guard at our wedding we would have hired one). We were yelled at for taking a photo opportunity that they used as a sales pitch as part of the experience. Our Bartender was told to stop serving wine an hour before they were too (We still dont understand this, we are a Christian family that hardly drinks, and the Bartender actually complained to us at the wedding). We had stated in our contract that our guests could stay after we left (as we wanted to leave early) and dance. Numerous people, including our DJ told us that as soon as we left the owner told him he could play 2 more songs. Finally, the most ridiculous and unbelievable moment was when were accused of stealing from the location and they tried to charge us for doing so, we would never do such a thing. I was so appalled with our experience that I would never recommend it to anyone. I was not a difficult bride, nor did we have a large reception. We wanted a small private hassle free wedding with family and a couple of friends. I hate that when my wedding is brought up I get to relive our misfortunate mistake of choosing this venue. My husband is an engineer and I work in health care, and neither of us has seen such a lack of professionalism, and intrusion for a private special occasion. After discussing our wedding with others we discovered there are many people with similar experiences at this venue.
