    Best shop in town!

    Laura is absolutely phenomenal! I went in to see her with just a few vague ideas of what I was looking for and she found me the perfect dress on my first visit! Part of what makes Laura so special is that she takes the time to get to know you as a person and as a bride. She isn't going to bring you the most expensive dress she has just to try and sell you on it, she stays within your price range and works with you until you find "the one". She has decades of experience in the business but she is still very contemporary. The quality of her dresses and range of designers is unmatched in Kansas City. I recommend her to any and every bride out there!

    Highly recommend!

    I have purchased 2 wedding dresses from Laura, the first one was over 20 years ago. Both times she has found and customized the dress to what exactly I wanted. From making a strapless dress when you couldn’t easily find a strapless dress to accommodating my pregnancy in a dress (and thank you for not assuming I wanted to hide my pregnancy in the dress). My sisters have also purchased wedding dresses from Laura over the years as well. She’s truly great at what she does and has a great team. I always recommend Laura when I hear that people are looking for a wedding dress.

    Laura was amazing! I was starting to feel discouraged when looking for my dress because I had been shopping multiple times and just couldn't find what I was looking for. She has two different boutiques, and while I had given up at the first one, she encouraged me to come to her other one just in case. She walked in the back and came out with the biggest smile and said, "I think I found your dress!" and she was right! I bought it that day- and got the most compliments! It was perfect and classic, and Laura helped make the process so personal and fun. Unlike other bridal stores, you are the only bride in the store at one time, and Laura herself helps you and gets to know you. Every time you call she knows exactly who you are and what dress you purchased, and she is so excited every fitting! She made me feel amazing and I LOVED my dress on my wedding day! Two of my bridesmaids also purchased their wedding dresses from Laura and had experiences similar to mine. Thanks Laura!

    Laura's Couture Collection made my entire dress experience one for the books. I had been to multiple other stores all over Kansas City and even in NYC and nothing tops my experience at Laura's!!! Laura makes her brides feel beautiful, confident, and special. The experience was incredible and every single time I was at Laura's store it was just me in the store giving us an incredibly personalized experience. She intentionally only schedules one bride at a time to devote her attention to you! Onto her gowns....I have never felt more rich and luxurious fabrics in my entire life. She goes to all of the best places including Europe to get the best quality delivered to KC! Laura helped me find my dream dress, was accommodating with fittings, very responsive, helped with the rest of my look (jewelry, veil, etc.) and made sure everything was perfect for my wedding day. I cannot recommend Laura's Couture Collection enough. Flawless experience! Flawless owner! Top of the line gowns!!!

    I give Laura's Couture Collection my highest recommendation! I purchased a Romona Keveza gown for my winter wedding. The selection of dresses that Laura’s Couture provided was fabulous, as they were not your typical cookie cutter wedding dresses. I felt like I was shopping in NYC or LA! Laura was extremely helpful from the very beginning, and is absolutely wonderful to work with! She is both knowledgeable and professional, and ultimately helped me to find the perfect dress for my special day! I appreciated her welcoming and genuine style, sharing weddings ideas and suggestions every step of the way. Thanks, Laura, for everything!!!!

    First-class experience without breaking the bank! From the day we arrived to the day we left with the perfect dress, we had the best experience. Laura, her husband and her team, are experts in this field that you can trust. We are so pleased we chose this store. It was the right fit for us and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend setting up an appointment to see if Laura has the dress you can say yes to.

    I got my dream dress at Laura's and it was absolutely amazing!!! They are wonderful to work with. So nice and personable, I would not shop anywhere else!!! They have the best dresses in town, trust me I looked!

    Laura, owner of Laura's Couture, made my dress finding and buying experience something to remember. Her shop was the first and only store I needed to go to to find the perfect dress for me. I tried on 7 dresses and didn't try on one that made me go "Wow." Then Laura had me try on 2 more dresses that were out of my comfort zone, just to "check the boxes to make sure I tried on every dress type and didn't regret anything" as she said. Sure enough the next dress I tried on, I walked out and both me and my Mom went "WOW, that's the One." If it wasn't for Laura and her ability to read a Bride's mind and look for what's in her best interest I would have gone on to the next several bridal stores to continue my dress search. Her team's professionalism and ability to make me and my Mom feel comfortable was so important and so very appreciated.

    They had exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a designer dress that no one else had in the midwest but them. Very nice, very helpful.

    Extremely high quality of service - make sure you make an appointment!! Also, come prepared with some ideas in mind as well as a budget. They have a HUGE range of prices and can stick with what you provide. Also, bring a pair of shoes and selection of undergarments - that will make the process that much better for you (although they have offerings for undergarments and shoes). Finally, while it's fun to bring a group with you, the space is not large, so stick to one or at most 2 people to bring along. it'll make the process that much easier for everyone involved.
