  LauraJane Photography was amazing to work with

  Wedding planning has so many decisions...make your life easier and just hire Laura Jane Photography. Laura was AMAZING to work with. The perfect balance of fun/personable with being a boss to get things done.
  Laura arrived at the church and hit the ground running. Her attention to detail and ability to capture the most precious moments is truly remarkable. The photos are not just pictures; they are exquisite memories frozen in time. Laura’s professionalism and warm demeanor made everyone feel at ease, resulting in natural and beautiful shots. The photos she took are wonderful and were exactly what we hoped. Her knowledge and experience far exceeded our expectations. When Laura recommended certain angles or positions for photos, we trusted her implicitly.
  She did such an amazing job capturing our day from beginning to end, and was amazing in helping us pose, finding magical moments, and MAKING US SMILE REAL SMILES! It is so evident in so many of the photos; we are all laughing and are genuinely happy. Laura's energy and positive personality are infectious, and she not only will add to your day by capturing the moments on camera, but through the fun she brings with her. She also could magically disappear into the background to capture authentic moments. Looking back at our gallery, I am amazed at how many times I thought to myself, I do not remember her standing there. As a bride, I did not realize the many moments throughout the day I missed that she caught such as the minister’s facial expression when he accidently dropped my ring during the wedding ceremony. Or, when she captured me kiss and place my late parents’ rings in my dress pocket before walking down the aisle. Going through our complete online photo gallery for the first time not only allowed me to look back on the memories of the day but see it from a more complete perspective and appreciate it even more.
  Our guests commented on her approach/presence throughout the day and commented on how she blended into the backdrop. I cannot say enough about her professionalism. From the moment you begin collaborating with Laura it is undeniable the pride and dedication she has for her craft and for her clients. Laura is an artist with a beautiful talent.
  I highly recommend her services for anyone seeking a talented and personable wedding photographer! THANK YOU, Laura, for everything you did to make our wedding so special, it truly would not have been the same without you! I will cherish these memories forever.

  You will not be disappointed!!

  I wish I could come close with words of how I feel about Laura and the work she did for us. I contacted her late 2017 asking her for a 2019 wedding date. With no hesitation she immediately responded and broke down everything she offered in simple terms. Plans quickly changed for us and we decided a whole year earlier we wanted to pass on the big stressful wedding and run down to the courthouse and call it a day. Literally 2-3 weeks prior to our “one year until we say I do”- I contacted Laura again explaining our plan. Again, without hesitation and a couple laughs, she agreed to be there and still capture our day. It was a hot, HOT, humid, July Thursday afternoon. The AC and elevators were down in the courthouse. And anyone who knows downtown Milwaukee on a weekday at 2-3pm knows it is a mess, but you would never know any of that seeing the work she did. She was with us for about 4 hours and still turned around well over 700 photos. Seven. Hundred. Photos. Of a courthouse wedding!!! Yup. To be able to relive the best day of our lives through the images she captured will always be a blessing. My family, friends, and husband cried and laughed all over again and we will continue to do so for years to come. She was funny, energetic, good with my pup, and the moments she captured were phenomenal. I wish this could explain half of my feelings for Laura. I can’t wait to work with her again and would recommend her to anyone!!!!

  Simply Fantastic

  Laura's been my family's photographer of choice for quite a few family events throughout the years. I convinced my now wife that it was worth it to fly her out to Texas for the event and after the day she agreed that it was well worth the extra expense. Not only is Laura technically sound in her shots and composition but her personality excels at bringing out natural laughter from her subjects both young and old. I can't recommend her highly enough!

  Theres no short was to summarizd Laura's Photography but I'll start with my kind of perfect

  I believe that most photographers can make a bride look beautiful in photos but it takes a talented photographer to make a bride look and feel beautiful as well. Thats how I felt on my wedding day; simply beautiful. Laura is a very personable, professional, and talented person and photographer. Shes genuinely loves what she does, wants to be there to capture these special moments in others lives and it shows in her work. I would highly recommend LauraJane Photography to anyone for any type of occasion. My husband and I are truly grateful for capturing the first moments of the rest of our lives together ♡♡

  Wedding photographer

  Laura is AMAZING. She was always very quick to respond, was very helpful creating a timeline and picture list, and was incredible at rounding up my enormous family for portraits. Very reasonably priced for the amount of work she puts into her job--we got back nearly 1200 edited photos!!
  Seriously could not recommend Laura more. We will be hiring her for all future photo shoots as well, because we like her that much!

  Beautiful work and wonderful experience!

  Laura does beautiful work! My husband and I had never done professional photos before, but Laura made the engagement shoot fun and relaxed! This made the wedding day smooth and we have a ton of wonderful photos to remember our day. She was flexible, professional, fun, artistic and responsive. We've already recommended her to anyone who asks for a photographer!

  Book Laura for your wedding! Leading up to the wedding, she was very flexible, organized, and easy to get a hold of which set set my worries aside.
  The day of the wedding, Laura arrived early, setup, and was very patient with all the chaos that comes with a wedding. She was a trooper the entire day (we had her booked for a very long amount of time)!
  
  The awesome thing about Laura and her contract is, once photos are complete, you have permission to print the photos as you want! Major plus for us and our families!
  
  You will want Laura for your wedding, trust me! You won't be disappointed.

  We're so happy!

  I can't say enough about Laura! I doubt that we made Laura's job easy, and yet she shined! 1) We were on a time crunch to do engagement photos in time for our wedding website so Laura did photos with us out in the freezing cold and they turned out wonderful. 2) We had a long hot wedding day and Laura pulled together amazing photos. In addition she had to maneuver around with the videographers we got which actually does take some good cooperation. 3) Her photos turn out AMAZING! They are such good quality, nicely light balanced, and they turn out truly stunning. We have so many beautiful photos that I am struggling to pick out ones to make large prints from!

I was in love, she had captured the beautiful magic of a quaint intimate wedding. After meeting with Laura and enjoying her bubbly personality, I knew I found the right one. She was very supportive in the process of figuring out what photos to take, creative, and made hours of photos fun and engaging! We really felt like she was a close friend taking pics and her assistant was great too! She was all over our wedding trying to capture it all herself that even a guest at the wedding said wow she's really a wonderful photographer. When we got them back, we couldn't have been happier. She made our wedding day come to life all over again in our photos and immediately took us back to that beautiful day. We would wish her all the best on her professional journey but I don't think we need to, she's already done so well. I highly recommend Laura to capture any special moments in your life!

  We absolutely loved our wedding pictures and Laura!! She was the only photographer I spoke to who responded quickly and she was very flexible and professional and we could tell she loved her job. Several guests said positive things about her as well and we get lots of compliments on our pictures!

  Laura did an exceptional job at our wedding! The quality of her pictures and business is incredibly professional.   It has taken me a shamefully long time to do a review for Laura. She shot my engagement photos and wedding last year. She exceeded all expectations I had! The pictures are all absolutely beautiful and Laura was so great to work with! She is professional but also so relatable and able to put others at ease, including my camera shy husband. I cannot say enough good things about her and how happy I was that we chose her!

  It has taken me a shamefully long time to do a review for Laura. She shot my engagement photos and wedding last year. She exceeded all expectations I had! The pictures are all absolutely beautiful and Laura was so great to work with! She is professional but also so relatable and able to put others at ease, including my camera shy husband.   We could not have been happier with how our pictures turned out and how fun and easy to work with Laura was through the whole experience! The quality of pictures was more than I could have ever dreamed for our wedding day! My sister ended up going with her as well and their pictures are just as beautiful!

  The best decision you could make for your wedding day is Laura - Our wedding would not have been the same without her. The way we found Laura was nontraditional - We hired her less than 2 weeks before our wedding day! She was not afraid to accept the challenge (even a last minute one in the middle of a cold Wisconsin February). She guided me through so much - even planning an accurate (and realistic) time-line for our wedding day. On the day of the wedding she went through mud, snow, brush, and everything in between in order to capture each shot perfectly. The thing I appreciated most was her ability to be outspoken in regards to telling people where to go and what to do - making sure pictures were posed correctly - while also making sure to capture all the fun "natural" moments in between. I could not have asked for better wedding photos / a better wedding photographer. I will be recommending her to each and every person I know in need of a photographer from this day forward!

Laura was always prompt in responding to my (many) questions, and offered awesome tips throughout the planning process to ensure our big day went smoothly. We had a beautifully sunny wedding day in August, and even with all that sun our photos turned out beautifully (she took care to find the perfect lighting without creating shadows or those dreaded squinty-eye faces!). We were so lucky to have had Laura for our wedding day. She also did my brother and sister-in-law's wedding in October 2016. Her photos are amazing and something we will cherish forever. We received amazing quality photos without sacrificing quantity (we have so many photos from our day!!). Laura also worked incredibly well with the videographer we hired for our wedding, which again helped our day run so smoothly. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, young, and enthusiastic photographer that clearly knows what she is doing! I am excited to work with her again for our friend's wedding this coming September, and can't wait to see more of her work!

  Laura did an amazing job, she did both my engagement and wedding photos, all of them turned out beautifully. She is so professional yet fun to work with, such a sweet girl. She is amazing at giving little pointers on how to stand or where look, which ensures some amazing photos! So glad i had her cover my wedding she got so many amazing photos in such a small amount of time! She really captured the moment. You couldn't ask for a better photographer you can tell she is very passionate about what she does, and it definitely shows in the pictures!! Wouldn't have wanted any other photographer!!

Very high quality pictures for such an amazing price. She was amazing with the guests as well as the bridal party. My niece was so impressed she booked Laura for her wedding next year! I highly recommend using her for engagement pictures as well as wedding pictures. We did engagement pictures with Laura because we wanted to get to know her work before our wedding. It helped a lot!! You will not regret booking with Laura she made our day so special and we have amazing photos to remember it always!
