Stunning Images
We booked Laura Schmitt Photography for our engagement and wedding photos in Green Bay and they were absolutely stunning! One of the things that drew me to Laura was her photojournalism style of photography and the quality of her images. I love that she is able to not only capture beautiful portraits, but also the candid images that capture the raw emotion of the day. She also did a fantastic job at capturing the small details of our wedding in beautiful images. During the planning process she was always quick to respond to emails, calls, texts, etc. and always had great suggestions on poses and locations. On the day of the wedding, our family and wedding party were incredibly impressed with how organized and detail-oriented Laura was, and how much she worked her butt off to get the perfect images. I loved how she routinely checked in on us during photos and at the reception to make sure we got all of the photos we wanted. We were absolutely thrilled when we got 900+ images back from our wedding – all of them incredibly high quality and absolutely stunning. We will cherish them forever. I cannot thank Laura enough and we will definitely be booking with her in the future! -

Laura is THE photographer to have capture your big day. We have received so many positive comments on the photos. Laura was great to work with ahead, during and after the big day. She knew all the right questions to help us clarify our expectations for the day of. Laura really helped us clarify what photos we wanted, which helped us plan the day of schedule very efficiently so we always felt present in the moment and didn't miss out on anything. She was willing to jump in our boat and go for a ride in the rain/mist. She was extra prepared with umbrellas as the weather changed on our outdoor ceremony. She was great with keeping the whole wedding party and extended family on task when it came to formal and informal pictures. She did a great job capturing our guests having fun during our reception. We will book photography services through Laura well into the future. -

Chelsea Sent on 10/30/2015Laura was so easy to work with! She was very laid back, flexible, and down to earth. We both felt comfortable with her quickly during our engagement session. She was very open to ideas and locations, but also provided us with guidance in posing. Laura has a very welcoming personality. On our wedding day, she was our primary photographer with a secondary shooter who Laura chose. Our second photographer worked seamlessly with Laura and the two of them really captured our day! Laura provided us with a list of possible photo shots we would like and really worked off that list to make sure we had all our "must capture" photos. She wrangled my husband's large family together for family photos after the ceremony. Laura sent us the final photos on a USB drive in a beautiful wood box, engraved with our names and wedding date. She also provided us with several 4x6 prints as well. We are so pleased with how the photos turned out, but moreover, how much of a relief it was on the day of our wedding to know that Laura was there to capture every moment. We highly recommend Laura for both engagement and wedding photography! -

Easily the best wedding decision we made
Laura was the best to work with. With COVID-19 going on, our wedding date was changed three times. Laura was more than accommodating with every plan that we had for each of the days. When the big day came, she was all over the place taking incredible pictures. Looking back at all of the pictures, she captured everything. My husband and I were so happy to see those pictures and see what little parts we may have missed. Many people compliment about how she was all over and taking pictures of everyone. The pictures we have of are are so beautiful and choosing Laura was easily one of the best decisions we made with our wedding. -

Laura was wonderful to work with! Her communication was consistent and reliable, and she was extremely flexible as we changed our wedding plans for COVID. She is very honest and a true professional, sharing her opinions with us to save us the most money and get the most out of our wedding day. Tons of beautiful pictures as expected. I was blown away by the quality and variety of her photos - over 800 were sent to us to chose from! She did our engagement and wedding photos and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. -

She was able to complete a large number of posed photos before our ceremony, and took tons of great candids throughout our ceremony and reception. She was very professional, communicative while we were planning our wedding, and reasonably priced for the quality of photos we received. We just got our photos back and we are so pleased.
I would definitely recommend Laura as a wedding photographer. -

If you are looking for a photographer consider this your sign to stop and hire Laura – she was INCREDIBLE! My husband and I hired her to photograph our wedding in July. She was so responsive throughout the process and made it so easy to navigate all there was to do (contracting, providing a checklist, timeline, etc.).
She offered to meet with us ahead of the wedding and reviewed the plan for the day of, asking really good questions (e.g., combinations of people to have in photos, timeline, nuances about the ceremony, etc.). Throughout her time working with us she made such thoughtful gestures that went above and beyond, sending cards and a beautiful package following our wedding.
On the day of our wedding she was so efficient and had really good recommendations how and where to take photos. Her style is a great balance of posed and natural which we loved, she captured so many candid moments that truly reflected the emotions of our day.
Laura is a true professional, and we could not be happier with her approach, demeanor, product and our experience.
