We love Laura!!!!
My husband and I just got married this summer of 2023! Laura Rose and her team are incredible!! I knew Laura was the sweetest person ever even before I ever met her! She makes you feel so comfortable, beautiful, and always makes sure you are taken care of throughout the day!
She is extremely professional, fun, energetic and hard working. Her photos are beyond what I could’ve ever dreamed of and I would choose to hire her over and over again for any wedding, special event, or family photo shoots to come.
Laura sent us a sneak peek album the day after our wedding with what seemed like a hundred photos without even us asking. Her work is worth every penny, I highly recommend you choosing her for your special day! -

Absolutely incredible
I cannot say enough great things about Laura and her team! My husband and I never did engagement photos so we were nervous about being comfortable taking so many pictures that day. Laura was the most wonderful person to work with, and is so skilled at capturing beautiful, candid moments. We initially spoke with Laura almost three years ago when we booked our venue, then met her in-person at our engagement shoot, then postponed our 2021 wedding to 2022. Through it all, she was warm, collaborative, flexible, and so aligned with our vision for what we hoped the day would be like. Laura took multiple calls with me to discuss the day's schedule, ensuring that she knew every detail of what and who we wanted photographed.
When the day finally came, we could relax and enjoy the moments together knowing that she was on top of our schedule and had coordinated with our venue's staff. All of our wedding party and family loved working with her, even those who don't normally feel good in front of a camera. It could've been a very stressful morning of getting ready and taking pre-ceremony photos, but Laura kept it so relaxed and fun. We just got our sneak peek back, and we couldn't be happier with how the photos turned out. Hiring Laura was the best decision we made (other than saying yes to marrying each other). -

Laura is an incredible photographer and a very special person. Before asking her to do my own wedding, I watched Laura in her element as a bridesmaid and I knew immediately her energy was unique and her positive attitude was contagious. As soon as we got engaged, Laura was the first vendor I reached out to (even before our venue!) because we knew we had to work with her.
Laura is extremely organized (she met with us several times before our wedding and provided us a very detailed day-of timeline), direct (she guided our families through lots of photos with appropriate assertiveness), persistent (fine tuning placement until lighting is perfect), calm (she kept me relaxed during high-stress times during the day), energetic (she can get anyone to smile) and TALENTED. I could not have been happier with the album she gave us. The photos were bright and beautiful and accurately represented the personalities of our family and friends. We get to re-live our wedding day because of all the special moments she caught in photos.
Choosing Laura as a photographer is a no-brainer, I feel so lucky we got to have her as part of our wedding day. -

My college roommate recommended her wedding photographer to me and MAN, am I glad she shared!!! You can "plan" all you want, but as the big day draws close, you realize how many people/vendors you've put your trust in to pull off your most important day....but with Laura, it was so easy to trust her completely. I remember the days leading up as things got crazier thinking "At least I KNOW my pictures will be gorgeous" and yes, they were. What I didn't realize is how Laura would become my lifesaver that day! She pours herself into her work and always goes the extra mile. Whether it was ensuring we were always on time, helping me shoo away family members who came early trying to take pics before my reveal, or making sure my sparkler exit went off flawlessly (the logistics were the trickiest part of the day, who knew!) -- my wedding wouldn't have been half as magical without Laura.
Professional, leader, artist, and warm. She is the BEST in her field.
Every encounter was wonderful -- our engagement shoot, being able to witness her in action at my roommates wedding, our big day, and every email in between....the best. Seriously. Oh, not to mention dozens of sneak peek pictures days later and a full album weeks before expected. We can't recommend her enough. -

Laura Rose Photography is Spectacular!
Laura is simply the best!
Laura was referred to us by my best friend after she flawlessly executed their wedding a few years ago, and we're so grateful to have worked with her over nearly 3 years. We had an incredible engagement shoot in NYC and she immediately made us feel comfortable. We had countless photos to choose from for our save the date, and have several framed throughout our house. We then faced a prolonged engagement due to COVID and Laura was consistently flexible, positive and supportive while we navigated four wedding dates. Her understanding and enthusiasm kept us calm and made us feel comforted during the most frustrating and challenging times.
On our wedding day, Laura brought such an incredible energy into the room and her joy was contagious to everyone around her. She is an amazing person and, truly, her photography skills speak for themselves. We were blown away by our final album and she managed to capture the perfect balance of poised, formal shots and candid, hilarious moments. Due to COVID, we made the decision to postpone our October 2020 wedding to October 2021 and we are so fortunate Laura was able to pivot with us. I knew from the moment I saw Laura's work that she was my ideal wedding photographer, and once I spoke to her it sealed the deal. Laura is extremely easy to talk to and her personality is infectious. She is detail-oriented and thorough, which I greatly admire, and she goes above and beyond for her clients. My husband and I don't typically love being the center of attention, but Laura made us feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout the day. She organically brought out our natural smiles in the bridal portraits and captured our entire day perfectly. We could not be happier with the beautiful results!
Laura (and her second shooter, Amber) were absolute joys to work with and I would wholeheartedly recommend Laura Rose Photography to anyone. She is such a ray of light and we are so grateful to have had her. My husband and I both said we would have wanted Laura at our wedding even if she wasn't our photographer! Laura and I worked together for my wedding, which was one that was postponed due to COVID (meaning we worked together for 3 years!). Laura did not skip a beat rescheduling and was so wonderful throughout the entire process.
Laura took the time to drive to my house to do our engagement shoot on our property which was also super meaningful for us. Being able to work with a vendor who is also so kind and down to earth made the experience that much better.
Laura hand picked our second photographer for the day based on my husbands lack of love of getting photographed (for lack of better terms) and the personality he and his groomsmen gave off. When she told me this on the phone on a planning call, I couldn't wait to meet him. My husband loved working with him and, to be honest, had a blast taking photos with him!
I can't express enough how much I loved working with Laura for my wedding, how gorgeous the photos came out, or how professional and accommodating she was throughout the entire process. I truly couldn't recommend her more. -

Laura will not only be your wedding photographer but also your day of hype woman! She is so nice, patient and talented! Laura and I had a few calls leading up to our wedding day to make sure we had a timeline for our day and a checklist of who we wanted photos with. This made me feel at ease as I am a planner myself. Laura Rose was outstanding and exceeded our expectations in everyway. She was our best and favorite wedding vendor and made us feel like family from the beginning. Neither my husband nor I was used to having our photos taken and she made us feel so relaxed. It's simply a pleasure to work with her. While her photos speak for themselves, what you can't see is the time, energy, and support Laura gives to every one of her brides. She is not just a wedding photographer but an advocate, make-up fixer, timekeeper, and therapist. The night before my wedding, my make-up artist cancelled due to a double booking and the replacement the salon sent was very inexperienced. Laura made sure my make-up photographed well and was literally fixing it herself to make sure I looked beautiful. She saved the day!

I don't really know where to start. Not only is Laura and unreal photographer but she's an amazing person. I reached out to Laura for my 3rd wedding date as I was scrambling to find another photographer when my original photographer was no longer available on our new date due to covid rescheduling. Laura was so gracious to take us on when her schedule was already jam packed and I can't tell you how thankful I am. She was such a bright light on my wedding day, she was not only a photographer but a wedding planner, dress fixer, moral support giver and sandwich runner. By the next day she had already sent me so many photos as a sneak peek and I cannot wait to see the rest. Her photos should speak for themselves but I think it's important to know the kind of person you are hiring too. You will be so happy you booked her, I promise you that. I simply cannot recommend Laura enough! We initially met her when she did my best friend's wedding, and thought she was wonderful. When I got engaged, I booked her immediately. Laura is kind, patient, and EXTREMELY talented. Our photos are absolutely perfect and my husband and I are not people who enjoy being photographed. Booking Laura Rose was one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning! Laura's photos are breathtaking and we couldn't be happier with how our wedding photos turned out. Laura was very responsive and detail oriented. We had a few long phone calls with her leading up to the wedding to make sure she understood our vision and she delivered. She came prepared day of with the check list we had gone over and we got every shot on the list. The day of, Laura and her team were so easy to work with and so nice. Laura made everyone feel comfortable and at ease taking photos. We would recommend Laura Rose to anyone who is getting married. Less than 48 hours after the wedding we had 100 sneak peek photos which we stunning. It was so important to us to have beautiful photos because they are one of the few things you have to remember the special day by and we are so happy we booked Laura! -

We had an unbelievable experience working with Laura Rose as our wedding photographer. From the very first phone call that we had with her we were so impressed by her professionalism and bright personality. She truly is one of a kind.
Despite having to rearrange our wedding plans due to COVID, Laura was flexible and understanding of our updated plan. She calmed our wedding jitters and made the day-of such a breeze by coordinating the day-of timeline with us and keeping everything in order day of.
Everyone in our family and bridal party were so impressed with how Laura coordinated day-of pictures. We all had so much fun due to her bubbly personality. I completely trusted Laura that she'd be able to fully execute our plan for the day.
We are BEYOND IMPRESSED with how the photos came out. Every single photo exceeds our wildest dreams. Now the hard part will be choosing which to frame for our house!
I recommend Laura to all future brides, as I already have recommended her to several friends, coworkers, and family members! She is truly the best and we can't wait to work with her again in the future for possible maternity shoots, etc.

Laura was incredible from the day we met her. She was supportive, encouraging and flexible during a challenging time to plan a wedding. First, she is a talented and skilled photographer. We had to drastically downsize our wedding and feel lucky to have stunning photos that perfectly capture the beauty and emotion of the day to share with friends and family. Absolutely incredible
All I have to say, is WOW!!!!! After postponing our wedding date twice, my husband and I decided to just get married in a micro-wedding ceremony this past November. From the first correspondence with Laura, she could not have been kinder or more supportive of our ten person wedding day, and treated it as if it was as important to her as our original 250 person guest list. When it comes to photography, my husband and I are an incredibly picky and discerning couple, and very hard to please. We wanted the photos to feel natural, fashion-forward, and cool, and Laura went above and beyond. Coming from NYC, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a local photographer who understood our vision. It was honestly meant to be that I stumbled upon Laura's instagram page. Not only are her photos absolutely stunning, but there was so much coverage on the day of that we have so many great photos to choose from now. She truly became one of the highlights of our wedding day and we cannot recommend her enough! -

Having Laura photograph our wedding was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding. She came highly recommended by our wedding planner (Verve Event Co), and we are so, so grateful we listened!
We can’t say enough about how beautiful our photos turned out as well as Laura’s expertise to capture the essence of our day. Our wedding was in SoHo and despite the freezing November day (I had hot hands in the back of my dress) Laura somehow made each of us and all the photos look like we were in the bliss if spring.
I also must give her highest of praises for how she was able to snap such precious and authentic moments and turn any moment of potential stress (brides clearly are running on high emotion!) to moments of joy and laughter.
From the getting ready photos, to the wedding Mass, to our family-style reception at Gelso and Grand, the photos convey the anticipation, sacredness, and celebration of the day so effortlessly. My husband and family treasure looking through our photos again and again.

I can't say enough amazing things about Laura! We initially hired her for our March NYC wedding that ultimately was cancelled due to COVID. Laura was beyond incredible throughout the entire process, checking in on us those few weeks before (beyond just the status of the wedding), continued to check in on us during our period of uncertainty, and was incredibly flexible, patient, and understanding of our several Plan B options. She is not only an amazing photographer, but an amazing person as well. When we ultimately settled on a date, Laura was helpful in setting up a new timeline, scouting the best locations, and ultimately making sure our day was captured perfectly. The photos we've received thus far (as well as our engagement photos!) took our breadth away and made several guests that couldn't attend cry, which speaks to the beauty and magic of her work. Laura was hands down the best choice I made for my small 2020 wedding. She was so professional and a joy to work with making the whole day stress free. Laura knows what she is doing and it’s clear that she wants to get the best possible shots for her clients. I’ve only gotten the sneak preview pictures so far but I can say that my husband and I are blown away by how amazing they are! They all look like they could be in a magazine. Laura went above and beyond to make us feel special on our wedding day and it is obvious how much she loves her job by how upbeat, fun, and positive she was the whole day. She even had a protein bar ready for me when I was in need of a snack right before the ceremony, she is so prepared. Laura was so kind and offered to stay a little longer at the end for us to capture some dancing shots for free :) I would recommend her to anyone who wants a 5 star wedding photographer! -

People always tell you to invest in a good photographer for your wedding. (They’re right). I knew I wanted a photographer that had a style that was light and airy, but still captured vivid colors, details, and moments.
I met Laura at a wedding show, I was immediately inspired by her enthusiasm, professionalism, and expertise. Once we booked with her and had our engagement shoot, she once again proved her amazing skill at directing us, making us feel comfortable, and creating absolutely beautiful pictures. We had countless perfect shots!
Then, Covid hit. It was a hard process, but Laura was so incredibly wonderful through it all. She responds to emails faster than any of my other vendors, which, if you are planning a wedding, is incredibly important. She developed a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding, which helped me and the planner coordinate the day. When Laura showed up to our hotel she brought such an energy and excitement that didn’t let up all day! Laura is not satisfied with mediocre shots, she will make any space (even a bland hotel room) look like it’s out of a magazine! Her attention to detail, like hairs in the face, veil out of place, etc. is so reassuring to make sure everyone looks amazing and every shot is perfection! She was able to wrangle together our bridal party, keep everyone focused and keep us smiling!
Two days after our wedding, Laura sent us a “sneak peek” of our photos. I expected maybe 3 photos (as friends with different photographers had), nope, Laura sent over more than 50 photos for our sneak peek! We fell in love with every single one. Our parents cried when they saw them. She captured our day so beautifully, even in the middle of a pandemic.
I would pick Laura Rose Wedding Photography over and over again and recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch photographer. Thank you so much Laura!! -

Laura is truly an incredible photographer. We hired her last minute for our elopement as we are one of the many couples impacted by COVID.
Laura was so easy to work with and we were blown away by everything she was able to do in just 2.5 hours. She is the epitome of professional and as a photographer, makes you feel like you've been friends forever. We felt comfortable with her and the pictures she took are truly stunning.
If we hadn't already hired a photographer for our full wedding now in 2021, we would be hiring her and paying for her travel to MA for that one as well. You truly cannot go wrong with Laura Rose. I cannot recommend her highly enough and we will definitely be hiring her again in the future whenever the need for a photographer arises! -

So much more than our photographer
Laura shot our engagement photos and our wedding, and she came highly recommended to me by a friend that also used her. As soon as I saw my friend's engagement photos, I knew I wanted to go with Laura. For our engagement photos, Laura made us feel so comfortable. It was such a natural feeling that we didn't think we'd find -- especially when someone is taking so many pictures of you! And we loved the finished product. We had an idea of where we wanted our photos taken and she was totally flexible and made it work perfectly.
She was enthusiastic from the beginning, and so easy to work with. Laura is highly skilled and experienced, so she really felt like so much more than a photographer. She helped me with my timeline, helped plan for the day and had as many calls with me as I wanted to review things. On the day of my wedding, Laura showed up early. She was with us the entire day and I found myself constantly looking to her for my questions -- and she always had the answers. It was a December wedding and - much to our dismay - it was 40 and rainy from 6am through the entire day. Laura didn't let that get in her way, and her constant positivity and upbeat nature made it so it didn't get in mine either. It was cold, wet and rainy, and Laura was running around to get the perfect shot like it was a sunny 80 degree day. In the church taking photos of both sides of families, Laura was on it -- she was so organized, and family members commented to me about her skill and organization. Same thing at the reception -- she didn't miss a beat, and got shots later that I am thrilled with. Laura knew I wanted a December wedding with snow so badly, and although it rained all day, it did end up snowing at night during the reception. It was magical. I thought she had already left later at night, and she came back and asked my husband and I to come outside quickly. It was a winter wonderland and she got the perfect pictures of us in the snow -- just like we had wanted. It was amazing! She captured every detail big and small. All while making my husband and I feel comfortable and secure with every detail throughout the day.
Laura is so much more than a photographer - but her photography alone is reason enough to work with her. The pictures came out amazing and I couldn't be happier -- her style is just what I wanted. But it's her positive attitude, attention to detail, skill and knowledge that makes her the only choice for a wedding photographer. While I think Laura specializes in weddings and fashion, I will always go to her first to document any big moments in our lives from here on out. Thank you Laura!! -

I don't even know where to begin, Laura was amazing through the whole wedding planning process. Anytime I had any questions, she answered my e-mails right away and eased the whole process. She helped guide me in the timeline and put her ideas out there and really helped me piece my day together as much ash she could in a photographer's aspect. The day of the wedding, she got to the hotel where we were getting ready and started right away, wasting no time! Her second shooter was also amazing and was with they boys in their room. They were with us every step of the way and really helped keep my bridal party in line and organized, there were 16 of us, plus some family and friends! She was able to capture all the best moments and the pictures really show. It was freezing that day, we got amazing pictures outside in my spaghetti strap dress and she made sure to keep me warm while we were gathering everyone outside, it had to have been twenty degrees that day. She is the sweetest woman ever and really will make you feel like you and your spouse are the most important people in the world and you're the only one who matters the day of your wedding. She never did anything to make us uncomfortable and always had a sense of when I was uncomfortable and got me through it. She has great energy and knows how to get the job done and the get perfect shot. I can't say enough good things about Laura and her second shooter was absolutely amazing as well. Her style is absolutely incredible and artistic. I have never seen anyone take pictures like her and make them into a true piece of art that you can cherish for life. I will forever be grateful for what she did for me and my husband and would not have chose anyone else if we were to do it over! Laura Rose is simply amazing! We had her for both our engagement shoot and our wedding. She is so easy to work with and is so much fun to be around. I don’t even know where to begin in telling you all how amazing Laura was as our photographer on our wedding day. Not only are her photos absolutely STUNNING as you can see from her past work, but she is so incredibly organized, efficient and so on top of the timeline of the day. She knows exactly what to say and do to give direction to whoever she’s shooting to yield the perfect shot - and most importantly, all the while making everyone feel comfortable! So many people are beyond uncomfortable having their photo taken for extended periods of time (my husband being one of them) and she knew exactly how to handle every personality to make the entire experience fun! Aside from the obvious talent that Laura has, she’s simply a joy to be around and I think that’s very important in selecting a photographer for one of the most important days of your life! Best wedding photographer of all time!
I would give Laura a million stars if I could! I knew the moment I met Laura, I had to have her as my wedding photographer! I had been looking for quite some time but each person I came across just had over processed photos or cheesy poses. My maid of honor ended up coming across her booth at a bridal show right as I was about to leave. The second I saw her work (which looked like she copied my Pinterest board) I knew she was exactly what I was looking for.
Not only does her work speak for itself on how amazingly talented she is but her personality goes above and beyond! Laura is so genuine and adorably sweet! She is the greatest hype woman ever and made me feel like the most beautiful bride there ever was. From our first meeting, to our engagment shoot, to our big day, she made us feel so comfortable and really captures such authentic moments. She coordinated so well with all our other vendors and made everything run so smoothly.
She sent us a sneak peek of our photos while we were heading to our honeymoon and I was blown away! Once I received our wedding album, I was so speechless, I hysterically cried at how amazing every single shot turned out. Beautiful Work and Fun Photographer!
Laura photographed both our engagement session and wedding. We couldn’t be happier with how well she captured everything! She is very artistic, easy to work with and enthusiastic about capturing the right shot. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and gave just the right amount of direction. She showed up early for our wedding and worked patiently with our dogs at both events. She didn’t miss any of the details, and during the big moments you didn’t even know she was there. Laura is absolutely amazing! She is a true professional and you will love every single picture shes takes!!! My now husband and I hired Laura for our wedding a few weeks ago and I can't speak highly enough about how wonderful she was to work with. From the get-go she was so pleasant and I felt so comfortable asking her the millions of questions I had (Literally!). Hiring a photographer was an important purchase for our wedding day. Top of the notch photographer!
We cannot say enough great things about Laura. While looking for the perfect photographer for our wedding, I came across Laura Rose and knew we had to hire her. Just looking through her portfolio, I fell in love her bright and airy timeless style that no other photographer could match. Having a practical fiancé, I had to “consider other options, just to be sure.” After reaching out to other photographers, there was no question, we had to go with Laura.
Laura went above and beyond her responsibilities as a photographer throughout the entire day. She wasn’t just the photographer, she acted as friend. In the morning while getting ready, if she saw me looking for something she would ask what I needed. To make sure my hair was perfect, she asked the hair stylist for a comb to keep in my purse. She made sure I was eating and drinking water. I was so thankful that she would fix my hair if it was out of place and when I wanted to take my lipstick off as it was wearing away but didn’t have a napkin, she had me use the back of her hand to wipe it off! We felt completely comfortable with Laura. She was able to do all this while capturing beautiful photos.
We got married in February in Syracuse, NY so you can imagine the freezing cold weather that comes with that. Not only was she an absolute trooper in the weather, she also acted as a huge cheerleader to the whole wedding party while taking photos in the cold. Her upbeat and positive personality and encouragement kept us going and she was able to get so many beautiful photos in a short amount of time. At one point she climbed into a patch of bushes to get the perfect shot of me and my bridesmaids!
In addition to the freezing cold, we had a huge wedding party and she was able to take charge and manage us. I did not have to worry about rallying the 21 people in our party (yes, 21) together for a photo because Laura took care of that. Her second photographer, Kristie, was also amazing and captured beautiful photos of the guys getting ready in the morning. We are so glad that we had her along to capture shots of different angles and views.
Shortly after the wedding, we received sneak peeks and they did not disappoint! She got the full online gallery to us in a really timely manner and while looking through them, we felt like we were reliving the whole day all over again.
Needless to say, I couldn't imagine having anyone other than Laura capture our day and I would recommend Laura to anyone and everyone that is looking for a top of the line photographer! -

From the moment I talked to Laura on the phone I knew that we was going to be our photographer. She was so sweet, kind and she answered all my questions with ease. We booked our engagement shoot and as soon as my husband and I met Laura we knew we found the perfect photographer.
Laura was an absolute dream to work with from day one. We had so much fun at our engagement shoot and she got us the pictures back extremely quick. I am so glad that we decided to do an engagement shoot and met Laura before the wedding because it made everything so smooth on the wedding day. It was like seeing an old friend. We got married in December so of course I was getting worried when the day got closer but when I talked to Laura all my worries disappeared because I knew that we hired the best of the best. On the wedding day everything went perfectly and I can’t thank Laura enough for that. In such a chaotic day Laura was there for us for anything and everything we needed and I will forever be grateful for that.
Laura is outgoing, energetic, and makes you feel so comfortable and loved while she is shooting and when she is not. Hiring Laura was one of my best decisions I made throughout the whole wedding planning process. You will be SO glad you chose Laura for any of your photography needs!

User3657856 Sent on 10/04/2018Laura is an amazing photographer! We were lucky that she was available on last minute notice - literally five days before our wedding. She was very responsive, super nice, and had a great portfolio. On the day of the wedding she came earlier than scheduled and immediately got to work. She was shooting non-stop the entire day (about 5 locations and 9 hours!). She is so in to her work and it really shows. Throughout the whole time she was flying up and down stairs, running around, climbing on chairs, all while carrying her heavy equipment (my fitness hero!), to get the best photos. Her attention to detail is so on point (fixing our clothes, posture, expressions) and her creativity with the clothing, jewelry, backgrounds, really impressed us. On top of her photography skills, she was so sweet and is such a cool person. She literally re-did my hair that got messed up, bought us bottles of water while we were out in the park, protected us from crazy camp kids :), and so many other little things. We got our photos about 6 weeks after the wedding and we love them. She caught the best candid moments! We really lucked out and highly recommend her. Thanks so much, Laura! She responded quickly to emails and was able to compromise to our budget. On the day of the wedding she was a calming presence and it was easy to pose and be silly around her so the pictures weren't forced, they were personal. Everyone at the wedding mentioned how nice she was and they were impressed by her in every way. Our experience with her was phenomenal, her pictures are beyond beautiful, and I will continue to recommend her to every new bride to be I meet. From our first conversation with her, I knew we found the right match- she was lovely, professional, had a super credible background, and most importantly, relaxed. I wanted someone that we would actually enjoy spending our wedding day with and she was exactly that (I even joked with my husband that if he and I ever moved back to NY, I would want her to be my first new friend).
On our wedding day, she arrived early in the day and even stayed late. Throughout the day, Laura's passion for her work never ceased.
