  Hire Laura for a special touch to your wedding experience!

  One of the best decisions from my wedding planning was deciding to have a live painting as part of the experience of the day and hiring Laura for her talents to bring it to life! My husband and I couldn't be happier with our painting - it brings us so much joy to look at it hanging in our home every single day. From day 1, Laura was nothing but kind and flexible with us throughout the planning process. She truly took the time to answer all of our questions and attend to our needs. And meeting her in person was icing on the cake! Such a lovely human being - I only wish I got more time to chat with her throughout that busy day! Our guests were raving about Laura's skills at our wedding too as they loved having the chance to watch her paint in real time. A few have even asked us to share her contact details with them to looking into hiring her for their own events! Thank you so much for everything, Laura!

  Laura's the BEST!

  Investing in live painting and choosing Laura as our live painter was the best decision my husband and I made. We are super happy with Laura as a vendor and as a painter. She was so sweet and easy to work with on top of being so talented and meticulous with her art. Laura delivered an artwork that captured such a meaningful and treasured moment of our wedding. It means the world to us that we now have a heirloom that we can display in our home while reminiscing the sweet memories and joy that we felt on our wedding day. Thank you Laura!

  Such an amazing way to remember our wedding!

  Laura is amazing! Ever since I came across her page on instagram a couple years ago and learned that getting your event painted was a thing, it was always a goal of mine to have it at my wedding. The week that my husband and I got engaged, I called her and booked our wedding! Laura is so sweet, responsive and simply just amazing at what she does! It was such a pleasure to have her paint such a special day and I cherish it more because of that. The painting is now hanging in my living room and it is everything and more than I could ever imagine! Hurry up and hire Laura, you will not be sorry at all!!!

  Words can't begin to express our gratitude for having Laura paint at our wedding. Beyond her grace and professionalism, she was easy to coordinate with and plan leading up to, during and after the wedding.
  I can't tell you how many people have commented about the painting and what a unique and special idea it was. Guests at the wedding were fascinated while watching Laura recreate and bring our first dance moment to life in a piece of art. Laura captured our wedding in a way which no photo, album, nor video could ever capture. Most importantly, while she works Laura is also incredibly kind, funny and charming with all the guests. Highly recommend!

  Laura is so great! She is a true artist in every sense of the word. Having her at our wedding really added to the magic of it all. During the ceremony, she was so friendly and engaging with all the guests, but without distracting from the ceremony or reception. Having a live painter at our wedding was such an inspired idea, and many guests said they would love to do the same for their wedding. Our painting turned out so much better than we could have imagined. The lighting in the brush strokes is beyond beautiful, and it has definitely become the centerpiece of the living room in our home. It’s something so much more special than a photograph. We will cherish it forever. Hiring, Laura to paint our big day was hands-down one of the best wedding-planning-decisions we made. She was so communicative through the whole process. Afterwards, she also sent a high-res file of our painting that we could use as our thank-you cards, and the painting arrived in the mail shortly after our event. As artists ourselves, it felt great to have another fellow artist as part of our big day, and we will happily recommend Laura with no reservations!

  Laura Jane's art was a gift from my family at our rehearsal dinner. We had no idea that she would come the next day to our wedding and create such a beautiful gift and art for our home. My sister worked with her beforehand to pick the package that my family wanted and we ended up with two beautiful paintings -- one from the ceremony and one from the reception. Laura Jane arrived at the wedding venue and set up and we had the opportunity to interact with her a few times and she was such a joy to work with. She also interacted with our guests and made it a fun experience for them to watch her do her magic. Laura took the paintings home and added her "finishing touches" for a beautiful piece of art that today hang in our home. Working with Laura was a breeze and she was so sweet, thoughtful and responsive. Just the BEST!

  Their are no words to express the brilliance, talent, and passion I would use to describe Laura's ability to capture a moment. Our wedding painting is my favorite addition from our big day besides my husband. It is not just a picture of a day -it is a piece of art that has so much meaning and will one day be passed down to our future children, grand children etc.

  The best decision in our wedding planning was booking Laura Jane to capture the day. The painting, done inside the historic Mission San Juan Capistrano, is truly breathtaking. She captured the day perfectly. My daughter and her husband will not need to watch a video or open a photo album to remember their special day....just glance at the wall and see the memories explode!

  Being the parents of the bride we wanted to give a gift to our daughter and her husband that would last a lifetime. We researched a few event painters and felt Laura had exactly what we were looking for. All the portraits I reviewed on her website moved me. I felt like I was there in the moment - and that's exactly what we were looking for. She was extremely professional and as we spoke over the phone to get a better idea as to what scene to capture, she made you feel completely confident that she was going to accomplish exactly that - and she did. Everyone who witnessed her painting at the wedding were in awe...they couldn't believe she was transforming a moment into a lifetime memory. The portrait was stunning...and every time I look at it (now at my daughters house), I smile and reflect back to a milestone event that we cherish. I can't recommend her enough - worth every penny.   I don't know where to even start! I found Laura on IG and as I looked through her work I was on a mission to find her and book her immediately. The piece that Laura created was absolutely priceless and beautiful. This was a surprise gift for my husband on the day of our wedding. He was speechless and so were a lot of our guests at the event. The painting included our first dance and both of our daughters in there. How amazing to have this piece of art hanging on our wall for years and years to come. It truly is priceless, we both fell in love with it. Thank you Laura we love it love it love it. ? talented individual? I love her work!

  How do I even describe the overwhelming feeling joy and the incredibly full heart that I have regarding the most precious gift that I could have possibly given to my daughter and her husband on their wedding day. From the first time I spoke with Laura I was over the moon happy with my decision to "track her down". She was lovely and gracious and so very helpful with all of the details. I was so excited that I could barely sleep for days. On the day of the wedding Laura actually provided wonderful entertainment for the guests, as they were in awe of her artistry and her ability to capture details. She is great pleasure to watch as she works!
  Most of all, the finished product.... My daughter and I are truly amazed by this breathtaking piece of art. We can't believe the detail that she was able to capture. Whether it's a snarky smile or the gleam in someone's eyes or even their posture! She caught it all!!

When we had a rough draft sent to us to look over, I noticed that two people from our wedding were not in the picture and they were important to us (she didn't know this so not her fault) - she was due to leave the next morning from Cabo, but proceeded to spend the rest of the evening making sure to add those people to our painting - it is incredible!!!!! I am so happy we chose Laura!

  Laura was one of the best vendors we had at our wedding! She was on time, very receptive to what we wanted in our picture, and all around a sweet and responsible person! Everyone at our wedding loved watching her paint (we had about 240 guests). She captured our wedding perfectly, and we have a beautiful painting to remind us of our perfect day! She really spent a lot of time on detail and making our photo wonderful!! I have been recommending her to all our friends and family!

She really spent a lot of time on detail and making our photo wonderful!! I have been recommending her to all our friends and family!

  This painting was my wedding gift from my Husband and was the perfect addition to our day. Laura did an amazing job of capturing our first dance and the wonderful atmosphere of our venue. Most of our guests had not seen a live event painter before and were amazed at the progress as they checked on it throughout the evening. Not only do we have a wonderful memento from our wedding but watching Laura work provided extra entertainment for our guests.

  I found Laura at a wedding show. It was the only surpise I arranged for the couple. While the event was underway, Laura started and completed a most extraordinary live event painting commemorating the space, the crowd and the couple doing their first dance. It is impressionistic, yet many people are clearly recognizable. People were lining up just to watch her yet her presence was not imposing. It was visual entertainment, but more importantly, the couple will have this painting for the rest of their lives. It is a beautiful work of art.
