The team was extremely accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable with all the decisions leading up to the wedding. The trial runs were so helpful! They really made me feel SO beautiful! Marissa at Lashes and Lace is truly incredible. From start to finish, she was so kind, thorough, and knowledgeable, and she made the entire experience feel calm and fun. I can be pretty picky and particular about certain makeup details, and she was beyond patient and accommodating—never once making me feel rushed or difficult. She really listened, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure everything was exactly how I envisioned it. I felt confident, beautiful, and completely myself, which is exactly what you want on such an important day. I can’t recommend Marissa enough—she’s an absolute gem and so talented at what she does! -

I cannot recommend Brittany and the team at Lashes and Lace highly enough. From the moment I met Brittany at my trial, I was blown away. We laughed and gabbed like we’d known each other for years, and I cried when I saw my makeup for the first time. I’ve never felt so beautiful in my life.
On the wedding day, Brittany and her team were prompt, professional, bubbly, and kind. They did hair and makeup for me, my seven bridesmaids, and my mother — and every single person looked absolutely stunning. Two of my bridesmaids had never had their makeup done before, and they both left glowing (inside and out). The team took time to listen to each person and made sure everyone felt confident and beautiful.
My makeup held up perfectly all day — through heat, sweat, tears, and dancing — even in the middle of June! The airbrushed foundation stayed flawless, and I never once felt like I had to touch anything up except applying some additional lip gloss.
One thing that truly stood out to me was how they cared for my mother, who is fully disabled and was extremely anxious about getting ready. I reached out to ask if they could send someone to her house separately, and without hesitation, they did — with compassion, kindness, and joy. My mom looked gorgeous and felt so confident. Guests are still talking about how radiant she looked, and it meant the world to me and my family.
I would HIGHLY recommend Lashes and Lace every single time. Not only did they deliver beautiful results, but they created such a fun, warm, and supportive environment that made getting ready one of the best parts of my wedding day.

We went through Lashes and Lace for hair and make-up. I (the bride) worked with Brianna, and Olga assisted with hair for the bridal party day of. I was obsessed with my hair and makeup. Brianna nailed the natural yet elevated look I was going for, and I felt stunning, confident, and beautiful. Both Brianna and Olga were on-time, organized, and so accommodating. Brianna went above and beyond, not just with me and my bridesmaids, but also with both of our moms, who felt so comfortable in her hands and looked amazing. Olga was equally wonderful, redoing hair as needed, to get their desired look just right. Everyone looked exactly how they wanted. I would absolutely recommend both of them. They were so supportive, upbeat, and positive, and made the whole morning smooth, fun, and stress-free. -

Deborah was absolutely amazing as our hair and makeup artist. She was so kind, attentive, patient, and truly listened to what I wanted. I felt completely heard and understood throughout the whole process, and the final look was exactly what I had hoped for if not better.
She also had us ready early, which helped our day start off stress-free. Her calm and professional presence made the whole getting-ready experience so smooth and enjoyable.
I also want to shout out Kacie with L&L—she was so responsive, kind, and understanding when we had to reschedule our wedding with short notice last year. Her support meant so much during such a stressful time, and we’re so grateful.
I can’t recommend Deborah (and the whole L&L team!) enough—they’re incredibly talented and such a joy to work with! -

Brittany did my trial and wedding day HMU. She was fantastic, as was the rest of the team. They communicated quickly and were very detailed oriented. I felt like I was truly listened to and they were willing to make adjustments from my trial to be absolute perfect for wedding day. I cannot recommend them enough. Lashes and Lace paired me up with the best possible hair and makeup artist for my wedding day! Stephanie and I hit it off immediately during a trial run before the big day and we had so much fun together. I had a bit of an odd hairstyle request that she pulled off beautifully - I honestly wasn’t sure if the idea would work out, but she made it happen! On the day of the wedding, Stephanie did HMU for myself, my MOH, MOB and MOG. She helped us stay on track with our timeline, made us all look perfect, and tailored each persons hair and makeup to their specific requests. More importantly, having Stephanie there was like having another best friend in the room to help ease the nerves and provide support during the hours leading up to one of the most momentous occasions! Stephanie was even willing to stand by during my ceremony and do a few quick touch ups for me afterwards to ensure everything still looked great for our photos. I highly recommend using Lashes and Lace and to request Stephanie if you can! She is the sweetest and an absolute pro!! -

Lashes & Lace outdid themselves for my wedding! Brittany did my bridal hair and makeup as well as my mom's and it was absolutely perfect and lasted us all day and night without a single touch-up! Brittany also did our hair & makeup for my rehearsal dinner and it was too perfect. I did two completely different looks and she nailed them both. I don't normally wear a lot of makeup and my biggest worry was looking cakey, but I felt completely like myself just a bit more elevated! Highly recommend the Lashes & Lace team for wedding hair & makeup! My bridesmaids also looked amazing and were so happy with their looks as well. -

Kacie and her team at Lashes and Lace are so amazing!! From the start the communication was so easy and helpful. I had a hair and makeup trial with Kacie about 2 months from my wedding and was so happy I did. Kacie helped me find the perfect bridal look and took away all the stress that comes with hair and makeup for your big day. Kacie is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and truly loves her job. She made me feel and look so beautiful on my big day. Her team also did a spectacular job with my bridesmaids hair and makeup and Britney was so great at doing mine and my maid of honors spray tan. I was hesitant with getting a spray tan at first but it turned out so good and Britney made me feel so confident! I even had guests asking me how my hair and makeup looked so good at the end of the night (it was so windy that day) and that was because of Kacie, she’s that good!! I cannot gush enough about the phenomenal wedding hair + makeup team that is Lashes and Lace. Brittany, Hillary, and Britney are true magicians with brushes and curling irons!
I personally worked with Brittany, and from the initial trial she was like an old friend, radiating warmth, positivity + most importantly, TALENT! She didn't just ask me about my preferences or replicate inspiration photos, she dove deep into my personality, style, and comfort zone and created a look that was still "me" but an elevated version of me!
The entire team's professionalism and warm demeanor made the wedding day experience delightful. They arrived to Kiawah early + were calm, cool, and collected while seamlessly completing unique hair + makeup styles for 8 women all within the span of a few hours. And, what's more,
the quality of their work was exceptional, using top-notch products that not only looked fantastic but also lasted throughout the entire event. My hair + makeup look was perfect from the moment I stepped out of the chair until the very last dance of the night.
I couldn't recommend this incredible dream team any more - they will absolutely become one of your favorite vendors for the big day! -

I cannot say enough amazing things about the Lashes and Lace team! Not only are they incredibly kind, patient, and responsive, but they are masters of their craft! I was so nervous about loving my rehearsal/wedding day look but Erin (H) and Brianna (MU) knocked it out of the park!!! I'm not always great at describing what I want when it comes to HMU but with few words they knew exactly what to do and nailed it. As a destination wedding bride, booking hair and make-up can be pretty nerve-wracking, as you don’t have the option to do multiple trials and mostly rely on pictures and reviews. Lashes & Lace came highly recommended by my planner and after seeing their work online, I knew that my vision would align with their expertise. From beginning to end, the Lashes & Lace team was flexible, communicative, and so easy to work with. My overall experience was fantastic and I am so happy I ended up working with them!
I was able to book my trial when I was in Charleston on other wedding planning business and had a great experience with Abby (make-up) and Cara (hair). They were constantly asking for my input during the trial and even followed up the next day to see how my glam held up the rest of the night. Although my trial was 3 months before my actual wedding day, my glam looked just as I remembered it (actually, even better!) the day of my wedding. Abby and Cara were careful to incorporate all the changes I wanted from my trial and even continued to ask for my input that morning while they were getting me ready. No change is too small for these ladies - They truly want you to feel like the most beautiful version of yourself! I was so happy with the way my glam ended up looking. It held up incredibly well, even on a humid Charleston day, and photographed beautifully. I’m biased, but I think my bridesmaids all looked absolutely stunning as well and they were all equally excited with the results.
I also wanted to mention the fact that Abby and Cara truly went above and beyond the call-of-duty. One of my bridesmaid’s partner’s lost his ID the night before my wedding and we were all worried about how we were going to get him into our after party. Overhearing our conversation, Cara personally reached out to the club owner to ensure that he would be able to enter our after party no problem later that evening – Talk about saving the day! The Lashes & Lace team will do anything in their power to make sure your day is perfect. I would highly recommend Lashes & Lace for your big day! -

Beautiful hair/makeup, excellent company
I was really apprehensive to hire out for hair/makeup because I didn’t have a big budget. When I reached out to L&L and explained my situation and how it would be just me, no bridal party, they waived the minimum for me and offered me a flat rate. Kacie was always so fast getting back to me in email, very descriptive and kind.
On the day of, Theresa came out to my location and far exceeded my expectations. She was very sweet and is incredibly talented at what she does. It was natural conversation and didn’t feel forced at all, my two hours flew by!
All in all I recommend lashes and lace to anyone looking for hair and makeup, no matter the event!

As a planner, my vendor selection was most important. As an out of town bride, I was thankful for a great connection to the Charleston wedding industry who recommended Lashes & Lace. I spent lots of time with Brittany at the end of everything (engagement photo h&m, h&m wedding day trial, rehearsal dinner h&m, and wedding day h&m). She is as fun as she is talented! I found a friend in Brittany and exactly who I wanted to be around on the morning of my wedding.
Brittany DELIVERED. I was so happy with my hair and makeup every step of the way. She KILLED the pony on wedding day. I wanted equally as elegant as fun and she could not have done a better job. She helped explain and match extensions for me which were a total foreign concept to me. I never questioned anything she did. Hair and makeup for a bride is one of the most important things as it's 50% of your "look" that day with the wedding gown making up the other half. Having a stylist that you trust and are confident in is my wish for every bride!
Thank you for making my experience perfect. While I did not work with another stylist on your team, I have rave reviews from my girls on how much fun they had in conversation while also feeling so glam and beautiful! -

The ladies at Lashes & Lace were absolutely perfect in every way. They were so kind, responsive, and flexible - which were all so important to me since I was planning my wedding from out of town.
I had a large wedding party so I was worried we would overwhelm them but they made everything so seamless. Everyone looked different but beautiful at the same time. The BEST ever!
We had an absolutely amazing & perfect experience with Lashes and Lace from beginning of planning all the way to wedding day! Kacie and her team were very easy to communicate with and transparent with information when booking, and so genuinely sweet to chat with.
I did bridal portraits a couple months before my wedding and had a wonderful time getting ready at their new studio space! My hair and makeup was exactly as I envisioned- glam & elegant. Erin is incredibly talented and I felt so beautiful!
On wedding day, they were on time (in all the weddings I have been to, hair and makeup has never been on time) which was so impressive, and we all looked amazing all night long!
We are so thankful for Lashes and Lace and I will be using them for any and all future events! -

Lashes and Lace did my hair and makeup for my wedding. They recommended that I schedule my trial run for a special occasion so I scheduled this before a friend's wedding. Although they were an hour late from another wedding, they were able to get my hair and makeup done in time. I mention this for anyone trying to decide when to schedule their trial run, you definitely want to give yourself plenty of time for any unexpected delays. On the day of the wedding, they were wonderful to work with. They ensured the entire bridal party was ready in time and everyone looked gorgeous! -

THE BEST HAIR/ MAKE-UP IN CHS! I used Lashes and Lace for my rehearsal dinner, wedding, and all of my bridesmaids hair and make-up. I was incredibly satisfied with my trial run and could not recommended lashes and lace enough. Stacey was my stylist for my trial run and was our hair stylist on wedding day. Stacey is so talented in hair but also is just a genuinely good and fun person to work with! My hair lasted all day (from 1PM-12AM) and was exactly what I asked for! Brianna was my makeup stylist and curated perfection for me and all my bridesmaids! She used airbrush and made every single bridesmaid feel gorgeous and special- everyone’s makeup lasted until 12AM despite the humidity and rain! All the girls came to our hotel room with everything they needed and were able to stay on time with 11 girl’s hair and makeup! I could not possibly recommend lashes and lace enough, not only are they incredibly talented, but they are wonderful people inside and out. Brianna stayed after hours for any last-minute touch ups before we left for our venue. I would highly recommended Lashes and Lace to all my friends and family and can assure you that you will feel the exact same way!

I had the best experience with lashes and lace. My mom and I both did a trial with them a few months before the wedding and had some little tweaks we wanted to make and the absolutely delivered. Honestly, I felt like an actual princess with my hair and make-up. The also did my full bridal party and a few other family members. Everyone looked so wonderful and they made it so fun getting ready at the venue. My hair somehow survived some pretty wild gusts of wind and my make-up survived my happy tears. I did end up dancing a little too hard, and ultimately took my hair down - but I'm even glad I did that because it still looked SO GOOD when I took it down. Honestly, you would have never known that I had it up most of the day - and it meant my hair was all set for brunch the next day too. They are wonderful! -

Lashes and Lace came highly recommended by my planner as I am out of state and after looking at their instagram, following through on that recommendation was a no brainer. My trial run with Brittany was so much fun!. She was so knowledgeable and really grasped the natural look I was going for on my big day. I was able to have my sisters there, which was so much fun! We made a day of it in downtown Charleston, which in mid August really put the makeup to the test, and it looked just as fabulous by the end of the night! The day of the wedding Brittany and Bailey were the perfect dynamic duo! We had so much fun getting ready with them and everything they did came out amazing!! Each of my sisters were going for different looks and one really doesn’t wear makeup. Bailey listened and was super patient by the end everyone was rocking the lashes! Kacie made my dreams come true
Lashes and Lace is beyond talented and all their artists will far exceed all expectations. You will be beautiful. Promise. But it’s what happens in the background which is priceless. What L&L did for me is priceless, Kacie was my MVP of vendors. Every email was answered with class and always within 2-3 days. I booked her studio with catering for all the girls morning of. The entire morning was magical money well spent having space, food, mimosas, phone chargers, our dresses steamed, huge bathroom. The smiles did not leave my girls faces and there were NINE. Bailey Karla Abby killed it along with Kailey. We looked amazing. Everything was incredible until it wasn’t. At 10am all 3 of my flower girls got sick. Screaming crying. We are from Boston and did not have the man power to watch them. Someone was going to have to miss out on the wedding and we were devastated. Kacie ordered me childrens cold medicine while doing my moms makeup (speechless) and offered to take my daughter you guys I was sobbing You do not see kindness like this in Boston. We ended up hiring her studio manager as a Nanny 20 minutes before first look for the night and there are no words for how grateful I am. Talented, Professional, and Fun!
My wedding planner suggested Lashes and Lace for my wedding hair and makeup, and they were amazing! From the beginning, they were professional and helpful in planning the day. They provided prices and a timeline for the day ahead of time so I knew exactly what to expect. They did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, my mom and mother-in-law, and me as well as hair for two flower girls. They were fun to work with the day of and helped create a stere-free and positive atmosphere. They stuck to their schedule so everything was finished on time for pictures, and most importantly, they created beautiful looks for all of us. Look no further, these ladies are exactly who you need for all your hair and make up needs! The owner, Kacie, was so thoughtful and accommodating leading up to the wedding during the constant changing COVID rules. She really cares about her brides! She was quick to respond, efficient in her emails, and so thoughtful! As for her staff, we had Kelly as our main stylist who KILLED it! She was able to produce exactly what I wanted and make adjustments as needed the day of. These ladies did an amazing job on my wedding day. Since I live out of town and I had my trial almost an entire year before our wedding due to having to postpone our first date, I was a little nervous because it had been so long since my trial! Erica calmed my nerves, took control, and my hair and makeup were out of a fairytale. I had many questions throughout the planning process and they were so quick to answer all of my questions. One of my favorite memories of my wedding day was getting ready with all my ladies and Lashes and Lace. They made us all feel incredibly beautiful. Lashes and Lace is the absolute best! Look no further and hire this amazing team. As the Mother of the Bride, planning a destination wedding during COVID was extremely stressful. However since our initial consultation with Kacie to our trial with Chelsie and Brianna my daughter and I couldn't imagine hiring any other vendor to do the hair and make up for the wedding. On the day of the wedding, the team of Chelsie, Brianna, Tracie and Lauren arrived early and were so professional, friendly and energetic! We can't thank them all enough for making everyone's hair look so beautiful and the make up looking flawless till late into the evening. They all made the process of getting ready so fun! I loved my hair and makeup! The stylists did a great job of listening to what I wanted and making tweaks from there. I loved doing the trial with them and figuring out exactly what I wanted. I never wear makeup and Heather did an awesome job making it subtle and natural enough for me. I last minute changed my mind on fake lashes and she did a few, subtle lashes for me instead without hesitation. Kacie the owner of Lashes & Lace on Broad St. downtown is amazing! My wedding had some crazy ups and downs but Kacie handled everything with ease. First it had to be postponed due to covid and then the girl that was originally supposed to be doing my hair and makeup was exposed to covid so I needed go back for another trial run. Kacie made sure everything was perfect for the big day and that I was feeling 100% comfortable with all the changes. Her staff is energetic and courteous and they make everyone feel very welcome. Their studio downtown is very pretty with exposed brick and natural light, makes for good getting ready photos. They also have lots of cute affordable jewelry you can purchase, I got the earring I wore on my wedding day there! -

My daughter got married on June 27, 2020 after postponing her April 4 date due to Covid and they were so helpful & accommodating with the last minute changes. Highly skilled & professional team. Lashes and Lace was is far the most phenomenal hair and make up in Charleston!!! First of all, Kacie was SO easy to work with, and made the planning of hair and make up a breeze! She was so incredible and takes all the stress out of your big day! She had three stylists come- Anna, Maggie, and Kelly to be sure we stayed on time. They arrived early and were absolutely AMAZING. Literally every single one of my bridesmaids LOVED their hair and makeup- does that ever happen?! Literally showed a picture or told them what they wanted, and they made it happen. They were all SO sweet and fun to talk to, and made the day even more special. My hair and makeup was absolutely incredible- I couldn’t imagine it more perfect. I did NOT do a hair run through and was very nervous because I have a lot of thick hair. I showed Kelly a picture, and honestly she made it look even better. AMAZING. My make up was flawless and I didn’t have to touch up once despite the 100 degree weather outside!!!!! Even my flower girls felt like princesses, and keep telling me how special they felt with their cute hair and “fairy dusting.” Truly you guys were amazing, and I would 10/10 recommend Lashes and Lace to anyone getting married ( or just in need of a fun hair/ makeup) in Charleston!! Kacie was amazing to work with on all things logistics, and Kelly and Julia were absolutely wonderful on the wedding day. It felt like we just added two more bridesmaids to the crew. They understood exactly what I (and all my bridesmaids) were asking for and just made it happen. I've never seen hair and makeup inspo photos so perfectly translated to reality!
I remember looking in the mirror at our hotel at the end of the night and being astonished that my hair and makeup *still* looked exactly as I'd hoped – like a natural version of myself, but extra radiant :) All of my bridesmaids raved about how beautiful they felt, too, which brought so much joy to the day.

Super heroes. I'm not exaggerating. I am completely blown away by this team. Do not look ANY further than Lashes and Lace.
I have never had hair or makeup that has made me feel more beautiful and confident than by Lashes and Lace. They did the PERFECT job of glamming me up, but keeping me true to myself. However, the team is so beyond flexible that if that isn't your goal, they can do that for you too.
It can be really scary providing feedback on a service, but Kacie and Anna worked with me to make sure I loved every single hair on my head and every single eyelash.
Not only is the entire team an absolutely JOY to be around, but they truly made me and my bridesmaid feel so confident and fantastic on the wedding day. My bridesmaids showed them pictures on Pinterest of what they wanted - and we all know how hard it can be to mirror that. Well, Kacie beyond nailed it. She made everyone look better than what you see on your Instagram discover page. I'm not saying this just to be nice, I truly and genuinely mean it.
Lashes and Lace was worth every single penny. They are so fantastic, in fact, that every time I'm back in Charleston I'm making an excuse to go have a service done there.

Kacie and her team are simply the best. I felt like I was in such good hands from start to finish: from discussing service options, to booking my trial, to rearranging some bridesmaids' schedules, to meeting up on the day of. I called on Lashes and Lace because they had done my sister's wedding a few years back and I was impressed then, and equally as impressed with my own experience. Kacie was so professional - and so KIND! What a gem! Maggie was our stylist and all my bridesmaids loved her, as did I. She was so poised and knowledgeable and patient and good-natured. Maggie and Hillary of Lashes and Lace did an excellent job at our wedding. Hair and Make-up was probably the part of the wedding that was making me the most nervous. I never wear my hair-up and was nervous about doing that. I brought Maggie a few photos during a hair trial and she nailed it first try. I am not used to wearing a ton of make-up and she did such an excellent job at achieving that natural glam look you want on your wedding.
Hillary did such a wonderful job on make-up for the mothers and maid of honor. The moms felt so special and beautiful. As a bride, nothing makes you happier than seeing your Mom feel her absolute best and beautiful.
The Lashes and Lace Team is experienced, professional, always early, and their personalities are all so great it was so fun having them be a part of the getting ready process.

Needing as much help as I could possibly get for my wedding day, I made sure I hired the best team in Charleston (and possibly the world!). I knew I wanted extensions for what I wanted to do with my hair for my wedding, and Erica did a perfect job matching the Hotheadz extensions to my real hair and installing them. They matched so well, some people couldn't believe they were extensions. Erica also is the first person I ever let touch my brows (after the endorsement from Kacie) to shape them before the big day and they looked great!
On to makeup and hair- I was lucky enough to to have my request for Kacie to do my hair and makeup granted. I was skeptical that anyone would be able to to make my hair and makeup look exactly how I wanted but she did it! I got so many compliments on my hair and my mom (who is the most difficult person to please) even told me I looked gorgeous.
They were so fun to work with and accommodating (doing their best to work with an extremely difficult MOB) and even tolerated my two overly involved pups that wanted in on the fun that morning too. They were totally receptive to tweaks and requests to make sure we loved how we looked. Marie worked on all the girls' hair, and Kacie handled makeup (hair and makeup for me). My girls (and I) looked gorgeous!! And for the record, my bridesmaid's hair, that can't hold curl, had awesome texture that lasted well into the next day. And my beloved braid lasted 3 days, all the way into the start of our honeymoon.
I wish I could pack them up and have them make me pretty everyday! -
