I had my wedding dress and 3 bridesmaids dresses altered. The dresses came out perfectly. My wedding gown fit great. They added a corset to the back of my gown. I had a lot of compliments on my dress. They were professional, kept to a schedule and did beautiful work.

Fast and effective

I was super impressed with Las Vegas Wedding Gown Specialists. My dress had travelled from the UK and around the US for two weeks before I reached Vegas. I was totally disorganised and needed my dress cleaned in a hurry. I found them online, called and within an hour they had collected my dress from the concierge at my hotel. When I collected it two days later it was beautifully wrapped and protected for my drive to Sedona where I was getting married. That was an extra touch that I didn’t expect but I was very grateful for it! Pricing was reasonable.

Las Vegas Wedding Gown Specialists made my 20 year old wedding gown look brand new. My husband and I decided we were going to renew our vows next year, so I decided to pull out my wedding gown that has been hanging in the back of my closet for the last 20 years to see if it would still fit so I can wear it. Well, the dress fit. Now keep in mind, it was never cleaned nor preserved in a box after our wedding. It was just hung and forgotten. Except for my dog, which decided to pee several times on the bottom of the dress. So, not only did the dress yellow, there was dog pee stain on the bottom of the dress. Eddie, the owner, assured me that his staff can make the dress look brand new again. And indeed, they worked their magic! Well, Las Vegas Wedding Gown Specialists not only took out the yellow that the dressed turned by just hanging for the past 20 years, but it also removed completely the 20 year old dog pee that I thought had permanently ruined the dress. I was expecting just to shorten the dress to cut out the pee stain part because I thought the pee would never come out. I cannot brag enough about what Las Vegas Wedding Gown Specialists did to my dress. I can not believe I will now be able to wear my dress, unaltered, when we renew our vows. Thank you so much Las Vegas Wedding Gown Specialists and Eddie. You have made me so happy. You are definitely the best of the best!

Brought my wedding dress in to be altered and cleaned. Mary was the sweetest thing ever. She was able to alter my dress perfectly. The cleaner also got 10 year old mud stains out and made my dress look like it did on my wedding day.

Mary is great! Confident in her work and knew exactly what needed to be done to my dress. My dress had a ton of seperate pieces in the skirt so it was not the average job and the finished product was perfect!

I absolutely love this place!! I brought my mother's 30-year-old veil here in hopes that they could restore and make it look new to wear at my wedding. They did exactly what I wanted and more. They were creative and innovative and were able to take out ripped pieces and use them elsewhere in the veil. I was so pleased and impressed at what a great job they did! And it was so affordable. We have to pay for our whole wedding soon and this veil fit right into the budget.

Eddie, his wife, and all of the staff were so helpful throughout the entire process. With all the stress that comes with planning a wedding, you don't want to have to worry about your dress! They were so attentive and fast! I did multiple fittings and they listened to exactly what I wanted. I had intricate lace and beading all over my dress. I am only 4'11" and just over 100 pounds, so even the small size from the store was huge. They did such a great job taking it in and hemming it for me. I was amazed! They are absolutely the best choice for any alterations!!

Mary was amazing and made me feel beautiful each time I was in their store. Super friendly and my alterations for my wedding dress were perfect! Would highly recommend them to anyone else. They are a tad on the expensive side, however, you get what you pay for. Great service, amazing work, and super friendly and helpful staff who really make you feel like you're their only customer.

Amazing service! I traveled to Las Vegas from Canada and was in contact with them about doing my dress less than a week before the wedding! They were totally ok with this and even delivered to the MGM where we were staying! Awesome job!

I was getting married at the Grand Canyon and was freaking out about how to get my dress out there. I read some reviews and picked the wedding dress specialists! Best choice ever! They were amazing! I took my wedding dress to Darlene to have it altered for my destination wedding in Puerto Rico. She not only altered my dress but she also added some embellishments that I requested. To say that she did an amazing job is an understatement! She recreated my dress and made it look better than I imagined. My dress was done on time and she made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. Hands down she is the best!!

My mother in law told me about this place and they are great! I spilled red wine on my white cocktail dress and I didn't think it would ever come out. I tried soda water on it and got most of it out but not completely. It sat for an entire week before I brought it in to get it cleaned. When I got my dress back the red wine was completely gone and my dress looked great! I was pretty impressed and very happy. I highly recommend this place for any stain or treatment needed. Now I'm getting two of my wedding dresses back and I can't wait!

After calling a few of the local cleaners in my area to check pricing for preserving my wedding dress, I wasn't feeling very hopeful with my options. The last place I called was the Las Vegas Wedding Gown Specialists and looking back know, they should have been my first call.
I spoke with Denise who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She explained to me in detail how they were going to treat and care for my wedding dress. When I got there she showed me a preview of how my dress would look in the viewing window of the box and made sure I was happy. When I left the store I felt comfortable and confident that my wedding dress was left in the best of hands! I've already referred a friend to the Las Vegas Wedding Gown Specialists and made sure she knew that she wouldn't be disappointed. Village East Cleaners did an amazing job altering my wedding dress. I had 3 fittings. They listened to my suggestions, and worked to make my dress fit perfectly. When I picked my dress up, it was neatly pressed and careful packed in a hanging bag. They even put it in my car for me. Great value for the money.

I dropped my wedding dress off for cleaning and preservation. I was told it would take two weeks. After one week, I was called so I could come in and inspect the dress after cleaning. A week later, I picked up the dress in it's box. The front of the dress is visible through the clear window in the protective sealed box.
Easy process. Felt comfortable with the whole procedure.

My dress turned out beautiful and spotless! I requested cleaning and preservation and like they let you check the merchandise before they pack it. Customer service was especially good-- they took the time to discuss what my expectations were for the cleaning and didn't pressure me to go the route of preservation (which I later decided to do). They also werent hard on me for waiting so long! I would definitely recommend them for cleaning such a sentimental piece for brides!

After our wedding I jumped in a lake with my wedding dress. It was covered in dirt/debri and lake water. The wonderful people at village cleaners got my wedding dress looking like new. Even the beading and pleating! village east cleaners did an amazing job with my dress and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

When I went into the store I was so pleased at the professional service I received from the Wedding Gown specialist Mel & her assistant Dennice. They explained everything so carefully that it totally put me at ease. I was referred to Village East Dry Cleaners from The Association of Bridal Specialists they told me that Village East is the only Dry Cleaner in the state of Nevada that is LICENSED with them and that their preservations are highly guaranteed.

I can’t say enough as to how happy I am with the service and professionalism I received from Village East Dry Cleaners. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable leaving my dress with them to preserve. It was also nice to know that they offer pick up and delivery service FREE of charge. I recommend Village East to anyone that wants to get their wedding gown preserved!

Our Daughter had Village East Dry Cleaners preserve her beautiful wedding gown. They are so caring and understanding that we felt so at ease leaving her gown with them to be gently taken care of. Before they preserved it in the unique box she was called to come and and inspect their work. WOW you would never know this gown was even worn, they did an amazing job and know the gown will last forever! Found you guys on line. The best service ever...The last time we had dress cleaned somewhere else they had reservations on even doing it because they were afraid of all the ruffles. YOU GUYS..even at first glance said "not a problem"...WOW we we very happy with all aspects of service..the dress came out like brand new.. and because the wedding has been postponed..we picked it up a few weeks later than we had said....you guys had no problem with that at all. We did not know that you guys are the only licensed ones here in las vegas to do wedding dresses. YOu guys are a blessing and we will definetly use you again for anything else we need. And I have a big mouth so I will tell everyone how great you guys are...Thanks again...oh yes, the girl even carried the dress out to the car and placed it in the car for us....You guys are the best.

If you have clothing you care about, I recommend you choose the drycleaner who not only cares, but knows how to care for your clothing. Village East is in a league by themselves with QUALITY, but pricing is same as other drycleaners. (I know, I checked them all out). JG

I lost 40 lbs and had to have my dress altered 2 weeks before my destination wedding. Las Vegas wedding specialist saved me but I definitely paid a hefty price to get it done. Cost me twice what I paid for the dress but a Perfect fit and came out beautiful!

They pressed my wedding dress and my daughter's...then preserved my wedding dress. They were great!

Although the staff at Village East is very friendly, I wasn't 100% satisfied with the services. When my dress was ready to be picked up, I looked it over in the store and saw that it was still dirty at the bottom. I had pointed out specific areas when I dropped it off, so I thought they would be addressed. Denise was accommodating and suggested they re-clean it, which they did. They delivered the re-cleaned dress to my house (which I appreciated) and the dress looked much better.

I took my wedding dress here to get it altered in January and she (Mary) barely hands me my dress the week of my wedding.

On the first initial fitting she didn't pin my dress all the way through and said that she knew how much she needed to take in so when she took it in she took too much and it was super tight on me.

She kept saying that it was my fault and that I had gained weight when I had actually lost weight, but every time the dress wouldn't fit she would say that I had gained weight. You should never tell a bride that she has gained weight even if she has that is the most disrespectful thing to say to her.

After she let it out again is when the real issues started. She had sewn my dress back incorrectly and there was this huge bulge of fabric underneath the lace on the right side of my bust area. After her going back and forth fitting after fitting at the end the dress was given to me unfinished basically. The bulge was still there and she kept saying " I don't know what to tell you" " I don't know how to fix it" Its because you gained weight" etc etc. She should have just said she screwed up and just given me my dress instead of me going back and forth and her not even doing anything to the dress. She wouldn't even discount the price besides $50 bucks from the pressing. How are you still going to charge someone $600 dollars for an unfinished botched job on her wedding dress?

Eventually I picked up my dress this week took it to my friends mother in law seamstress out of desperation and within 2 HOURS she found out what the problem was. She took my dress apart and noticed that she had tried to cover up a rip she had made on my dress by patching it with another extra lace fabric she had. Instead of sewing in the dress straight to try to fix the issue she just covered it up. So when she sewed the lace into the dress she sewed in the under layer of the dress causing it to bulge and look deformed.

I would not recommend going here at all!
