Hair Artist

Highly recommend! Lari did my bridal hair and my mothers hair & makeup at her salon. She was great at making my vision a reality, even changing her technique a bit after seeing how thick/ heavy my hair was. I felt comfortable and confident in her skills, and could tell she truly cared about even the minor details. Overall a wonderful experience!

Beautiful hair and makeup that lasted all day

And boy howdy did I put that hair through it's paces on the dance floor and it still looked great at the end of the night. It was a pain to take out, but I take it that's typical, especially because I bought wefts for her to use (I do NOT have this much hair). The makeup also held up all night - I was pleased! Lari took my feedback well and executed on it, which I appreciate. I don't know a ton about makeup and even less about hair, but I ended up with a look I loved. Thanks, Lari and team!

Perfect Natural Hair & Make Up

Lari Manz Hair & Makeup was the absolute perfect choice for our wedding. Lari was incredibly responsive, communicative, and flexible. Her stylists were just a dream to work with -- executing everyone's hair and makeup looks exactly as they wanted, creating natural and gorgeous looks. They were willing to make sure everyone was 100% happy and were just a delight to be with on our wedding day. An extra special shout-out to Lari's stylist Linda who truly brought the most calm and positive energy to our wedding day. I had the chance to meet her before for my trial and we became fast friends - I plan on returning to her to get my haircut again for the foreseeable future!

Lari made me feel like every bride should on their wedding day!

Lari did an absolutely incredible job with my wedding hair and make up - she made me feel and look the way every bride should on their wedding day! She is incredibly talented and kind. Jessica also did an incredible job on the mother of the bride and mother of the groom hair and make up. We all loved our experience at Lari’s and would absolutely recommend!

Loved Lari!

Lari was wonderful to work with! She was flexible to schedule a trial with me when I live out of state. Then after some consideration I wanted to change my hair style from the one I thought I wanted at the trial, and she was completely accommodating. On the day of my wedding she did 4 sets of hair and makeup in a timely manner and brought a wonderful calming energy. We all loved how we looked!! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day thanks to Lari!

Great Experience

Lari was very professional through out the entire process. I had a trial with her for hair and makeup prior to my wedding day to help plan what I wanted. She was very responsive to my requests. Willing to work on alternatives for hair and make up if I wasn’t satisfied. Love the look achieved with make up. I don’t wear makeup a lot and didn’t want to look over done and Lari accomplished that easily! The hair turned out beautiful and held up the entire day! Her associate Jessica matched the quality of hair and make up with my bridesmaids.

Wedding hair + makeup

Lari (and an associate of hers who works in NYC - Linda Nicholas - since we had 6 people) did hair/makeup for my wedding on 10/19/24 and did an absolutely fantastic job!! They were very flexible, very responsive, had reasonable prices, and traveled to the venue. As someone with sensitive skin who does not wear makeup almost ever aside from very minimal coverup, I was searching for someone who wouldn’t gob my makeup on and would make it light and natural. Lari did exactly that!! She also did an excellent job on my hair (updo) and it felt secure the whole day/night without having to use a ton of hairspray. All my bridesmaids and MOB/MOG were extremely happy with her and Linda as well! I would absolutely recommend them for any wedding hair/makeup. Thank you Lari and Linda!!!

Great experience!!

I had the most wonderful time working with Lari and my stylist Linda at my wedding! I contacted Lari on short notice when my previous arrangements fell through, and Lari and Linda both had excellent communication as we worked out the details. My hair and makeup were exactly what I was looking for - it was a perfect interpretation of the "radiant rustic" look I was going for. I felt beautiful and glowing all evening, and my hair and makeup lasted through hours of dancing. She also made my mother feel very comfortable as she was nervous before the ceremony - Linda had a very relaxing manner and was great to talk to as we were getting ready. We all enjoyed our sessions so much, and everyone looked stunning! I'm so glad they were available since I had a fantastic experience at the wedding!

Beyond thrilled

Linda was an absolute dream, I’m so thrilled I found her through Lari Manz. I really wanted a natural look, but all the places I was looking at that claimed to do "natural" still felt way overdone to me. Photos from Lari’s site looked promising, but I was still nervous going in. It couldn't have gone better. Linda went above and beyond at our consultation (very convenient for NYC-based brides!). She took her time, was great at both listening to what I wanted and offering suggestions, and didn’t stop until I was happy with my look. On the day, Linda and Deb were warm and lovely. Everyone looked gorgeous, and my hair and makeup especially were exactly what I wanted (and stayed put all night!). If wedding makeup makes you nervous, these are the people for you.

I was in a stressful situation which Lari not only relieved but turned into a positive experience with a great outcome.

Everyone has been in a “hair dilemma” and mine was recent when I was unexpectedly invited to an important formal affair. Lari cut and colored my hair a few days before, then styled it for the big event. My hair is thin and fine, so she used special products and was able to curl it in such a way that it felt and looked much fuller. It was exactly what I wanted!

Retiring with glamour

A few years ago I retired from the major orchestra where I had played for decades. It was kind of a big deal—new publicity photo, making a speech at the concert, big after-concert reception and dinner—and I was the focus of quite a bit of attention. Lari gave me the most amazing color, long bob cut and the world’s best blowout, and I felt amazing. She is a master of dealing with hair, whether coaxing it straight or helping it curl, and her cuts are a thing of beauty.
She will make you feel and look beautiful!

Wonderful experience

We used Lari Manz for the hair and makeup at both my own wedding and at my brother's wedding this past summer. On both occasions the stylists/artists (Linda and Eve) were on time, friendly, professional, fun, and created a wonderful atmosphere in the getting-ready room. Great hair/makeup service at two weddings

Lari's team provided hair and makeup service for us for two weddings this summer! We were thrilled with both experiences! We worked with three stylists (Linda, Stacey, and Eve) for my daughter's wedding in July and loved all three. They did hair and makeup for the bride, two moms, and 6 bridesmaids. We all felt beautiful and found the stylists professional, courteous, and fun! We rehired them for my son's wedding two months later and were equally satisfied. I highly recommend this team!

Beautiful, Natural Looking Makeup and Guidance

Lari is an absolute pro. I am not used to wearing makeup or styling my hair, and I am so glad I went with Lari for the day of. I am not often clear on what I want for styling - Lari truly listened to what I was asking for and made sure it translated into the look I wanted on the day of. She came to our venue, at our request (due to the pandemic) set up outdoors, and worked on my bridesmaids’ hair and my hair and makeup. My bridesmaids and I were all thrilled with the results and Lari’s versatility in styling!

As we were planning, I also really appreciated that Lari kept in touch and stayed flexible as we figured how our wedding would change in 2020.

Lari was great!

I found Lari online at the last minute for my completely revamped microwedding this summer. She was kind, flexible, very cautious of health/safety and easy to work with. I am very picky about my hair rand makeup and I was thrilled with both. Soft, subtle and I felt like myself. Hire her!

So happy with everything!

Due to COVID, I had to change the time of our wedding. Lari was responsive and flexible with the last minute time changes. Linda and Laura were very professional and wore masks the whole time to ensure our safety. Everyone loved their hair and make up! I have A LOT of hair (very long and it's thick) and I got it put up in a beautiful updo. Usually my hair will fall right out of an updo bc it's so heavy so I was nervous, but it stayed in place the whole time. Highly recommend!

Great experience

Lari was doing my hair and make up for our wedding last Saturday and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We had a destination wedding so I did not get a chance to do a trial but no regrets there. I sent Lari some reference pictures and she did exactly what I had in mind for both hair and make up. Lari arrived on time and the whole process took exactly as long as she predicted so I was ready for our first look and on top of that she’s a lovely person to chat with. My updo was incredible...

Lari is a master of her art. We were running behind schedule on my wedding day and so everything scheduled for closer to the ceremony had to move a little faster than expected. Go-to hair and makeup artist in the Hudson Valley

If you're looking for a hair and makeup artist for a wedding in the Hudson Valley, Lari and her team should be at the top of your list of potential candidates. She's totally down to earth, professional, and is far more experienced than many of the other stylists I was also considering. The most relaxed day imaginable.

Working with Lari, Laura and Eve was phenomenal - they were prompt, professional, and more importantly, really calm and relaxing on the day. We had lots of logistics with 4 bridesmaids, 2 sisters, 2 moms and me, and they didn't bat an eye. Come for the updo and makeup styles, leave with great holistic health remedies

I was so, so impressed by Lari. She really knows her stuff – not just styles and hair and makeup products but also holistic health aspects for hair and skin. She was a really good resource during my bridal trial about holistic hair and skin treatments I could be using as much as she was an expert in updos and products. I'm still using one of the daily facial creams she recommended.

Lari is the first of the vendors that I hired for my wedding that I'm sitting down to review because she was the absolute best. Of all the things that can go wrong on your wedding day, your hair and makeup is one of the more high-stakes things – and with Lari, you're in good hands. Really listened to our needs and matched our styles

My bridesmaids and I were so happy with the work of Lari and her makeup team. We were all impressed by how in tune they were with our respective styles, and they did a great job asking us what we were looking for in our styles and then checking in at various points to make sure we were on track. Whole bridal party looked GORGEOUS!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Lari and was so glad I hired her to do my wedding hair and makeup. At the last minute, a couple of my bridesmaids had decided they wanted to get makeup done for the wedding as well, and Lari and her team were super accommodating and professional about the adjustment. Glad to be a bridesmaid at this wedding!

My best friend had her wedding last weekend in the Hudson Valley, and Lari and her team did the hair & makeup for the bride and all of the bridesmaids. She had an amazing talent for making all of us feel at ease in her presence. We had a blast getting ready for the wedding, and more important, we all looked amazing when Lari was through with us. Great event hair stylist and makeup artist!

I had my hair and makeup done by Lari for a friend's wedding at the Basilica a few months back. The whole process was so easy and laid-back! She was walking distance from the Airbnb we were staying at, which was super convenient, and within the first ten minutes of chatting with me and looking at my hair, she had my style and hair pegged. I was so, so pleased with how everything turned out!

Best Wedding Hair and Makeup in the Hudson Valley

I looked around at quite a few different wedding hair and makeup options in the Hudson Valley, since I wasn't from the area, and finally we landed on Lari. A gem of a bridal stylist in the Hudson Valley

I currently live in the city, but Lari is my go-to Hudson hair stylist when I come up to visit friends upstate. She's fun, easy to talk to, and all-around a good person. I was so happy with the results when she was my stylist that I decided to have my wedding upstate just so that we were close enough for Lari to come and do hair & makeup for me. As always, the results were spectacular!

Talented artist in a comfortable setting

Lari and her team were very talented and made myself and my bridesmaid look beautiful for the wedding. She is very easy to work with and I felt I could be honest with feedback with no hard feelings (she did my hair trial twice when I realized I didn't like the style I had originally wanted!). I love Lari!

As someone with very curly, very fine hair, I've always dreaded getting my hair done for formal occasions. Inevitably, I end up looking like a poodle, or some weird, non-version of myself. I had gone to a hair trial with someone else who confirmed my worst fears--they had straitened and then re-curled my whole head (it looked awful). I wanted to look like myself on my wedding day and I wasn't sure that was going to be an attainable goal.

Then, I met Lari! She listened to my concerns and understood exactly what I was looking for--I have never felt as beautiful as I did when Lari finished my hair and makeup (but especially hair!). She created the updo I never knew I wanted and gave me glam, but still natural makeup--I looked like myself but better on my wedding day. I would recommend Lari in a heartbeat--she's professional, kind, and an all-around joy to be around. There is no one I would trust more on such an important day.

Fantastic!

SO glad that I was able to have Lari do my hair for my wedding day! I did a trial with her but I couldn’t find an exact picture of what I wanted. I described generally what I was looking for, and she nailed it. It was perfect. Lari was always quick to answer any question I had, and also set up a schedule for hair the day of. She also gave me very helpful advice about all wedding hair related things when I needed it! Lari and Pat did hair for myself, 8 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls, and my future mother and sister in law. Every hair style was so gorgeous. Lari were punctual, incredibly efficient, and very friendly. Lari and Pat were also very flexible- the younger flower girl was originally not supposed to get her hair done, but decided day of that she wanted to. They were able to fit her in. We were so impressed by how good they were with the 4.5 and 2.5 year old flower girls! Everyone’s hair looked great throughout the day. Could not have asked for better hair stylists

Wonderful! Amazing!

Lari was wonderful! She was a pleasure to work with, very kind and was very open to adjusting the makeup to fit "you". On a day to day basis, all I wear is mascara and brows. She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful with a full face of makeup! It's also a plus that she uses a more natural makeup line that lasted all night and felt so light on my skin. 100% recommend!

I went to Lari as my regular stylist because she always gives consistently good cuts. I had gone to other salons in the Hudson Valley where the quality of the cut varies by day and hairdresser, but Lari has the knowledge and expertise to cut it right every time, which I appreciate. So of course I went with Lari as the stylist for my bridal hair and makeup at my wedding last fall. As always, she didn’t disappoint. The hair and makeup were on point.

I can't say enough wonderful and positive things about Lari--both as a person and as a hair and make-up artist. I hired her for my wedding and was so happy with that decision! No matter how organized we were, the morning of our wedding day was hectic and filled with last minute errands and tasks. Lari arrived at my bridal suite on-time, prepared, energetic, and focused. She was so friendly and warm and made myself and my wedding party feel pampered, relaxed, and beautiful! I didn't realize how important those qualities would be until I was experiencing the day. Aside from being a wonderful person to work with, Lari is incredibly talented at what she does. I met with her for a trial and she was very open to my ideas and suggestions. She listened, gave good feedback, and answered all of my questions. My bridesmaids and I were so happy with our looks--feeling beautiful and ready for the evening. Lari pays attention to detail and really understands subtlety, which is important, especially when applying make-up. I want to also say that Lari uses really natural and high-quality products, which lasted the whole night and felt great on my sensitive skin. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Loved my hair and makeup on the day of the wedding, exactly as done in our trial meeting which made the day of the wedding less stressful. Although my bridesmaids did not attend the trial meeting, Lari and her assistant were flexible and listened to everyone's preferences and were very accommodating, which can be daunting. I felt beautiful and the it was an effortless experience, one of the more peaceful portions of the day.

I cannot recommend Lari enough for an elegant bridal hairstyling and makeup application! I booked her for just bridal hair and makeup (my husband and I had no bridal or groom attendants) and was thrilled that she comes to you (a reasonable commuting distance from Hudson,NY.) Being able to sit in the quiet of my own living room the morning before our simple ceremony was exactly what I needed to focus and calm myself. Lari's exceptionally soothing demeanor is immensely helpful at smoothing out all the emotional edges of such a monumental day. And she works with such a gentle hand that I was almost doubtful any makeup was going on...until I finally saw myself! I had the "glam eyes" I'd been hoping for! But my biggest doubts were what she could do with my hair...it just naturally resists all my attempts at anything other than the simplest styles. Somehow, under Lari's ability, I gained volume, thickness and control and a soft updo that held All. Day. Long. My hair typically doesn't hold such a style very well, but somehow, some way, she made it happen with no tugging, pulls or discomfort on my part. Yet she simultaneously managed to avoid the stiff, sculpted look I specifically told her I did not want (but had worried might be necessary.) Consider this my full recommendation for bridal/formal styling by Lari. You will not be sorry!

I used Lari Manz for my wedding hair and makeup and she was absolutely wonderful! Lari is so sweet and was very helpful making suggestions but also listened to me when I wanted something to look a certain way.

Prior to finding Lari on Wedding Wire, I had arranged for a makeup trial with a different makeup artist. I set up the makeup trial with the other woman and my hair trial with Lari for the same weekend months in advance. The night before the makeup trial, the makeup artist canceled on me. I called Lari the next morning and within a couple hours she was able to find two additional women to help do the makeup for all of my bridesmaids on the day of my wedding! Lari is extremely organized and after my hair and make up trial, I knew she would do a wonderful job for my wedding day, and she did!

Lari was absolutely wonderful!!! I never wear makeup (wore it for prom about 10 years ago and that's it), so I was nervous about having makeup done for my wedding. However, after the makeup trial, I was very relieved and so excited to have found Lari. The makeup was not overdone, and I feel it was a very natural look that made me look like my best self. After seeing her amazing makeup work, I asked her to do my hair as well, which came out equally amazing. Both hair and makeup were excellent for the wedding day as well (she was even able to cover up a large spot of thinning hair I have on my head) and stayed great for the whole day. My mom and bridesmaids were also very happy with their hair/makeup, and we all received many compliments throughout the day.

Lari is very accommodating and I really appreciate that she was willing to work with our budget. We ran a bit behind on time, but everyone was ready in time for photos and I really appreciate that she was willing to put in extra time and effort to ensure everyone was happy with their look and felt their best. I highly recommend Lari to anyone who wants a comfortable, natural look for their makeup and hair. Thank you so much for making me feel beautiful and confident for my wedding!!!!

Lari and her assistant Taryn were absolutely fabulous! We had four people who needed hair and makeup done, of very differing complexions and hair types. Lari took the time to really come up with the perfect look for each of us. Both of them were very pleasant and professional, and the makeup looked great and stayed fresh the whole evening. Both were on time and ensured that everything was finished with plenty of time before the ceremony.

Lari is an incredible hair designer with such calm, expertise and thoughtfulness. She was extremely communicative and available on the phone and on email leading up to our wedding weekend. I had a very good experience with Lari, who traveled to the Berkshires to do my hair and makeup on my wedding day. My hair, which Lari put into an updo, stayed put until the end of the night -- a small miracle! The makeup line that she uses is all-natural. Because of the way that it interacts with your skin, I actually looked better as the night went on, and I didn't need to do any touch-ups (except for lipstick). I told Lari that I wanted to look like myself -- except better! -- and she got it right. I received lots of compliments on both my hair and makeup, and I was very happy with the result.

Lari is extremely professional (she showed up early on the day of the trial and on the day of the wedding), and she has a very calming presence, which is a bonus for stressed-out brides. I highly recommend her!

Lari was an absolute lifesaver and I am so grateful to have worked with her! On the night before my wedding my planned hair and makeup artist had a medical emergency and couldn't make it for my wedding prep. Fortunately she sent Lari in her stead. Lari was punctual, easy to work with, and had an immediate understanding of the natural, elegant look that my bridesmaids and I were looking for, which was so important since I hadn't had the opportunity to do a trial with her. She did both hair and makeup for me, my three bridesmaids, a junior bridesmaid and a flowergirl (including one bridesmaid who decided that she wanted makeup in addition to her hair at the last moment!). She is calm, friendly, and very professional, and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She effortlessly came up with gorgeous hairstyles for my straight, fine hair, two bridesmaids with very thick, dark hair, and one bridesmaid with SUPER curly hair. She focuses on clean, polished makeup and natural make-up products, which was great considering my sensitive skin. Lari is a talented stylist and did a phenomenal job with my bridal hair and makeup and my bridesmaids' hair, but beyond that, Lari is just a really good person with a calming presence. She's a perfect combination of having New York City talent and expertise, but without the pretentiousness of some stylists who've worked in the city. I was so glad I chose Lari and would gladly do so again.

Shopped around prices for hair stylists near Hudson quite a bit and Lari's prices are definitely some of the most affordable. She's not only affordable, but has been doing this work professionally for over 20 years, so she definitely knows what she's doing. All in all, she's one of the best deals on bridal hair and makeup services in all of the Hudson Valley, bar none.

Even though I no longer live in the Hudson Valley, I'll actually hold off getting my hair cut in the city until I can make the trip up to Hudson and get an appointment with Lari. I was so excited to be getting married in the Berkshires, where my family has had a country home for several generations. We weren't sure if we would be able to find anyone qualified for the big day outside of New York City. Then, I came across Lari's profile. OMG. Working with Lari was such a great experience, not only in her professionalism doing hair and make-up, but also, Lari was such a great person to share one of my most significant and personal moments in my life with. At the time, I was nervous, and wasn't 100% sure of what I wanted, but somehow Lari knew. I felt immediately calm with her, and her suggestions were right on target as to what looks we should go with. I was sort of embarrassed by how nervous I was when I arrived, but Lari not only calmed me down with her confidence, but also with her incredibly kind demeanor. I cannot say enough about how fantastic my experience was working with Lari. I highly recommend her.

Lari was a great help! She did a practice look for me the day of the bridal shower and then between her and an assistant was able to completely finnish the hair of a bride, 5 bridesmaids and 2 mothers in about 3.5hrs. The only reason I gave her a 4.5 on quality was because the day of hairstyle was different from what was practiced. She was working on it like she knew exactly what she was doing, so I didn't feel the need to pull out the pictures again. It was supposed to be braided half up on both sides, but was only braided on one side. It's not a big deal and it was still a gorgeous hairstyle!!

Great communication and Value!

We only used the hair services but the outcome was great. We worked with Linda and she could accommodate updos, blowouts, and half-up with curls. Also finished well within our given time and DID not go over which was very important to me. Great communication and value!

Customized, Beautiful Hair & Makeup!

Lari helped me create the perfect look to match my vision for my wedding day. I think that my favorite part of the entire experience might have been the trial (I highly recommend doing one!) as it gave us time to get to know each other and refine the details for my actual wedding day. I didn't want to wash my hair/face after the the trial or the wedding day because I was so obsessed with how the style came out.

Lari also incorporated my feedback from the trial to make the day-of style even better and was very helpful in planning details in the lead-up to the day (like purchasing a lipstick shade that matched the makeup look we'd created and creating a schedule for the getting ready part of the day). I am really thrilled that she was part of my day!

Lari did my hair and makeup for my wedding last fall and I could not have been happier with the results. She's a fun, easygoing personality and eases so much of the stress that comes with a wedding. Lari is wonderful! She did my hair for my wedding along with my three bridesmaids. Lari created beautiful and different hairstyles for each of us, that showcased and highlighted our individual looks. I was impressed at how quickly she worked. She really made sure we were happy with the finished look and made any requested adjustments. She has a lovely personality that made me feel calm and in good hands. I gave her general ideas of what I wanted, and from that she was able to create something special and interesting. You can put your faith in her for your event and you won't be let down.

Also, her hairstyle lasted all throughout the evening (until I took the bobby pins out) and the curls lasted (and looked good) for days. I really enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her. Not only will you enjoy her company, you will be pleased with her work.

I used Lari for my July 2015 wedding at Windham Mountain. She did a great job. The make-up was a bit heavy in person, but looked perfect in pictures. She was easy to work with and flexible, accommodating several last minute changes. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone getting marry in the Hudson Valley.

Lari is wonderful to work with. She is very responsive throughout the process of working with her and you feel like you are in good hands leading up to and on your special day (which is so important!). She is also very supportive/open to your ideas, which I value a lot in a hair stylist. She also works with an INCREDIBLE make-up artist, who does absolutely brilliant work. Lari's prices are very reasonable and she uses nice products. Overall, she did a great job on mine and my wedding parties hair. I would recommend using her :)

Lari and her assistant did a fabulous job on hair for myself, my bridesmaids, my mother and the mother of the groom for my wedding. Everyone was really happy with the way their hair came out for the event. She was very helpful in speaking with both myself and my mother to discuss options prior to the event and had some good suggestions for what to do for my hair, which I ended up loving for the event. I was very happy to have been put in touch with Lari - not only did she do a great job, but her pricing was very reasonable compared to the other hairstylists I reached out to.

I chose Lari based on positive reviews. I was surprised by how long the hair/makeup trial took, but she did recognize when I was unhappy with certain aspects of the makeup when she was finished and tried a few different things to resolve it. By the time she was finished with the hair + makeup at the trial, I was pretty exhausted and didn't realize until I got home that I wasn't really happy with the look. Initially, Lari was responsive to the feedback I gave via email about changing the look at the wedding; however, she was very slow to respond to emails about the schedule for the day and required multiple follow-ups to get a response. I also felt like I needed to twist her arm to get her to bring an assistant (which was much needed, given how long Lari took on each person). On the wedding day, Lari and her assistant did a good job with the hair + make up of my bridal party. However, Lari and I discussed how to do my hair and makeup again and looked at pictures again, and then she started with my hair. When she finished my hair the volume was much higher than we discussed and needed to be significantly adjusted. My makeup also came out much darker than the natural look I requested. Though I asked for it to be adjusted, it still looked very dark throughout the day. (I'm actually a bit unhappy with my wedding pictures only as a result of this.) Lari also made several comments about political and social views that are very far outside the norm, and commented about the length of my relationship and engagement with my now-husband, all comments that I felt were inappropriate. Her assistant made similar awkward comments. Lastly, when finished with the hair and makeup, well after her assistant had finished and left and she was paid, Lari lingered and tried to assist with putting my dress on and making suggestions about my dress accessories. I felt this was uncomfortable because my bridal party was all unhappy with Lari at this point of the day.

This is a very surprising review after witnessing the bridal party complimenting the bride and seeing how stunning she looks on her wedding day.

Initially, at the hair & makeup trial she presented me with the look she wanted. She was clearly happy with the results and hired me.

On her wedding day, after completing the hair and makeup for the bridal party, we were about to begin her styling, and to my surprise, she presented me with an entirely new look, that had not been discussed nor created during the trial. I accommodated her by replicating it and fortunately the last minute change looked beautiful on her. Professional hair & makeup may be new to her, but minor adjustments are part of the process and are done with pleasure. During all trials I take copious notes and pictures, so the makeup was recreated based on the trial. She did not voice any dissatisfaction.

As a professional it is my job to create the look my client requests; whether it is the original look we created during the trial or a new one presented to me two hours before she walks down the aisle. However, in my experience, most brides know what they want before their big day. If, in any event the bride is unsure, a second trial is recommended to preclude her from having any unnecessary anxiety or second thoughts on her wedding day. I will use this experience to reiterate to all of my brides to be sure of the look they want or we should do another trial.

She is a gorgeous woman, and is the envy of every woman who wants to look like the picture perfect bride. I wish her much happiness and success. To all future brides, please consider the rest of my reviews, and I am happy to answer questions about this review or any of the others.
