Their staff is always courteous and willing to accommodate any requests. Our event coordinator has been nothing but helpful and pleasant, and made the stress of planning disappear! -

We chose this caterer and went to try out all of our meal options and it was absolutely amazing and so good. For my husband and I one of the biggest things that we remember about weddings is the food and you're always left with an impression of whether it was good or not. I will say that after my wedding not one person I've talk to you complained about the food if anything they said It was superb and how delicious it was. The staff was really friendly the table place seating was great! I had some specific things that I wanted as far as centerpieces and decorations and they took complete care of that and made it look just as I imagined. The person I was in contact with responded to emails very fast also made some last-minute changes and they were very polite and helping me out with those. I wouldhighly recommend this catering service they did an amazing job and the food was absolutely amazing. -

Isaac Sent on 10/18/2011AMAZING! From start to finish my event planner, Madeline, was amazing. I hounded her with daily questions and she was so quick to respond, and if I forgot something she thought was important she was right there to let me know about it. The in house florist, Michael, was awesome as well. I gave him my ideas from centerpieces and he executed them to the T. Everything was done exactly how it was outlined for me with no bate and switch or hidden surprises. I was elated when I saw everything all completed. -

I just started my process finally booked it and have the date that I wanted. My event planner is Jamie and she has been very nice so far, she respond to all my emails in a timely fashion and every question i’be asked so far she’s gotten back to me with answers. I choose Landerhaven over my original pick because it was more upscale compared to the other venue and they also include a lot of things in the package. I will be having my ceremony and the reception there and I can’t wait until my day comes. -

Melissa Sent on 08/24/2011We had our ceremony and reception here. The ceremony was on the patio outside of the Lander Room, and the reception was in the Lander Room. They did an absolutely beautiful job decorating both areas. Our coordinator was Madeline. She was quite accommodating and answered emails right away. We gave her two photos of the cakes we wanted mushed together into one, and she and the caterers did an even more beautiful job on it than we could have imagined. We also described the kind of arch we wanted over the "altar", and without any photos she made it happen exactly as described!
There were a few minor hiccups. The table numbering was totally off even though we had sent Madeline the seating chart we created on weddingwire (that shows the exact layout of the room) and an excel spreadsheet. We chose to have a round table like all the others for the head table, but we of course wanted it at the head of the dance floor. She had ours in with all the other tables, and a guest table at the head of the dance floor. After the ceremony my bridesmaids and I went to exchange the numbers on the two tables, and one of the servers came over and told us we couldn't do that because the number of chairs was different. It was a little bit of a headache, but we got it sorted out.
Another aggravation concerned our programs and menus. I personally put them in one of the boxes containing our wedding materials (favors, etc.) that we dropped off before the wedding. They were no where to be found on the day of the wedding. My bridesmaids forbade me from searching for them myself, but they and my parents were searching the whole place with little help or concern from Madeline. When I asked her about it, she said she unpacked the box in question herself, and took no responsibility at all for losing them. We worked so hard on them, it was heartbreaking. We just had to reorder more for our scrapbook.
Otherwise, I think a lot more could have gone wrong, and for that we are grateful! We got lots of compliments on the food. My groom and I would definitely recommend. -
User2021722 Sent on 01/24/2015Other than a surprise invoice after we got married in which I am sure we will get to the bottom to...it was an amazing time to plan a wedding at Landerhaven! I was shocked on the portion size for dinner and I found that the food was delicious!!! Our consultant was awesome and sweet and paid attention to my wife's vision. It was a gorgeous wedding and the facilities were in great shape!

Rachel Sent on 10/19/2011I was obsessed with Landerhaven the second my fiance' (now husband!!) sat down to talk with Madeline, our wedding coordinator. Everything she said made me feel very at ease in such a stressful time! She told me that she and Landerhaven would take care of us and of our day, and that meant SO much to us! They didn't disappoint - we had a STUNNING day! Anything you want - big or small, intricate or simple, unique or traditional - they can do it and, in my opinion, they will do it better than anyone else!
The food is AMAZING!!! Perfectly cooked, flavorful without being overpowering, and things like vegetables and salads were SO FRESH!! This was NOT salad out of a bag!! Our guests were back for seconds and thirds!! I really regret not getting to eat more of it myself! And the presentation... i can't say enough about that! Everything looked so lavish and beautiful! We got SO many compliments on our menu!
Michael Ferarra is the designer in Floral - he's a little kooky, but he is a total genius! We had envisioned a certain type of centerpiece, and it was looking like we wouldn't be able to make it happen, but he found a way and they were stunning! Uplighting, wall and cieling draping, floral... everything was so incredibly beautiful! -
User1233443 Sent on 07/09/2013Michael- really knows how to decorate, and put your dreams into reality. The room was so elegant, and absolutely worth every cent we spent!
Moya- was fantastic at helping me/making sure my needs/nerves were eased.
Service/Food were fantastic, they were on top of every spill in two seconds or anyones needs.
My only complaint is that the seating chart was reviewed 2 days before the wedding and the adjustments were not made the day of the wedding. My parents were some how not seated together, as well as 2 of my friends table didnt have enough chairs so they were put in our photographers seats. Our photographer was then seated in the hallway which didn't make me too happy. When attention was brought to this there was little to no explaination/help to fix it. -
