Our photographer Sean is freaking awesome! My fiance and I had never done a photoshoot before and Sean made us feel so comfortable. We didn't know what to expect and it was so much fun. Sean even took some silly pictures we wanted to take too. Thank you Sean! And thank you Alex and Lana! -

Lana and Aleks is one of the first wedding video and photography vendors we reached out too. After shopping around with different vendors we eventually came back to Lana and Aleks. My very first meeting with a Aleks was nothing but amazing. He provided clear and transparent pricing and how his team works. His positive vibes and energy made our initial meeting more so enjoyable. He coordinated everything flawlessly and remained highly communicative throughout the process for our engagement shoot. Our photographer for the engagement session was Sean who was absolutely amazing as well. Despite it being our first professional photo shoot, he made us feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. The photos he captured were stunning and we were thrilled with the final results. Sean's attention to detail and ability to capture perfect moments truly impressed us.
Overall, we have had an exceptional experience so far and can’t wait to work with them on our wedding day. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a wedding photographer and videographer. -

Easily the best decision we made! LAPHOTO is great!
When starting our search for a photo & video team, we were looking for someone that could bring us a fully realized package and bring our vision to life. The entire team at LAPHOTO has been top notch. Communication has been amazing. Engagement shoot which was both exciting and nerve-wracking was made simple by the photographer, and the images produced, we absolutely love! Thank you for leading us on the photo and video journey! Amazing experience!
I am obsessed with how my wedding photos turned out and I can't stop looking at them! From the first call I had with Aleks, he was professional and helped us consider all the different things that might pop up when it comes to weddings and photography. We met with him a few months before our wedding to help us talk through the timeline for the day. We wanted to make sure we got photos with all our guests and he had a great idea to make that happen (which we did, and we loved how it turned out!). We had two photographers for our day - Aziza and Julianne - and they were absolutely amazing. Julianne was a wizard at getting so many pictures of our guests at the reception and Aziza had all sorts of ideas for great photo shots. Our reception had difficult lighting - all our guests' photos were tinged with blue - but the professional photos had been beautifully edited so they looked normal. I thought the price was super reasonable for photography in the OC/LA area. I'll stop here and go back to looking at wedding photos now. :) -

Fun, Amazing, Great Price!
Lana & Aleks has been such a great experience and time to work with. From the moment we asked for prices to our engagement shoot, they have been very responsive, professional, and transparent. The quality that they offer was what we were looking for. On top of that, they believe, as creative artists, that time and patience is best for better photos. Oh, and FUN! We got along with Aleks really well. He made our engagement photo super fun and unique. We are glad to have worked with this company for our wedding photos. -

Wonderful experience with LA photography
We had the pleasure of working with Sean for our engagement photos. His instructions and presence really made it an enjoyable shoot. We received almost 700 photos and loved all of them. Wedding July 30, 2023
Lana & Aleks Photography was not only a master behind the camera, but also a real professional. Aleks, the project manager assisted me putting everything (the detailed itinerary, what we're supposed to do on our wedding) together when I had a meeting with him three months prior to my wedding. He gave a lot of recommendations that I've never thought of. One of the recommendations that Aleks gave, which I really liked was to have a mannequin for my wedding dress; so it could look more beautiful on photos. Unfortunately, I had to use the hanger instead due to the mannequin I bought did not fit my dress . However, the team still managed to put together all our beautiful moments on our special day, along with the detailed film. When we received our wedding photos and the videos, my husband and I were very amazed with all the detailed moments that the team captured. The team themselves (2 videographers/2 photographers), maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor; and made us felt comfortable throughout the session. Once again, thank you very much for being there with us on our special day! -

The entire team at Lana & Aleks Photography does PHENOMENAL work. Full stop. We felt like we were in great hands from start to finish. With Aleks, it never felt like a stranger was taking our photos. He really takes the time to get to know his clients and have fun with them, which helped us feel at ease on our big day. Aleks and videographer Daniel did a fantastic job of capturing all of the great moments of the event naturally. There were several photos and video clips of moments where we didn’t even realize there was a camera nearby.
One thing that we really appreciated was that Aleks and Daniel stayed with us all day rather than having a set number of hours. This was extremely valuable. We weren’t rushing, trying to cram everything into a short window of time. This gave us a lot of freedom to just enjoy our day while Aleks and Daniel captured it.
The entire team is extremely knowledgeable. Their portfolio is stunning, and they have a fantastic handle on the technical and creative skills required to turn your photos into true art. They have been extremely reliable, punctual communicators.
Their touchup team is top notch, and they offer a lot of really fantastic promotional offers if you see them at a bridal expo - (we received a large guest frame print from our engagement session that we used as decor for the reception, free of charge).
This was one of the first vendors we booked, and we are so happy that we did. They not only met our expectations, but also wildly exceeded them. By far, this was the best investment we made for our wedding.
We just received our photos and our video and we are in awe at how beautiful everything looks. The first time we saw the video, we both laughed and cried (tears of joy). It really was like reliving those moments that made our day perfect. If you’re looking for knowledgeable professionals with exquisite taste, you should definitely consider Lana & Aleks Photography for your wedding. -

Initially my husband and I did not plan on having a photographer for our wedding. After careful consideration we decided it would be important to capture these special memories. We were connected with Aleks who was very patient and flexible with our busy schedules. He met with us virtually via Zoom to discuss our ideas and even guided us in creating a wedding itinerary (which was incredibly helpful). On the day of our wedding, Sean was assigned as our photographer. He was great to work with! He listened to our ideas, gave many helpful tips, and took photos in flattering angles. He was also very easy going and fun for our whole wedding party to work with. He captured some of the most beautiful photos I've ever seen! On top of that, behind the scenes the team beautifully edited our photos. I can honestly say I'm so glad we decided to work with them. Despite being very picky, I loved all of our photos! The team constantly emphasized the importance of our photos telling a story, and I now understand why. Our photos are everything I could have asked for and more! They tell the most beautiful and special story of us. We will definitely continue to work with Aleks and the rest of the wonderful team for all of our special events! -

Aleks was a very professional yet genuine photographer; I had great time working with him on the photos. Aleks knows what he is doing and phenomenal at directing and guiding us "inexperienced models".

Aleks has been so flexible with our engagement session, I even changed beach location day of and he accommodated! we had fun, he had many many ideas/poses to try. Amazing photographer
Alex was so wonderful. We will definitely use him again. I have recommended him to many friends. Working with his was outstanding. My boyfriend and I had so much fun shooting with him. Amazing Photos!
Aleks was nothing short of amazing! He was so patient with me as we had to keep changing our dates due to work and other unforeseen circumstances. He was so fun to work with and made us feel at ease immediately. Aleks is very quick at responding and it was so easy to communicate with him and set up a time & location for our photo shoot. The turnaround time to get our photos after the session was so quick also! When we saw the pictures we were in awe. They were even more beautiful than we could’ve imagined! He got so many amazing shots that we will be using all throughout our wedding events. We plan to use Aleks for any future photo shoots and 10/10 recommend him for all of your photography needs! -
