  Wonderful Very Fun wedding

  We were married at LakeWatch 3 weeks ago and had an absolute blast!! Staff is great and Nicole was such a help with all the planning. Food was delicious and the bar service couldn't have been better. We had to move our ceremony inside last minute due to a rain storm and it felt and looked like we had always planned it that way, it turned out beautifully and I had no stress about it. All of our guests loved the venue and it was a perfect fit for our big day.

  We hardly had to do a thing!

  Lakewatch was perfect for our wedding. There are only a handful of locations in Ithaca that accommodate >120 people but Lakewatch is one of the best. In addition to a very flexible party size, Nicole (manager) is amazing and doubled as our personal wedding planner. We didn't have to lift a finger and Nicole was responsive and understanding for the details we cared about and took the lead on details we didn't even know about. There are a lot of options for decorations (lights, orbs, crates, candles, etc.). Lakewatch is a staple party venue in the Ithaca area and they have hosted every kind of event in addition to weddings so your DJ, florist, photographer will definitely have worked with them before.

  Our wedding reception at the Lake Watch Inn was everything my husband and I had hoped for and more. We knew the minute we walked in this is where our reception had to be. Nicole was so nice and answered any and all questions we had from the day we signed our contract, a little over a year in advance, to the day(s) before our wedding. Nicole and her staff were so great to work with, they made our dream wedding come true and I can honestly say there isn’t one thing I would change about our night! When I walked in the night of our reception I was blown away with how great it looked, the decorations looked great and their on-site catering was absolutely delicious! We would highly recommend the Lake Watch for those brides looking for the PERFECT venue, because this is it!!

  The LakeWatch Inn was the perfect place to have our wedding and reception! They were so easy going and accommodating, even when I asked if we could hang over 1000 paper cranes from the ceiling (and they did without a hitch - it looked awesome). Nicole even allowed us to come in Thursday and Friday before the wedding for setup and rehearsal.
  
  The day of we were battling heavy rain, but when the sun came out they quickly dried the chairs and we were able to do everything outside as planned!
  
  For the cocktail hour and reception, the food was exactly what we asked for with the tasting, and they had all of our favorite beers ready to go. Guests are still raving!
  
  You can tell Nicole has been doing this a long time - she steered us in the right direction every step of the way. 10/10 would use LakeWatch again!

  We can't say enough good things about Lakewatch! Nicole the wedding coordinator is great, and always makes you feel like your wedding is a priority. She had great ideas, very responsive, and made sure we didn't have to worry about anything...especially on the wedding day. She had great ideas and set up our wedding beautifully! Our wedding evening was exactly what we envisioned thanks to Lakewatch. We got so many compliments all around - from the delicious food, decor, the set up... everything was perfect!

  When my husband and I walked through the doors of The LakeWatch we knew right away that this was the perfect wedding venue for us.. It had the exact rustic-chic vibe we were looking for. As soon as we met Nicole, she put our stress at ease and we knew that planning out our day would be a great experience, even though we were doing it from across the country! She got us right away and helped us make some critical decisions while guiding us with her wisdom and experience! The Inn itself is set on such beautiful land and the views created the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony. Nicole expertly guided us in decorating the room to make for a colorful and elegant feel and helped us to add our personal touches from afar! The porch, where we held cocktail hour and housed the bar for the night, provided a fun space for our guests to take a break from dancing to chat. Chef Kevin and his team executed a delicious cocktail hour that provided a wide variety of options. Dinner was even more delicious! Our guests are still raving at how impressed they were by the way their meals were cooked and how unique and flavorful they were! The kitchen was able to accommodate for some of our guests dietary restrictions. As many brides and grooms know, the day before the wedding can get a little hectic. When unexpected hiccups arose, Nicole knew just what to do! From dealing with an emotional bride to making our space coming together when she had a to-do list of her own, Nicole stayed professional and helped us all keep our cool! All the last minute plans would never have come together without her.To say that Nicole and her team went above and beyond to make all of the elements of our wedding day run smoothly would be an understatement. We cannot say enough about the way Nicole helped us carry out the wedding of our dreams. She made time for everyone in order to make sure everything went as planned, if not better than the way it was supposed to!

  Lakewatch did an outstanding reception the decorations were exactly what we requested the food was outstanding and well presented. We had many different foods and appetizers that were presented excellently.

  My daughters wedding at Lakewatch Inn was absolutely wonderful. The food was good, the event coordinator is awesome. The venue is unique and we recieved so many nice compliments. Thank you again Lakewatch Inn:)

  First of all I must say this venue is beautiful. I knew I wanted my wedding there the moment I stepped inside. Not only that, but Nicole, who sets everything up, is one of the most amazing people. She made to meet with us whenever we needed to, and emailed us quite often. She made sure our day was as stress free and as beautiful as possible.

  Disgustingly Inappropriate Staff

  When students are patted down at Cornell school events, they (but especially the female students) are touched incredibly inappropriately and groped. They way these women are being touched is sexual assault and should NOT be tolerated in any form. This is completely inappropriate, and the owner's response to these complaints way wildly inappropriate too. She threatened the students, called them "pigs", and was incredibly unprofessional. This issue should be taken seriously, and the fact that the owner not only victim-blamed, but responded in such an unprofessional manner is absolutely disgusting. Lakewatch Inn deserves nobody's business and should be investigated for allowing such awful things to happen to its guests. Do NOT give this establishment your business.

  DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE! The wedding coordinator caused a scene and ruined my reception. The food was not good, well mostly because the wrong food was served. The food was served was either over or under cooked. The coordinator's friends/boyfriend were at the bar during my wedding. None of which were invited. She missed several appointments that we had set up, handed out the labeled corsages and boutonnieres to the wrong people. It was atrocious.
