They were very affordable and easy to work with. Lakes region had many beautiful pieces, beyond just the tables, chairs, and tent, that helped bring our vision to life. This was the 1st of 2 events we are hosting this summer. Anni was amazing to work with. She was patient with my multiple changes in the months leading up to the event. Would highly recommend Anni and her team at Lakes Region Tent and Event.

They made our wedding so beautiful!
Lakes Region Tents and Events was the perfect choice for our wedding at a private residence in the lakes region of New Hampshire. Sarah was very communicative prior to the wedding and always had great suggestions to ensure we had the perfect wedding day. Our property is quite rural and difficult for larger vehicles to access, with a narrow driveway and limited parking space, and the staff was great in working with us to accommodate our situation. They met up with us multiple times throughout the year prior to the wedding day to ensure they could fit everything we rented. We rented a large tent, restroom trailer, linens, dishware, lighting, tables and chairs from them and they had an excellent selection of all of the above on their website to ensure for a customized feel for our wedding day. The staff who came to set up the tent, lighting, tables, chairs, etc. was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Two of the staff spent the entire day before the wedding laying out the lights and checking in with us to ensure that everything met our needs. They put together a beautiful lighting string design - in addition to paper globes - that made our venue look so special and beautiful, day into night. The restroom trailer really impressed us and our guests - it is fancy and comfortable inside! They also mentioned that if anything was not perfect, they would be happy to come back in the morning of our wedding to fix / add lights to make sure everything was perfect. This company goes above and beyond to ensure that your special day is everything you could hope for. 10/10 would recommend.

Lakes Region Tent not only provided the tent and extras for our daughter’s wedding reception on Newfound Lake on September 5th, but they excelled during the entire experience.
From the initial inquiry through the take down at the end, they could t have been more helpful or accommodating. Eric came out and measured everything and accommodated a Saturday appointment.
Annie and Victoria were great at answering any questions we (primarily my wife) had and were reachable it seems at any hour day or evening. Doing a DIY reception was challenging, but Lakes Region Tent made their part seem easy and stressless on us. Matt and his crew were spectacular. Putting it up exactly as we wanted and checking in when bad weather was forecasted on the 6th.
From start to finish a truly Exceptional Experience.

They are one of our go-to tent and rental suppliers in the White Mountains and Lakes Region area of New Hampshire. Their administrative team is always quick to return our calls/emails within 48 hours making them a reliable and communicative event partner. Their team has been my saving grace many times throughout the years in helping provide last minute tents, adjustments and responses.
The wedding industry is a fast paced and stressful environment, however, having teammates like Lakes Region Tent & Event helps things run so much smoother. Just knowing I have their team on my line up of vendors helps take a load of worry off my shoulders on the wedding weekend. They are incredible teammates when it comes to determining delivery timeframes, load in specifications, and on site support.
Product wise, their materials are all very well taken care of, repaired or replaced if necessary, and their team is always looking to better their inventory.

Amazing Tent & Event Rentals for Our Wedding
We recently used Lakes Region Tent & Event for our 300-guest wedding, and I can't recommend them enough! From the very first consultation, the team was incredibly professional, attentive, and helpful in guiding us through the selection of tents, tables, chairs, linens, and décor. They offered a wide range of options, ensuring that we could find everything we needed to match our wedding theme.
The tent itself was absolutely beautiful – it provided a perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. It was spacious, clean, and set up exactly as we had envisioned. The lighting inside the tent was stunning, and it added a magical touch to our evening.
The rental team worked seamlessly with our venue’s team and showed up on time for setup and breakdown. They were fast and efficient and super knowledgeable. The quality of the linens, furniture, and accessories exceeded our expectations – everything was pristine and made our outdoor wedding look elegant and stylish.

LRTE was fantastic every step of the way! Anni and Victoria were fantastic during the process of choosing the tent, tables, linens, and lighting. Anni and Victoria patiently answered my hundreds of questions and helped me with every little detail. They were really flexible and helped me set up my reception space exactly the way I wanted and for a reasonable price.
When the day of setting up the tent came, Isaac and Matt were great. We worked together to set up the tent exactly where I wanted, and I was even able to make a couple of small changes that day! They gave me the flexibility I needed and the support to bring my vision to life.

High Quality Experience
A wonderful company to work with in planning all things from chairs to napkins related to our wedding day this past August. Anni, specifically went out of her way to send pictures, answer many questions and respond to many last minute changes with patience and care. Just wanted to say how easy Lakes Region Tent made it for us to plan our son's wedding in a somewhat remote mountain location. Like clockwork rom our first inquiry to when they set up, picked up and cleaned up. We are from out of town and their easy-to-navigate website, customer service expert Victoria, (in our case) and on-site techs (sorry I forgot your names) were all professional and friendly to work with and delivered 100% on our agreement.
The tent was impeccable, fans a huge plus, dance floor rocked it, sound system, benches, arbor all worked perfectly. We had a great time in large part because Lakes Region Tent set the stage for it. You don't always get that, but you do here.

Wedding Reception Was a Success
We rented tables, chairs, tablecloths, napkins and the fill & chill table from Lakes Region Tent and Event for our daughter’s wedding. Annie was our sales representative and she provided excellent service. We made an appointment to visit their showroom and she went through all the options with the bridal party. Lakes Region Tent and Event provided a detailed contract which itemized every decision we made. This made it easier to ensure we had every base covered for our wedding venue.
Lakes Region Tent and Event delivered our tables, chairs and linens on time and accurately. They communicated effectively with us to schedule the delivery and pickup. All the staff including the delivery people were polite and professional. This was the best contractor/company we worked with while getting ready for our daughter's wedding.
They delivered quality tables, chairs and linens which made our venue look stunning. Many of our guests commented on the beauty of the reception. The guests were comfortable and had a great time!

Great Customer Service
We chose not to have a venue and get married at a family property that meant a lot to my husband. Not having a venue and having to "create" one was certainly not without its challenges. Lakes Region Tent and Event helped make everything easier and less stressful. Not only was I able to rent everything from one place with their extensive catalog of items but the staff was responsive, communicative, and friendly. The office staff always responded timely to my emails, made adjustments to the order and floor plan without hesitation or annoyance. Jeff, the Operations Manager, was clear in the delivery/pick up times and in what they needed at the site to make it happen. The on-site delivery crew were also very friendly to my family during set up and were able to make adjustments without difficulty. There was 1 linen missing and they brought it the next day and even were able to drop off a last-minute order of heaters due to weather changes, which ended up being a lifesaver. I highly recommend this company!

The team at Lakes Region Tent was awesome. After paying our deposit for a "just in case" tent, they stayed in touch regularly so that we could make a final decision on whether we would need it based on weather. We ended up going ahead since the forecast was questionable, and thank goodness! The tent stood up to hail, high winds, and torrential rain. The clear tent was a beautiful option in the mountains. While this wasn't for a wedding I would use them for any event because of the detailed customer service we received. We had an excellent experience! I didn't know exactly how I wanted 700 chairs arranged, down to the inch. Luckily when Romeo and his team arrived, laid out a few options, and reassured me that it was ok I felt so much better. Never once made me feel like I was indecisive or demanding even after I changed the plan. Their execution was on point! I had some concerns when I saw the chairs stacked up. I had been told these were 'graduation' quality but, once the chairs were lined up they all looked wonderful and you couldn't see any of the imperfections. We are also thankful that they were able to work with us even though it was a large order and kind of short notice. We hope to use them again for other events.

I was recommended Lakes Region Tent & Event from a friend, and I am so happy I went with them! Right from the start they were prompt in all their responses, organized, and extremely helpful in providing support and direction when I wasn't sure how I wanted to proceed. Up until the last minute I was still making some changes as I was planning my wedding myself and was thinking through all the details and Anni and Crystal were just beyond incredible.

I looked on your website for a place to leave a review of your company's service. I couldn't find one so I thought I would just go through you.
I ordered a small tent for my husband's 70th birthday. I wasn't sure what to expect.
I was so pleased with the tent and all of the services provided. The ordering, the finalizing of the plans and easiness of payment were wonderful. Quinn and his helper, who came and put the tent up were wonderful to work with. They helped me with placement of the tent and were very conscientious of pipes and fencing. They were on time, efficient, polite and friendly.
Though we didn't have bad weather that day, the tent was a comfortable place for all to congregate.

Lakes Region Tent were fantastic to work with at every step of the process! Anni in Event Rentals was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She did not miss a detail. And the set-up and take down crews were terrific, there when they said they'd be and everything in working order and topnotch condition. I highly recommend Lakes Region Tent. We will definitely use them for our next event.

Great tent and venue rental experience!
Had an excellent experience working with Lakes Region Tent!. Anni was amazing to work with as we figured out all the details - and I made adjustments many, many times - in the year leading up to the wedding, and the delivery teams were very friendly, efficient and professional. At the last minute (2 days before the wedding) we realized that the temperature was not going to get out of the 50s - only in NH do you have to worry about such things in mid June! - and at 7:30 am I made a panicked, last minute request for tent heaters. I heard back from them within 5 minutes and they managed to get the heaters on the truck (that was already packed to leave) for delivery just a few hours later. My family has used LRT a few different times in the last 3 years, and I would definitely use them again!

Great customer service!
My biggest compliments go to the people I dealt with at Lakes Region Tent. Crystal Crane, and Anni, but I don't have her last name, were super helpful and answered all my questions quickly (and I asked a lot). Owen and his crew who set up the tent were also very cordial and professional. Owen did an impressive job of backing into an extremely tight space between two trees.
The tent was great. It had no center pole, and held up to some extremely high winds the day before my event.
I recommend this company to anyone needing a hassle-free tent company.

Great experience working with Lakes Region!
Lakes Region Tent was so incredibly easy to work with! My husband and I used them for our wedding and we rented a tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, linens and dinnerware. I communicated with Anni the entire time and she was such a huge help. She answered any and all questions that we had and was always available to us when we needed her. If you are looking for a rental company, we definitely highly recommend Lakes Region! Thank you for helping make our wedding night so beautiful.

They were AMAZING!! Everything we ordered (tables, farm house tables, chairs, linens) were very high quality! The workers were great to work with, they responded very quickly! We had some rain issues and the dance floor started to come up but they sent someone over right away to fix it! I would definitely use them again!

Working with this Team was great! We had many changes to our order throughout the planning process and these changes were easily discussed and made. Quantities of glassware, etc were clearly explained so that we could place our order confidently and accurately. ALL correspondence was timely and emails were sent to keep us aware of the timeline. The delivery came right on time and spoke directly with the warehouse team to clarify "drops".
Overall, I would highly recommend Lake Region Tent & Event. Great service and products which resulted in a terrific event!

I'll Use Them Again
Lakes Region Tent & Event made it easy. Working with Crystal I was able to put the tent/tables/chairs right out of my mind. She had everything under control. When we arrived, the tent was set up (she helped me pick exactly the right size so we could be spread out and comfortable) and when the event was over, I could just walk away knowing they would be there to take care of the clean up. A MUST for decor, seating, and any rental needs
First, I have to say our rep Crystal was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond for my (now) husband and me. We realized we were missing a tablecloth in our rental package and she took time out of her weekend and drove it over to our venue. Lakes Region Tent & Event were great to work with! They helped me with picking out an appropriate tent size for the location I needed. It was a new venue and they went above and beyond and contacted the venue to get the details they needed for setup and breakdown and worked with the owners to get me the best deal and work out the pickup time. I worked mostly with Crystal who was super flexible with me changing my order multiple times by adding lights, sides and a heater to the tent as the weather got colder and darker! I would recommend them for any party needs!

Great experience for wedding tent with Lakes Region Tent
I worked with Lakes Region Tent to plan my June 20th, 2020 wedding. They were recommended by my venue and I had an excellent experience planning with them. They were incredibly responsive -- every single email was answered within hours and they were very helpful in laying out my options. Of course, a June 20th wedding did not go as planned due to the pandemic, and they were very flexible when we rescheduled to August. We ultimately decided to cancel our August wedding, so while we never had the event with them, they were completely reasonable when we canceled and continued to be responsive. I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent Customer Service!
I hired Lakes Region Tent and Event mostly for our tent rental. As the wedding got closer, I realized I wanted to rent more from them, including sidewalls, chairs, fans and stringed lights for around the tent. Anni was super helpful and communicated with me often through emails and answered all my questions. My wedding venue (my grandparents house) has a 90 degree corner in the driveway and I was worried about their delivery truck being able to make it. One of the owners made a special trip to the location we worked out a plan for the delivery and set up. I recv'd more emails confirming the delivery and set up of the tent a couple days before the wedding. They worked around my schedule and made things super easy for me. The tent, the fans and lights were all set up within 2.5 hours and they were gone. Miles and his crew were very nice and they answered all my questions. They arrived when they said they would and the were already taking down the tent the following Monday when we arrived home, like they said they would. I would highly recommend Lakes Region Tent & Event for your rental needs!

Dan, Anni, and team were all very responsive, super open to requests, and made our day beyond perfect! I started reaching out for quotes about six months in advance, and Lakes Region Tent & Event blew away the competition from the beginning. Working with Dan was so easy; he completely worked around our schedules for venue visits, he responded quickly and efficiently on phone and email, and was super friendly the entire time.
We ended up renting a 40' x 60' tent as well as tables, chairs, linens and PA system. Everything was seamlessly delivered and set up on the day of our wedding by very kind and professional men. I definitely recommend them for any and all rental needs!

We rented an absolutely gorgeous sail cloth tent, dance floor, farm tables, two types of chairs, and bistro tables. Her responsiveness was SO appreciated and made for a seriously easy planning process. She was kind, informative, helpful with ALL of my crazy questions and even reached out to check on me as we got closer to our date. She eased my nerves and gave me reassurance (things you dont expect to find with a tent company!) when I struggled with decisions. Our venue in Laconia recommended these guys as they had worked together in the past and boy am I glad they did! Anni and Crystal were great to work with, I must have bothered them AT LEAST every week with something, and they were always so courteous, helpful and super quick to respond with any little thing I asked about! The day the install came, they were in touch with me every step of the way as I was not physically there yet. I’m so glad that we booked our wedding rentals with Lakes Region Tent and Event! After shopping around a bit, their prices were definitely the best. They were very communicative and helpful regarding the delivery and take down. The rentals were all beautiful; we got lots of compliments on the sail cloth tent in particular. They were so helpful and everyone I came in contact with went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our day. The tent was so beautiful and everything that was rented was great. I couldn’t have done it without Crystal! She helped me with so much of the planning and had ideas I didn’t even think about. She is so friendly, easy to work with, and extremely responsive. I cannot recommend Lakes Region highly enough! They provided all of the rentals for our rustic backyard wedding with 200+ guests in Bartlett, NH. They had beautiful chairs, tables, tents and linens for our event and turned our backyard into a beautiful wedding wonderland, even in the pouring rain! Dan came out to our property more than once to check measurements and make recommendations on the rentals and layout. He was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire experience. Crystal organized all of our rentals and our several visits to their warehouse. She was absolutely incredible I couldn't have done it without her!! From Dan and Crystal to every single person we interacted with during the setup, everyone was so kind, professional, helpful and easy going. It was an amazing experience working with them!

After researching every rental company in NE, I decided to go with Lake's Region Tent & Event. Firstly, most companies were pretty comparable with their prices of tables, chairs, lights, etc. However, Lake's Region's actual tent cost was considerably lower than other companies. The second reason was Crystal. She was so easy to talk with, and immediately put me at ease. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, and it's just so important to surround yourself with vendors who make the process easier. She was so kind and helpful, always quick to help make little changes and update the layout. They have great software to show you how the layout will look, which was a helpful visual. We were planning the wedding from out of state and she was happy to accommodate chatting on the phone, text/ email, all of the above! The tent itself was absolutely stunning. So many guests said "it feels like we're in a movie in here." We went with long tables, a dance floor, bistro lights, etc. We put up a couple trees inside the tent to spruce up the center poles and it looked stunning. We also spent a little extra on the wooden farm tables for our head table, which also looked beautiful. Overall, great company! Would highly recommend to others. Thank you thank you!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! We rented a tent, dance floor, linens, tables and chairs for our outdoor wedding in September. Crystal was so helpful every step of the way. From helping with layout, to billing and everything in between. She responded to emails right away (sometimes even at 9pm!) which was so helpful considering how many emails and calls you have to make throughout the planning process. I cannot say enough good things about Lakes Region Tent & Event!

Crystal has been so great to work with, very responsive, and Quick to respond. Not only has she helped me with rentals she has also stepped in to to help me with other ideas and suggestions (my wedding planner ). :) thank you for everything Crystal we will definitely use and recommend you in the future

Crystal and Dan are amazing. They were super responsive in the months and days leading up to my wedding. I had a rain plan due to the fact that the forecast was calling for 20% chance of showers. Crystal was very helpful in taking my phone calls (after 5:00 p.m.) to help me make a decision. Dan was awesome when it came to the placement of the tent. When I arrived at my venue I was in love with how the tent looked on the lawn. It was stunning. If you need a tent and are between two vendors (one being cheaper than Lakes Region) I would spend the extra money. It was well worth it!

Everyone at Lakes Region was very helpful, and extremely accommodating to my frequent changes. They made sure to inquire about all the little things that I forgot about (I had no idea the caterers probably wouldn't bring their own prep table), and they called me a few days before my wedding to ask if I had considered getting tent fans due to the weather. Everything arrived early, was set up to our specifications, and looked great! We also broke one wine glass, and I have not received a bill or a complaint. I would highly recommend hiring them for any event in the area!

I can't say enough good things about working with Crystal, Eric, and the team at Lakes Region Tent and Event. They were our lifesavers when it came time to getting the right tent and right set up for our space. Crystal was wonderful to work with and so patient with our changes and updates. My daughter (much against our better judgment!) chose to have her wedding in our backyard on Lake Winnipesaukee, despite the fact that we have a small lot that's quite steep. We consulted with Crystal at Lakes Region Tent and Events, and they sent someone out during the huge snows of March to look at our site and help us to decide that tenting our large deck would be a possibility.
I can't say enough about the helpfulness, responsiveness, and follow-through from this company. We had a fantastically beautiful wedding, and this company made a challenging venue completely usable and gorgeous. My highest recommendation.

Everyone at Lakes Region Tent and Event was great to work with. Crystal responded quickly to all the changes we made to our order and the guys setting up the tent/tables/chairs were awesome. They quickly set up a 20X20 and 20X60 tent with lights and side panels in a few hours. They were very helpful and made sure to check where all water/electric lines were prior to installing the tent stakes. They are a great company to do business with!

Lakes Region Tent is fantastic and highly recommended. It was SO easy to work with them and the tent was beautiful. Additionally, the delivery/pickup went oh so smoothly and there were no hiccups.
They are a great value for what they offer, and they are super responsive when it comes to keeping the invoice up to date. I highly recommend this company.

I am so thankful we hired Lakes Region Tent & Event to provide us with our tent and lighting needs for our wedding. Crystal and Eric were wonderful to work with, always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had and helped me plan our the perfect layout for our wedding reception. The tent arrived right on time the day of the delivery and the set up crew were really nice as well as fast at setting up the tent and tables! It was fun to see it all come together. It was rainy, then sunny, then rainy, then sunny and the tent held up great the whole time and provided a very cozy venue during the crazy weather. We received a lot of compliments from our guests. It was absolutely perfect. Their rentals are very fairly priced and well worth the investment. I cannot say enough good things about them! Thank you for all of your help Lakes Region Tent and Event!

Eric and the staff at Lakes Region Tent & Event were such a pleasure to work with. He was easy to talk to, and helped us determine our linen/table rental needs, while suggesting ways for us to save money with our rentals. All of the linens and tables that we rented were in great shape and of high quality. Thanks to Eric and his team we were able to transform our summer camp venue into a beautiful wedding venue. The delivery and pick-up were timely and easy. Lakes Region Tent & Event is a great rental company with reasonable prices for any of your event needs!

I can't say enough good things about the entire team at Lakes Region Tent and Event. From the get go they were fantastic. From the Anni and Crystal and Everyone in the office to Dan the Manager to Quinn the magnificent! Quinn rounded up my horses when they got out the day he was taking the tent down, and I cannot thank him enough for that! Above and beyond in every way. Anni and the team at LRTE were absolutely exceptional! Throughout the process, changes were made back and forth. Communication was impeccable. Each revision was reflected in the that was sent contact, and as a budgeting bride, this was extremely beneficial to maintaining said budget.
The quality of the rental items was excellent! There are an abundance of rental options to choose from but I had to have the wooden farm tables for my beautiful backyard wedding on a family members farm.
I cannot thank this team enough for a perfectly executed day. They were an integral part in making my wedding day the most magical day of my life!

I loved working with Lakes Region. They were extremely flexible and responsive. We had an at home wedding and had to bring everything in. I was able to make changes to my order up until 2 weeks before the event. This took a lot of pressure off. The onsite crew that delivered the order was professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience with Lake Region Tent and Event!
Lake Region Tent & Event provided all the rentals for our wedding at a summer camp in Moultonborough (tables, chairs, bistro lights, tableware, bars, catering tent, etc). Anni and Crystal were both wonderful to work with. I emailed them regularly throughout the course of a year to occasionally add things to our order, ask questions, etc- and they were incredibly responsive. Closer to the wedding I wanted to add 2 additional farm tables and it looked like I wasn't going to be able to get them for a bit, because they had a couple tables needing repair, but they got the repairs done and were able to get me my farm tables so that I didn't have to reconfigure my whole seating chart! Dan also worked with us to schedule delivery and was flexible to allow me to pick up the bistro lights myself on my drive up to the camp so that we could hang those earlier in the week. As a bride planning a wedding with many moving parts, it was great to work with LRTE since they are incredibly organized and took all the rentals and delivery off our plate. My only small bit of feedback was that LRTE was not able to provide the extra service of unstacking the chairs and adding chair pads, because of how busy their schedule was for my weekend. This meant I had to have family and friends help me to do it the day before the wedding, but it didn't take too long. I certainly would have paid for LRTE to do it though if they were able!

Lakes Region Tent & Event did a great job on rental for our wedding! We ordered 190 fruitwood chivari chairs, two whiskey barrels and a whiskey barrel bar for our wedding. Everything was in perfect condition and looked beautiful. They even accommodated same day delivery and next day pickup (for an extra fee) since COVID pushed weddings together and our venue could not hold the items all weekend. The only thing I would note - is if you want them to set up the items like chairs, you need to tell them ahead of time. This wasn't well communicated to us and we ended up scrambling last minute to set up the chairs since Lakes Region Tent said it was too late to pay them to do it (was informed of this week of).

Lakes Region Tent & Event had beautiful tents at reasonable prices and were very easy to work with. I had the most contact with Anni during our planning stages. She was easy to communicate with via email - I was planning from out of state - and was very patient and enthusiastic as I made many changes to our order in the year leading up to our wedding. The set up and delivery team was punctual and professional. The tent and lighting looked amazing! We have no regrets in choosing Lakes Region Tent & Event for our wedding tent, table, chair, dance floor, and lighting needs and would definitely work with them again!

Awesome rental company!
I rented everything from here & it looked beautiful! I’m obsessed with our tent & want to take it home! Crystal was so helpful & easy to work with. Plus, she made me laugh amidst the stress of planning a wedding. On Thursday, 2 days before the wedding, we decided we wanted a bigger dance floor and they were able to make it happen. Def get the lights & don’t forget fans. Highly recommend!

Lakes Region Tent & Event were great to work with overall! I worked primarily with Crystal & Anni. They were both professional, fun, and showed a lot of excitement in helping setup the day. Crystal & Anni went above & beyond with planning. They were so flexible with any changes & were great in helping me plan the layout. Everything went well! The only "bumps" were that they forgot one table at the venue that we paid for, and three of the tablecloths were the wrong size so the bottom of the table showed. However, these were minor details that were easily overlooked. Thank you Lakes Region Tent & Event for helping make my day beautiful!
