Dream Venue

Absolutely beautiful venue! We live out of state and had initially picked the Lakeside venue, when we were finally able to visit a couple of months later after we had booked we decided we really wanted the Harbor Landing. They were very accommodating and allowed us to switch the venue with ease. We were supposed to get married in May of 2020 (and still said our I do's at home) and had to reschedule the big party twice. They worked with us in these uncertain times and made rescheduling as easy and as painless as it could have been. The vendors they work with for the all inclusive package are the best of the best. We used Moss flowers and they did an absolutely stunning job. The food was delicious and the cake was everything we had wanted. We picked our photographer from their list of suggestions, Tara and Ryan Smith. They are an incredible couple and they know the venue and the team at LTPC so well. We had a band playing outside on the deck and fireworks when it was dark. Everything went off with such ease. We had a truly beautiful vow renewal by the lake. It was everything we wanted. Working with Lindsey, Sarah, Kayla, and the rest of them team over the past two years was a joy. We so appreciate everything they did to make our day as perfect as possible.

Amazing amazing amazing

WOW! I cannot express how much I enjoyed working with LTPC. They were so incredibly responsive, knowledgable, kind, respectful and all around wonderful from the start. My husband and I absolutely loved working with this team. Lindsey is FANTASTIC and made us feel so special and sane while planning a wedding through a pandemic! She took the time to answer any and every question I had and never once made me feel like a hassle. She ended up becoming a good friend and I want to have another wedding just to relive the night! The most romantic and secluded venue. Truly was so peaceful and wild. They partied with us all night and were truly a blessing for our big day!!!

Simply Amazing

My husband and I just had our wedding at this spectacular location on Saturday. Every conversation I have had with the team has been nothing but pleasant. They have gone above and beyond since the day I chose the venue. Every staff member I have dealt with for the venue and the cabins has been top notch! My recommendation to anyone that chooses this beautiful location is to reserve the cabins as well. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had nothing but compliments about the place. Thank you Lake Tyler Petroleum Club for everything you did for us! You gave us our best day ever!! ❤️

Best venue ever

BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER! 😍 both facilities are beautiful, and the staff is wonderful! The coordinators made everything so easy. Their flexibility and kindness made our wedding perfect. They took care of everything, and neither my mom nor I had to worry about anything! Great experience! 🥰❤️

I wish I could give LTPC 20 stars!!

I could go on for days about how incredible LTPC was. From the moment we contacted them, saw the gorgeous venue and connected with the staff we knew there wasn’t going to be a better option. They accommodated all of our requests, were genuine in every step of the way and we were blessed to have them share in such a special day. Me and my new husband can’t wait to plan a weekend to go back to enjoy a weekend away, at the place that made it all possible!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

Unforgettable wedding that will be talked about for years!

I am a Texas transplant living in OKC and I had researched ~10 venues in my husbands's hometown of Tyler, Texas thoroughly as I would be traveling roughly 6 hours each way and wanted to make my wedding planning as easy as possible. Lake Tyler Petroleum Club (LTPC) was my 1st venue visit and it was such an amazing venue that it left a long-lasting impression on myself and my mother-in-law. In fact, the level of detailing, years of experience, and great support staff, and absolutely stunning grounds made them shine so much that every venue visit after this initial visit paled in comparison. LTPC was clearly an obvious winner and I am absolutely thrilled I chose them. Of course, the wonderful ladies, Sarah and Hayley, took great care of me and helped make my dream wedding. If you're looking for a fantastic all-inclusive venue at a reasonable price without the huge fuss of tedious wedding planning, then look no further! Thank you gals for the wonderful job!

I can’t say enough good things about this venue. Me and my husband still talk about how great of an experience we had with LTPC. They were always available to help us with anything we needed through the entire wedding planning process. They took so much of the pressure off the planning and made the experience so enjoyable! Our coordinators Hailey and Whitney were fabulous and helped me so much during the days leading up to the wedding as well as the day of. I recommend them 100% for anyone’s special day!

We chose to do an all inclusive wedding package since we live out of town and wanted planning to be as easy as possible. We really enjoyed all of the vendors we chose from the selected list! The LTPC staff was very accommodating and organized. We rented the onsite cabins for the wedding party and when there was a last minute issue that prevented us from using one, the staff worked quickly to find a solution for us. The day of the helped keep things positive, moving, and organized. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!

LTPC was beyond accommodating. I was planning by wedding long distance and they were supportive and flexible as I planned quick weekend trips to Tyler to work on wedding planning. They are affordable and worth every penny. Our guests were so impressed with our venue and the staff that was there. If we had it to do all over again, we wouldn't even consider changing our venue.

Micah and Erin did a great job and were always there to help us every step of the way. The venue was everything we could have asked for and so much more. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything went very smoothly the day of the wedding.

The Lake Tyler Petroleum Club is the most underrated venue in east Texas. There is no other venue that is better kept, staffed, and provides all the amenities without breaking the bank. Not to mention, the views are amazing. Working with Sarah and Kayla will be the best decision you make throughout your wedding process. You can never find an all inclusive venue, much less, one that works with amazing vendors. I can’t say enough about this place. It’s unexpected and amazing in all the best ways.

My husband and I wouldn't have had our special day anywhere else!we chose the all-inclusive package and picked perfectly! Not only was the venue spectacular, but the staff was amazing as well! The view is priceless, and LTPC made sure everything was the way I wanted it for our big day from setup to takedown! The vendors they partner with are also great to work with, and we had so many wonderful comments from guests about the venue, staff and vendors! We definitely got the most out of the cost and I would recommend this venue to any bride looking for the most breathtaking venue in ETX!

The Petroleum Club was such a beautiful venue for our prom. The kids/parents/staff LOVED it! Kathy Meyer did an exceptional job working with us. She helped guide us through every step from the first meeting all the way through the night of our prom, even until clean-up. We WILL use the Petroleum Club again. Thank you so much!

The venue is beautiful and has ample room for even large weddings like our's. We loved how they were always a few steps ahead of us in planning, which helped us to make decisions in a timely manner. Day-of, even though there was a storm approaching, the staff were on top of everything, thinking ahead to how they could serve us. The weather ended up being perfect right before and during our ceremony! We wouldn't have changed a single detail! We HIGHLY recommend this venue and the coordinators working there!

I attended an event at this venue many years ago and knew then that I wanted to get married there-- Fast forward three years and there we were, engaged and ready to view some venues. LTPC was the first on our list. From the moment that we first called to the moment that I was walking down the aisle, we were met with professionalism from all levels and we were amazed throughout the entire process. Sarah and Kathy were an absolute joy to work with and we knew, with confidence, that if we had any concern, question or need along the way, it would be taken care of. Choosing LTPC was one of the best decisions we've made as a couple and we're already planning to use their facility for future events and will be getting a summer membership for the facility as well. It's THAT great. We used both event facilities on the campus for our weeding and rented a honeymoon cabin for that night. We not only made the best memories at LTPC but we also made great friends with those we worked with. I'd suggest LTPC to anyone and everyone. We hope that every couple gets the honor of having the experience that we did. Much love for this venue and their staff.

Friendly and professional staff. Our ceremony was on the deck of the Lakeside Clubhouse and the reception was inside. It was absolutely beautiful. We opted for the all-inclusive reception and it was well worth it. The preferred vendors La Tee Da for flowers, Designs by D'Anne, and AlexM Photography all did a wonderful job! It really was better than I had dreamt it would be.

I fell in love with the Lakeside Clubhouse at LTPC as soon as I saw it! It is a gorgeous venue that will require little decorations, thanks to the beautiful architecture and scenic views of the lake. In all of our dealings, the staff has been so friendly and helpful. My wedding has not happened yet, but I have no doubts that it will be fantastic.
