If you want the most amazing beach wedding and reception, book this vendor. Christine and her staff at Laguna grill and Rum bar nailed it, right down to the smallest detail. They made our dream beach wedding come true! Everything exceeded our expectations. Our family and friends were WOWED by our reception set up on Laguna's outdoor deck. The food was amazing and service outstanding. Just perfection!!!!

My (now) husband and I found Laguna Grill after searching for a few months for our perfect beach wedding venue as far south as Virginia Beach and as far north as New Jersey's beaches. We had specific things we were looking for and Laguna was a perfect fit for us! Christine (or Chris) the wedding coordinator there was fantastic. She helped with vendor recommendations, budgeting, ideas and any other need/request we had during the months leading up to the wedding. She was patient, friendly and professional. We had our menu tasting with our mom's and my husband's grandma. Chris was accommodating and impressed us all with her demeanor, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile. The food was fantastic both at the tasting and on our actual wedding! We hired Chris for extra rehearsal dinner/beach ceremony execution/vendor contact service she offers on the day of our wedding and didn't regret spending the extra money one bit. Chris helped setup the room with my husband, some bridesmaids, groomsmen and family the afternoon of the wedding. I was so amazed by how beautiful the whole setup looked. At the reception, she refilled our drinks, brought my husband and I plated dinners from the buffet, checked in with not only us, but also guests to ensure they were comfortable and enjoying themselves. Chris was organized, calm, efficient and truly in control of the whole event from start to finish. We even got compliments from friends of ours on how "with it" she was as a wedding coordinator and that she was the best they'd seen! Laguna, the venue itself was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and has amazing beachfront views. It was perfect for our beach ceremony and reception that was only steps away. Chris truly surpassed our expectations every step of the way and made for a beautiful, memorable and relaxing wedding day.

Laguna Grill was the absolute perfect place for a rehearsal dinner! I would also recommend doing a wedding there because everything was so perfect. Our guests stayed in the hotel above so it was very convenient. Laguna Grill had a beautiful private room set up for us that overlooked the ocean. The buffet looked so pretty, all of the tables were perfectly done and the service was excellent. But what I can't stop thinking about is the FOOD!! We had the best crab cakes filled with crab meat. We also had steak tips that just melted in your mouth. They did a beautiful champagne toast for us and finished with the best dessert - a "shoobie pie" filled with oreos, cream and hand-whipped ice cream. We had the best time there and everyone was telling me for days after how much they loved the food. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!

My husband and I wanted a beach wedding. We had been to Laguna Grill several times for the bar and for dining, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the fact that it was on the beach. When we heard they also did weddings there, we jumped at the chance.

In January of 2012, Laguna went under new ownership, which worked to our benefit because we had a dedicated event planner work with us. The event planner was always responsive via e-mail and phone. She had very good suggestions and welcomed ours. The menu choices were great at reasonable prices. Their food is amazing and creative.

We had our ceremony in the back of the restaurant on the beach and our reception in the dining room. The dining room was nice and spacious for our 87 guests but can accommodate many more. The staff is courteous. The views of the beach from the dining room are amazing.

The event planner set up all of the reception decorations for us, and a family member took care of decorations outside for the ceremony. The event planner was a huge help the day of the wedding and put us at ease!

There is a hotel right next door, which was convenient for getting ready before the ceremony and staying overnight.

I highly recommend this restaurant for your beach wedding!

Laguna underwent new ownership at the beginning of the year. Once I was contacted by the new owners and we worked everything out, they were extremely professional. They have made alot of changes to the restaurant that are completely positive and it was a great place to have our wedding at. The weather was not in our favor, so we were unable to have the ceremony on the beach, however they were extremely accomodating and came up with a back up plan. The food was also excellent. Everyone loved it and I would definitely recommend them for a beach wedding. The venue is right on the beach and there is a hotel attached to it where the majority of my guests stayed. It was very convenient and beautiful!

Christine Bruno has been wonderful through the planning process! Couldn't ask for anything better!
