Our Best Day

There just aren’t enough words to possibly describe how amazing each and every photo that Annette snaps. She has a magical way of finding the perfect angle, lighting and of course expressions. Annette creates magic. She has captured the most special moments of my wedding. Annette is an extremely personable individual, with an artistic eye, she will make your experience memorable!! Beautiful pictures

Labrozzi Studios were AMAZING for our event. The pricing was great for what you are paying for. Annette was so flexible with our postponements and very responsive to our emails. We had beautiful pictures from our special day. They were really good at directing us on how to pose. Her style is amazing, it isn't like your typical prom photo poses or anything, she is so creative as well as the rest of the team who was with her on our day. 100% recommend for your wedding, don't bother looking anywhere else. Annette is the way to go!

I wish I could give 10 stars.

Annette was absolutely wonderful to work with. She took the time to get to know us in advance of our wedding in order to give us exactly what we wanted. On the wedding day she was professional and fun. She has a bubbly personality and honestly felt like one of the family. It’s obvious that Annette cares very much about her clients. She even helped my son lace the back of my dress when she saw him struggling. Less than a month after our wedding, Annette emailed us a sneak peek of our photos. Words can not describe how beautiful these photos are. Not only did she capture our families energy perfectly, but each image is a piece of art. I’m glad that I won’t have to choose a favorite photo because I never could. Hiring Annette to photograph our wedding was one of the BEST decisions that we made. Her pricing was up front and her contract terms were clear and easy to understand. We feel that we got more than our money’s worth. Our photos are truly priceless. We will be hiring Annette again for my daughters upcoming wedding. We can’t imagine working with anyone else.

Wonderful Experience and Amazing Photos!

We are so happy we chose Labrozzi Studios for our engagement photos and wedding. Annette is so kind and wonderful to work with. Both my husband and I were not used to getting professional photos taken of ourselves, but she made us feel really comfortable and took such nice photos of us. Annette is also super responsive and quick to email back. We recently got our wedding photos back and I am so very happy with how every one of them turned out. Annette and her assistant perfectly captured all the special moments of the day and it is so nice to relive our wedding through the photos. I would highly recommend Labrozzi Studios!

Labrozzi Studios - A++

Annette and her team are INCREDIBLE!! We had a very short timeline for planning, 30 days, Annette was able to meet with us multiple times before the big day and really hon in on our personalities and what we wanted out of our photos. She offered guidance and expertise that many photographers do not have, this really allowed us to have confidence in her abilities and let her take control of the sessions - which paided off!!

The day of our wedding it poured all morning, by time we were supposed to be starting pictures everything was soaked and I was afraid that it would ruin the shots - I have never been more wrong!! Annette incorporated umbrellas, pole lights and other props to make sure the low-light really played to our favor. We also incorporated our 3 large families into the ceremony, which Annette was able to capture beautifully.

I cannot say enough about how well our photos turned out, we are so incredibly grateful for Annette and the memories she captured that day will truly last a lifetime.

***Annette also sent us a "First Look" slideshow of about 50 photos set to music ~3 days after our wedding, this allowed us to have a sneak peek at the pictures!! We probably watched it about 5x on our honeymoon and were able to share the link with friends/family!! :)

Realtors Gala Event

Annette did a fabulous job with over a hundred realtors in 2 hours and that included printing the photos as she went. Her professionalism gave our folks portrait quality with style, they didn't even know they were being posed! Highly recommend! She was truly grace under fire.

Thrilled with Annette as our Photographer!

My fiance and I are were thrilled with the quality of service we received with Annette and her team! From the very beginning, Annette was incredibly accommodating going so far as to meet us to discuss her photography/ videography packages and pricing at our apartment since I had recently undergone two back surgeries. She explained at that time her willingness to work with us and offered to customize a package to fit our proposed day-of timeline. We ended up utilizing Annette's team for photography, videography, and a photo booth, which resulted in a price discount and an event we, and our guests, loved! Annette demonstrated her professional experience often by being familiar with any photography site I suggested and provided her own suggestions to maximize the photoshoot. During our wedding, which involved photos at the ceremony site (St. Rita's Church in Alexandria, VA), a secondary location (Green Spring Gardens), and the reception site (The Carlyle Club), Annette and TJ captured the true essence of my fiance and I and our love shines through each photo. Received nothing but praise from the photo montage we already received and cannot wait to see the final video as well! Was beyond happy to recommend Annette to one of my bridesmaid's for her own May wedding! :)

Annette is the most talented, artistic, organized, and easy-going photographer we could have hoped for. We went with two photographers, and her associate TJ was great as well - we would recommend a second photographer to others looking to retain Annette's services as the extra coverage was well worth the extra fee. She knew exactly where and when to capture the most important moments of our wedding, and was also respectful of friends and family looking to get their own photographs. Her quoted fee was fair and equitable, and she followed through on everything she promised in her contract. We are already planning on contracting with Annette for future events as we couldn't be happier with her work!

Annette was our photographer for our engagement shoot and September 2017 wedding. She was amazing! She has the perfect balence of being organized and timely with a creative eye. Words can not only describe my experience as I write this with a slight grin. The experience was already beginning to overflow with stress but not with the photographer. She was helpful and poise with two people who had no idea what they were doing but wanted to capture the moment. I will tell you she captured the moment and helped make the day a huge success! We are reminded of how awesome our wedding was every time we glance at the photos and start to experience it all over again. I am completely blown away with the photos captured by Annette and Len. From our initial meeting, before a single shot was taken, I had total confidence in her. She's wonderful to work with, accommodating and so incredibly talented. The pictures are beautiful and truly captured the feelings and expressions. Looking at them really brings back those moments and emotions and invokes the same feelings of happiness and love felt that day. I cannot thank her enough for this gift that we can share and have forever. Annette and Len are fun to be around and super easy to work with. From start to finish I have nothing but compliments to share here.
Not to mention that I think she's like a super photographer/ninja because I never saw her moving around and yet she captured so many meaningful moments that were not announced or scheduled. Annette was absolutely amazing! We held our wedding on April 1, 2017 at the Carlyle Club. From the start, she was incredibly professional and was fun to work with. She also did our engagement photos about six months prior to our wedding. Those photos were incredible! We loved them and received so many compliments on them. Annette spent a lot of time on those photos, so I can only imagine what the photos will look like from our wedding! She spent an entire day with us. She started with me and my very large bridal party in my hotel room. I had 11 women in my bridal party, and needless to say, things got a little rowdy at times. Annette handled it like a champ! Her vision for photography is amazing! The photos she takes are so professional! She sees things that the normal person doesn’t see, and is able to capture that in a timeless photo. She captured so much at the wedding. There wasn’t a moment missed! She brought an assistant with her just to make sure of that. She is willing to bend down and get in any angle needed in order to capture the perfect shot! My husband and I will also be taking “Rock the Dress” photos with her sometime in the near future. We cannot wait for that! She is so talented and comes with our 100% full recommendation, and has ever since our engagement photo session! Not only are her photography skills amazing, her personality is too! She is fun to be around, can fit in with everyone, and is amazing to work with! We would most definitely use her again for any event where a photographer is needed! She also has a photo booth team and recommended a videographer as well. Annette is amazing and will work with you on your budget for photography and make your pictures gorgeous. Lyss and Scott had her do the engagement shots and they were so beautiful that we have no doubt that the wedding pictures will be spectacular as well. She was wonderful from start to finish. She actually stayed later to take the photos of my daughter and son-in-law leaving as guests held sparklers because she knew my daughter wanted that shot! Annette and her team (Len and Mike) did our photos for our wedding this past weekend. They were prompt and were very professional. We felt very comfortable with them taking photos of us and they had really great ideas for our photos. Annette is always prompt with answering any questions/concerns that we had way before and up until the wedding day. I would like to say how professional Annette services at Labrozzi Studios are! I used her for my Rehearsal Dinner and my Wedding day, she showed up early on both days, Annette and her staff was top notch. I was able to meet with her first to go over my vision of how I wanted my wedding pictures to look and the rest was history, she was patient and just on top of everything. The photo booth was AMAZING my guest loved it so much...it was very modern. I also gave my guest frames at my wedding, Annette told me the size of the photo booth pics to fit the frames. I would say use her for all your services you won't be disappointed at all. Her prices are worth every penny and much more. The customer service from her was EXCELLENT as well.. Also the Friday night before my wedding she was at my rehearsal dinner and I have those great memories as well.... My wedding books are amazing as well...PERFECTION is the Word...I would use when looking at my Wedding books and my Wedding Video, it makes me Cry every time.... (Great Memories were Captured)

To be honest, we love Annette and her work. Her portfolio obviously shows her true talent, but to see photos of you and your love through her artistic eye will make you cry. Photography was one of the most important aspects to us for our wedding. We took our search very seriously, interviewing a half-dozen photographers. Annette stood out far and beyond; there was no question she was meant to shoot our wedding. When we met her, she lugged photo books as examples of her work, some even done at our venue. (In contrast, other photogs we met with held up their iPhones with tiny thumbnails.) She chased us around Old Town Alexandria on an 100-degree day with all her equipment and captured a perfect set of photos from our engagement shoot that we are still sharing. We knew Annette would do a wonderful job on our wedding day, but she exceeded expectations. She again applied her artistic touch to the day, professionally commanding attention from everyone to get the best images possible. Annette captured things that we never realized were there. (She is also very nice and went beyond the call of duty, even helping the venue bring us some stuff to the hotel after the event.) And Annette picks an equally amazing team to capture the day. TJ Morgan captured moments with Annette’s exact detail, and the duo manning our photobooth were not only professional, but real troopers. There was always a line for the photobooth, so we highly recommend that add-on! Within a few days after our wedding, Annette sent us a slideshow of preview images. We already cried again and can't wait to see the rest! Thanks, Annette, for everything. You will be our photographer for all our future milestones. I would tell any couple considering booking with Labrozzi to take the plunge. They are worth every penny and are truly amazing. They are so nice and will make you feel so at ease throughout your entire event/ photo shoot. Personally me and my now husband are super shy and have never had any sort of photo shoot. I was so worried that I was just going to be awkward and it was going to be weird and uncomfortable but I can honestly say that it was entirely not the case with Labrozzi. They made us feel so comfortable and directed us so well and had so many nice pose suggestions. I got all my pictures back and they are above and beyond of what I expected. They are AMAZING, our entire family loved them.

To wrap it up, book with Labrozzi and I can guarantee you won't regret it.

We are so happy with the photos she took during our ceremonies. We had a Thai wedding ceremony and a non-traditional ceremony. She was more than willing to attend both and capture our special days. She did a wonderful job of capturing all of the special moments as well as set us up for dramatic poses that turned out better than we thought possible. The expressions on our faces, embraces with family and friends, exchanging glances with each other - Annette was there snapping all of it. Our favorite part is the slideshow she created of pictures from both ceremonies set to music. It is absolutely amazing!

We highly recommend Annette and her photography assistant. Their professionalism, precision, and fun attitude really helped us relax and be present in the moment on our special days.

I met Annette Labrozzi at Everygreen's Bridal Event held at Evergreen Country Club in Haymarket, VA. My father is a wedding photographer, and while I couldn't have him work on my wedding day, I did take any recommendation he had for a photographer very highly. After reviewing some of her work with her, my father sang her praises and we booked her. She did our engagement photos in Washington, DC when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom-beautiful, artsy looking photos. She did not disappoint on the wedding day either this past October. She has a great eye and sets up her shots very strategically. The pictures are beautiful, and everyone had a lot of fun shooting with her. She is easy to work with and kind. We could not have asked for a better outcome. We recommend Labrozzi Studios!

We used Labrozzi for the photo booth at my daughter's wedding. It was a huge hit -- everyone just loved it. Steve - the technician who ran the booth - was so nice and professional. He arrived right on time and was set up and ready to go at exactly the agreed upon time. Annette - the owner of the company - was a dream to work with. She was immediately responsive to my many questions and was flexible about requests for changes. The link to the photos was put up immediately and we received the disc within a few days of the wedding.

Annette was fabulous and very flexible with scheduling! My now husband and I decided to elope in Old Town Alexandria. I changed the date at the last minute because of a possibility of rain which Annette made work with her schedule to accommodate us. Clearly not something I would recommend but just another reason she is so easy to work with! She was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to email. We were both a little awkward at first as this was our first time taking photos together but she made us feel very comfortable right off the bat. She also sent me a few preview photos the day after our ceremony so I could announce to our friends and family that we got married! They are amazing pictures and I could not have asked for a better all-around experience. To top it all off she was very reasonably priced for this area especially for the quality of work she does. She knows her way around a camera. Choose Annette for your next photography session - you will not regret it in the slightest!

So great! Annette and her assistant were wonderful on our wedding day. It ended up being hot, which prevented some of our family from being able to do many pictures outside, but Annette was very flexible and understanding of our needs. She was easy to work with and worked quickly to get pictures in so that people could take breaks in the AC. Her assistant was wonderful as well and I feel that they both went above and beyond to make our day perfect. To be honest, I didn't even notice them during most of the wedding (that is a good thing in my opinion). They were there snapping pictures, but never once in the way. We appreciated that aspect of it so much, because it allowed us to enjoy everything while they were working in the background. I am so thankful that we were able to book Labrozzi Studios and would highly recommend them to anyone. I can't say enough great things about Annette and her team! We can't wait to see our pictures!

Annette is so amazing! Upon meeting Annette for the first time it seemed as though she instantly understood all my needs and wanted to make all our ideas come to life! We couldn't believe the phenomenal job she did with our wedding photos. She was so professional and respectful to us and our guests. Annette was extremely nice, very professional, and responsive to our needs. She was also punctual and enthusiastic about her work - which is important when dealing with stressed couples such as us. She made the picture portions of our day flow very smoothly and the photographs she took were excellent!
On our wedding day, we also used a second photographer (who works with Annette when two photographers are needed) and a photo booth (provided through Annette). The second photographer also brought the same high level of service as Annette and brought a lot of nice ideas to the groom's photos before our ceremony. The photo booth was well done, had lots of neat props, and probably the most popular activity at our reception! We are pretty sure that everyone got at least one photo inside it before the night was done.
We would definitely recommend her and are sorry that there is only one of her because every couple deserves a photographer as amazing as her!

We used Labrozzi Studios for our Photo Booth needs...and let me just say we were more than happy with the results!
Annette from the beginning was responsive and answered all my questions. She came as a referral from a friend and went above and beyond our expectations.

The booth fit up to ten people and came with tons of props I have never seen used in a photo booth before. Annette was absolutely fabulous very easy to work with and takes wonderful photographs. She did our engagement shoot and our wedding. I have never had so many people give me compliments on photographs and ask who I used. My aunt and my mother were not only brought to tears by my engagement photos but also my slide show for my wedding. I know wedding photographs take awhile to process but Annette had a slide show out to me a week after my wedding with a few of the photographs so I could get a taste of some of the shots. I can't wait to see them all I know they will be fabulous! I would recommend her for years to come and will be using her again for all the events that happen in our life.

I was very pleased with the photography services provided during the wedding of my daughter and her fiancee. The photographer was always aware of the needs of the bride and groom and did a very good job in capturing the entire wedding event without being overly demanding. I also used this photography service for a photo booth during the reception and all the guests had a blasts taking random photos with tons of props. Fun was had by all!

My daughter was so surprised with the photo booth at her wedding. My daughter, her husband, and all of their guest really enjoyed taking pictures in the photo booth. And my little grandkids kept going in there to take their own pictures. Some people have never seen this before at a wedding and they were delighted. Your photo booth was the hit at the wedding. People are still talking about it.

I will recommend your services to anyone who plans to have a large party. It is well worth every penny. The quality of service provided was outstanding.

Annette and her staff were extremely professional from the engagement shoot through the entire reception. They were very easy to deal with and knew exactly what I wanted. I had an excellent experience with Labrozzi studios (photobooth) on my August 10 wedding. We had countless people come up to us saying the photobooth made our already fun wedding all the better! Anette was extremely responsive and professional in her emails, and they came on time, set up with TONS of props, and everyone had a blast. I rented a photobooth from Labrozzi Studios for my wedding this past Saturday. I initially saw the deal via groupon, but once I contacted her, we worked together directly.

Included in my package was: the photobooth (6 ft long, 5 ft wide and 6.5 ft tall) which easily fit up to 10 people with a touch screen, 4 hour rental, 2 copies of each photo, a photobooth attendant, Serena, who was super helpful and a complete sweetheart, a guestbook album where our guests could write something next to their pictures, and a huge box of props which included an awesome variety of hats, glasses, feather boas, speech bubbles, bowties, etc...It was a HUGE hit among all the guests!

Working with Annette was amazing. We did everything over email. She was extremely responsive, flexible and professional. I was able to customize the caption that showed on all the pictures. She is very knowledgeable and it was just SO easy working with her.

If you have room in your budget for a photobooth. I, 100%, recommend renting through Labrozzi Studios. I'm telling you, it was just such an easy and affordable process. A complete value-add! Make sure you lock it down early!! You don't want to miss out!

My husband and i absolutely LOVE our pictures! She won us over first with her personality when we first met, her albums upon albums of her work, and real desire to create whatever idea we had. We decided to do our engagement pictures with her. I know others have already mentioned it but these pictures look like they came out of a magazine! Annette knows how to really capture the moment and the pictures don't look staged at all. My husband is a firefighter and she asked for him to bring his helmet. We have the most amazing picture with him in his helmet, me with a yellow flower in my hair (which Annette just plucked and put in my hair hahah) and the picture is sepia with just the helmet and flower in color. AMAZING. That's what Annette does: amazing, creative, personal, and timeless pictures.

Based on our engagement pictures we decided to hire Annette for our wedding pictures too. We knew that we didn't have to worry about how fabulous our pictures were going to look and on the day of your wedding, no less thing to worry about is awesome! At the church and at the reception, we had no idea she and her assistants were in the room and that was amazing because they captured so many real pictures of us and our guests and that's exactly what we wanted.

Annette spends a lot of quality time perfecting the photographs and highlighting beautiful colors to make YOUR pictures pop. She is there for YOU and makes sure she asks YOUR preferences for YOUR day. Not what she thinks you should do or pictures you should have....which many photographers do. She takes your ideas and puts them into life. She responds quickly to emails, provided the photos and video montages very quickly. Even now, over 6 months after our wedding, she's still willing to help us! :)

I really can't say how much we LOVE Annette and her AMAZING work. We know that when we have a family, we'll go back to her. :) The most difficult thing to do, i think, is to trust someone with your lifetime memories. For us to want for her to continue to document our new life together speaks volumes.

Finding a good photographer to capture our wedding was extremely important to my fiancé and I! We wanted artistic, stunning photos taken, but we didn't want to pay an outrageous fee. We only needed a photographer to taken pictures before the wedding and through the ceremony, but we found that most photographers charged a flat fee for the night-regardless of the number of hours they were needed. It was an outrageous price for what we wanted!!!

One day I stumbled upon a website that generated a list of photographers for you based on your specific wants. PERFECT!!! I entered In my information and a BREATHTAKING picture popped up along with the name Labrozzi Studios. I figured it was too good to be true but I clicked on the site and entered my name and phone number.

Ten minutes later my phone rang and it was Annette! She sounded friendly, was wolling to work the hours we wanted and was willing to work with me on the price (she gave us a huge discount because she wasn't booked on our day and it was not her "busy season".). It seemed too good to be true!

Annette set up a meeting with me and my fiancé ito go over details. She showed us pictures and asked us what we wanted for the day of the wedding. She was flexible and eager to make everything perfect for us. We couldn't have asked for more!

On our wedding day, Annette captured everything beautifully! She added to the fun of the day and took advantage of every moment.

Our wedding pictures are beautiful and we couldn't have asked for more. Hiring Labrozzi studios was the best decision we made! Annette, thank you for capturing the love and happiness of our special day!

Annette is absolutely wonderful! Her photos are outstanding; she captured both the breadth and the details of my wedding day beautifully. She's very inventive with the shots she takes, both in daylight and at night; she took gorgeous pictures of my husband and me in front of a classic car with the Washington skyline in the background, an adorable shot of the flower girl touching the hem of my dress, and so many sweet pictures of our families and bridal party. She also captured "expressions" -- my husband's adorable "pensive yet ready for action" look before the ceremony began, my parents smiling at each other with me in the background, my bridesmaid grinning at a joke, my father and his sister sharing a funny moment. And she and her team not only thoroughly photographed my groom and me, our bridal party, and our family, but also each and every one of our guests at some point throughout the evening, usually more than once. When I got my photos, I felt like I was not only living the day over again but living it from perspectives I hadn't seen before.

In addition to her creativity and high quality photos, Annette is just a pleasure to work with. We did an engagement shoot, bridal portraits, and rehearsal dinner in addition to the wedding day, and she was always full of energy and ideas. She also was generous with her time; each shoot took several hours. At her recommendation, we also spent an afternoon in DC the day after the wedding for a "trash the dress" session, which allowed us to be a lot more relaxed and thorough with our pictures. Throughout all photo shoots, Annette was engaging, fun, and willing to adapt to our style and interests.

We were very pleased with the final product, which included a beautiful album into which we were given a lot of creative input. She also put together slideshows of each shoot, which we loved. If we're so blessed as to become parents one day, we'll be sure to call her for maternity portraits!

I love photos and having a photobooth at my wedding was one of my top must haves. I'm so glad that I found Annette through Groupon. I emailed Annette and was able to book directly with her and still was offered the Groupon rate.

The photobooth rental was a huge hit at the wedding. The booth was very very spacious -- could hold up to 10 ppl easily. Part of the package, we received props, double prints and a guestbook for ppl to leave a note with their picture. Our photo strip was also personalized with our name and wedding date.

Everything turned out great - the attendant was great - was on time and had everything set up. I would recommend Annette and her services to other brides in a heartbeat!

This was one of my biggest puchases but it was also the best. My fiance was a little put off when he heard how much I spent on the photobooth (it was cheap comparively) but on the day of the wedding he said he was glad I got it.

All the guest loved it and the pictures got more and more hilarious as the open bar tab grew.

We have a guestbook with everyone's pictures that we will actually look back at for the rest of our lives.

Annette was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had the photo booth for our wedding. The photo booth had a lot of space and can fit a good amount people ( which we loved). They had an abundance of props that our guests definitely enjoyed. Each picture came with two sets of pictures, one for our book and one for the guests to take. The attendants were supposed to take a copy of the pictures and put it in our book, however, that didn't happen for all the pictures for various reasons. When we voiced this to Annette, she made copies of all the pictures and mailed us a copy for our book! She also mailed us a disk with all the digital copies. Overall, we were very satisfied with our photo booth and Annette is very accommodating, responsive, and overall great to work with. I definitely would recommend her AND the price was very acceptable for the level of professionalism.

Annette was a good photographer, she made sure to get all the shots that I really wanted. I still haven't seen my professional photos yet, they're still being worked on I guess, because I got married a week and a half ago. After the wedding when we were taking pictures, Annette was very efficient in getting through the shots quickly. I'm glad we got so many pictures taken, but at the moment I was so tired of posing for pictures I just wanted to enjoy the wedding I had been planning for so long! It didn't take too long to get through them, but I could tell everyone was getting tired and a little grumpy, and the background of our pictures was the front door of our venue, where people were having cocktail hour inside, and they kept walking out of the doors into our pictures, and Annette would snap at them to get back inside, and I felt a little bad. And then when my friend from high school walked out to get some pictures with me (she doesn't understand that when professional pictures are being taken, stay away), Annette seemed very annoyed with her, but I understand she was just trying to do her job. It sort of killed the happy mood for me a little bit though. Other than that, I really didn't see a photographer all night, but I'm sure that's because they were placed very strategically, and i wasn't paying attention to them anyway. I think it's a good thing that they weren't all in my face during the reception, so that I could actually enjoy myself.

We rented a photobooth for our wedding from Labrozzi studios, and worked with Annette to get everything set up. Annette did us a big favor by extending a LivingSocial deal we had purchased and allowing us to use it towards the photobooth rental. She was very easy to communicate with, and was very responsive. However, there were a couple issues with the photobooth on the day of the wedding. Even though we provided our logo (to be printed on the photo strips) ahead of time, they loaded an incorrect one and weren't able to fix in onsite. Our guests were getting copies that had another couple's names at the bottom - pretty ridiculous! They were only able to fix this by physically cutting off the logo with scissors on all the photo strips - so our logo never got printed on anything. Second, they forgot paper for our guests to write messages alongside the photos for our album, so our wedding planner had to find computer paper for them to use. Needless to say, our album looks pretty sloppy and unprofessional. Overall, the photo booth itself was nice and was a huge hit with our guests, we just wish the details could have been more on point.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but if I can save another bride...

Honestly, I had a few issues from the start, but none of them seemed like a huge problem. She repeatedly called my fiancé by the wrong name during engagement photos, even after I repeated with the correct name. Also, told me she would send me a video slideshow of the engagement photos with our wedding song as the background, that I never got. Then COVID happened & my April wedding got canceled. This company is the only one refusing any sort of refund.

I would not recommend. Find a company that truly cares about their customers.
