Lauren and her team were excellent to work with! They helped me feel like a beautiful bride. They understood what I was envisioning and made it happen! Makeup products were great for sensitive skin, I had a rosacea break out on my wedding day and Lauren was able to cover it and bring out a more natural look. Her partner also did a great job styling my thick curly hair type. Our make up and hair lasted through a hot October day! I highly recommend!

Amazing Wedding Experience
I had an amazing experience with LA Page Makeup for my wedding! During the trial they made me feel so comfortable and continued making small adjustments until I was 100% happy with the look. On the morning of my wedding, Lauren found a substitute artist when someone came down with the flu, and had the entire problem solved before I even knew about it. My bridal party loved the hair and makeup team, and I've never heard so many compliments about eyelashes from everyone! Lauren ensured everything ran smoothly, and even waited for a little while after all the services were completed and was able to help the groom with a small coverup issue. My hair and makeup lasted throughout the whole day and night, even with rain and lots of dancing. I would definitely recommend LA Page to anyone getting married in the area!

I could not recommend LA Page Makeup more for your hair and makeup needs! I booked hair services with them for my July 2024 wedding and was super impressed. The owner, Lauren, is incredibly friendly, communicative, and informative throughout the whole process. She sends detailed emails frequently with important information in the months between booking her services and the wedding day, so I literally never had a question for her. She was so on top of it. And her staff is wonderful too! Tegan did my hair for my trial and for my wedding, and she was AMAZING. I had some things I wanted to change between the trial and my wedding (only because I wanted something different, NOT because I didn't like my hair at the trial!) and she was super flexible and my wedding hair ended up being just as I envisioned. LA Page Makeup is a phenomenal business!

Lauren is so kind and worked with me to create the perfect bridal look. During our trial, I couldn't quite figure out what I didn't like with the look and Lauren helped me pick apart the details. I found that my eyebrows aren't typically un-shaped when I wear makeup for special occasions. I knew that they would be shaped better for the wedding and the color would lighten up. She didn't get upset about me being unsure about the look and helped me find the right look. This is why we have trials! On the day of the wedding, makeup was spot on and perfect. Fantastic Naturally Curly Bridal Hair
Thank you, Patty, for doing a fantastic job with my hair! My experience with LA Page was wonderful from the first email to the morning of my wedding. I was initially attracted by their very reasonable pricing relative to the other quotes I received, and their experience working with NATURALLY CURLY hair. It was really important to me to wear my natural curls (with a little help of course) on my wedding day, and I was adamant that my hair not be blown out and re-curled. Lauren, the owner, immediately matched me with Patty and based on photos of her past work I was sold. Patty did a fabulous job at the trial and she was able to take all of my feedback perfectly for the day of. She has such a calm and experienced demeanor, which really helped the morning of to be a calm and enjoyable experience for myself and each of the bridesmaids having their hair done. She is also extremely efficient and we were finished well before the expected timeline. Lauren was totally responsive and attentive through the entire process, reaching out after the trial for feedback and keeping in touch for any last needs/changes ahead of the day. I did my own makeup for the day, but I did get to watch Lauren doing another client's makeup while I had my hair trial done, and she is very talented. The salon is very clean, sunlit, and comfortable. Absolutely recommend Lauren's salon and Patty's services

So professional and easy to work with
Lauren was great to work with throughout this process that may usually be stressful. Hair and makeup for me and my girls was luckily not something I had to stress about. They were helpful during the trials with advice for leading up to the wedding and definitely helped put me at ease so I didn’t have to worry as it got closer. Everything went smooth on the wedding day with showing up on time and being able to start right away. Cannot recommend Lauren and her team enough! From the moment I first reached out to Lauren she was one of my most professional, communicative, honest and trusting vendors. Since I was requesting Lauren to travel out of the state, she was transparent and fair about her pricing and requirements. Leading up to the wedding, Lauren was very communicative. I received monthly newsletters with updates and beauty tips. After my trial, Lauren sent a detailed questionnaire to understand how I liked my trial and anything I would like changed for the big day. She also sent a reminder prior to the date in the contract to make any changes to my services, which was unnecessary and very much appreciated. The day of my wedding was absolutely seamless. Lauren and Vanessa showed up 15 minutes early to get setup and were ready to go at the scheduled time. You may not think you need as much time to get ready as Lauren suggests, but TRUST HER. We had plenty of time to get all my girls and moms and myself ready without feeling rushed and plenty of time for touch ups. This definitely started off the wedding day with ease! Lauren and Vanessa listened to all the girls wants and needs and my girls loved their makeup and looked flawless! Lauren especially listened to the minor tweaks I wanted to make from my trial and executed my look flawlessly. I truly haven't felt better about the way that I look than on this day! And a true testament to the quality of the makeup is that it survived a church that I swear was 100 degrees. All of that to say, without a doubt, hire Lauren and her team for your day. Her professionalism is unmatched and she will make sure your wedding morning is stress free and easy. I recommend 100%!

I hired Lauren and the LA Page Makeup team as makeup artists for my wedding, and can't recommend them enough! Lauren is SO organized, and the whole process from my bridal trial through the wedding morning was incredibly smooth. She is super professional, friendly, and personable! Everyone's makeup looked absolutely beautiful, and felt so light and natural. We had a really long day (makeup started at 6 and the reception ended after midnight) and it still looked great at the end of the night. I had also started to break out the morning of the wedding (pure panic) but Lauren was so reassuring and covered it up flawlessly. Truly was an amazing experience, will definitely be booking a makeup lesson with Lauren in the future!

Prior to wedding planning I did not think picking a makeup artist would be difficult. Boy was I wrong! LA Page was my THIRD trial. After two lack-luster trials, I was nervous going into my trial with LA Page. Lauren (owner and MUA who did my makeup for my wedding) immediately made me feel comfortable. She has such a great vibe that puts everyone around her at ease. She is so down to earth and welcomes to you to "come as you are". I knew I was going to book her and she hadn't even applied any makeup yet, hah! Thankfully, her makeup skills are also top notch!! More importantly, she is very approachable and open to feedback! I am someone who gets very nervous to speak up if I want to tweak something, but Lauren made me feel so comfortable. It allowed the experience to feel collaborative which was awesome! She applied my makeup in a way where I still "looked like myself" but with some elevation! I felt and looked stunning! Additionally, the other MUA she brought with her also did an amazing job. Every single person of my eight person bridal party LOVED their makeup. We had multiple skin tones and personal styles yet LA Page knocked it out of the park with each of us. Everyone felt comfortable and looked gorgeous!!! Can't recommend enough!

Lauren and LA Page are THE BEST hair and makeup team! I used them for my wedding a couple of months ago and my bridal party and I could not be happier. I don't wear a lot of makeup, so I was not really sure what I wanted. I ended up doing two trials with Lauren to figure out the exact look I wanted, and on the second trial she nailed it and it ended up even better on my wedding day!! Tegan did my hair, which I am still obsessed with every time I look at photos. They truly made me feel beautiful, but comfortable and like myself at the same time which is just what I wanted.
My bridal party, mother and mother-in-law also all got their hair and makeup done by Lauren and her team. Everyone's hair and makeup could not have turned out better! And the team was so friendly and warm, which is important since you end up spending a lot of time with your hair and makeup people! My mom and mother-in-law are both like me and rarely wear makeup, and they were both so pleased with how their makeup turned out.
Lauren was also so on top of things throughout the planning process, which made my life so much easier and less stressful! She helped me figure out the ideal timeline for getting ready, made sure all the details were confirmed, and updated details multiple times to accommodate changes in my bridal party and getting ready locations. It makes a huge difference having vendors like Lauren who you can trust 100% for your wedding! I highly recommend LA Page!

Best Hair and Make Up Vendor in CT!
I was so happy to have Lauren. not only do my own make up on my wedding day, but most of my bridesmaids as well. Lauren is the best of the best when it comes to running a business AND providing stellar makeup services.
During my trial we talked about what I was looking for make up wise and made adjustments based on what looked best on me. I really respected her opinion as she knows what works on a person’s face based on their coloring, style and comfortability. I ended up going with an even softer look on my wedding day to match my bridesmaids and I’m so glad we could make that last minute decision because it worked out flawlessly.
Between Lauren doing the make up and Jessica doing the hair, everyone involved looked stunning and both lasted all night long, which is no easy feat! I loved the little to-go supplies they provided me after they left because it definitely needed it for the occasional touch up.
Overall, if you’re getting married in Connecticut, I highly recommend hiring LA Page Makeup to do the job. They were so easy to work with and communicative from start to finish!

Met and exceeded my expectations - they were super easy to work with and did a fantastic job! My bridal hair/makeup looked incredible and lasted all night.
My hair and makeup artist, Tegan, was awesome about listening to my feedback after the trial and incorporating my ideas. I have this issue where I just hate foundation, and I don't feel it sits well on my skin, but Teegan did a lot of extra research to improve my skin texture so she only had to use a minimal amount. She really went above and beyond. Her instincts around coloring for eyes and lips were spot on. She even did my hair twice on the big day to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. It was super easy and comfortable working with her, and I felt stunning all night and got tons of compliments.
Lauren, the owner of LA Page, will send you all these amazing emails prior to your appointment about what to expect, how to make your experience run smoothly, how to prepare, and even personal writing from her blog about herself and how she got into the beauty industry. These were all so interesting and helpful! She also rescheduled my makeup trial when I had a conflict come up at the last minute, which I felt terrible about - but it was no problem, they just accommodated my needs in a super straightforward way. LA Page Makeup did a fantastic job taking care of me and my bridal party on our wedding day. Lauren (the owner) runs a great ship and is always on top of everything. My hair & makeup trial went great and she helped me feel confident that the few adjustments I wanted would be made for the big day.
Even when my hairstylist Alica (who was awesome!) came down with Covid the day before the wedding, Lauren quickly found a solution and had another stylist ready to step in. Corey (the new hairstylist who was awesome too!) was quickly brought up to speed by Lauren. An unforeseen circumstance like this should have derailed everything but this speaks to Lauren and her team. She only trusts the best girls to work for her and when problems arise she offers solutions not drama. Other Hair & Makeup studios wouldn't have handle an obstacle like this so well. You really can trust LA Page which is so important now a days.
Our makeup artist Christine did an awesome job giving me the natural look I wanted and taking care of all the bridesmaids. She listened to the adjustments I wanted and made us all feel comfortable in our own skin. Her and Corey took care of all 6 of us in a matter of 4 hours, it was really impressive!

Myself, my bridesmaids, and my mother-in-law had our makeup done by Johanna for my wedding, and she was just phenomenal. Attentive to our likes and tastes and gave us all absolutely beautiful and flawless makeup that stayed on all night -- even after lots and lots of happy tears!

Awesome Makeup Artist!
Lauren is a wonderful makeup artist! For my wedding, myself, my sister, friend, and mom all got our makeup done. Each of us have varying levels of comfort ability with makeup. For example, I am used to wearing heavier foundation, fake lashes, and bright lipstick whereas my friend has never worn makeup except maybe on a couple of occasions many years ago. Lauren was excellent in giving me the exact look I wanted, was able to make it look very similar to the way I do it but with airbrush and lighter application! I absolutely LOVED my makeup and it lasted the whole day. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful and while Lauren is a fantastic artist, she also has a great personality, is a very good communicator, and is very professional. She got up at about 3am to get to my house at 4:45am and started makeup at 5:00am. She even finished all of our makeup about 30 minutes early without compromising any looks which was so important as our photographer came at 8am for getting ready photos. This allowed for us to stay on schedule and get a lot of important photos in. I highly recommend Lauren!!

Lauren and her team of hair / MUA are top notch! As if it isn’t enough that Lauren herself is wonderful to chat with and be around, just a beautiful soul - her makeup skills are fire. I had two trials and Lauren took the time to consider my feedback and work to achieve the look I wanted. When it comes to makeup it is hard to trust someone else; but, I am so glad I decided to book for this special day and Lauren (& her team) truly were the perfect choice. When I say my makeup did not budge at all - I even forgot to stop to do a touch up and my bridal portraits are flawless! I’m obsessed. Not one photo looks overdone, or a mess. All my girls look beautiful. The hair ladies! Lauren has some talented ladies working hair magic. Lauren and her team KILLED it. I hired Lauren to do makeup and hair for me, my bridesmaids, and my mom and MIL. There was a total of 13 people! Lauren didn’t flinch. She rounded up her team, told me exactly what she needed to have a successful day and everything went so smoothly! Not only that, but the makeup and hair were FLAWLESS. I got married on a HOT August day and most, if not all, of the girls wanted their hair pulled back. Each stylist was able to meet everyone’s demands AND the makeup was better than I could’ve imagined. I didn’t get to meet the rest of the team at my trial, so there was a bit of uncertainty. Lauren did such an amazing job at the trial, I had no option but to trust the rest of her team as well - and they did not disappoint!
Lauren was also able to pivot for me, the bride, as I LOVED my makeup at the trial but decided to switch up the look just a tad by making it bolder. Again, I told lauren I trusted her and she exceeded my expectations.
Thank you so much Lauren! Not only did I feel beautiful on my special day, but my entire bridal party did too! It was so important for me to have them feel beautiful and confident and you and your team helped make that happen!

Patty and Christine did a fabulous job making me and my wedding party look like movie stars! I am really bad with hair but Patty was somehow able to read my thoughts and translate them into the perfect wedding hair! Furthermore, she was able to make all the bridesmaids hair different but with the same fairy garden, whimsical vibe without me even asking. Every girl had a braid incorporated into her hair style which were all different and unique to each girl. Christine made us all feel so incredibly beautiful with makeup that made our facial features shine and added to our natural beauty. I didn’t even feel like I was wearing makeup because everything was so light and airy. We got SO many complaints and all felt like royalty. 5 out of 5 stars!!! Lauren and Tegan deserve a huge shoutout! I was so excited to finally meet them both at the hair and makeup trial this fall after having postponed our October 2020 wedding to December 2021. They both listened to what I wanted for my special day and it was executed perfectly! I cannot say enough about how beautiful I felt on my wedding day. My hair was perfect until 2 AM and let us not forget about my makeup that lasted through all of my happy tears throughout day and even looked great the next day after being too exhausted to wash it off before bed! I had so many complements at the end of the night on how it still looked flawless! And the lashes - ladies, if you’re skeptical of lashes, don’t be. They completed the look and you won’t even notice that they are there! I highly recommend LA Page Makeup and hope I can use these ladies again for something in the future!

So thankful for LA Page!
If you’re debating on whether or not to go with LA Page for hair and makeup for your wedding, book them now! Lauren saved me at the last minute after not 1, but 2, bad makeup trials with different vendors. I reached out to Lauren 2 weeks before my wedding hoping she had a makeup artist available. She responded quickly and was able to get one of her talented makeup artists (Johanna) to do makeup for my mother and I. She was even able to get me in for a trial before my wedding. Lauren is very professional and makes sure that you will get what you want. After my trial she reached out to see if there’s anything I would change. She then relayed any changes to the makeup artist. It is clear that Lauren vets the people she has working for her. Johanna was very professional and clearly knew what she was doing. I was amazed when my makeup still looked flawless at the end of the night (it was over 90 degrees on my wedding day and we were outside most of the day). I wish I booked with LA Page from the beginning!

Lauren and Tegan of LA Page Makeup were incredible to not only work with, but to get to know as people. Hitting it off with them at my trial made getting ready for my wedding day feel like hanging out with two friends. Their talent for what they do is beyond amazing. Lauren was phenomenal! All of the ladies who had makeup done LOVED her work! She even inspired my grandmother -who is a no muss, no fuss kind of woman - to get her makeup done for my big day! She really listened to everyone’s likes and dislikes and gave them all exactly what they were looking for. Lauren also works wonders on mature skin, which was huge for our group as the majority of ladies receiving services fell within that category. Throughout the booking process and leading up to the day of, I had so many questions—along with a few time changes due to miscommunication with another vendor—but Lauren was so patient, accommodating and sweet about it all! I cannot recommend Lauren & her team enough! I would 120% use them again for any event I need makeup or hair done, which says a lot for me! And will shout their praises to anyone who will listen. I could tell from my first emails and my makeup trial that Lauren had exactly the vibe I wanted around me on my wedding day - calm, but upbeat and cheerful and that's exactly what she and Tegan delivered. I could see myself being friends with them both! Lauren & Tegan did hair and makeup for myself plus 4 bridesmaids, MOB (who looked 10 years younger), and flower girl and we all loved our final looks! They created and kept the schedule for us the morning of and I felt so at ease knowing they were taking care of us (I'm definitely a control freak and obsessive at times so it's hard for me to trust others the way I trusted Lauren). Lauren was so easy to talk to when I wanted to make a few changes after my trial, and Tegan was able to read my mind when there was something not quite right after my hair trial that I couldn't quite put my finger on. I am still in love with how I looked and felt on my wedding day (a month and a half later), thanks to them both! Also - curly hair girls who want to work with their natural curls - Tegan did a BEAUTIFUL job with one of my bridesmaids natural ringlets, who didn't want heat. Lauren and her team were a dream! On my wedding day, Vanessa (hair) and Danielle (makeup) showed up on time and even brought me a bottle of champagne! They setup right away, but gave us ladies time to convene and decide what order we were going in, etc. I felt INCREDIBLY comfortable with them there in my close-knit group of bridesmaids, which was extremely important to me. They worked efficiently, but we never felt rushed. I was close to a minor freak out when I had to sit down for hair (I wanted to keep working on silly details), so Vanessa gave me time. Once I did sit down, I realized I needed the break and Vanessa was there to make me feel comfy and relaxed! Danielle felt like an old friend from day one and made everyone feel like a queen when sitting in her chair. She absolutely crushes the eyelash game like no other!
Prior, to the wedding, the trial was amazing. Lauren, Danielle, and Vanessa were welcoming and offered tips and suggestions when I asked, which was super helpful, but def not overbearing. They also made sure I knew they would not feel bad if I wanted to change anything!!!

Lauren is WONDERFUL!!! From my trial to the wedding, I felt like Lauren really got me and genuinely cared about me, my bridesmaids, and my day. She is so down to earth, kind, caring, and just plain wonderful!!! When she was doing my bridesmaids makeup before the wedding I could hear her talking with them about their lives and you could tell she genuinely cared to get to know them. She is just SUCH a good person. And besides being a great person, her work is excellent! Flawless. It was a hot June wedding and my face at 11 am looked the same as it did at midnight!!! We postponed our larger wedding until 2022 in Maine because of COVID, but decided to have a small ceremony on our original date in CT, so I was scrambling to find someone local to do my makeup and hair last minute. Lauren did my makeup for our wedding May 21. Everyone was raving about our makeup! It was so beautiful, natural, and it lasted literally the entire night. Lauren even gave me a touch up kit to use for the rest of the night, but I barely touched it because I didn’t need to! Honestly, I was lazy at the end of the night so most of it was still there the next morning. Lauren and her team were wonderful. I could not have been happier with the attention to detail that went into their services. I left my trial feeling as though I had gained a friend - Lauren is so easy to talk to and so fun! I am so happy I contacted Lauren! She was such a pleasure to work with. Any question I had, Lauren was always super responsive, informative and supportive. When our wedding plans changed due to COVID, Lauren let me know how makeup would work and was willing to provide makeup services while abiding by current guidelines. Day of Vanessa was my makeup artist. She was such a rockstar! I wasn’t able to have a trial before the wedding, so I showed Vanessa a few pictures of my vision and my look was perfect! I highly recommend Lauren and her team at LA Page! A must for your wedding day!
I was given Lauren's contact information from Creative Concepts by Lisa when I had to completely change my wedding due to COVID-19. Lauren's quick and informative response was so desperately needed and it didn't take long for me to decide that this was the way to go. Her willingness to speak to me personally as I went through wedding planning during a pandemic was so nice. She made me feel cared for and I knew I was in good hands with her and her team.
Because of restrictions (both COVID and time), I opted out of a trial because I believed they would still make me feel beautiful on my day.
Vanessa was my make-up artist and Tegan was my hair stylist. Lauren was so understanding and relayed the message to her team when I had to change locations at the last minute due to power outages caused by Hurricane/Tropical Storm Isaisis. We had such an amazing day, Vanessa and Tegan adhered to all the COVID safety rules while still making the process feel as normal as possible. They listened and delivered to my wants and my families as well. We all felt beautiful and pampered on my wedding day! I highly recommend LA Page for any hair and make-up needs!

Lauren and Tegan were a dream to work with! I had a tough time finding a hair and makeup person and had a bad trial before covid started and had reached out to Lauren. My trial was cancelled multiple times due to covid but Lauren continued to follow up with me and keep me in the loop on what the current beauty restrictions were at what phases. I had a hair trial a week before the wedding with Tegan and was able to talk to Lauren at that trial about my makeup and I knew I was in good hands. The day of the wedding went flawlessly and they made me look and feel so beautiful! I can't say enough good things about their work and their professionalism (even during the crazy restrictions of covid). I was hesitant to reach out to La Page at first since their pricing is on the higher side but let me tell you, they are worth every penny and makes your make-up/hair search simple! I am so sad they are not available for my bigger celebration/ceremony next year.

Lauren is an amazing human to work with & an incredible MUA. My trial with LA Page was my third makeup trial (I don't wear a lot of makeup, so I thought this hunt would be easy!), and I knew immediately that Lauren was the person that I wanted to work with on our wedding day. The makeup for the trial was beautiful and the experience was easy and comfortable. The airbrush was blended so well, and my eyes (those eyelashes!!) were perfect (this was the most important for me).
Fast forward to 2020 & I've had to deal with all of the delays & drama that COVID has caused for 2020 brides. It has been exhausting and heart breaking at times, but Lauren's willingness to be flexible with us on dates & services has been a breath of fresh air. She prepared me in advance for all of the COVID safety measures we would have to deal with on the day of, and offered to coach me in advance on the steps that I would have to complete myself. On the day of our wedding this year (the small, delayed one :) haha) Lauren showed up with her full sanitation & safety kit (and her makeup of course) and made me feel as comfortable as possible while wearing a mask on my wedding day during makeup application. We are all going through something unique together, and Lauren is taking care of her brides.
I was also incredible fortunate to work with Alicia (through LA Page) for my wedding hair services. Alicia was incredible from the point of first meeting (my hair was a mess) through the wedding day. As I did not have a regular hair dresser I was seeing prior to contracting with LA Page, I used Alicia for all of my pre-wedding hair cut & coloring. She is an amazing stylist and helped to ensure that my hair looked just like I imagined (including helping me find beautiful, matching extensions since I have very fine and thin hair).
My fiance & I ultimately chose to have a small wedding ceremony & reception this year, but will also be following up with a large reception next year. We can't wait to work with Lauren & Alicia again!!

I felt like a princess on the best day of my life!!!
I had the honor of getting my makeup done by Lauren for a boudoir photoshoot, and for my wedding! She did an amazing job at enhancing my features, rather than covering them up. I am so grateful to her for helping me to feel confident and beautiful on my big day!
Her experience was also beyond helpful when coordinating everything the morning of with the photographer and our first look. I had a big wedding party, 8 bridesmaids plus my mom and niece getting hair and make up done. Lauren had a crew of fantastic women to get all of our hair and make up done in a timely manner, but in a way that did not feel rushed!
At one point while I was getting my hair done I looked around the room and couldn't help but smile when I saw my friends chatting with ther hair/make up stylist and having fun. It felt so good that we could all relax and enjoy the morning!

Lauren was so amazing! She did my makeup for my wedding day. We did an elopement at the Hartford City Hall and makeup was the last thing I booked, so there was no time for a trial run. And she was super kind about it and totally worked with me, which was such a relief! I had an idea of what I thought might be a good makeup look and she used that, her artistic talents, and ran with it. And the outcome was more than I could’ve ever imagined - I loved it so much! I also had never used the individual lashes and had only used strip lashes which I wasn’t a fan of - but the individual lashes were such a great call that Lauren made! I highly recommend Lauren - her kindness, ability to work with my last minute/indecisive thoughts on what I wanted for my makeup, and overall amazing talent and energy, made my wedding day even more special!

Lauren was very professional and easy to work with from the beginning. She was able to move up my makeup trial time to earlier in the day to accommodate my last minute change in schedule. Very professional and reasonably priced compared to other makeup sites I had researched.
Virginia who did the makeup for me and my bridesmaids was exceptional! She did airbrush as well as false lashes and was very flexible with my last minute changes. You could tell she had a lot of experience and was very talented.
I would certainly recommend LAPage Makeup to anyone else getting married or for a special event!
She even gave me a touch up lip kit as well as cookies which was very much appreciated!

Lauren came highly recommended to me by my Day of Coordinator and as soon as I met her, I knew why! She is such a joy to work with and it is very clear how much she loves her work and her clients. I never wear makeup in my day-to-day life, so I was nervous about it being too much on the day of, but during my trial she put me at ease and as soon as I saw the finished product, I could hardly believe it! We had a few scheduling snafus/location changes prior to my wedding day, and Lauren took everything in stride and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect for me and my bridal party. Lauren was great! I was a model for a styled wedding photoshoot and it was my first time working with Lauren. She was very attentive to my skin-type and any sensitivities or allergies, which is a level of detail I have never had from a make-up artist before. Lauren was fantastic for my makeup trial! I had a hard time finding someone who would do one for me since I have a destination wedding and they wouldn’t be the one doing the makeup the day of. Lauren has no issues with this and welcomed me into her beautiful home studio.
She listened to what I wanted, and even changed the lip color when I felt it didn’t suit me.
She has the most fantastic assistant in the form of her adorable dog. She normally will put her away if her clients do not appreciate dogs, but I insisted she stay and she sat on my lap the entire time! I will definitely use Lauren’s services again should the need arise.

She was totally accommodating throughout the whole process of planning my wedding, and she did little things, like be interactive with my other vendors, (photographer and hairstylist), which made my life a LOT easier. My daily makeup routine consists of under eye concealer and nothing else, so the idea of having my makeup professionally done was a little intimidating, but definitely necessary, for my engagement and wedding photos. Lauren was incredibly easy to work with before, during, and after my appointments. She was very responsive to my texts and emails and helped me figure out a wedding day timeline for getting ready and was even able to bump up the appointment time last minute. I asked her to change my entire wedding look on the day of the wedding and she did so without hesitation. I am in awe with how the makeup turned out and with how it felt - it never felt or looked caked on and it stayed put for the entire day! The lashes were absolutely amazing. Reliable, professional, responsive, and quality makeup & hair vendor
I thought the search hair & makeup vendors was a little difficult since I didn't know anyone personally and of course you want someone you can trust that is going to make you look and feel your best! I came across Lauren (LA Page), and she was so responsive to all my questions (thank you for dealing with all my emails!) The quick response time, professionalism, and flexibility was a huge help since I was out of state, and wedding planning can be a little overwhelming! I did my trial for my engagement shoot which was nice because you can see how it photographs well, and she asks what, if anything, you want to change for the wedding day. She did a wonderful job! I also want to thank her partner, Alicia, for the hair services! She was so sweet and accommodating and helped put me at ease the morning of the wedding. I hadn't slept at all the night before wedding.. and their calm demeanor, flexibility, and ability to make me still look good despite my dark eyes was impressive..haha. Thank you Lauren and Alicia for a great experience!

Unprofessional
Lauren did not take constructive feedback well at my trial nor on my wedding day. For example, one of my bridesmaids (who is very sweet and easy going) expressed that her eyeliner was too harsh. Lauren told her “well this is what you asked for.” My entire bridal party felt uncomfortable and every single person was dissatisfied with the quality of makeup. If you are looking for a “no makeup look” you may be happy with the quality. Otherwise, the makeup application is subpar (for example, no transition shades with eyeshadow, messy eyeliner and eyebrow makeup). It’s disappointing that I had to also experience poor customer service on my wedding day and felt obligated to warn others.
