We Couldn't Have Asked for a More Perfect Wedding or Planning Experience!

There will never be enough words to explain how amazing La Galleria is and how grateful we are to the Event Director – Cherie, and the entire La Galleria team! Planning (and replanning) a wedding during covid wasn’t easy! But we still feel that even with having to plan and replan so many times, our experience with La Galleria throughout May 2019 – April 2022 was so much easier than any planning experience we could have had with any other venue, even in non-covid times.

La Galleria communicates via both phone and emails. We found some of our vendors ONLY communicated via phone and this made things very difficult when you just have a quick question. Due to covid, our planning took place over three long years, and Cherie just seemed to always telepathically know all the right times to check in. She was never, EVER overbearing (as we found some vendors to be), and she was so incredibly responsive.

Regarding set-up, take down and even adding decorations – La Galleria had it covered! They had various centerpiece options available (including lanterns and table numbers). After planning and un-planning so many times, I couldn’t be bothered to keep looking for centerpieces. We used La Galleria’s options and LOVED how it turned out. The venue itself is so beautiful and has so much character that the lanterns and table numbers alone were perfect without overpowering the beauty of the venue. We brought place cards and a few extra touches to be placed directly on the table, along with other items (cardbox, seating chart, etc.). I just dropped everything off the day before and the staff arranged ALL of it! They even distributed all the place cards according to an order list that we just dropped off. It took so much stress out of the day. They also packed everything up for us after the wedding. They did it so quickly, I didn’t even notice it happened! I literally didn’t lift a finger. We looked at a few venues where we would have been responsible to pack everything up (and set up) ourselves and I am so grateful that was not the case at La Galleria!!

As for the food - my Maid of Honour, after having been to 5 more weddings since ours took place in early spring, has voted our wedding at La Galleria to have had the best food of the wedding season. She also volunteered that information; I didn’t even ask her anything about the wedding to prompt that!

The “strawberries stuffed with goat cheese” were one of the best things I’ve ever had in my life. When adding them to the menu, it seemed like such a simple app, but it was so much more complex in flavor than I could have ever expected! DO NOT SKIP THESE!

When we first started planning, I wasn’t sold on the idea of dual plated entrees, but I am SO GLAD we went with this option! I normally would always choose beef over chicken, as would most of my friends, but the “chicken breast stuffed with brie and cranberries” was amazing and I loved that our friends and family who normally opt for beef got the chance to experience that chicken! I DEFINITELY recommend this option (and make sure to do the sour cream/cheddar mashed potatoes)!

Everything about La Galleria was amazing, but the best part was that from the start of planning until the end, every interaction with anyone at La Galleria felt like chatting/hanging out with friends and family. And the care and effort that the entire staff put into our day was so evident and so above and beyond anything we could ever have expected.

Perfect day

We booked La Galleria for our original wedding date before COVID. When COVID hit they kindly rescheduled our same wedding date for the following year. Cherie was wonderful and kept in close touch during the whole planning process! She was incredibly helpful lending ideas and guiding us through the whole process. The venue was beautiful and our guests had many complements about the food! Even though it rained on our wedding day we were still able to have the perfect ceremony with beautiful photos. Would highly recommend!

Great Venue!

We loved having our wedding at La Galleria! We went with the buffet style for dinner which was so good (highly recommend the mashed potatoes)! They were very good with emailing me back very timely on the millions of questions I had. My family has an onion allergy so they were very good about accommodating that (by having none at all). The venue is gorgeous and was the perfect size and price for the kind of wedding we wanted. Wishing we could go back in time and do it all again...

The best of the best

Let me start by saying we are a Covid couple. Our wedding was originally planed for 4/4/2020. We all know that didn't happen. During the most frustrating and difficult time Cherie was there for us. She would email just to check in and see how we where doing. We eventually had a small wedding at La Galleria on 8/17/20 and it was the perfect night. Every detail we wanted was executed perfectly and we got to enjoy our day. We could not have ask for a more supportive and helpful staff every step of the way. These people care for you as a couple, crying with you when you are the most frustrated that everything you planed for over a year fell apart to celebrating with you on the best day of your life, they will be there.

From the moment my daughter walked in to LaGalleria she knew she wanted to have her reception there. We were so pleased with EVERYTHING ! Julie was great to work with - always ready to meet with us, answer questions and return phone calls. The food is still being talked about, and the set-up by the staff was fabulous ! I got there early to make sure everything was "perfect" and didn't have to touch a thing !! The service was outstanding throughout the evening, and as mother of the bride, I had nothing to worry about except having a good time (and that I did). Thank you so much to EVERYONE at LaGalleria - it was amazing :)

Excellent Venue

I have no regrets in choosing La Galleria for our wedding venue! They were friendly, accommodating, and answered our questions during the whole process. If you like the rustic and elegant look, this is the place for you-it’s gorgeous. It’s also the most affordable wedding venue I found (I looked at about five other places). Oh and the food was really good too!
All in all I highly recommend!

I reside in Atlanta, GA and planned my wedding back home with family and friends. Cherie worked with me over email, skype and phone for months to ensure my wedding was everything we dreamed off!! The location is beautiful and elegant and the pictures don't do this beautiful place justice. Our ceremony took place at the gazebo and the reception followed. Cherie and ALL of her staff were professional and superb. She coordinated all the events for me and everything went perfect!! I am so grateful for La Galleria and the staff who made my wedding a dream come true!! They set up everything and took care of everything and I was able to enjoy the entire day. The location is stunning and the price was so affordable, many attendees said it was the best wedding they had ever been too and I know that is due to La Galleria Banquets!! I HIGHLY recommend!!

The place was gorgeous, food was fantastic and everyone had a great time. I had my rehearsal and ceremony there as well and it was beautiful. I received a ton of compliments from my guests about La Galleria.

The planners, Julie and Cherie, are awesome! They answered all my questions through email and phone calls promptly, got me within my budget and made my wedding reception a success. I did not have to worry about anything the day of my wedding, Julie and Cherie took care of everything. It went perfectly and I was able to enjoy myself!

I would absolutely recommend anyone having their wedding at La Galleria. Definitely check out this venue if you are getting married. It's worth it!

La Galleria might be your place!!

La Galleria was spectacular!! From the very beginning Jill and Cherie were attentive, encouraging, helpful, accommodating and just lovely. They are always improving their site. And when the a/c went out in our room two weeks before our wedding Cherie responded by upgrading us to the bigger room to make sure our June 2019 wedding was perfect. Cherie was our consultant through most of the over a year process and not only were my husband and I very happy with the process, but all of our guests commented on how wonderful all of the staff were on the day of. They never hounded us for money and were always super responsive to emailed questions. I cannot suggest this venue more! Seriously if you like the rustic look and the ability to have your ceremony outdoors (weather permitted) and reception indoors, then go in and meet them. You will not regret it!

Dream wedding

La Galleria was THE best decision we made for our wedding day. Cherie and her team were absolutely amazing at every turn from the second we booked to the last minute of our wedding day. The food was absolutely incredible, we received multiple comments even days after the wedding about it. If you need the perfect team for your wedding day book with La Galleria you won’t regret it!!!!

We loved this place

We just had our daughters wedding here , the food and service was excellent! We got so many good compliments from our guests who were very impressed with the place. Cherie is such a pleasure to deal with, super efficient and knowledgeable!

Perfection

We choose La Galleria for our ceremony and reception. Everything was close to perfection. Cherie coordinated the entire day for us and made it go smoothly. Our day was truly better than I ever imagined it could be. We got married in front of the rustic barn doors and I promise it’s worth the extra money! It’s absolutely beautiful in the summer time. We didn’t even buy decor because they provide beautiful greenery and decor on the tables. It’s a perfect venue! We had 140 guests and everyone fit comfortably. After our wedding we got so many compliments on how beautiful our day was. Plus you get a bridal suite 2 hours prior to your ceremony!

We fell in love with La Galleria the second we walked in and they exceeded every expectation. We felt they were fairly priced when comparing the venue with others we visited, and the team there was so easy to work with. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and they made themselves available to meet multiple times to look at venue and go over our plan. They made it so comfortable and stress-free for us. The day went of exactly how we imagined. The staff was friendly, the venue was perfectly decorated, they worked well with our vendors, and the food was incredible! I couldn't think of a complaint if I had to.

Our experience at La Galleria was (simply put) beyond our wildest expectations.

La Galleria's wonderful planning staff (Cherie, Ardwin, and Julie) eased the numerous stresses we experienced throughout our entire wedding reception planning process from the first day we stopped there to the day of (and days after) our event on September 20th.

At no time during our reception did we feel anxious or worried; there was constantly a staff presence just within reach to immediately assist with any concerns we had during the day of our event.

The food was amazing, the bar service was quick, and the general ambiance of the venue was one that was exactly what we wanted: elegantly simple, yet brilliantly spectacular. La Galleria went out of their way to make sure everything was customized for us - the placement of our custom centerpieces, the charming and pleasant attitude from all of the servers, and the individual plating and presentation of our Paula's donut hole selection - they truly took the extra step to make sure everything was absolutely wonderful while our guests danced the night away.

The general feedback from our family and friends after our reception was that it was one of the best ones they had attended, and that made us feel fantastic about our choice.

We find ourselves constantly so thankful for everything Cherie, Ardwin, Julie, and the rest of the La Galleria staff were able to do for us on our special day. We would urge you to contact La Galleria to see how they can make your day feel just as special as ours did!

Cherie and Julie were amazing! They were so helpful and accommodating to any and every request we made! They give you plenty of time to set everything up both the day of and day before. And they're right there during the ceremony to help organize and instruct the bridal party with the processional. As far as the food goes, that was incredible! We were very impressed with how tasty everything was and had a ton of guests compliment the food. The service was great as well. We asked that they be mindful of not taking people's food and drinks away too quickly and they did not disappoint! Everyone was raving about the great service. Lastly, the room of course is beautiful with the wooden dance floor and brick arches. And the bar was just redone this summer! Very very happy with this place as our ceremony and reception venue :)

Covid wedding

My husband and I are so glad we decided to have our wedding even with our current circumstances we got married with just our closest family and friends and plan on having a reception here also in 2021 if we’re able! We had our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception at LaGalleria on August 1, 2014. Overall rating: TEN on a scale of five!!! Cherie was wonderful throughout the entire process. She was professional and accommodating at all times. As the date got closer (and our daughter's anxiety level increased), Cherie was a calming influence and made us feel as though our event was the most important thing on her calendar. She worked with us to help us reach the minimum amount that we had agreed to for the room that we chose (we ended up with fewer guests than we had originally anticipated, so our numbers were a little off from our original projections). Cherie handled this with us seamlessly, and our party was even better than we could have imagined.
For the rehearsal and the wedding, Cherie had to be out of town, so she handed things over to her assistant, Julie. Julie was especially wonderful with our three year-old granddaughter, who as the flower girl, had a mind of her own about how things should proceed. About 15 minutes before the ceremony, Julie went up to the bride's room to see if everyone was ready. Our daughter asked if the judge had arrived yet (he actually got there with about 5 minutes to spare). Julie took a deep breath, placed her hand comfortingly on our daughter's arm, and calmly said, "No...but I have a few people I can call who can be here on a moment's notice. Can I get you a glass of wine?" It is not an exaggeration to say that both Cherie and Julie made us feel like close friends rather than customers.
Everything worked out perfectly. The food was among the best we have ever had in any banquet/restaurant venue. The staff was accommodating, hard-working, efficient, and unobtrusive, allowing us to feel like guests at our own party. We have run out of children to marry off - but we highly recommend LaGalleria to anyone considering a venue for a party for a special occasion.

We got married and had our reception at La Galleria in the beginning of August of this year (2011) and it was the best experience! The food was amazing, the people are incredibly friendly and seem to love what they're doing. They help you plan, and walk you through all the steps of planning the reception and ceremony. They are really flexible and allow you to meet with them in the evenings and definitely worked around our work schedules. The reception hall was really pretty, and the gazebo where we had our ceremony had potted plants/flowers and was really well maintained! I highly recommend La Galleria - it was one of the less costly reception halls we looked at, but had by far the nicest staff and had more to offer than everywhere else!

Everything with La Galleria went easy and smooth, even though we had to plan from out of town my husband and I never really had to worry. They made sure all the decoration was set up just the way we wanted it. We always felt like we were the only couple there and they are just there for us. The service there was great and the food was amazing! We wouldnt have wanted it any other way! The gazebos are so beautiful and made our day picture perfect!
So if you are looking for a beautiful, unique venue for your wedding (or any other event) with great service, search no longer and choose La Galleria!

A dream come true!

Our wedding was December 21st 2019, and it was absolutely wonderful! We looked at a couple different venues around Buffalo, but La Galleria stole our hearts the minute we walked in. From the warm welcome from the owner Cherie, to the stunning inside - we instantly fell in love with La Galleria. We wanted a Christmas themed wedding and we definitely got what we wanted. Cherie was very accommodating to us and our requests throughout the entire planning process. La galleria provided us with some decor, they gave outstanding service day of, and everything went so smooth. Our guests talked about how great the food was, and how nice and responsive the bartenders and servers were. Our wedding is still being talked about even a month later. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. We could not have had a more perfect wedding day at La Galleria.

We loved our wedding at La Galleria! The food is outstanding! The ceremony outside was gorgeous and they went above and beyond! The venue was the least stressful part of the wedding planning. Cherie and Julie are very helpful, they have great ideas and they are very flexible. The value of this place is great too! I loved how comfortable they made me feel. My guests are still talking about how great the wedding was!

The LaGalleria Restaurant anticipated every need of my daughters wedding and reception and we have had rave reviews from every guest....complementing even the cheese that was served at the cocktail hour. My daughter was married by our Pastor outdoors in the gazebo/patio area and the guests were very pleased that they did not have to redeem time for 3 hours between the wedding and reception. The food is exceptional and everything is homemade....more rave reviews about the family style dinner, especially the pork chops. The LaGalleria is the best value without compromising quallity. They include a premium bar, champagne toast, coffee bar and delicious assorted deserts at the end of the evening and do not "nickle and dime" you for every service. They even include a wishing well on your gift table for your envelopes.

My wife and I had our ceremony and reception here on August 31, 2013. We both are EXTREMELY pleased with how the event and the entire process went; we can’t say enough great things about Cherie and her husband Ardwin, the facility and their staff!! My wife and I looked at several places; including this one; I believe it was 6 places. Some things we looked at to help us make a decision were (in no specific order) 1) staff / contact person (because you will be in constant contact with them) 2) how did the place look and the layout 3) price 4) food 5) how did we both feel while we were in the place. La Galleria was our first visit and we could have just stopped there… From the moment we seen the place and after we started talking to Cherie we knew this was the place. We reserved with Cherie the next day.
Cherie took care of all the details (she even brought me my favorite drink after our first dance)! The place was beautiful! Just writing this review all we can do is smile. From the day we first meet till after the actual wedding day Cherie treated us like we were friends of the family. Another impressive thing they did during the process was Cherie personally answered all our questions along the way; both day and night.. We had a lot of questions and she answered them all. Planning the wedding was stressful; Cherie made it as stress free as possible. Any time we wanted to meet, call or email to go over the menu, the events for the big day, or even if we needed to find an officiant she helped us out. She has great recommendations. She even allowed us to practice our first dance on the dance floor before the wedding. The food was amazing and plentiful!!! Our guests are still talking about the great food! We both cannot speak any more highly of this place and the owners Cherie and Ardwin. Most of our friends and family members are not talking weddings yet, but when they do you better believe we will recommend La Galleria!

Can NOT Rave MORE about this Banquet Hall!!! We have used this facility to 'marry off' 3 of our daughters and are considering celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary there next year! The owners are FABULOUS Professional and understanding when plans 'change' My daughter (the baby mind you) was treated wonderfully as she and her fiancé visited the sight of their Reception more than once!
The rooms are bright, inviting, updated and the food is delicious/plenteous! Had a GREAT time and the prices are very affordable & as agreed upon! We insist on using La Galleria for our MOST IMPORTANT family events and look forward to planning our Next Celebration!

My husband and I got married on September 13th 2014 and had our reception at La Galleria. We knew the minute we met Cherie and Ardwin this was the place we were going to celebrate our wedding!

We looked at numerous places and La Galleria was hands down the best first impression! They went above and beyond for us throughout the entire wedding planning process. Cherie always returned my phone calls and emails promptly... answered all of our questions and provided everything we wanted to make our day special and unique. Each meeting was personable and they took their time with us.

Our friends and family are still raving about the food and how they offered a family style as a menu choice. The food was so delicious and the wait staff was flawless.

We are so incredibly thankful for Cherie, Ardwin and the entire La Galleria staff for all their support and advice that made our special day unforgettable!

We are recommending La Galleria to everyone for their wedding and/or special event.

La Galleria was very accommodating and flexible during the planning and day of our wedding. Our coordinator, Cherie, responded to all of our needs in a timely fashion. She made the process so easy for us. The food is fantastic, our guests are still raving about the luncheon! Our ceremony was held at their gazebo, which was beautiful as well as perfect for our wedding photos! I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Cherie is outstanding!

Setting up our wedding with LaGalleria was so easy. Cherie was open to our ideas and was willing to work with us on every little detail. She of course had some great ideas of her own. The results were a wonderful, classy wedding that our friends are still talking about.
Everything was well thought out. The venue was amazing, the tables perfect and the food was great! Thank You Cherie and Staff.

Amazing venue!

Just had our wedding here about 2 weeks ago, IT WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!

The ladies know what they're doing, are super accommodating, answer emails and phone calls promptly and are great at making sure your day is as magical as you want it to be!

We had the most perfect day, we honestly couldn't have asked for any better! They were great at making sure the day/night went in a timely manner and made the whole night so smooth!

My husband and I were so impressed with everything and would gladly recommend La Galleria to anyone for any event!

I couldn't be happier with the decision to have my wedding at La Galleria. Both Julie and Cherie were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The prices are a great value for the service and the reception room is gorgeous. I do not like chair covers at all and was so happy to see La Galleria's gorgeous gold chairs. We chose to get married right in the gardens and the pictures are beautiful. All the flowers are in full bloom, you forget you are in Orchard Park!

i was unlucky enough to have my wedding the same day as a preseason football game and when i found out i freaked. Julie was able to calm my nerves and she and the owner took me through the day step by step. The traffic was a little crazy but they have a valet stationed at the end of the driveway for all of our guests.

The food and bar were complimented many times by our guests. The bartenders took the time to make great cocktails and the twice baked potatoes was amazing! I will make sure to recommend La Galleria to all future brides!

Amazing venue!!

Fantastic venue! Cherie the head planner was there for me every step of the way. The venue is gorgeous to begin with, but the staff is what makes it top notch. My guests raved about the food all night which was amazing. Would 100000/10 recommend La Galleria!

Cherie and her family took excellent care of us. We fell in love with the venue online and just knew from the photos we knew that was where we wanted our wedding. My husband and I are both vegans and we know our lifestyle is not the norm around Buffalo so when we brought up that we would like the entire wedding to be vegan, but also gluten-free and soy-free, they were happy to fulfill our vegan wedding dreams. Cherie is one of the kindest women you’ll ever have the pleasure to meet and help coordinate your dream wedding. My husband resides in Canada and I’m here, and she always made sure to make time for us when I or we both had questions. In addition, she made sure we had a rehearsal the day before the wedding, and made arrangements so we could get there earlier on the wedding day to take enough photos before the ceremony. The venue inside and out is so gorgeous, that from our previews we have the most amazing photos. The Carducci family and La Galleria Venue is your dream venue for a wedding. We hear all the time how wonderful the family was, how beautiful the venue was, and how delicious the food was. Some guests were a little apprehensive about the food being all vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free, but they were blown away. Guests went up for seconds and thirds, and we still hear to this day how incredible the food was. We cannot thank La Galleria enough for giving us the beautiful dream wedding we wanted. Simply amazing!

Everything about this vendor was perfection! They were very friendly, extremely responsive and overall made us feel like a family, not a client. The interior is gorgeous, the price is reasonable and the staff is over-the-top helpful.

Absolutely Perfect

We got married 10.13.19 and it was a perfect day. I cannot express enough how wonderful everything was! The food here is fantastic and our coordinator Cherie was on top of everything, from answering last minute questions to making sure everything ran smoothly the day of. All of our guests were so impressed with the beautiful venue space and great service. I would definitely recommend La Galleria, especially for brides looking for quality at an affordable price!

La Galleria was amazing. They always responded quick to my calls, offered us free up lighting as their gift to us, provided amazing food that we are STILL getting compliments on, and were so kind to the guests! Amazing!!!!! The Brick the Arches the Lights the Grounds the Staff the Food and the levels of attention and Professionalism Were all nothing short of Excellence and Attention to Detail. Christmas Wedding Reception

Our family and friends had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter's recent marriage (12/28/2019) with a "Wonder-filled" reception at the LaGalleria! Her engagement was a short one... just six months, and at times I may have got a little "unhinged." lol Cherie has a calming way of letting you know that "every little thing's gonna be alright!" Her professionalism and communication skills are extraordinary! The venue, itself, is absolutely charming! The combination of brick arches and hardwood offer a rustic, yet contempory environment . It was EXACTLY what we were looking for! Once we found the LaGalleria, there was no reason to look any further. The decor compliments the current season and literally leaves only personal touches that the bridal couple may choose to add. We found the menu options almost difficult to choose from. So many!! Our family style, "table share" dinner was absolutely delicious and gave a "WOW" factor for our guests, as most were accustomed to buffet or sit down dinners. Thank you LaGalleria for a Joyfull Christmas wedding reception! Just be advised, I do have three more daughters........ :o)

Cherie and the staff at La Galleria gave me the most wonderful and memorable wedding I could have ever hoped for! For anyone who is still looking for their reception venue, I highly recommend this warm, elegant setting as it made my wedding day magical. The uplighting, candles, brick pillars, and decor created the perfect stage for a romantic and intimate evening with my family and friends. Prior to the wedding day, I dropped off a slew of decorative items I hoped to display throughout the room. Cherie made my vision come to life and when I arrived, I was blown away at how beautiful it had been staged, right down to the last detail. Besides the attention to detail with the decor, Cherie made my husband and I her number one priority that night. Upon my arrival, we were immediately greeted at the door with a drink. I was blown away by this small gesture as it made us feel taken care of right from the start. She continued to bring us drinks the rest of the night and was always within earshot to address any of our needs. The wedding day is overwhelming but she made sure I always had a glass of wine and brought us plates of appetizers and dessert to ensure we didn't miss out on a single moment during the chaos. The food was absolutely incredible and we had rave reviews from extended family and friends. If you are looking for incredible customer service, a beautiful setting to celebrate your marriage, and a feast fit for royalty, make sure you call Cherie! She will guide you through the entire process and make even the craziest of bridezillas feel at ease! I will forever be grateful for all La Galleria did to make my day special!

La Galleria is the perfect venue for every little girl's dream wedding! The pictures on their website do not do it justice! The owners and staff of La Galleria are wonderful people. They are very responsive and accommodating to your needs and desires. All of my guests were very impressed with the food!! My only criticism is that the wait staff cleared my dessert plate (with my cake) before I had a chance to even eat it. The only taste I had of my cake was when my husband shoved it in my face. Several other guests commented about the same matter. But overall, I highly recommend La Galleria for your next wedding or event!

Julie and Cherie were so helpful with the planning of our wedding. Whenever I had a question, I would email them and they responded quickly and their answers were always thorough and informative. Our venue, the atrium, was set up beautifully for the reception, and the gazebo for the ceremony was gorgeous. When the last few days finally arrived, most of the bridal party were like little baby deer; we had no idea what we were doing but with Cherie coordinating, everything went smoothly and during the ceremony we grew infinitely more confident. For the reception, we chose to have the premium sit down dinner with 2 small entrees, we selected the steak and chicken cordon bleu. Our guests were delighted when the food came out quickly and still piping hot; they loved the food so much. I will recommend La Galleria to anyone and everyone in the future. Thank you for making my day so wonderful.

LaGalleria is a wonderful atmosphere! The service is outstanding and they are so nice. I planned our wedding from West Virginia while I was attending college and my husband was deployed in Afghanistan. They were so helpful and willing to work with me, even when I wasn't sure if our wedding was going to be on the date we picked out. The food was delicious and all of our guests were very pleased. They could not believe how wonderful everything was. Hands down I would choose them again. They made sure everything was set up perfectly!

Incredible!

La Galleria was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding with family and guests. The intimate, rustic setting made everyone feel comfortable and was exactly what we were hoping for. The food was incredible and months later, we still get compliments. Delicious appetizers, perfectly cooked entrees, and generous after dinner pizza and wings- no one left hungry.

Cherie and the entire team were kind, attentive and wonderful to work with. Despite COVID forcing us to reschedule our wedding, Cherie was with us every step of the way, working to find a new date, and customize the menu and drink selections to meet our budget. On the day of the reception, we especially appreciated the servers who paid special attention to our older family members.

We can not recommend La Galleria highly enough!

La Galleria was the best on my big day!! We got married on 4/6/2013 and I have to say La Galleria did a wonderful job. We had both our ceremony and reception at La Galleria. They upgraded us into the larger room because they didn't have another party booked in that room, free of charge. They also did floor lighting for us for free. They set up all of our centerpieces just the way we wanted prior to us arriving. They were professional and all of my guests had a great time. The food was fantastic. My guests are still talking about the brie and cranberry stuffed chicken. They also accommodated two gluten free guests and a group of vegetarian guests without any issues. I couldn't have been more impressed. My husband and I had the time of our lives and would refer anyone who is looking for a problem free venue to use La Galleria. It was certainly worth it. Cherie and Julie were wonderful and helped with our planning by giving us names of DJs and such. I have to thank Cherie and Julie and all of the staff at La Galleria for making our wedding all I had dreamed of and more!

From the moment we got engaged and looked at the La Galleria we knew it had to be the place to have our wedding. Cherie was our coordinator and honestly made everything so smooth. The food was amazing, we had so many compliments on it as well as beauty. Cherie made everything so easy and flawless and I never had an email go unanswered no matter how crazy they were. Cherie and her staff at La Galleria were absolutely amazing. There were so many things on our plate at all times between vendors, meetings, payments and everyone at La Galleria was overwhelmingly helpful! Cherie and Julie knew exactly what to say, what to do and how to help us make everything as easy at it could possibly be. They were always quick to respond to the dozens of emails I sent asking questions and I never once felt like I was being an annoying bride (which I'm sure I may have been!). The food was fantastic, the servers were all so polite and professional, and the decor was gorgeous! All we had to do was bring our centerpieces (in pieces), favors and anything else we wanted set up and they did everything for us! Our family and friends can't stop raving about our wedding and it was thanks to the staff at La Galleria! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!

The Perfect Wedding Venue

La Galleria is the perfect wedding venue! It is not only beautiful inside and outside, but their food and service is phenomenal! The wedding planners are fantastic and are extremely accommodating. I was an out-of-town bride and they were flexible with appointments with short notice and they are very responsive via email. The pricing was comparable to most other wedding venues, but the quality of food and service was above and beyond any other venue.

So glad we chose La Gallaria for our wedding ceremony/reception venue! They were very helpful whenever I had questions during my planning. We hosted a second reception for my son and daughter-in-law who were married in California. The whole planning process was a breeze. No stress at all. Cherie took care of everything for us. Her and her staff were so easy to work with. The centerpieces and the chavari chairs (that were provided as part of our package) added to the elegance and beauty of the Tuscan inspired room. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. I would recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding or any other type of party. It was a wonderful experience.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!

La Galleria created the best day for my husband and I to celebrate our marriage with our loved ones. My husband surprised me with a wedding reception after we had eloped. The staff at La Galleria was beyond helpful to him as he planned this big surprise, and they put care and love into every detail of the event. Cherie was amazing in helping him with the planning process, and she was present throughout the wedding for anything we may have needed. From the decorations to the food, I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful day. I look forward to using this venue for our future event needs, as I know everything will be handled and taken care of with the utmost dedication. My wedding day was perfect thanks to Cherie and the staff at La Galleria! I grew up in WNY but currently live in Seattle so planning an out of town wedding can be a little stressful but Cherie was wonderful every step of the way. She was flexible with our meetings and responded to emails promptly. They even were flexible with some of our special requests that included moving around some of their furniture.

My husband and I had visited a lot of venues in the area before deciding on La Galleria. We ultimately chose to work with them because we felt like they were the only place that wasn’t trying to give us the least value for our money. One guy at another venue had the audacity to tell us “you’ll get what we serve you that day.”
Thanks, but no thanks, buddy.

We splurged on our wedding day and went for their Tuscan Dream Wedding Package. They did not disappoint. Everything from cocktail hour hor d’voures and booze, to our 5 course meal was top of the line. All my guests were impressed by the food and the service!

The icing on the cake for me was how kind they were to us throughout the process. Never once did we feel like we were being nickel and dimed throughout the planning process. All our special requests were honored and any additional fees were fair based on our requests.

Because our wedding was on a Friday and they didn’t have an event scheduled the day before, they were kind enough to give us access to the venue on Thursday. My family did all my flower arrangements and decorating for the event. They were there until 9pm on Friday. Not only did they never feel rushed or in the way, they also were treated very kindly and given wine to sip on and some snacks as they worked.

It’s obvious that this place is family owned and still knows how to treat its customers with respect and kindness. Some of the “fancier” places in town don’t do that. Your wedding is nothing more than a business transaction for them.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at La Galleria. The food and service was outstanding and we were treated like family. They helped us with our planning of the wedding ceremony as well as the reception. On the day of the wedding everything looked beautiful and went so smoothly thanks to the help of Sherry and her staff. I can't say enough about the compliments we received from our guest that night.

All I can say is - La Galleria was FANTASTIC!!! They were hands down awesome and we couldn't have picked a better place to have our wedding reception than here.

First of all, my fiance and I had to plan our wedding long-distance from Southern California (3,000 miles away and 3 hours behind) because we chose to have the wedding back in Western New York where I am originally from. It was very difficult and stressful at times to plan a wedding in different time zone where you can't see anything in person. We had one venue in mind and everything almost planned and done for that particular site. But then three months before the wedding, we decided to cancel our first venue and called La Galleria to see if they had any availability for our date and the room that we wanted. And they did!!! We booked them that week and were nothing but happy with their services from there on out. We were so blessed to find this place.

It was such an absolute pleasure to work with Cherie, Gabriella, and Julianne on our wedding reception plans. They saw to it that everything went smoothly and on schedule during the reception. They were very easy to work with as far as long-distance planning and were understanding of our our time zone differences. They helped me out greatly with many planning details that I could not have worked out being so far away. respond, and answer questions. They were always willing to answer my many questions, were quick to respond to my emails or phone calls, and were willing to work with me on any reception details with such enthusiasm. They were also very encouraging to me because I was very stressed during my wedding planning (what bride isn't!) with being so far away from where the wedding would be taking place.
As far as the food, it was top notch! Absolutely delicious and very pleasing to all the guests there. The service was very professional and the staff was very attentive to everyone's dining needs. This place is THE place to have a wedding!!

We cannot recommend La Galleria highly enough to anyone planning their wedding reception.
Starting with our initial meeting, Cherie and the rest of the La Galleria staff were so accommodating, professional, and lovely to work with. Cherie recommended some awesome vendors, including the DJ that we ultimately chose, and was always there when we had a question or concern regarding our reception. Any questions that we had were answered in a timely fashion as many times as we needed.

It was raining on the day of the wedding, but Cherie and the staff made sure that everything went off without a hitch. We knew we were in very capable hands. They walked us through the entire ceremony and made sure everyone knew what to do and when to do it.

I have to also mention the beautiful bridal room that La Galleria has available for brides getting ready at the venue. It is so calming and lovely, and the perfect place to relax and get ready with your bridal party before your big moment.

Every single guest that we spoke with complimented the quality of the food. We still don’t know what magic they worked on the pork chops but they were soooo good! And the rice pilaf, the vegetable medley and roast choice top sirloin of beef were all wonderfully prepared and delicious too. The servers and staff were very professional and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Although there was another wedding going on at the same time as our wedding, Cherie and the staff never failed to give us the help and attention that we needed.

The experience and dedication of the La Galleria staff made our day wonderful. With so many other things to worry about on your wedding day, not having to worry about the wedding venue and food is priceless. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose them again without hesitation.

Organized, Professional, and Beautiful!

La Galleria was the first place we looked at, and when we walked in and saw how beautiful it was we knew this was our place. Cherie and her team were so helpful with every detail of planning, including rescheduling our date. She was always very responsive to the numerous emails I sent her. Also, having the ceremony and reception in the same location was very helpful for our many out of town guests, and helped in making the day as stress-free as possible. The staff on the day of the wedding was attentive to everything we wanted, checking in with us throughout the evening to make sure we were fully enjoying the day. Many guests commented that the buffet was some of the best wedding food they’ve ever had. We’re so thankful for their efforts - it was the best day!

La Galleria was a fabulous reception hall. You can't beat the price. The rooms are beautiful. You can have a ceremony on-site. The food was great. I would highly recommend this venue for any event.

Everyone at La Galleria was fabulous. They all went above and beyong my expectations. The food was awesome and so were the employees. I recommend this location to anyone getting married. Amazing venue!

The la galleria was great! We originally had our wedding set for 2020 but of course with covid we decided to reschedule. Cherie was amazing! She always got back to us quickly and was more than accommodating. The venue was set up beautifully for the wedding! They also have a gorgeous bridal room that was great to get ready in. A wedding coordinator was included in our package and was a lifesaver on the big day! She was so kind and checked on the groom and I multiple times. She even held our drinks while we took photos. The food was also great and everyone had such a good time! I highly recommend the la galleria to any bride!

The overall experience offered at LaGalleria is second to none. The facility is just beautiful both inside and out. The menu choices are outstanding and very reasonably priced. The food was delicious and service was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make everything perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding or any other gathering.

My day was perfect. The food was great, the waiters were very polite. The staff made the atmosphere very romantic. However, what really blew me away was how clean and spotless the dishes and glasses were, kudos to the dishwashers!

Amazing!!!!

La Galleria made our wedding day the greatest day of our lives!! Not only is the venue BEAUTIFUL, but the staff are the best! Cherie was absolutely amazing - she was there for me every step of the way! Any question I had (and there were a lot over the course of two years) she answered quickly and professionally - she gave me loads of advice about the planning process - I truly felt so blessed to have her by my side for whatever I needed! Our guests were blown away by the venue and raved about the food! You will not regret booking with La Galleria! I promise!

My wife and I got married at La Galleria on June 6th 2015 and I have to say that I was very impressed and thankful for all the help and support that 'Cherie and Crew' did for us. They food was excellent and the place was beautiful. I still have people telling me about how gorgous and great everything was. I would recommend La Galleria to anyone and everyone because you can't go wrong there.

Everyone was so helpful and very nice to work with. They took care of every little detail my wife wanted and everything was done just the way she wanted. It was a wonderful nite and the food was awesome. Even gave us leftovers to take home. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking. Also there are 2 rooms and we are so happy we rented out the entire place it was worth the extra money. Cocktail hr and late nite food was in smaller room and dinner and dancing was in larger. Was a wonderful nite everything was perfect.

After my engagement, I struggled to find a wedding venue and quickly became discouraged. There were downfalls to every venue, and nothing felt like it was "the one" for us. We finally went and saw La Galleria, and instantly knew it was the venue for us. When we walked in the doors we loved the look of the rooms and all of the decor. It was the rustic, yet elegant look I wanted. After meeting and chatting with Cherie, we knew that we had to have our reception here. We didn't want to waste anytime and put our deposit down the next day!
Throughout the planning process, I was constantly reminded that we made the right decision by choosing La Galleria. All of our requests & questions were answered promptly & everyone was beyond helpful.
We had a band for our reception, who I personally believe had a lot of demands and requirements. La Galleria worked directly with the band and did everything possible to meet these requirements and made this part of planning seamless (the band was AMAZING, so I was thrilled we were able to make it all work).
Our reception was everything I hoped and dreamed of. The staff was friendly & accomodating, the food was FANTASTIC (chicken w/ brie & cranberry, steak, potatoes and veg-- also had the buffalo bar for late night snacks, pizza, wings, roast beef sliders). We had high expectations for our food, and I would say our expectations were exceeded. Our guests raved about the chicken with brie and cranberry!
I can't leave out how stunning the hall is (Loft Room). So many updates were made from the day we booked the loft room until our reception day... lights above the dance floor, barn doors, etc... And they were all so beautiful. The staff arranged my decorations perfectly, and also added their own touches to make the room look beautiful.
I could go on and on. Overall, our experience was amazing. I would highly recommend La Galleria to anyone and everyone. It made our day a dream come true.

Fell In Love at La Galleria

We fell in love with La Galleria when we first came for a tour! It is the perfect mix of elegant and rustic! We loved the hanging lights, brick arches and the ceremony areas outdoors.

Cherie was wonderful in helping us plan our wedding at La Galleria. She coordinated so well with our vendors throughout the planning process and was willing to do whatever she could to help us have our dream wedding!

Throughout the pandemic, Cherie was reassuring about the constantly changing wedding rules. She helped us come up with backup plans for every possible scenario. She wanted the best for us and for our wedding day!

We had the most amazing experience at La Galleria. The staff was professional, the food was delicious, and our family and friends loved the beautiful venue! I would highly recommend La Galleria for any event!

The venue and staff at LaGalleria are wonderful! We got married here on 4/30/17 and the day would not have ran as smoothly as it did without the diligent help of Cherie, Julianne and the rest of the staff at LaGalleria.
During our planning process we probably exchanged 50+ emails! All which were so promptly responded to. The ladies here are dedicated to making sure your day is how you want it. They are personable, (Cherie was the only one out of all the venues we visitedto ask us the story of how we met before bringing up dollar signs, unlike the other venues we visited) they are also patient, flexible, and extremely attentive to detail. (The day of the wedding while taking pictures, Julianne ran back to the bridal suite to grab my lipgloss for a touch up.) Small, but it meant a whole lot in the moment!

The venue is just beautiful. The exposed brick arches are my favorite!
You will not regret choosing LaGalleria as your wedding venue!

AMAZING! We had our wedding there just over a month ago, and when I think back to our reception, I am nothing but over joyed~ Julie and Cheri took care of EVERY detail. They work hand in hand, as if they were one. I know it may seem "stressing" that you do not get to try the food, but dont be! The food was delicious, and our guests thought so too. They were always ready to answer any questions, meet whenever you needed, and paid attention to every detail. The atmosphere is gorgeous. They have been in business for a very long time, but they keep up to date on things, and remodel things, so it looks new, and feels new. As every one would want too, I wish I could relive that night. The reception is the thing all your guest look forward to, and if you choose to have your reception here, you will be one happy bride!:) Stop looking and book here!:)

Let me start off by saying ORDER THE CHICKEN WITH BRIE AND CRANBERRIES! My wedding was two weeks ago and I am still craving it.

Cherie and Julie are the coordinators for this venue. They are great to work with. I mostly communicated with them through email (my preference) and they always responded very quickly, although if I did need to make a phone call, someone was always there to answer or respond to my voicemail very quickly. I sent an email through their website one time and had not heard back for a while so I sent another one to make sure the first one was received since it was unusual for them not to answer. They had some maintenance done on their system and my email was not received (not their fault) so if you ever try to contact them and do not receive a response in a timely manner, make sure they got the email. It only happened once but this is not a place where people are difficult to get a hold of and they certainly do not ignore their customers.

The food: AMAZING. Until my wedding, I had never attended an event at La Galleria. Every time I told someone that's where our wedding would be they always said how good the food was. They weren't kidding. Like I mentioned previously, the chicken with brie and cranberries is to die for. Best chicken I have ever had and I am an extremely picky eater. We chose the sit-down dinner option and i believe that chicken is only available for that option but when we did the food tasting we tried chicken cordon blue and chicken marsala. Both very delicious as well.

The venue is beautiful inside and out. Unfortunately we didn't get much use of the outside because it was pretty cold (yes at the end of may) but it still was beautiful and great for pictures.

I tried to write more but there is only a limited number of characters allowed so I just want to say that I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great wedding place.

La Galleria was everything I could have wanted. The pricing was more than a little reasonable (I booked last year, and my wedding was July 17th of this year, a Sunday). I got my appetizers for Cocktail hour, Salad and Rolls, a choice for each guest of a 12 oz prime rib (the gravy is awesome) or chicken stuffed with mushrooms (SO good. I stole and ate half of my husband's dinner) and cake service, along with premium bar and a champagne toast for everyone and not just the head table for less than $40/person. On top of that, we had a manager on site for our entire day. Julie took care of coordinating times with the DJ for me, especially since I had no idea what time things like dinner and cocktail hour were actually going to happen. But even when the judge got there a half hour late, and then pictures ran long, Julie was there rearranging everything in a way to make it so that I didn't even notice, and everything ran beautifully.

If you bring your stuff in early, they will have everything set up for you. The only thing they need is for more complicated tables, an example so they know what to do. Dealing with them was easy and a pleasure, which is exactly what every bride needs - no problems.

We got married in an on site gazebo, which made for great pictures. The grounds are well tended and awesome, which also makes for great pictures.

Overall, everything was perfect.

I couldn't have been happier with my experience at La Galleria. From the first time my husband and I saw the venue we were both in love. It is absolutely gorgeous and so reasonable compared to other places in the area. Julianne was amazing the whole time we were planning and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The food was absolutely incredible and my guests are still talking about it! I would highly recommend the pork chops, chicken cordon bleu and loaded mashed potatoes! We also added on the buffalo bar at night which was a huge hit and the guests really seemed to enjoy that. Once the reception was over, Julianne sent the rest of the food from the buffalo bar as well as 3 plates of food home with them, due to 3 no shows. I thought this was a great touch and very thoughtful of them. The reception ran so smoothly and the bartenders and other staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. They even took drink orders for the head table during dinner while the bar was closed, which I found to be a great touch. The only issue we had was with the beef carver, who was a little rude to family members. My mom emailed La Galleria after the wedding to thank them for everything, and did mention the issue with the carver to them. They responded right away and were extremely apologetic and are sending my parents a gift card to have dinner there, which I thought was so generous! The scenery is beautiful and I think we definitely got our money's worth with this venue! I would highly recommend to anyone getting married!

We got married and had our reception at La Galleria. The gazebo and pergola are great places for pictures, and the outdoor landscaping is very well done. We've also attended several birthday parties and other events there. We've always found the food to be exceptional (both buffets and family-style table service)! The staff has always gone the extra mile and they've been great when it comes to special requests and little touches! The facilities are constantly being updated, and there is always something new and exciting when we go to an event there. I especially like the ability to reserve the whole place for a little extra money. It's really nice to be able to get away from the music and talk if u want to. 5 stars from us!

A dream come true

Cherie works so hard and has so much style and class. Our wedding was everything we could have ever wanted. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, they put their hearts Into this an accommodated me and my husband on all our wants a needs. Very reasonable pricing as well! Best day! 12/7/19

La Galleria is a beautiful venue! Cherie was so helpful, kind, professional and all around awesome from the first day we met. She was quick to return phone calls/emails and let us stop by to review details/see the venue. Cherie also helped us do a processional walk through two days before the wedding to help calm some nerves. On the wedding day we were able to show up early and use the venue and outside grounds for pictures. Everything was decorated for Christmas and was just what we wanted. The whole wedding day ran smoothly and was stress free. The food was amazing, wait staff friendly and helpful. Everyone had so much fun and only great things to say.

La Galleria did a wonderful job with our wedding! We had both our ceremony and reception on site. We had a buffet style dinner. The food was out of this world! Our guests talked about the food for weeks. I recommend the chicken supreme and the pork chops! Cherie and Julie were both so kind and super accommodating. No request seemed out of reach, and the whole staff made sure that every aspect of our special day went exactly as we had planned!

From the second we walked in the door we knew this was where we wanted our wedding reception. The facility itself was so charming and welcoming with beautiful brick arches and elegant decorations, but not nearly as welcoming as Cherie Carducci who was our wedding coordinator. She sat with us to hear our requests and worked with us along the way to make everything we hoped for happen. The food selections proved to be very extensive so we were able to choose items that would satisfy everyone. As we walked around the evening of our wedding to ask how everything was, not one complaint was mentioned. Our guests could not believe how fabulous the food was and nobody walked away hungry.
The weeks prior to our wedding were so stress free because of the professionalism and corporation from everyone at La Galleria. I, as a typical bride, had multiple questions daily. I sent so many emails that I am now proudly known as Cherie’s “email buddy”. They were always right there to answer my questions, concerns, and address any requests. The day before our wedding my (now husband) and I stopped in to drop off A LOT of stuff that we wanted to use at their facility before and during our reception. We asked the simple question…what time shall we come in before the wedding to get our things in place? The response from the La Galleria team was not to worry; they would set everything up for us. And they certainly did. Our day was just perfect.
I would recommend anyone to consider La Galleria for any upcoming events they may have. These days most places are trying to cut corners, but La Galleria is striving to fill their arches with happy customers instead.

This was the perfect wedding thanks to the staff at La Galleria! They we so amazing and did everything to make my day perfect. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a cost effective, fun, care free wedding. The wedding planners took care of so many tiny details and made this day everything I ever imagined and then some. Everyone raved about the food and service all night. I had so many guests say that they had never been to a better wedding! They said even datail was so thought out and I give that credit to the wedding planners at La Galleria because I was not a detail oriented bride! They were amazing!!!!

Truly nothing but positive things to say! Julie Ann was an amazing event coordinator. The salad, buffet, late night pizza/wings bar, desserts with tea & coffee bar were all top of the line. The bar kept the liquid courage going all night keeping guests on the dance floor. Not to mention the venue itself is gorgeous! It ended up being freezing & the ceremony was moved inside. It looked beautiful! The staff seamlessly moved tables to accomodate for the changes throughout the night. The staff was quiet during the ceremony. Obsessed with the wood floors, brick arches, stone bar, lights, & those chairs!!

One of the best decisions we made was having our reception here!

My husband and I visited several vendors around the Buffalo area when looking for where we wanted to have our wedding reception, but once we visited La Galleria we both really felt like this was the place for us. And we're both so thrilled we booked with them!

First, the venue itself is unique and beautiful! It was large enough to fit all of our guests, but it still felt so intimate. Also, I can't say enough about Cherie and Gabriella. I am currently a graduate student, so I planned my wedding while in school. They offer so much help with organization and planning, and that truly took a great deal of stress and work off my plate. Working with them was fantastic. I never had to wait for a response, they were more than happy to help me if I had questions or needed clarification on something, and they really treat you like family. They are what I would call wedding professionals, as they are so knowledgable! And they really helped me think about details that would have never crossed my mind!

Additionally, the food was phenomenal. Some of our guests (including myself) have some dietary restrictions and they were able to accomodate those with no problem at all. We had so many guests tell us how much they enjoyed the food (and we did too!).

There's still so much I could say, but what I appreciated was that what was important to you and your family, they made important. We felt like we were around family, and that our day was as important to them as it was to us. If you're looking for somewhere to have your ceremony/reception, I'd definitely recommend making an appointment with them. I cannot say enough about how positive our experience was!

We had a wonderful experience with La Galleria! Food was delicious (nice menu selections and reasonably priced), friendly staff, & elegant (tastefully decorated) yet comfortable atmosphere. The gazebo outside and grounds are very pretty too. The owners were very accommodating and easy to deal with. (A real plus when you're stressed!) All our guests commented on how lovely everything was and what a hidden treasure LaGalleria is. We highly suggest them for your wedding, you wont regret it!
