Beautiful, affordable wedding venue
La Fontana Springs is a beautiful wedding and event venue. My husband and I got married here December of 2025. We had our ceremony indoors because we weren’t sure about the weather. We were expecting 100 guests and the chapel fit everyone comfortably. You also have the option to get married outside. The reception hall is large and can easily accommodate 200 guest. We ultimately choose this venue because of the package options, price and the quality of the venue. We started with the middle tier option and later chose to upgrade. This package essentially included every major expense except for the photographer (and of course the dress). Our package included open bar, multiple choice dinner/ appetizer options, security, dj, cake, photo booth, decorations for entire wedding, sparkler send off and more. The food was delicious and multiple guests asked who the caterer was- the food is made in house. You have a taste testing day where you choose what food/appetizers you want served. You also have another meeting where you choose your decorations for the tables, etc. Amit, the owner, and his team go above and beyond to make your day special. Amit is very flexible and accommodating and is willing to work with you on your ideas, wants, and needs. La Fontana Springs will forever have a special place in our hearts.

Amazing Venue and Amazing Staff
Got married here and I can’t be more grateful for an amazing team! They made the wedding planning process so seamless! The day was so smooth and the venue was everything I wanted and more. You honestly can’t go wrong with choosing the venue. I can appreciate that they truly do 90% of the wedding planning for you! The venue is extremely affordable compared to other places in the area as well! Go visit the venue and I will fall in love quickly!!

La Fontana Springs from start to finish was amazing to work with. I was absolutely overwhelmed with planning initially and they made it a streamlined, seamless process to not only plan but experience my wedding day. From the open communication with Amit at the start who made it easy to coordinate from hours away, to the professionalism of their chosen vendors and finally the absolute perfect wedding coordinator, Mallory. They planned around my schedule consistently, made themselves readily available for any questions, quickly adapted to unforeseen schedule changes and made wedding planning as stress free as can be. I cannot sing higher praises of this venue. They were the epitome of preparedness and hospitality. 10/10

The best venue EVER!!!!!
I’m not sure where to start Mallory, Sarah and Amit are so AMAZING! The decor was perfect and beautiful, I couldn’t have imagined any better. The food was Sooooo yummy and fresh. I really like the fruit and salad. I would definitely recommend and suggest using this venue if you are looking an all inclusive wedding. The work and being your dream into reality.

La Fontana Was Amazing
La Fontana Springs provided us with an excellent experience for our wedding. They were super flexible with all our plans, and the biggest selling point was the sheer amount of decorations and resources they provided in their cost. For the price I couldn't have asked for a better more all inclusive wedding especially considering the two different cultures we were incorporating into our wedding. I would for sure recommend them to anyone that asked me about our wedding venue.

We loved our wedding!
My husband and I wanted a pretty wedding, but we didn’t have the time to meet with and pick a bunch of vendors. When we found out about all-inclusive wedding venues, we knew this was the way to go. La Fontana was one of the venues we chatted with. After one visit with them, we fell in love with the venue and services offered. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they included much more than we expected. It was so great to just go to one place and talk to one person about creating our dream wedding. They were very accommodating, listened to our wants and needs, and we’re flexible when we wanted to change something. Talk about a one-stop-shop! Our guests loved our wedding and the food was a hit. If we had to do it over again, we would choose La Fontana again.
The ONLY minor thing we were a little iffy about was the DJ they contracted. He was a bit all over the place and some of his song choices weren’t really in line with what we wanted. He could improve his emcee skills a bit as well. Looking back, we probably would have asked to meet the DJ ahead of time to make sure he was a good match for us. BUT everyone still had fun, so we let it go.

I can't say enough good things about La Fontanas Springs. Our previous venue fell through a month before our date. I reached out to La Fontanas Springs and immediately got a response. We were fortunate that our date happen to be available and after visiting the venue we booked immediately. The service was above our expectations. Perfect wedding
We loved everything about la Fontana springs, from location, decoration, food, and service, Amit and his team did a great job, Amit (owner) was very involved and answered all our questions without hesitation. And his team did great with food , decor and service. They made our special day perfect. There was only one small thing that I believe can improve, and that is the DJ vendor, although there were people on dance floor, he didn’t follow much of song playlist and we had, and we had to tell him to change music flow, also the dj didn’t seem to into it. We shouldn’t have had to tell him to change it up, but we communicated and things went great.

I can't begin to explain how awesome the staff, venue, and organization of La Fontana Springs. Amit was very friendly and knew his stuff. We had the wedding of our dreams. La Fontana was a big part of it. The staff was on point, the food was delicious, and the cakes were awesome. The D.J. rocked the house. The scenery and view is just beautiful. Great experience at La Fontana. The owner and the staff are very responsive. They do a food tasting in advance with a large spread of available choices. They have a good mix of choices available in their package pricing for bar & sub-contractors depending on your preferences. Their decor selection was expanded each time we visited and the staff did great helping with selection and setting up in a timely fashion. The grounds are very nice for photography, turned out great. So happy we chose this venue!
Long review ahead! From the moment we toured the venue, we loved the convenience the all inclusive experience offered us as my fiancé (at the time) lead very busy work and personal lives. The planning process was made very easy and the hardest tasks were simply having to choose when options were presented to us. Amit was very responsive along the way and offered informed recommendations for anything we needed. All this made things much easier than if we had attempted to plan and organize our own wedding; however, the best demonstration of the quality of work came on the day of our wedding. The Day Of Coordinator, April, had my entire wedding party at ease as we prepared for the ceremony. As the bride, I didn’t have to worry about anything but getting ready. My bridesmaids and I were so well taken care of. She led the rest evening to perfection. Amit’s presence was also assuring as we’d spent months discussing all the details.
My guests all complimented the catering and beauty of the venue as I greeted them. The next day , my family and I were reveling in the previous evening’s event and my brother sweetly told me I looked like a queen. I write this glowing review for La Fontana Springs because on my wedding day, I truly felt like one.

Can’t say enough about La Fontana. They made a stressful event so simple and streamlined. The team is super responsive and flexible. We chose our base package then we’re able to add on as things like headcount and budget changes. The fact that DJ and Catering are in house made my life super easy compared to other brides i know. Amit had ideas for us for tables which we loved and knew exactly what we were going for. We got so many compliments throughout the night. April, our coordinator, thought of everything from making sure we ate to pictures and more.
It was a magical day and wouldn’t have been possible without this team.

Amit and his crew at "La Fontana Wedding Springs Wedding and Event Center", made my wife's 50th Birthday Masquerade Ball a perfect surprise and a beautiful and memorable night. The decorations provided by the venue were on point; to include all of the service provided. From the beautiful venue layout to the courteous servers and bartenders, everything went as planned.
Months prior to the event, we sat with Amit and discussed many of the venue and design options available. As we walked through the events of the evening, his insight and experienced was pivotal as some of his ideas were exactly what we were looking for.
The contractual obligations portion was done with ease and there were no hiccups during the plaining or execution. Perfect Night!! I would recommend “La Fontana Wedding Springs Wedding and Event Center" to family and friends any time.

We couldn’t be happier with the services received at this event center. La Fontana’s manager and staff were super responsive; they kept us on track with getting everything ready. Daughters Quick Wedding
Amit was very accommodating getting us a quick tour of the venue. We choose La Fontana Springs because they offered all the services we needed to pull off a wedding in 5 weeks!! We only provided photographer who he recommended. Bridal flowers and officiant. We had planned on an outdoor wedding at the gazebo but the weather turned and we had to use the chapel. The chapel worked out very well. The food prepared by the chef was delicious as well as the appetizers! The staff is amazing !! The wedding cake was incredibly
delicious we choose one layer with strawberry and strawberry filling and one layer maple pecan with the maple pecan filling. April the wedding coordinator was extremely on top of the wedding day schedule!! I can’t believe we pulled off the wedding we did in 5 weeks!!! This venue made it all happen and I can’t express how wonderful of a job they did!!
It was well worth the money we spent! They made our day enjoyable to just arrive with the wedding flowers and begin the event !

Wedding of my dreams
My husband and I had the extreme pleasure to work with Amit, who was truly a blessing! We wanted a non-traditional, stress-free wedding and La Fontana was perfect! The venue is beautiful, and Amit was wonderful to work with. He was attentive to our wants and ideas. He quickly responded to our questions via text and was so accommodating to our needs. He went above and beyond with my makeup artist and her team! Amit is so full of wonderful ideas! I gave him our wedding colors and picked out the table centerpieces and from there he put together our beautiful and breathtaking reception! The food was delicious! So many of our guests gave compliments! The flowers were beautiful and included! They even had a wonderful lady who made our wedding cake and grooms cake! Amit was not only our wedding planner and day of coordinator.... he became a lifelong friend! Thank Amit and La Fontana staff for all you did to give us our beautiful day!

Amit & the Crew at La Fontana Springs, phenomenal!! If you are indecisive as I am, kind of know what you want but not really, this is your place! For 6 months I could not put a decorative thought together long enough to keep it let alone like it. I gave Amit my wedding invite, my daughters dress colors, and my fiancé’s (now husband 😁) tie and asked him to put something together. The finished product 🥰 was amazing! It was absolutely beautiful! The entire process, from start to finish, Amit was there! Not once on the day of the Wedding did I need to ask anyone where he was, he was close by every time myself or the Groom needed him. If you want stress free, fun, live in the moment, enjoying every second of your Wedding, then you must have it here❤️ Thankful for everything!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Patel who was amazing!!! There was great communication in the months leading to the wedding and multiple meetings to go over the wedding details to make sure our day was perfect. The day of the wedding was a breeze we were taken care of and catered to and we loved every minute of it. April the day of coordinator was so lovely and knowledgeable she helped the day go smoothly and efficiently. We also gout our beautiful wedding cake through the company’s baker Cheryl and I’m still getting texts about how delicious it was! Wonderful wedding experience
The wedding planning process was so easy here at la Fontana springs! They give you options for pretty much everything! Food, cake, decor, dj they have it all in house which made it so convenient and we didn’t have to look for outside vendors. The food is amazing and they had a great vegetarian option as well! Amit and his team made sure our day went smoothly and even when I thought there would be an issue Amit was quick at problem solve and reassure us that it would be taken care of. I highly recommend la Fontana springs!

Working with La Fontana was a wonderful experience!
We did not want a traditional cookie-cutter wedding, and La Fontana enthusiastically worked with us to give us the unique experience we wanted. They were game for anything we asked for! Also, we had the misfortune of trying to plan a wedding for 2020. When we realized we needed to postpone, Amit Patel and his team worked with us to get the wedding rescheduled without any hassle. When it was time to start the wedding planning again, they had all our info and we restarted right where we left off without any problems. Hopefully you won't have something pandemic-level come up, but know if there are any issues that need to be resolved, this team can handle it and will go out of their way to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible. We had a blast at our wedding and the La Fontana team is a large part of the reason that happened!

Amazing Post-COVID Wedding Day
Amit is amazing to work with! He can handle pretty much any situations that arise and he is just loaded with ideas to accommodate any type of requests, theme, and or situations that occur. Originally we were supposed to have our wedding on 1/2/21 and my husband and both decided to try to reschedule due to Covid-19 and Amit and his team graciously accommodated our request and we had our post-covid wedding celebration in August 2021. If you want someone who will listen to you and I mean really listen to both the bride and the groom and make such a beautiful wedding then Amit and his team are your heroes! Even with Covid still apparent, he made us feel safe and secured and us to worry less about our guests and their safety. The food was phenomenal and that's not something you hear very often from venue catering. We had a great variety to choose from at our tasting appointment and he accommodated even last minute menu changes for individuals with special dietary accommodations. The DJ that accommpanies this package was also great and it was one less thing that we had to do on our list. Our DJ Ruben was attentive, followed our lists, requests, and helped me to sing to my husband as well. We chose to marry outside under the gazebo and even with Texas heat it was absolutely breathtaking, but even if we chose indoor we also had two different choices which my husband and I loved as a back-up plan. Overall, the venue has so many options for ceremony and even more options for the main facility to transform it however way you'd like. Every vision that you have Amit can execute above and beyond your expectations. There are also many different areas for your photographer to be creative and take some amazing photos for your memories. I highly recommend Amit and his team for all your celebration needs even outside of weddings. It is definitely worth every penny and even so we spent so much less at this venue than we would've spent at a nearby venue and we are so grateful to have found this hidden gem!

What an amazing venue. Beautiful place for a Wedding/Vow Renewal. Amit and his staff ensured every aspect of this place is simply beautiful. Food was amazing, service even better but nothing beats the ambiance of the place.
I would have never known this place existed but I’m happy that I do. It’s beautiful, the staff is accommodating and efficient without being overly involved and pushy.
Inside the venue had plenty of room for all of our guests. The views are simply amazing. Very beautiful. We had a wonderful time.

Quinceanera at La Fontana Springs
We held our daughter's Quinceanera at La Fontana Springs this past weekend and we were so happy with everything.! The biggest factor in choosing the venue was the fact that they provided so much in their base price. Amit listened to what we wanted and made it happen. We were looking for the overall best value venue - and we got it! Amit (venue manager) was the absolute BEST THING that could have happened on our wedding day (besides actually getting married!!!!). He took my vision and brought it to life. He was the most amazing coordinator and it simply made for a perfect day. All inclusive, and stress-free
Amit went above and beyond to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams on such a tight budget. From so many options to choose from, and decor included in the expense...this venue is well worth the money spent!

Fabulous Venue
La Fontana Springs is such a beautiful venue! It requires minimal decor, you can easily make it fit your style and the ceremony space is amazing you get to choose from 3 different one!. Our guests were raving about how beautiful it was and the amazing food. They are super reasonably priced. We toured a lot of venues and by far La Fontana beat all of them with all the in house services they offer. The staff is great. Amit was so helpful throughout the entire planning process! He answered all of my questions promptly even text message late at night. On the day of the wedding all the staff were very helpful in making our vision come to life! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone, you will not regret it! Thank you thank you!

Hidden Gem
La Fontana Springs was a DREAM COME TRUE! I had a moment of panic and decided to change my venue 3 months before my wedding and I found this hidden gem in the Hill Country. The venue is amazingly gorgeous. Amit came to the rescue and was everything I have ever dreamed of. Every single person I spoke with was kind and understanding. They worked with my work schedule for tours and make it so effortless! I had a limited budget, so they offered a customized plan for me, which also included everything I wanted! They are a true all inclusive venue without the extra $. Meghan was our coordinator and I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! I was so stressed and she was constantly reassuring, understanding, and flexible with my changes. She helped on the day of the wedding to make things run smoothly and was everything I needed her to be and more! (She even had tissues ready to go when I stress-cried). The food was absolutely delicious! I recommend La Fontana Springs to EVERY bride that I meet! One of my newly engaged co-workers booked her wedding with La Fontana Springs, because of my great experience. Thank you, again, to the entire La Fontana Springs staff. Love K&A

La Fontana Springs
Amit and his staff at La Fontana Springs were amazing. Our wedding was affected by the first shut down due to COVID and then again by the spike in cases. Amit, has been flexible and accommodating during this time. We opted for a small ceremony at the last minute, and Amit did everything in his power to make it special for us. This all inclusive venue did not disappoint. I am looking forward to having our big celebration next year!

Best All Inclusive Venue
Amit was amazing to work with! He devoted his time to my (now) husband and I from start to finish. The venue and location is absolutely beautiful! We love the fact that this venue is in all inclusive, one stop shop. You have the variety of options to choose from: linens, napkins, center pieces, and food. The food was soooo delicious! We had the pork tenderloin meal. We also love the fact that there are 3-4 different areas on the property to host the wedding ceremony. We initially had a plan to have our wedding ceremony outdoors, but due to weather, we ended up having it indoors in a beautiful chapel. Amit was very professional and personable. He understood our vision and accommodated us during COVID-19. Hands down, this was the best decision we made, by choosing this venue. Amit and his staff are all super friendly and hospitable. They helped make our dream wedding day spectacular.

Flexibility, professionalism, and Top Notch service
We have been extremely blessed to have found La Fontana Springs event center. Mr. Patel and his staff at La Fontana Springs were instrumental in hosting the venue for the Celebration of Life event during the unforeseen passing of our brother in the Fall of 2019. They were very professional and gracious in helping us pull together a wonderful gathering of our brother’s family and closest friends during a very difficult time.
When tasked with hosting another larger event, originally scheduled for early April, La Fontana Springs was our first choice. Due to all of the uncertainties in our country right now due to COVID-19; which has impacted so many people and events. Once again, the staff at La Fontana Springs have been gracious in helping us to reorganize this event during such tough times. We look forward to working with Mr. Patel and his staff in the near future.

Dream come true
I am truly grateful for the support and cooperation I recieved during the entire year worth of planning and preparation for my wedding at La Fontana Springs. the staff was so amazing, caring and did such a wonderful job from the early stages all the way to the final moments. everything was executed with care and perfection and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. my favorite part of my entire experience was feeling like they truly cared about me like I was a part of their family. I booked this venue because of their all inclusive hassle free packages and I gained friendship, love and support from the entire team! My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Amit & Meghna on two occasions (Our Wedding & baby shower) Ever time they gave us top rated customer service. The venue is stunning for any event. The food was delicious. Also, the staff is truly professional. If your looking for a stress free Venue, This is the place to book ASAP. I don't have any complaints. Hill Country Heaven
Our Valentines Wedding of love was beautiful! My wife and I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish!
Maghan and Amit’s inspiration of love through out the venue, attention to detail and listening to our request made our wedding extravagant, elegant and one to remember!
Our family and guests shared they felt like they were top priority and enjoyed our ceremony and their time spent at the venue!
We are very pleased with the overall experience and plan on coming back to renew our vows and share other milestone events here!

Dream Wedding
I can’t not say enough about Amit and his team. They went above and beyond for our big day. My wife was so stressed planning a wedding thats where Amit and his team came in and took care of everything. The venue, decor, food, to the service was truly amazing. If you are looking for a true all in one venue book La Fontana Springs you won’t go wrong. They are very reasonably priced for what the services they provide. We shopped many venues before booking with Amit.

Very Welcoming
I met with Amit and he was very professional and welcoming. It was an extremely hot day and he was the first tour all day to offer us water. A previous vendor showed up late to meet us that day and he was flexible with us running late to our appointment. The venue is beautiful and very accommodating.

Ok, it's been 4 months since our wedding, which was on March 24th, 2018 and we had around 150 guests for our wedding. Today is July 23rd, 2018 so you know I am not writing this review while I am still mesmerized by the butterfly feelings of a magical day. I am telling you as a person who plans in advance at least 13 months in order to plan for a wedding to a woman who he has fallen deeply in love with. After all that, let me tell you that all the plans that I had, didn't go as planned just because life can do that to you. However, my wife fell in love not just with this venue, but the person behind it (Celia). Her and her husband Stephen kept pace with us from the moment we first looked at the venue all the way through each step of the wedding planning process, to the last car leaving the facility. We had a long list of venues to look at, but as soon as she met Celia, we cancelled everything else we were going to look at. The venue can cater to your needs, but in the end you have to be realistic. You get what you pay for and quality cost money. My review is to invest you and your loved ones hard earned money not just on a venue, but the person who actually cares about making this one of the best nights you can imagine. Shirly and I will always be grateful for Celia, and our only regret is not planning the wedding 2 years in advance so that we could make sure that Celia was able to be a part of each part of the wedding arrangements. Come into this with an open heart, an open mind, and make sure you have a good understanding of what is important in the end on this day. The people here have experience and they enjoy what they do, make your day easier and utilize them for as many services as possible. You won't regret it.

We attended a Wedding Anniversary function at this site and it was a marvelous location. The setup, layout and decorations was exquisite. The food was also very delicious. We truly enjoyed this venue.

AAAhh! My wedding was June 14, 2014 and it was WONDERFUL!!! I reserved LaFontana back in November and doing so was one of THE BEST decisions made in my wedding plans! Cesar and Nancy made planning my wedding so easy and smooth. I met with them on a monthly basis and communicated frequently with questions and changes galore and NOT one time did I get anything other than smiles, professionalism and assistance to the goal of what I wanted. I honestly go more than I expected! Their venue is absolute gorgeous, clean and accessible! Cesar and Nancy recommended some vendors and I was not disappointed. I'm telling ya I could not have had a better experience. The price is definitely right and the pros know their business. I've been an event planner for many years (18), so I have a pretty critical and detailed eye. Wedding day...SIGH! THE BEST! The wedding started on time and was smooth as butter! Were there any hiccups? Probably so, however Cesar and Nancy's magic made all that disappear. Any other big events I'm having they'll be at LaFontana Springs Event Center!

La Fontana Springs is a wonderful wedding venue. Nancy and Ceasar were the biggest help in planning a wedding on a short notice and making the process as stress free as possible. Everything about our wedding was flawless. If you want a wedding where nothing goes wrong, (which many would say is impossible) La Fontana Springs is the venue to choose. Everything was done on time and my husband, me, and our families didn't have to do anything but have a good time. Aside from a fun, stress free wedding, the venue is beautiful inside and outside. I recommend La Fontana Springs to any couple getting married in the San Antonio area. You won't be disappointed.

They are an absolutely wonderful and great venue! Since we wanted to find a place where they offer their own catering and some other important things to make our planning easier, they were the perfect one. Catering, DJ, planning, decorating... They are very helpful and also professional in making your wedding very special!! They paid attention to details to organize and make everything flow smoothly on the wedding day. We didn't worry about anything and everything was perfect!! Nancy and Cesar are very professional and we are so happy and glad that we picked them as our vendor. Facility is also very clean and you can see very beautiful hill country view from there!

They do just about EVERYTHING. Cesar and Nancy are wonderful people to deal with and they made my wedding day flow smoothly. Everything was planned in advance, and Nancy pays very close attention to detail. A few minor things went wrong and they were extremely quick to rectify the situations. They consistently made sure everything was going well. I am so happy I went with them. The facility is beautiful as well. I picked them because I wanted an outdoor wedding, but sadly the weather was bad, but they have an indoor option as well. Still incredible. Extremely flexible - they even set up a wedding outside despite the fact that it would rain at the bride's insistence (disagreed with it...but they do whatever needs to be done to make you happy). Couldn't be happier with them or their venue.

Cesar and Nancy were awesome! They were very professional and detailed every step of the way. They were a huge help and really made things as organized and stress free as they possibly could. They were pretty flexible throughout the process however they really prefer that you use their preferred vendors which is not always the preference of the bride and it would be nice if they were more lenient in that. Either way, I would have my wedding at La Fontana Springs all over again if I could!

Beautiful Venue
I really loved the Venue, the staff were always there to assist with anything we needed which was great. There was just a few things that it could have been better, like the AC not working in the bridal suit or in the grooms room, we were sweating like crazy, also, the mini bar at the bridal suite wasn’t working. The food and the cake were great, everyone loved it! Regarding the DJ, there was a lot of things that I wrote down on the form that unfortunately were not followed, other than that, people were able to request a few songs and he was able to play them, so that was good. Overall, we had a great time, the venue itself is beautiful, loved the decoration from the gazebo outside :)

Great Value for Money!
This place is in a beautiful location, and they offer a lot of value for the money. They have a caterer on-site, they provide a DJ, they are licensed to serve liquor, and they even have contacts for a cake maker. Amit was very willing and flexible with our requirements and provided a wonderful experience for us and our guests. He also organized our itinerary for the wedding day, and ensure everything was on schedule, and went smoothly. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for a wedding location in/near San Antonio.

Amit was on point with his guidance throughout our wedding. He took the worries on his boulders out big day and made it as worry free as possible fir us. They helped take everything to our car afterwards. He decorated place beautifully. Was a amazing day! Magical!

Great array of options.
The food was good, the venue had a lot of decorations to choose from. It was a very fun night aside from one guests chair leg falling through the deck outside causing them to fall.
The officiant I found through the venue at an open house got my name wrong in the ceremony and was unclear on the payment process. Attempted to send payment online, and did not mention receiving the cash day of leaving us scrambling to get money from inside and do everything right after the ceremony. I don't think she is contracted through the venue, but be warned and confirm payment and name pronunciation BEFORE the ceremony.
