Dream Wedding Week at La Concha
There truly aren’t enough words to describe how perfect our wedding week was at La Concha Resort.
From the very beginning, over a year ago when we first started planning, the entire process was seamless, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. Jessica and Mariann were absolutely incredible. They were always accessible, clear in their communication, supportive in every decision, and unbelievably detail-oriented. Nothing went unnoticed. Every question was answered. Every idea was heard. Every detail was handled.
They made planning a destination wedding feel easy.
The hotel graciously allowed us to ship décor and personal items directly to their office, which made such a difference logistically. When my matron of honor and I flew down for our food tasting, we were treated like royalty. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. Champagne, warm welcomes, thoughtful touches, it was clear they cared deeply about making this experience special.
Once wedding week arrived, it only got better.
Every single staff member acknowledged our wedding. From the front desk to the restaurants to the pool staff, everyone offered kind words and congratulations. Our guests felt it too. We had over 160 people travel in, and the entire group was treated with such warmth and generosity. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate anything we needed, truly anything. It felt like the whole resort was celebrating with us.
The property itself is stunning, the service is world-class, and the energy is unmatched, but what makes La Concha so special is the people. They don’t just host weddings, they care about them. They care about you.
Our entire week was pure perfection. We were able to be present, relaxed, and fully enjoy every second because we trusted the team completely.
If you are considering having your wedding here, do it. It will exceed every expectation.
La Concha will forever hold such a special place in our hearts. 💛

Camilla, Jessica and her team were great. They supported us throughout the entire planning process up to arrival and after. Wedding of the century
Our wedding was absolutely STUNNING! Our guests said it was one of the most beautiful and fun weddings they had ever been to. It couldnt have been more perfect. Camila, our assigned hotel coordinator was prompt, attentive, met with us on multiple occasions and saved us when we ran into issues like going over our guest count. My husband and I are so grateful for her and the hotel for accommodating us and our guests and giving us the wedding of our dreams.

Wedding of my dreams
Our wedding venue was perfect. The salon Mirador has a beautiful view and is perfect for a smaller wedding. The food was delicious and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how well they ate. Our hotel room was beautiful. No complaints whatsoever. I recommend La Concha for weddings, from start to finish our wedding day was absolutely perfect!

I can't thank Camila and Jessica enough for their help in planning a wedding in a very short time frame. The staff were all super friendly and went out of their way and got some of the picky kids chicken tenders on the actual wedding day. Perla Gem!

We had a beach ceremony and both the inside and outside of La Concha is gorgeous. The venue was amazing and everyone had a good time. La Concha Resort was beautiful and amazing. Having a destination wedding is not easy, as you do not know what to expect until you get there. La Concha worked well with our vendors and the day was smooth and perfect. The ceremony was on the beach, with reception inside La Mirador. The food was great, especially the cocktail hour. Our guests had an amazing time and I couldn't be happier on how perfect our wedding was. La Concha is a beautiful resort and would definitely recommend it for someone looking to plan a wedding in San Juan PR.

We had our wedding at the breathtaking Perla venue, and it was absolutely stunning, both during the day and at night. Our ceremony was at the Marena pool which was also magical. The food and beverages were excellent. Additionally, La Concha was very flexible with rescheduling our wedding a few times due to the pandemic. I imagine I was not the easiest & only client they had yet they were so patient with me as we worked to create my dream wedding. Incredible day
We decided on a destination wedding as we wanted to be married on a beach front. Working with Jessica at the La Concha was so easy and she helped us book everything for the beach front ceremony. She had everything set up exactly how we wanted it. The beach front at the La Concha is spectacular. The also had a backup location for us just in case of rain, which thankfully it did not. We also hired the La Concha to cater food and beverage after the ceremony. The food was incredible! Everyone enjoyed the catered meals and you know its a successful wedding when everyone is saying how much they enjoyed the food. The skirt steak dish with risotto was delicious. We'd book the La Concha again in a heart beat. The really made sure that our special day happened exactly as we wanted to!

Great service and breathtaking venues
When we started organizing our wedding, we always knew we wanted to stay in the Condado area for the comfort of our guests. Condado is on the expensive side when it comes to hotels and venues, so that was expected. But their service and staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Nidymar was amazing and a pleasure to work with. She made everything so easy to comprehend and was honest from day one. The assisting staff the day of the wedding was equally amazing and professional. We had a great day thanks to them.

Amazing staff, amenities, service and views. From before we had them as our venue we knew it was the place where we wanted to celebrate our marriage. It was an amazing and unforgettable experience, since day one we had excellent communication. The staff at la Concha helped us with everything that needed to be added or changed. February Wedding Room Block
This hotel turned our destination wedding into a weekend getaway for all of our guests. The hotel employees were thoughtful enough to include a steamer and makeup chair on our room for the wedding day. We enjoyed a small get together at The Loft and the food and service were wonderful. After our wedding on a Saturday , the after-party at fifty eight was lit. Then, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries were waiting for us with a fully cleaned room. There are a couple of employees that deserve a standing ovation, Yalila for being in charge of my room block, responding to my emails (I sent a lot) even making outbound calls to the guests that need it to make reservations. To Ely for putting together a welcome letter for my guests and to Ana for taking care of all the food delivery on our wedding day and amenities.

BEST VENUE!!! hospitality was great
The choice was ultimately a given when it came down to choosing this venue. We were between two at the time, but once we visited and met with Jessica Rivera, she was so nice, professional, open to questions, all the staff in La Concha were friendly, welcoming, and down to earth. We felt comfortable, the ambiance and vibe was perfect for us and our guests! We had our own server the day of our wedding (Cristan Maldanado- Banquet Manager) and he was AMAZING!! There was never an empty cup in neither the bride's or groom's hand! He would assist with any drink/food desired. Food was delicious! My husband and I fell in love with this beautiful hotel a few years before our wedding and when we got engaged we knew this was the only place we wanted to get married. We worked with Ely Rivera and she was AMAZING! She was quick to answer any questions via email or phone call. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness was what made our wedding so special. The hotel also referred us to Tatiana Ramos, Mia Eventos, who we used as our wedding planner and we could not have done it without her! My partner and I held our welcome reception, wedding ceremony and wedding reception on Friday and Saturday nights, respectively. The attention and service provided by Nidymar, the catering staff and managers was excellent. The food was as delicious as it was at our tasting, service and cleanup were prompt, and the drinks flowed without issue. All of our guests raved about the service and professionalism of everyone involved in our events. Thank you so much to the entire staff. better than i expected
First off I want to say that this experience was eye opening, but Nidymar Boscana was super helpful. We were having a destination wedding and the day was a whirlwind of emotions and beautiful memory making. Everything was as it was supposed to be. My fiancé and I chose to do our ceremony at Sereno Pool and the reception at Salon Indigo. We also opted to cover the pool for the ceremony. Word to the wise, it is not a covering for the entire pool. This fact wasn't hidden from us but it also wasn't 100% clear that we only had an option of doing a T formation. I would have preferred the entire pool because the entire wedding party did not fit on the pool covering. There are however other choices and sites for the ceremony but we loved the view to the ocean. The food was great. I was a little nervous because at the food tasting you are only allowed to taste the soup, salad and a choice of 2 entrées. Nydimar was accommodating and allowed us to choose a 3rd entrée option because we were having a hard time narrowing it down. However, there is no tasting for hors d'oeuvres. I dealt with it and it turns out I had nothing to worry about because everything tasted delicious of course. I can't stress enough how Nydimar was so helpful with this whole process and she even dressed in our wedding colors! I'm not sure if it was a coincidence, but I thought it was awesome. Yalila the sales manager for the room blocks was very helpful as well in clarifying the ins and outs of the room blocks and suggesting how many rooms we wanted. One thing that I did not like was that the hotel has newly implemented a security measure that doesn't allow you to go to other floors if you aren't staying on that floor. While I understand and appreciate the safety, our guests were not able to visit each others rooms because they where on different floors. We immediately raised a concern as we obviously had friends and family that would want to visit each other and my mother-in-law has COPD and needed to be checked on from time to time. We were told that there was nothing they could do. We continued to ask and make suggestions ourselves but in the end they gave us "master key cards" that were supposed to work on every floor but they only gave us 4 and they only seemed to work sometimes. My guests were staying all week and I had 20 rooms booked! My suggestion would be to make master key cards available to the wedding guests at check in since the hotel has a list of who is on the room block before anyone even checks in. The hotel is clean, fun and the hotel staff as a whole is amazing. Bryan Ortiz a bellboy at the hotel was so helpful my fiancé and I found ourselves looking for him just to say hi.
The lobby is often bustling with music and guests so if you don't feel like going anywhere you can certainly stay there and there is a club downstairs along with a breakfast eatery and a restaurant. The poolside service is also great and the bartenders are very attentive and professional. I am overjoyed that my husband and I chose La Concha Resort to have such a special event such as our wedding.

Perfect wedding venue in Puerto Rico!
We loved our experience with la Concha Resort! We had our wedding in the Salón Indigo of la Concha Resort this past June. Everything turned out beautifully! Amnel will be your main point of contact and he is absolutely amazing. His attention to detail and overall vast knowledge of organizing weddings is exactly what you need. The venue itself serves as the perfect marriage between modern luxury hotel and island charm with panoramic views of the beach. Our food selection could not have been more perfect. The customer service was excellent, which was very important for me. I'm from Puerto Rico and I can genuinely say that La Concha Resort is the perfect venue for a destination wedding.

Beautiful venue and easy process
Picking La Concha for our venue was one of the best choices we made. It's easy for out of towners to get to and still relatively convenient for locals, it's beautiful, and they do a gazillion weddings so they have a really smooth process getting it done. Our guests absolutely loved it as it kind of had something for everyone - close to Old San Juan/Beach/Restaurants and easy to explore from, but also perfect for anyone that just wanted to lounge at the pool and/or get drunk at the casino.
Amnel on the event team was great - couldn't have asked for a better point of contact.

Destination wedding
Jessica and her team did an extraordinary job. The food was amazing, the wait staff was synchronized and so attentive. We were all amazed by the professionalism, organization and quality of our reception. It was definitely the wedding of our dreams and we couldn’t have done it without Jessica’s help. Perfect venue
We recently celebrated our wedding at La Concha. The entire staff at La Concha was a joy to work with! Special thanks to Nidymar Boscana! We appreciate your hard work to make our day so special. We found out at check-in that there were 6 weddings at la Concha that holiday weekend but that did not take away even for a second the individualized attention we received. The perfect wedding weekend!
My wedding was absolutely amazing due to the awesome team at LaConcha - I cannot thank Jessica, Yalila and their amazing teams enough for making our wedding more than I could ever imagine possible!
This was a destination wedding for us, therefore there was the added stress of not being able to control everything.
Jessica and her team worked with our budget and gave us all the options possible without being pushy. The team gave us recommendations for any vendors we needed, and we ended up getting all the vendors through them.
The team was very responsive in all emails that we sent them, and were very patient when we changed our minds a couple of times during the process. They made the process of getting room blocks for our guests so easy, and they were flexible to last minute changes.
During our various site visits at LaConcha before the wedding, the team spent a lot of time with us and made us feel like we were the only couple getting married there.
Our wedding was a 3 day affair - with a welcome reception of Friday, wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday, and brunch on Sunday. All the events went on without a hitch, the service was impeccable, and the food and drinks were absolutely perfect. All our 90 wedding guests were in awe at the quality of the service the whole weekend. Jessica and her team were present during all these events, ensuring that someone was always available to us in case we needed anything at the last minute.
I would highly recommend LaConcha for weddings and any events - they made my special day absolutely amazing, and all my friends and family fell in love with Puerto Rico due to LaConcha. We all cannot wait to go back!

Wow where do I begin. Jessica is the best! The property is beautiful and it's so much to do. We enjoyed the casino. I was married on June 10,2019 and it was a dream come true. There was a total of 33 guest and they didn't want to leave. Everyone keeps asking us to make this an annual vacation. Our ceremony was at Sereno Sand and the reception was at Ocean Terrace. La Concha exceeded our expectations.

Best venue!
While we were worried about booking La Concha before getting to visit, Nidymar and her team made it an easy decision. We got to visit the venue a year before the wedding and Nidymar made us feel at home. She was very attentive to detail and made us feel less stressed about planning our wedding from far away. When we arrived for our wedding Nidymar was there again to welcome us. We’ll definitely be staying here again and hope to see Nidymar soon.

We looked at a couple of other venues in this area and we are so happy that we chose La Concha for our wedding venue! Nidymar was always helpful from the very beginning when we were searching for a venue and she was very responsive. The catering and bartending staff was great too not to mention the food was very good! We received many compliments from our guests on the food, hotel facilities, and overall service (for those who stayed at the hotel). Beautiful Hotel and Venue for a Wedding
I went online and searched for one of the best resorts for a wedding and the LaConcha had the best reviews. When we hired our wedding coordinator we told her that we booked the wedding through the LaConcha and she said that we would not be disappointed. We did not see the resort until we landed the week of the wedding. The La Concha is gorgeous. It is updated and very stylish. The people are so warm and inviting. They have so many amenities our guest did not want to leave. The hotel, the beach, the reception area are so nice. I even went to the gym and had a great time. I plan on going back to the La Concha for our anniversary. I highly recommend having your wedding here.

Love La Concha ❤️
I absolute would recommend La Concha for anyone looking for a great place to have a destination wedding weekend! I had my wedding over Super Bowl Weekend at La Concha. There was plenty of things for the guest to get into and explore or do nothing at all! Weather was awesome, Great ambiance, everyone was very professional, excellent service. Jessica was always very professional, responsive, and polite (even after my multiple texts and emails). My only pet peeve was that there was another wedding on the beach AND at the same time as mine. It definitely led to some confusion with the guests not knowing where to go. Plus my ceremony was a religious ceremony and their's was a bit flamboyant LGBTQ friendly wedding (think pink poodles). Which isn't a problem for me, but can be for other's planning a wedding! (something to keep in mind, it will come out in your pictures)👌

The Perfect Venue

Beautiful and so elegant
I didn’t have a wedding planner and Nidymar helped me so, so much. From what kind of food tasted the best to the drinks and how much we needed for each guest. The room, Salon Mirador, was stunning and exactly what we had pictured. Everyone was so friendly and the food and drinks were delicious! Our guests can’t stop talking about our party!

La Concha San Juan December Wedding
Our wedding during busy Christmas time. The catering manager Jessica was very helpful, responsive, and attentive to all our needs during the planning process. When we checked in all the staff were friendly and eager to help us in any way possible. La Concha is a beautiful hotel. The lobby turns into a club at night on the weekends so it was the perfect place to continue the wedding celebration after our reception. The casino is the lobby is also very convenient and fun. The beautiful views, amenities, and lovely staff of La Concha were all just so great and really made us and all our guests feel at home during our stay there. I highly recommend having your wedding here. My husband and I are planning on going back for our anniversary.

Best Wedding Venue in Puerto Rico
I had a destination wedding in Puerto Rico in April 2018 and originally my wedding was scheduled for November 2017, but the hurricane pushed my wedding back 6 months. Throughout the entire process on re-booking my wedding, Jessica Rivera was the most supportive and understanding person. Dealing with brides is not an easy task but she made me feel so relaxed and calm. She also have great recommendation for vendors. If I could it all over again I would 100% come back and work with the team at La Concha. I have the most amazing wedding and could not have done with out Jessica and her team!

I highly recommend La Concha for any destination wedding in the San Juan area. My wedding was originally scheduled for November 2017, but was postponed due to the Hurricane Maria. During this tragic time the wedding team at La Concha did not hesitate to accommodate all of my needs. I could not believe the dedication Jessica Rivera and Yalila Carrasquillo demonstrated after the hurricane hit Puerto Rico. I had the option to cancel my wedding completely with a full refund, but I decided not to because of the La Concha wedding team! My wedding was rescheduled for April 2018 and was a complete success.
I arrived in Puerto Rico a week before the wedding and Jessica reviewed all of the details with me and made me feel very confident that everything was in order, they really know what they are doing. Our wedding was in the Salon Indigo venue and was the perfect size for 110 guests. Jessica suggested that I hire a wedding coordinator since it was a destination wedding and I very happy that I went with all of her recommendation. You can tell that anyone Jessica suggests to use for services or vendors has a personal relationship with her, which made is very easy to plan and coordinate. Every single one of my guests was so pleased with the there overall stay and accommodation of the hotel. La Concha goes above and beyond even if you are hosting you wedding at the hotel or even guest. The staff is truly amazing and they really take the time to make you feel like you are there number one priority.
If I could I would host my wedding here over and over again! I love you La Concha!

WOW!!!!! If you are looking for the perfect venue look no further....this is it... I had picked a different venue but due do hurricane Maria in PR in 2017 our original venue cancelled our wedding and that is when Nidymar and her team at La Concha came to our rescue. It was kind of short notice but together with our wedding planner Krizia Diaz they made it possible. The venue is really top notch. We had the Salon Indigo that overlooks the ocean and the ceremony was by the ocean pool terrace with a gorgeous view of the ocean on the background ( I can't wait to see our pictures). Nidymar is very knowledgeable and professional. She made us feel special and pampered the entire time. My girls and I got ready in a beautiful suite with a breathtaking view. I can honestly say that I was able to enjoy every second of my wedding day because I knew I was in great hands and that I had nothing to worry about. We had a flawless wedding and I have Nidymar, Jessica and their team to thank for that. Mil Gracias :)

We could not be happier with La Concha. It was amazing in every way!!! Many of the guests said it was the best wedding ever, the best wedding food ever, and everyone had so much fun all weekend. Everyone is walking away with fantastic memories to last a lifetime!!!
We appreciate all the small details. Like the bottle of champagne. The outstanding customer service from EVERYONE we encountered at the hotel. We have both traveled a lot, but have never been to a hotel where literally EVERY single staff member was amazing. To the maids, the pool servers who always remembered us, to the lady hosting our pool party, to the fantastic bartender at our wedding who always had the next tequila shot lined up :) Thank you to everyone at La Concha!!! This was the MOST amazing two weeks!!
We got married at the Serrano Pool and the reception was in the Salon Mirador. Both provided really unique and beautiful experiences. The food was amazing. Jessica was really amazing to work with through the entire process... initial proposal, site revire through the day of the event. We cannot recommend enough.

Amnel the person who helped me plan everything was great. Anytime I had questions he answered back quickly and was very patient with my multiple questions. If he was gone from work someone else covered down to help me get everything ready for the big day. We had a destination wedding so it’s pretty amazing how helpful he was in this whole process. All of our communication was over text and email. We would do our wedding again at la Concha if we had to.

There is no way 5 stars pays justice to this venue. The excellence of service that wedding planning team provide at La Concha is exceptionally brilliant. Jessica and Yalila in particular, are thoughtful, professional, and dedicated to make your wedding dream come true. The venue is gorgeous and the event staff seals the deal with their awesome service and attention to detail. Location is great and central to the metropolitan area, providing your guest with plenty options while there. I can only add that La Concha is just the PERFECT location for a wedding.

This hotel has the best location and is very close to the best restaurants, bars and the main attractions of Old San Juan!

Without any Hesitation, La Concha Is the most beautiful venue to hold a wedding. From the initial meeting until the day after all the staff were phenomenal and the food was truly excellent. They made this process so seamless especially with all the different vendors. They Provided such personalized care to me and the groom during the reception.

We were married at la concha on Memorial Day 2018. Our catering manager was Jessica Rivera. We had a beautiful wedding, with great food and drinks! Our guests all loved the place and the food as well as the service. Jessica is amazing! She did everything in her power to make it a special day. She even made sure my bride had a suite for her and her bridesmaids to get prepared for the event! Our guests all felt welcomed the entire weekend, even the ones that weren’t staying at the resort. It was a beautiful day and the wedding was memorable.

Had our pre-wedding BBQ/rehearsal dinner here on the evening of 5/26 in the Sereno Pool location. (We had the ceremony/reception the next day at La Concha's sister property, the Condado Vanderbilt.) We had a mixed group of approximately 50 people, which included about 10 children, and everyone had a terrific time. The food we ordered was delicious and plentiful, as were the drinks. Nidymar was a dream to work with! She made the entire process so easy and seamless! She was very responsive and extremely attentive to every detail to make sure the day of our wedding was amazing. Our ceremony was located on the beautiful Serano Sand, and Cocktail/ Reception in Salon Mirador. If you are looking to plan a destination wedding or live on the island, the team at La Concha will make the process easy from the moment your tour the property up until your big day!
Yalila was also a big help with planning out the room block, especially during a busy memorial day weekend! She made sure everyone was taken care of when they arrived and all special requests were accommodated.
I cannot say enough nice words to explain how incredible the staff at La Concha is. They will treat your guests like royalty and make sure everyone is taken care of. Not to mention, the food and drinks throughout the hotel is beyond delicious and the our guests can't stop raving about the food the night of the wedding!!!

We hosted welcome drinks and a farewell brunch at La Concha for our out-of-town wedding guests and were thrilled with the outcome. Amnel was professional, responsive, and just plain nice to work with. Although rain moved us indoors for the drinks from our original venue (Sereno Sands), the change of plans went seamlessly and everyone still had an incredible time. Our guests are still raving about the view from the Salon Mirador at brunch. I would only change one thing if I had to do it all over again -- I'd order even more of the crepes at brunch as they were so popular that they ran out more quickly than anticipated. All in all, we think we made the right choice for these events!

Greatest wedding ever! It felt like a dream that we did not want to wake from. Every staff member was caring and thoughtful. As two people from the industry, my husband and I had very high expectations and the La Concha team exceeded each one! Shout out to Yalila for being so patient and accommodating with our room block (you made this very easy for me). I would like to thank Amnel who was so professional and welcoming throughout the entire process! My husband is an executive chef and food was very important for him. Amnel paid close attention to all the details and what we were looking for. Amnel, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for us.
The culinary team was FANTASTIC! Our dinner was exactly the same as our tasting a year prior and my husband loved the soup so much that he had 2 during the dinner. The service during the banquet was top notch. Gina, thank you so much for everything. We met Gina during our tasting and requested her to be or server for the wedding. To our surprise Gina was not available to serve us because she had a different position as the BQT Supervisor. As soon as I saw her I could tell that she was promoted and that made me very EXCITED. She stayed by my side throughout the night making sure that we were all set and that we ate while our food was still hot. Her service was sincere and genuine and those types of employees are hard to find. I also want to recognize the Front Desk team (Eliah, sorry if I misspelled your name) was just the example of the best front desk agent a GM could dream of. He made me feel so special during my check in and his attention to detail was on point. Thank you as well to my housekeeper, Anabel Rodriguez for arranging our room so beautifully, extremely clean and leaving a cute little note on the night of our wedding.
This overall destination was exactly what we needed. It was vibrant and harmonious and the memories created will be in our hearts for ever. THANK YOU ALL!

WOW. La Concha is an incredible hotel. I recently had my wedding at La Concha, we had about 85 guests with 4 events over the course of the weekend. La Concha were brilliant. The service is 2nd to none, the hotel has incredible vibe for people of all ages. Every single one of my guests had an incredible stay and we cannot wait to go back. We couldn’t choose a better place to have our wedding! Everyone was so nice and helpful from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out! The front desk agents, the waiters, the bellboys... the entire hotel staff was super friendly and helpful! The food was amazing! Our event manager Amnel was the best in helping us plan our big day! La Concha and Amnel came to the rescue for us. Our prior venue cancelled and we were worried about getting something comparable. From the beginning Amnel was responsive and very helpful. We had our Welcome Party at La Concha on 12/9, and it was the perfect kick off to our wedding festivities. Beyond great food and drinks, the staff there really made the night. At one point it started to rain, and the staff worked quickly to move the food and drinks to a covered location so the party could continue. When more than a year ago we started planning our daughter's wedding, we never thought that a catastrophic event could alter our plans. We had planned everything perfectly and Hurricane Maria arrived. When the hotel where we planned to celebrate the event canceled us, we thought it was impossible to do it. My daughter lives in the United States, but, celebrating her wedding in Puerto Rico was the greatest illusion of all. It fleetingly crossed our mind to celebrate the event outside of PR but we quickly realized that celebrating the event on the Island was going to help our economy and we also demonstrated with this that our PR gets up (#PRselevanta) with the help of everyone. When the La Concha Hotel opened the doors for us to celebrate our event, we were happy that despite the passing of the hurricane we could celebrate that unique and special moment in the life of my daughter. The Hotel La Concha not only met our expectations but exceeded all expectations in terms of service, physical facilities and especially the super special treatment. That cordial and friendly treatment since we started the process again until the last minute of the event is something worth praising. The staff was unique in their treatment, especially the Catering Manager Amnel Colon who took great dedication to make our event the dream event of all. We feel fortunate to have achieved that our event was carried out in a majestic way at the Hotel La Concha and that each of the employees of that place demonstrated dedication and commitment from the beginning to the end. We recommend the Hotel la Concha 200% to celebrate that special and unique moment and thus strengthen and help the economy of our country. La Concha hosted my son's wedding rehearsal dinner and our guests, we had 30 rooms. The wedding was at the nearby Antiquo Casino. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, great A/C, comfy beds (no one complained), iron, bathrobes, hair dryer, and big bathrooms for all our stuff, with a cool shower, and breathtaking ocean views. The rehearsal venue, Salon Mirador, located on the top floor of the hotel was gorgeous. The evening started with Mojitos on the open terrace overlooking the ocean where we took pictures and moved to the indoor area with glass walls on 3 sides. The catering manager was patient with me and showed flexibility with the menu. Everything turned out the way we wanted it. Dinner, drinks and service were EXCELLENT.
We had a fantastic time and stay at La Concha, all of this while the hotel and the island were recovering from hurricane Maria. The people that helped and served us during our stay could not have been nicer or more professional. So glad we kept our plans and did not postpone anything. I especially want to thank Nidymar and Yalila for everything they did.

I celebrated my wedding at La Concha Resort. I organized everything while I was in Texas and my wedding was exactly how I dreamed. Thanks to Amnel Rivera (catering manager) for helping me. The accessibility, prompted response, kindness, organization and overall the service was excellent. The resort is beautiful and modern. The rooms have stunning views to the see. The lobby is very active with live music and other events. I am very happy with the experience and I highly recommend this resort if you are planning an important event in Puerto Rico.

La Concha gave us the experience of a lifetime! It's a beautiful hotel in a very central location in Condado, Puerto Rico. We stayed for almost a week and it was wonderful, different pools and direct access to the beach made for a great variety of places to have a good time with all the family and friends, even an adults only pool. The staff all go above and beyond to make your stay perfect, starting with your arrival and you are greeted by Felix. Our contacts with the hotel, AMNEL & YALILA are so charismatic, energetic and attentive. Communication was excellent, every email, call and request was responded to very quickly, our wedding planning was stress free and our wedding was a dream come true.

We stayed here for one night of our honeymoon and it was FABULOUS! The rooms are huge and included well-stocked kitchenettes. The bathroom was amazing with a huge soaking tub. The pools are lovely and the BEACH is PERFECT! Wish that we had more time to stay here.

When my husband and I decided to get married in San Juan, everyone we consulted told us to host it a La Concha. We were very pleased with our communication and interaction with Nicole and Marlene and their flexibility in planning our perfect wedding. Working with Nicole and her team was a pleasure. They were amenable to our every request from menu changes and wedding cake additions, to securing a space for our friend to complete a live painting. The ceremony and reception was beyond what I could have imagined and our guests are still talking about their time at La Concha. The hotel is the perfect venue for a destination wedding, it has breath taking views, great staff, and tons of shops/restaurants nearby. We are so glad we were able to host our special day here and plan on returning for future family vacations.

What an amazing place to get married! We can't even begin to express how special it was. Each of the venues were beautiful.
Our ceremony was next to one of the infinity pools (Sereno Pool), looking out over the beach. Our cocktail hour was on a rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean at sunset. Our reception (also rooftop) was in a room (Salon Mirador) that was 80% floor to ceiling windows and had great vistas. One of the best parts of the evening what the "room reveal." As all of our guests were enjoying cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on the terrace, the shades that had been covering the windows of the reception space (hiding it from view) were drawn in unison to reveal the beautifully decorated space and signal our guests to enter (almost all of our guests have commented on how amazing "the reveal" was)
The food! Not only was it delicious, but each and every morsel was presented beautifully, and exceeded our expectations. We have been to a lot of weddings where the food was just "ho hum," but this was definitely a step above the rest. This was spectacular. Jessica, the Catering Manager was great to work with and guided us through the selection process expertly. We have take a moment to also commend Ginaliz and her fellow bartender who were able to keep up with the demands of our guests and keep the libations flowing. They were Awesome!

La Concha is beautiful! It is right in the middle of the Condado area right outside of Old San Juan. It was the perfect location we felt to have our wedding. Our ceremony over looked the ocean but was not right on the beach which was important to us, we had it on the Ocean Terrace. We had our social hour and reception in Salon Mirador which was located on the 12th floor that over looked both the city and the ocean. We could not have asked for a more beautiful spot! It was breath taking! The staff at La Concha was very supportive and we could tell they truly made an effort to have our business, which we cannot say was the fact at other locations. We also had our rehearsal dinner at La Perla, one of their restaurants. It is another beautiful spot that over looks the ocean. The food is wonderful and again I cannot say one negative thing about any of the people that helped to have our wedding at their location. We personally worked with Nicole and she was great! Always available and very attentive to our needs and wants. She was always available on the phone and even by emails, if she didn't answer right away she would get back us very quickly, which was did a destination wedding and this was very important to us! La Concha was a perfect match for us!

My husband and I decided to get married in Puerto Rico without ever having been to the island. We figured it would be a good idea to spend a weekend there to check out venues before inviting our friends and family for the big day. We hired Tropical Weddings to set up the appointments and take us around to look at 5 different hotels. La Concha was the 3rd one we toured and as soon as we walked in we both said this is it. The lobby was welcoming with a clean modern feel. As we were waiting on Jessica to come meet us we were served yummy mojitos (these had no influence on our decision!) Jessica was friendly and professional and provided us with a wide assortment of options for food and beverage. She then gave us a tour of the hotel and the areas we could use for ceremony and reception. We loved everything we saw! After we signed the contract she continued to work with us through email and on the phone (we live in Texas). I never felt like I was missing out on anything. Just 2 weeks before the wedding we decided to do our rehearsal happy hour at the hotel. Jessica and her staff coordinated the menu and location in record time. The week of the wedding she greeted us at the hotel and we did a walk through to make sure we were in agreement on everything. It could not have been more perfect!
The staff and servers at the reception were amazing as well. My wine glass was never empty and they even brought drinks to my husband on the dance floor! The food options fit all kinds of tastes and I received comments all night from everyone about how delicious the food was.
La Concha is ideally located. Its within safe walking distance of several shops and restaurants. Its adjacent to a beautiful beach with lots of chairs and umbrellas just for hotel guests. Its a short and cheap cab ride into Old San Juan. And there is a 24 hour casino!
We will definitely be back!

We could not ask for a more supportive, amazing, helpful and friendly location to have on wedding day of 5/15/15. They remained in close contact with us leading up to the wedding day, when we got to PR and on our wedding day. First of all, the venue is centrally located and absolutely beautiful. The hotel has a bar, which is in the heart of the hotel. We sat down for drinks several times during our stay. The catering managers Jessica and Nicole were a pleasure to work with. They held our hand throughout the process and helped in any way possible to ensure the day was beautiful. On the actual wedding day, they both stepped in (which they didn't have to do) and helped making sure our ceremony went smoothly. Our cocktail hour and reception were at the Salon Mirador, the most beautiful outlook and back drop a couple could ask for. The cocktail hour food and drinks were delicious. Nicole had food for the groom and I to enjoy so that we could relax a bit and decompress before the reception. Throughout the night, Nicole checked in with us, however she did so without bothering us. Every course of the dinner was fresh and flavorful. The layout of the room and dance floor of Salon Mirador were perfect for our large group of family and friends. Most importantly the staff who worked throughout the night were amazing and helpful. La Concha is the best place to have your wedding. The staff, the food and the venue are beautiful. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a memorable wedding day.

They were very responsive to my emails, worked closely with me on the reception, and room block services even when I had a lot of questions or changed things back and forth they were always so patient and understanding. And with all the back and forth it came out to be absolutely beautiful. I still have people telling me that my wedding was one of the best that they have ever been to and plan to come back to stay at La Concha again. Their professionalism and quality is 5 star and I would definitely recommend this hotel to any bride you will not regret it.

I couldn't be happier with my choice of having my wedding at La Concha. Coming from NYC we are what I would call hotel snobs. We love Marriott properties though and we always trust in them. When looking for a venue in San Juan I immediately fell in love with the property from the second I walked into the lobby. It was love at first site. When I took the tour with Jessica who was extremely informative and super sweet I also fell in love with the location of the ceremony and the reception. It was one of the only rooms in any hotel that I saw that had a balcony that looked out on the ocean. Why come to Puerto Rico to get married if you can't see the ocean?! Once we had decided on the venue the easy choice for the rehearsal was also at teh hotel and the location was amazing. The rehearsal was at the Sereno Pool, the ceremony was at the suite tower pool deck and teh reception was at Salon Indigo. Jessica made the planning process a pleasure. We came down a second time to meet with other vendors and they put together a food tasting for us. Luz helped us with our room block and was an absolute pleasure to work with. With over 100 guests flying in from NYC and other locations it is not easy to make everyone happy, but Luz seemed to do so flawlessly. The weekend went off flawlessly and I can't thank the entire staff at La Concha enough for the amazing job that they did.

This is the best place to celebrate your wedding!!! The catering and banquets teams are amazing!! Puerto Rico is the "Isle of Enchantment" and for that reason my now husband and I decided to travel from California to get married in PR. I had originally called the resort where we stayed on our first visit to PR and I NEVER got a call back. After browsing online for other places I came across La Concha and I immediately loved their setting. I called and spoke with Jessica Rivera and I knew right there and then that this was the place where I wanted to get married. Jessica and Roxy Recio were my venue coordinators and during the year of wedding planning these girls made it so fun and exciting for me. Every time I'd call or email them they always made me feel as if I was their only bride. I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and for going above and beyond! I also want to thank Luz Gonzalez for the coordination of the rooms for our guest. Luz, you're the best! :)

I was married on 7-13-2014 and I am so very happy I chose La Concha for my ceremony and wedding reception venue. Roxy was a great help and so positive and helpful the entire planning process! I visited once to choose a venue then did the remaining planning via email and phone. The location was perfect, the views were amazing, the food was top of the line, and the signature cocktail was awesome. I had a small wedding of about 40 people and they treated me no different than a larger wedding party. I would absolutely recommend this location for a wedding!

La Concha's staff and service exceeded my expectations. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the pictures on their website do no justice you have to visit the resort to take in the beautiful views and tranquil grounds to truly fall in love with the resort. The staff's help throughout my wedding planning experience was VERY patient and always available to serve me in whatever way I needed. I can't express enough how they made my dream wedding actually come true. I would like to personally thank Roxy my catering manager (she was so pleasant regardless of how many times I called her a day :)), Manuel Gonzalez, Zaida Diaz, Renne Duran, Heyde Nieves, Davis Velaiquez, Mario Jimenez, Hector and Irving Ramos. Thank you so much for everything!!! I can't wait to visit again :)

Our wedding was April 12, 2014 at La Concha and it was breathtaking! We had a dinner the previous night at Sereno pool and had more guests than expected and Roxy Ann swung into action. She handled the situation with class and grace and made all my guests comfortable! The food was outstanding and the service was top notch. The staff that day was just incredible. I can not thank Roxy Ann and staff enough. Also shout out to the best wedding planner, Milly Centeno, cake was fantastic from Contemporary Cake!! Roxy will help you pull it all together!! We can't wait to get back and hug her again for just being wonderful!!!
