He made everything go so smooth!

Oh my goodness, he makes it so easy to be in front of the camera! He does so much work and truly has your interest at heart. My wedding day had some bumps and Chris was always on top of everything! He took so much stress off of me and he was genuinely happy to do so. He did my sisters wedding 8 years ago and I remembered how involved he was, and knew I needed him for my wedding!! He is great at photography and a great person!

Wonderful photos and Fun!

Chris's photos speak for themselves - he is so talented! He also helped make our whole day wonderful. Chris met with us prior to the wedding and we discussed options and made a timeline for our day. On the day of our wedding, he kept us smiling and laughing, made sure we ate (!) and ensured we had a few quiet moments to ourselves. Chris made our day so fun and we highly recommend him!!

Amazing!

Chris was fantastic! He was funny and made you feel comfortable. We used him for both our engagement shoot as well as wedding and our photos came out perfect. Our dogs were an important factor for us to have in the photos and he took that seriously for us. He was so great and patient with them and those photos also came out great! He got all the shots we asked for, always checked in with me during the day to make sure everything was okay. He truly cares about helping make your day great and as smooth as possible. He is extremely flexible and can roll with any changes. You will not be disappointed choosing him for you big day! Thank you Chris!!

Amazing photographer and now friend

Having a pregnant bride and being a state away Chris made us feel like we were family. From the first email to the first FaceTime talk he was polite, very knowledgeable on the things we needed to know from the first photos to the last to capture our special day. He was flexible in time as in things never go as scheduled during a wedding ie (people talk way to long...Me) and he actually calmed us down when we were a bit stress during the wedding. He gave us a good planned, took our needs and gave us ideas along the way. From start to finish he listened, gave insight and by far captured some of the most amazing moments of our wedding. Would highly recommend him to not only capture you wedding moments but any type of photo you need done.

La Brisa is the Best!

My husband and I met Chris at a friend’s wedding years ago and immediately knew that we had to have him as our photographer when we got married before we even saw his pictures based on his amazing personality. Even still, he exceeded every expectation we had. Besides the beautiful photos he took, he was charismatic, funny, and thoughtful. He made everyone comfortable and we can’t imagine our wedding without him. We got so many compliments from our guests about how awesome Chris was and even more once they saw the pictures. We were able to preview a set of edited photos the same day of our wedding and received over 900 edited photos within 2 months. The photos Chris took of us are so special and the memories we made with him are even better. We cannot recommend him enough!

Chris is an amazing person to work with!

Before talking about how great of a photographer Chris is, I must mention how great of a person he is. Chris, among other great qualities, is friendly, kind and thoughtful. Everyone who had a conversation with Chris in some way mentioned these qualities about him. So, many of our guests had the nicest things to say about Chris and everyone loved working with him. Throughout the day Chris kept reminding my wife and I to enjoy and take in all that we can for the day. I am so grateful for his reminders throughout the day. I got more out of our wedding day because of these reminders. Chris’s photos speak for themselves. He knows how to capture the day perfectly. Chris is the best!

Working with Chris was such a dream! We hired him for our engagement and wedding. We traveled for the engagement portraits and it was a trip we will never forget! From his hotel and food recommendations to the jokes to make us laugh and feel comfortable in front of the camera, it could not have gone any better! He checked in with us regularly before the wedding and offered to help with anything he could. The day of the wedding he made sure I was comfortable, fed, and at ease with all the chaos. The galleries were delivered to us well before he said they would be and the images were more than we could have asked for!

Dream come true

Chris photographed our wedding last spring. He was incredibly professional, organized, and efficient. I love that we had several “pregame” Skype meetings to prep, and his advice was sound. He was the cool head prevailing on a crazy wedding day, very efficient yet engaging - and my entire wedding party and family adored him. Oh, and the photos of course came out first-rate! Best experience ever!

Chris drove all the way from Arizona to meet my husband and I in Zion National Park to photograph our elopement. Not only did he take the most amazing photos, but he also got ordained to officiate our wedding and took a video of the whole thing. I can’t imagine our wedding day without Chris in it. He added nothing but positivity to the day and we wouldn’t hire another photographer if they were free!

Highly recommend

While wedding planning, we ranked photographs as one of the top three most important items to us - we're so glad we decided to use La Brisa Photography.
I had been in two weddings in the past where Chris was the photographer. I was always a bit confused as to why a photographer from Arizona was hired for weddings in Kansas until I had the chance to spend these days with Chris and see the product he produces. Chris is a fun guy to spend your wedding day with, as he keeps the mood light and isn't shy to joke around with you and your party. He keeps the day moving along great and is very well prepared for your day. Chris makes sure to understand what you and your partner are looking to get out of the day and out of your pictures and does just that on your wedding day. He was even a good sport about joining us for our February wedding in Connecticut.
A few days after our wedding, Chris had almost 100 pictures up on his website from our wedding that we were able to share with family and friends. We knew how good Chris' pictures are and were still blown away by the quality of the product he produces. He makes it very easy to download your photos and the site to purchase your photos is very intuitive.
We HIGHLY recommend Chris for your wedding pictures, especially if you can help him reach his 50 state goal!

Best Ever!

I cannot say enough good things about Chris. Chris met with us before the wedding and dug in to help us articulate our photography vision. With all of his wedding experience he was able to also help us beyond the photography. For example, I ended up using the timeline he put together instead of the overly complicated one that I had developed. On the wedding day Chris did a great job of directing people and keeping things fun and light. I loved his energy and enthusiasm he kept going for the entire (long) day. The photos speak for themselves, so beautiful and I loved how he captured the special moments of the day and specifically the moments "between shots." Chris, you are awesome and we are so lucky to have had you be part of and capture our big day.

Beautiful Photos and so FUN to work with!

I loved working with Chris for my wedding!!

Chris and I went to school together and over the years I’ve seen his gorgeous photos of our classmates weddings and thought, if I ever get married, Chris is going to be our photographer. And I was so excited that he had our wedding date open.

He is a joy to work with. He has this happy, fun energy about him which is super contagious. I’m pretty awkward in front of the camera and Chris was really good at helping me feel relaxed and confident in being myself. Chris was with us all day and night and he captured some really special moments between me and my husband as well as our friends. I love looking through our photos because they show all of the emotions of the day - from the silly to the serious to those quiet candid moments between my husband and me. The day was such a blur, it’s wonderful to be able to relive it through the photographs.

Aside from having the most beautiful photos, I love that he kept us on track - We didn’t know what to expect of the day and Chris put together a schedule and I didn’t have to think about anything other than marrying my best friend. It was such relief to have someone else handling all the time logistics of the day.

I now have the very difficult task of picking my most favorite photos to frame and put up in our house. There are so many stunning photos to choose from, it’s not a bad problem to have.

I would highly recommend La Brisa and Chris for any and all of your photography needs. He is the best!

We are so happy that Chris photographed our wedding day. He has a friendly and easy going manner and was very patient. We cannot stress enough how incredible Chris at La Brisa Photography is as a photographer and as a person. He is the complete package and then some. Hire him... you will not be disappointed! His product is unbelievably beautiful and personal -- he gets these perfect shots that capture the event but also the feeling, the mood, and the personality of people in the photos. My husband and I love every photo he took - and our family and friends were blown away as well. On top of being a phenomenal professional photographer, he also doubles as a wedding coordinator/best friend who will anticipate issues and help smooth over anything and everything that happens in the pre-wedding craziness. Hiring Chris as our photographer was probably the best decision we made, in regards to our wedding day. He was incredibly fast, efficient, organized, and experienced. He made the day run so smoothly by providing a detailed timeline and swiftly moving things along, with less stress. Most importantly, Chris made everyone feel comfortable and kept us all laughing - which was captured in all the genuine photos. It felt like we had hired a true friend, even though we didn’t meet in person until the morning of the wedding. Wedding photographs can be a painful process, but was actually enjoyable when working with him. He is incredibly dedicated and worked his tail off from morning until late into the night, all with a huge smile on his face.

Chris is incredible- from the photos he takes (he's truly an artist) to the experience he provides. He asked questions that solved problems before them became problems. His "day of" schedule served as the basis for our entire day and helped two oldest children (with no wedding planning experience or older siblings to watch how its done) organize the day- it was SO helpful! On several separate occasions, our wedding party mentioned how much fun they had with him throughout the day. He made everyone feel comfortable and made engagement and wedding photos incredibly easy. Not only a professional, but truly a good person who just understands people. My husband and I believe this is what makes the result of his work so outstanding- he just gets people. We love Chris! He came to Mexico for our wedding and we are so incredibly happy he was our photographer. I am a pretty awkward person behind the camera, but Chris immediately made me feel comfortable and it was so much fun taking pictures! Everyone was commenting on how wonderful it was having him around and how incredible the pictures are. I honestly cannot stop looking at our pictures because they are so fantastic! We truly feel like we don't have the words to describe how amazing Chris at La Brisa Photography is. We had the absolute best experience with having Chris as our photographer. There aren’t words to express how happy and amazed we are with Chris of La Brisa. I had seen his work for years on Facebook and always thought it would be great to get to have him take our pictures. I reached out and heard back immediately (with enthusiasm) that the date for our wedding worked with our scheduled. We met for the first time at our engagement shoot and let me just say my husband was worried about the whole thing because he is not a guy who like to pose for pictures. During our first outfit change he told me how cool he thought Chris was and how easy it was to be ourselves and that he was really happy we choose him. (YAY) Before the weeding we had a few skype sessions with Chris to discuss the upcoming wedding. I was shocked at the things he went over; I was not expecting him to do so much for us and our guests. My favorite thing I loved about Chris was he made sure to keep reminding us that it was OUR day, and to take time to ourselves and soak in every minute. And let me tell you how much that helps to have your photographer slow things down for you, rather than rush you through your wedding day!!! ALSO, Chris could read me, after only meeting me one time. He could tell when I was a little stress, and got me out of that situation, he could tell when I needed a break from the 98 degrees temp in my 12 layer wedding dress. Every step of the way was perfect, and saying he is amazing is an understatement. And I cannot thank him enough for capturing our day so amazingly. We cannot wait to have more events so we can have Chris photograph them!

No words can ever express the amount of gratitude we have for everything Chris did for us before, on, and after our wedding day. We knew getting great photos was an absolute must when it came to prioritizing parts of our wedding. Little did we know we would get more than just amazing photos. Immediately, we were struck by his kind personality and true passion for what he does. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Chris kept in touch asking how things were going and what he could do to help. It was not in his job description but he helped us plan our day. When the wedding was about a month away, Chris asked if we could FaceTime to be sure he knew about any last minute changes and make sure we were feeling good about it all. Chris is someone you talk with once or twice and immediately you feel like he’s been a good friend for years. He gave us a feeling of comfort and made sure we knew he was going to take care of us on our wedding day. Chris’s wedding and photography experience is remarkable. Before the wedding and on the wedding day, Chris had emphasized the importance of enjoying time together as husband and wife on the wedding day. He explained that as soon as we walked out of the church, we would have many family and friends waiting to talk with us and that would continue for most of the night. Because of this, Chris planned a moment after the ceremony for us to be alone together. This was such a blessing. Chris had the ability to help us be intentional about spending a few moments here and there throughout the day to step back and really enjoy everything that was happening around us. We will never forget the impact he had on our day. 8 months after the wedding and we continue to call Chris a good friend. We’ve had many friends and family members get married and found out quickly that is a pretty rare thing when it comes to a wedding photographer. We could not be more grateful to have had Chris photograph our wedding and still be a part of our lives.

CHRIS IS THE BEST! We were referred to Chris by the photographers who did our engagement pics but were already booked for our wedding day, they said if they got married they would ask Chris to do their photos- and now I know why!! Not only did he travel across country for our wedding but also took some pictures at our rehearsal dinner at our request, which was amazingly kind. His pictures brought out the beauty of the flowers/venue/decor but more importantly he seemed to capture the personality and beauty in each person as well. As a bride he relieved my stress by making me laugh (he is hilarious!!) but also made me feel beautiful. We received nothing but compliments from our other guests (and vendors) about him exclaiming he is the best photographer they have ever seen at a wedding. Furthermore, besides his obvious talent and fun nature he helped us with just the overall wedding process. He recommended when and how to get some alone time to ourselves just for 5-10minutes to reflect on how special the evening/ceremony is, which in turn made us slow down and really absorb our entire wedding. Also he helped with just random wedding stuff like helping my husband put on his bowtie, and suspenders (his groomsmen were a inept in that area), and quickly telling us how to cut the cake (you think you know how to cut a cake until your are peering at this multi tiered concoction with bejeweled cake cutters in your hand while slightly tipsy from all the champs). All around he is an amazing photographer and awesome guy. Highly recommend:)

Chris from La Brisa Photography was our dream photographer from the start. Not only did he capture our personalities to the T, he made us feel so comfortable and beautiful throughout the entire process. We relied heavily on Chris and his wedding day schedule to help us keep track of the day, and there wasn't a single hiccup. When my now fiancé proposed, I knew one of the most important decisions I had to make during wedding planning was the photographer. Luckily, I knew just who I wanted to capture our special day – Chris and La Brisa Photography! I met Chris when he shot my friend’s wedding in Kansas in 2012. He was fun and personable, and the photos were fantastic. The more I saw Chris’ work, the more I knew he had the eye I wanted in the photos that would spark fond memories of our wedding for years to come. He uses light, texture and detail to bring out the emotion of an occasion. As I got down to wedding planning, I asked Chris what dates in April 2017 he had available. I was all ready to spend 9 months of engagement prepping for a wedding. Yet not more than 30 days into wedding planning I freaked out. My amazing fiancé handled a couple days of crazy while I debated options, finally settling on a much faster “surprise” wedding held at a family member’s home in Houston. Poor Chris probably thought I was nuts! Our decision to have our engagement party turned surprise wedding on September 18 was based on two factors – my fiance’s work schedule and Chris’ availability. And boy, it was worth it! Two Skype sessions later it was locked down and Chris was almost as excited about surprising our guests as we were! His availability to his couples, via phone, email, or even joining in at our friend get together the Saturday night before the “surprise” makes Chris a not only a phenomenal person but a superb secret keeper. The wedding day, Chris and his second shooter, Rebecca, were everywhere, shooting, talking to guests and even helping us stick to the typical wedding traditions. I believe Chris’ images speak for themselves – PHENOMENAL. Personally, Chris is a positive person to be around, smiling, offering a hand and sticking with the couple to shoot in a cattle pasture in 90-degrees AFTER shooting a full wedding! I can only say that if you want the best, go with Chris and La Brisa!

Definitely one of the best decisions of our entire wedding planning process. Chris photographed our wedding and engagement photos, and the results were no less than stunning. The entire time, he made sure we were having fun, laughing and being comfortable as ourselves. Most importantly, he was always there to help remind us what the day was all about, which was getting married. Words cannot express how happy and grateful we are for Chris and his amazing photography skills. I met Chris a few years ago when he came to do some photography for the veterinary clinic where I worked and again at a good friend's wedding. I knew after experiencing the way he interacted with the wedding party and seeing his amazing photos, I was hooked. Chris isn't just a fantastic photographer, he is a fantastic person. When Ryan and I met up with Chris to take some engagement photos, he took great care of us. He took the time to get to know us and our story. He used that to help us relax and take excellent photos. I have never found myself to be photogenic and Ryan does not like being in photos. Chris made the session effortless. On our wedding day, Chris was another friend that shared in our day. He helped us plan the timing of the day, who we wanted to include in photos, and some special shots we wanted to take. He helped us stay on schedule and was loved by all of our friends and family. His ability to create awesome situations for photos, laughter and bring out our love was one of the best parts of the day. Chris also gave us wonderful advise about spending enough time with each other during the day and savoring particularly special moments. Chris is just wonderful all around. Chris was the first decision we made because we knew that photos were the only thing that we would have after the whrlwind that was "The Wedding". My wife originally met Chris a couple months before our engagement at a wedding that he was shooting. She was a bridesmaid and was able to be exposed to the Chris-effect for hours. She wouldn't stop talking about how comfortable he made everyone, the manner in which he didn't "pose" people- instead he captured the natural moments, and the fact that his personality made him extremely relatable and fun. Once I met him, I was sold as well. He had an ora about him; one that has to be experienced to fully understand the magnitude of his being. Leading up to our day, Chris was in constant contact to ensure that he knew everything that we wanted/expected from him and that everyone was on the same page. On our wedding day, he made sure to get to know every member of the bridal party by name, ensured that everyone was comfortable in front of the camera, and was able to capture some very emotional moments without getting in the way of those moments. Chris has a knack for the details and is very intuitive. He was able to feel out the wedding party and get the shots that truly captured our interactions and images that are STILL breathtaking to this day. He also made adjustments to the timeline in order to give us more time for things that truly needed it- like giving a bow-tying tutorial to my groomsmen and our very emotional first look. He made sure that we were informed the entire day and that we were happy with the things that he was doing. Before the end of the night, Chris made sure that everyone was given a little preview of the amazing photos that he had shot throughout the day. We knew from Day 1 that Chris would deliver; however, he exceeded every expectation that we had! Our photos are fun, unique, and emotionally perfect. We will be clients for life! I've known about La Brisa Photography for a few years and have always marveled at the quality and creativity in each picture taken. From then on, I envisioned working with Chris when the time came for myself to be married. When Jordan and I first got engaged my first objective was to see what dates in the Fall Chris had available. Yes, I was planning our wedding date upon his availability because his talent and passion he puts forth in each shot was evident and we wanted that for our treasured memories. To say that we were impressed is an understatement. Chris is easily relatable, fun, down to earth, reliable, and makes everyone in the room feel as though they are the most important person in the world. From day one, I knew Chris was the perfect photographer for us. Jared likes to say he has "photo-phobia" which I knew was going to make engagement pictures difficult. The Royals were also playing in the playoffs during our engagement shoot which distracted Jared even more. Chris made sure to have the game pulled up on his phone and kept us updated throughout the whole shoot! This made Jared feel comfortable right away. Fast forward to right before our wedding and Chris was so on top of everything! I asked a few questions about what times would work best and before you know it, Chris had a timeline all worked up for the day of. Not only was that beneficial for me, but it also benefited the bridal party, family members, and friends that needed to know where to be at certain times. Chris also Skyped with me a few days before to get final details and discuss things I would want and not want on the day of. I let Chris know that I did not want a lot of formal church photos and requested that he capture more behind the scene and random shots. The day of, Chris was the BEST PHOTOGRAPHER EVER! From bringing donuts in the morning to the beautiful prayer that was said to Jared and I in the church to the kind words he left us with at the end of the night, Chris was simply AMAZING! I also cannot count how many people came up to Jared and I after the wedding and said how impressive and talented Chris was. Receiving our photos back was such a fantastic day! Chris Hsieh is an ARTIST! Sarah Gudeman is a photog gem! The thing that some brides do not realize is that your wedding day goes by SO FAST! You only remember bits and pieces, highlights, but even then, its like a dream. Chris and Sarah were able to catch all the moments from our special day. They truly can see what really matters to you as a couple and bring so much color and emphasis into those moments they capture. For instance Tin and I are huge on Phamly and Phriends (a play on our last name, Pham). Nothing means more to us than our family and friends. Chris and Sarah picked that up right off the bat, and really focused on that value. We are also, very light hearted, so of course Chris and Sarah captured some funny moments/on the verge of inappropriate moments as well. I am so completely happy choosing Chris, I look at my wedding photos all the time and still after a year I find moments I didn't know happened. Also icing on the cake was Chris was able to capture my husband cry, which IS AWESOME! #HousePham. Even in the months before the ceremony he was very accommodating and was sure to know exactly what we wanted out of our photos. Hiring Chris to be our photographer was both the easiest and best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process. I met Chris over 3 years ago when he photographed my best friend's wedding. As her Maid of Honor, I was around Chris most of the day and by the end of the night I considered him a friend. When I got engaged, I called him a few days later because I knew I wanted him to capture every second of my wedding day! He has an amazing way of connecting with people, making you feel beautiful in your own skin, and capturing every emotion on camera. I can't even put into words how much I loved working with Chris and Sarah for our wedding photography. Chris is very organized and will map out the details for photos and ideas ahead of time so the day of the wedding is a breeze. I greatly appreciated that he provided an itinerary as well - this just helped to make sure the whole day stayed on track and again went smoothly. Having Sarah shoot as well just made the day that more memorable because not a moment was missed. Chris and Sarah caught every moment from the start to finish, including all of our wonderful guests. Chris took both our engagement and wedding photos and we were not disappointed. We love every photo he captured and I appreciated that he really listened to what WE wanted. Not to mention he drove 2 hours super early in the morning so we could take our engagement pictures at sunrise. I saw Chris's work a few years ago and said this is the man I want to be my wedding photographer. 4 years later that dream came true. I can not even begin to express how amazing he is! First of all through out my crazy day he was there as my own personal piece of sanity. He made me feel at ease and kept me on track, and reminded me to eat haha. The previews of the photos that he showed me that night, were incredible! No editing, no touch ups, pure genius! The pictures I have seen so far are more amazing than I could have imagined. I can't express enough how happy we were to have La Brisa Photography document our wedding. I have had multiple friends use La Brisa for their own weddings, so we were able to see their wonderful work prior to our own wedding. We decided to book with Sarah, and were lucky enough to get Chris as the second photographer as well. Sarah was amazing!!! With the large group that we had, she was great with making the process as smooth and easy as it could be. Everyone felt so comfortable and understanding of what they were asking us to do. They were both very kind and funny, making us laugh the whole time. After receiving the pictures, I can say that they really captured the entire day. If you want pictures of your wedding that will make you feel you are living that day all over again, La Brisa Photography-especially Sarah and Emma- will be the best money that you spend on your entire wedding!!! Sarah worked with us to build the perfect package that fit our budget and our needs, she developed a wedding day timeline to keep us organized and on track, and provided us with the most stunning pictures that our friends and family are still talking about! Anyone can take OK pictures, but it takes someone who treats your wedding pictures like their own to get truly amazing portraits that capture so much love and laughter from one of the best days of your life. Sarah and Emma did just that. We were married in Tybee Island, GA in August, and let me tell you it was hot! Sarah and Emma didn't let that hold them back. The heat and humidity kept them busy wiping camera lenses and having us blot our makeup, but they made our entire wedding party so relaxed during the pictures that no one noticed! They also took amazing detail pictures that have allowed us to relive all the special touches and details that were put into our big day. The last thing that I want to share is how well they blended in during our wedding and reception. They laughed and had a great time with our guests all while taking our pictures! I believe this is why our pictures truly captured the essence of our entire wedding- they were so wonderful to be around and work with that they were an extension of our family and friends! I cannot speak highly enough of Autumn. I have always admired La Brisa's work so when I settled on my date they were one of the first people I e-mailed.

Autumn and Luke's demeanors were wonderful and made everyone comfortable. Autumn took a great combination of formal and informal pictures. I have seen photographers who made the agenda about them, but she really was part of the day not the feature in the day. Autumn was with us from about 9:00am to almost midnight without one complaint.

We had trouble with our mail and when we did not receive our first flash drive of the photos she sent a second flash drive in a very timely manner.

We have received numerous compliments on the pictures and really feel they captured our whole wedding day. We feel very lucky to have such a wonderful representation of our special day.

I would recommend her without any hesitation to anyone for their wedding day and that is not a statement I would make about all my vendors.

Autumn and Sarah photographed my wedding in August. The photography element of the wedding was something important to my husband and me, and after hiring La Brisa, was one of the few aspects of the wedding I didn't worry about. From day one when we had our engagement photos taken, Autumn made both of us feel comfortable and valued. On the day of our wedding, both photographs were there all day (from hair in the morning, until the last dance at the reception). Throughout the day, they were present to capture all of the important moments without being overbearing or front and center. I look back on that day as I look through the pictures and think: How did they get this photo? I don't even remember seeing them!
The photos we have to look back on from the wedding are beautiful. Not only do we have the traditional posed photos, but candid photos, pictures of our guests, and pictures that capture all aspects of the day. In our experience, Autumn and Sarah were easy to work with, creative, and professional. I cannot recommend La Brisa more highly.

I've had two experiences with La Brisa. The first I was a bridesmaid and Sarah and Emma photographed by best friend's amazing wedding day! They were such a great team and both made everyone feel very comfortable. They knew exactly when to be in the background to get those candid shots, and also knew when to give direction and how much to give. At the end of the night, I walked up to tell them how amazing they were and how I wish they could do my wedding, as mine being destination at a resort, I would have to go with who they had on-site. They asked when my wedding was, and it was only 2 months away. Sarah was already booked up but Emma was available.

After thinking about it for a few days and chatting (convincing) it over with my fiance, we decided to ask Emma to be our photographer. Thankfully, she was just as excited as we were. She was a great mentor through the whole process and somehow kept me calm at all times. Having a destination wedding is more frightening than one would think. A lot of unknowns. But knowing that we would have amazing photographs captured on our special day made everything easier.

Emma was there with us for most of our trip and she fit right in with our group. She's a witty and kind soul and loves to capture love :)

I've already told my husband to be prepared to travel to Emma once our family grows so she can continue to give us the best moments/photos possible. We love her and look forward to working with here again in the future. She and La Brisa are "stuck" with us now :)

Emma was amazing! From the first time I contacted her she was quick to reply and always willing to meet, which was a drive for her. She was so helpful in the planning process, giving great suggestions about timing and order of events. The day of the wedding, she was so helpful and so fun to have around. She was very sweet and attentive to me, making sure I was eating and taking little breaks to sit. One of my favorite things about Emma is that she made a point several times through out the day to make sure my husband and I had a few minutes together alone. She was flexible on order of events and shots I wanted. If I didn't want to do a pose or was uncomfortable, we moved on. Out of all the vendor choices I made for my wedding, Emma at La Brisa Photography was by far my best one. She is what I would describe as "more than a photographer." From the moment I booked her she was helpful, timely in responding and very sweet. She was willing and excited to travel to my fiancé's hometown to take my engagement photos (which turned out great) so that we could take pictures with his old classic cars. Her professionalism and knowledge was impressive to my future in laws. We were pleased. Three months later came our big day. In the midst of some hectic moments, Emma was a calm and professional presence that kept this jittery bride in check and was able to read my emotions, knowing when I needed breaks and when I needed support. And she worked her tail off! It was a long day, but not once did she let her calmness waiver. She kept us on schedule and knew what she wanted. You don't even have to take my word for it… a bridesmaid commented to me how much she wished she could have had a photographer like mine. Another friend said she was so impressed with how Emma seemed to always be at the right place at the right time, but without bringing attention to herself (which is a sign of a great photographer.) She has a talent for capturing beautiful moments, but she is so much more than that too. Best choice by far. I will recommend her to every bride I know. Above and beyond my expectations. I hope she can do my baby photos someday.

I found Sarah when she was doing the photography for a friend of mine's wedding. I was at the Salon doing a breakfast bar and I recall being super impressed with how detail oriented she was. She was literally on the ground (in a dress--yet still proper) getting the EXACT shot she was looking for. She was so creative and so up beat the entire time. I researched NUMEROUS photographers trying to find the one that really caught my eye. I met with enough of them to know what I was looking for, and when I saw Sarah I was sold. Just watching her work, you can tell how passionate she is about her work!

I contacted Sarah shortly after my friend's wedding to book her as our photographer. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was so pleasant and friendly, kind every step of the way, and so ORGANIZED. We stayed in touch throughout the planning process and got everything addressed ahead of time. I was able to pick the services I wanted, basically build my own photography package. She was so helpful.

For the wedding. I could not have asked or imagined anyone doing a better job. She WAS OUTSTANDING! She took 1500 pictures!!!!!!!!! I had requested two photographers, so Stephanie was also there to help. She was excellent as well. They both had great ideas and really captured our day. They tolerated our wedding party as well, which truly could not have been an easy task! She got our pictures back to us in one month!!!! I thought this was awesome. By time we got back from the honeymoon, settled into the house, and organized our pictures were back and we were able to view them...ALL! I have so many wonderful things to say about Sarah and La Brisa, but this box only lets me type 2000 words, so I have to stop.

All in all, both ladies were excellent. I HIGHLY recommend them. Pictures are OUTSTANDING. VERY Professional. VERY organized. Excellent service all the way around.

Chris is a top notch person and photographer. Without him and Tina our day would not have been so enjoyable. Best of all they made pictures effortless and fun. Chris and Tina are not only great people who are passionate about photography and people: their pictures prove that they are absolutely talented. I was introduced to Chris and LaBrisa Photography by one of my best friends and I could not have been happier with the results!! I have known Chris since my college days and I was so excited to have him as my photographer for my engagement pictures and wedding! He was very professional and really cared that I was happy with my pictures. He made sure to get all the right information from me before the big day and kept me well informed on what we would be doing. On the day of the wedding Chris was awesome at keeping the pictures really low stress. We got married on a hot day in August in Kansas and Chris was great at organizing the pictures so we didnt have to stay in the heat long. My husband and I have loved working with Chris and LaBrisa photography over the past year as he shot both our engagement and wedding pictures! Our engagement shoot felt like one of the best dates we had ever had, full of laughter and love. It was a genuine blast! The wedding prices were a bit over our photography budget but after spending time with Chris for our engagement pictures we knew we couldn't have any other photographer and locked in our Wedding date with LaBrisa- it was the best wedding decision we made! As the wedding came closer, there were a few items that were tricky with our Wedding schedule and timing of pictures. Chris was incredibly accommodating and even spend an hour with me on the phone brainstorming some ideas to nail down our day of photography schedule. He was a HUGE help! He and Sarah shot our wedding and she was incredibly sweet, the two of them even picked me up a Starbucks the morning of my wedding- it's the small things in life! :) Even at our reception, Chris was even able to show my husband and I pictures of the Wedding on his iPad that were just A-amazing! It was the coolest thing ever to see sneak peak wedding pictures while I was still at my wedding! The iPad was passed around to family members and they all were super impressed. We continue to get so many compliments on our pictures and multiple asks on who our photographer was. We can't wait to use them next, maybe for a baby shoot or a puppy shoot- whichever comes first! ;)

Sarah was absolutely great! She captured our day with ease. My husband and I both felt very confident with her photography and her organization. She provided us with a tentative schedule of the day and it helped relieve so much unnecessary stress. We were able to share the schedule with our families and it helped everyone know where/when to be. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better photographer! I hired Chris to do my fall wedding in Indiana. His price was a bit above my budget but I am so glad that I splurged on this aspect of my wedding. His photos were amazing, he was very flexible and I feel like he listened and captured exactly what I wanted with his photos. He was with me for the whole day, from hair/makeup through the send off. He even had helpful tips for me, things that I would have never thought of. Overall AMAZING could not have asked for a better photographer.

I can not say enough amazing things about Chris! This man has such an incredible gift with the camera! He did both of our engagement and wedding photos. The amount of compliments we have received from our pictures is insane!!! In fact, one of our family friends loved them so much she hired him for their daughter's wedding :)

Not only did B photograph my wedding, she helped make one of the best days of my life outrageously perfect! Chris and the photographers at La Brisa are top-notch. They perfectly captured my perfect day. They take some of the best photos I have ever seen, whether it be wedding, family, engagement, etc. and I'm so happy to have such wonderful photos of our wedding. Beyond the photos, they are just great people in general! They're so incredibly helpful throughout the entire day. They were quick to help with the little things all day, from setting up our DIY photo booth, to starting my hot car, and running to grab our marriage license. They were unbelievable and they went above and beyond our expectations as to what a photographer does. La Brisa definitely helped made my day stress-free! Even before I had gotten engaged, I knew that I wanted La Brisa to do our engagement and wedding shots. I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Autumn for our Attraction Session and B on our wedding day!

Before the day even started, we received short forms to fill out to let B know our schedule and if there were any specific shots that we wanted to get - which helped us get organized as well! On our wedding day, we were going all around town from the salon to the church, doing a first look, onto a trolley with no A/C, church for the ceremony, all around town (K-State Gardens, K-State football field, Tri-Delta sorority house, campus) and b was so involved in everything and had great ideas for photos that were not just head shots, but really unique and beautiful shots that we will frame! My husband and I, and so many people from the wedding party kept saying how great she was, you can just tell that she cares SO much about what she is doing and really has a passion for her job and about making your day as wonderful as possible. She was so patient, professional and so kind to all of our wedding party and guests but still made a connection with tons of people!

Looking back at all of our pictures after she sent us the final link was a great way to help us remember little details from that day that we may not have remembered otherwise. I am still getting compliments weeks after our wedding (and months after our Attraction Session with Autumn!) about how amazing our pictures are! I give my highest recommendation to La Brisa - THANK YOU for helping to make our wedding day the best day of our lives!

I highly recommend Chris and the whole la brisa team! One of my favorite things is that Chris can get great shots of you even if you are a little tense and nervous! In addition, Chris helped make my wedding day very stress free and fun. He was great about keeping in contact and helping me get all my pictures without doing a first look. Hire La Brisa to photograph you! I was just married and had Autumn as my photographer and cannot say enough good things about her or La Brisa. Not only were the photographs she took beyond beautiful, they were also unique and artistic, something that I really wanted. We all know things can go wrong on your wedding day, but I was lucky enough to have Autumn as my photographer and I was confident that I had nothing to worry about with the images she was capturing of the one of the most important days of my life. Not only did she spend over 13 hours photographing every moment that happened that day, she went above and beyond her call of duty, she made sure I was comfortable on such a hot June day, carrying a water bottle for me and fanning the skirt of my gown in between shots to cool me down. I honestly don't know how to put into words how grateful I am to Chris from La Brisa Photography for what he did for us with our wedding photos. I met Chris through a friend, so I was familiar with his super fun attitude and his talent prior to booking him for our wedding, and he still managed to completely surpass my expectations. I wasn't really comfortable with being photographed, but Chris made me feel completely at home in front of his camera, and you can tell in the images how happy and relaxed I was. He was there for our ENTIRE wedding day, from the morning getting ready to the absolute last minute of our reception. He set up a slide show during the reception of some of the images he'd taken, and our guests LOVED being able to see the photos he took during the ceremony and dinner. When I got engaged, scratch that, when I met b, I knew I had to have La Brisa do my wedding. It wasn't a desire, it was a necessity. The talent, dedication, and flexibility are amazing. We did our engagement photos in Connecticut/Rhode Island and our wedding in Kansas, all while b was living in Georgia and moving to Hawaii. Very geographic!
I am an incredibly awkward individual and b makes you feel like a model, her excitement, energy, and eye for a killer shot reassure you that you've made a FABULOUS decision in hiring these pros. I met B through class in college and she was just starting out with La Brisa. After following her work on Facebook, I knew that there wasn't anyone else that I wanted to capture my special day. Having Chris and b shoot my wedding was a huge blessing. They were amazing and their photos were even more amazing. Guests from my wedding are still commenting on my awesome photographers. I met Chris at a friend's bridal shower, knowing we would be planning a wedding in the near future. I found it amazing how he was able to be in a room with so many women, and even more amazing when I saw the pictures he took.
So I decided to look through his portfolio and knew that La Brisa was the company we wanted for the wedding. Chris met up with us a few times before the wedding (engagement and bridal portraits) and we had so much fun taking pictures with him. He wasn't putting us in awkward poses; he just wanted us to be relaxed. Upon receiving photos, he did not bombard us with multiple shots of the same frame. He chooses great images, and we were able to decide our favorites (some were hard to choose).
Autumn was at the wedding and she worked just as professionally as Chris. All of my friends had amazing reviews of Chris and Autumn. La Brisa Photography is awesome and I strongly recommend them for any event. You won’t be disappointed.

B and Autumn drove all the way to Colby, KS to photograph our wedding in June, and everything about their photography was perfection and beauty. Everyone, including our families and wedding party, were impressed with their fun, positive attitudes and professionalism. They kept us organized and on-task when needed, but for most of the day, they operated quietly in the background, capturing all the special moments for us to remember. They were completely flexible, and even helped us sneak off for a few minutes to take photos in a nearby wheat field. Needless to say, we love our wedding photos! (As a side note, B and Autumn also took our engagement photos last February, and despite a temperature of 8 degrees F, we still love those photos, too!) :-) B and Autumn, keep up the great work. I wanted La Brisa to be our photographers as soon as I got engaged! I saw the photos taken by Chris and La Brisa photographers on facebook over the last couple of years and was always impressed at how intimately he seemed to capture the the couples he was shooting. I couldn't wait to see our relationship in pictures through his eyes.

I can say with complete honestly that I am absolutely satisfied with the photos taken by Chris and Autumn from La Brisa. On the day of the wedding they were both completely professional and helpful, and (thankfully) totally flexible. I was late to the site and they managed to still get some amazing photos and I have no idea when they took them! They were so understanding about the fact that I was a stressed bride and offered me food and water, which was so sweet. They handled the flow of the photos with family and the bridal party great and kept things moving so we could enjoy our big day! Some of the photos from that day are just breathtaking and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Something that they did that was really awesome was a little teaser slideshow at the reception of photos from earlier in the day and the ceremony. Everyone loved that! He also had so many pictures on facebook right away so we could see what we were going to be getting, and our friends and family could see the photos right away too. That made it really easy to share them with everyone! Our wedding was in the Santa Cruz mountains and he definitely took advantage of the beautiful scenery with many of the pictures including the beautiful trees that surrounded the wedding site. I loved it!

Chris also did our engagement photos which are also so beautiful. Our engagement photos were shot in Capitola, and again, Chris has a great eye for the setting. I felt like he was really able to capture our relationship and he got us as a couple. It was so great working with him and I would recommend La Brisa to anyone! Thank you Chris and Autumn!

By far, the best decision we made for our wedding was hiring La Brisa Photography! The not only captured the important moments (and did a phenomenal job at it) but also managed to capture the love and memories of our friends and family celebrating with us. We now have memories and photos to last a lifetime. We shopped around a lot before we committed to a photographer and were concerned about finding one within our budget. La Brisa stayed within our budget and exceeded our expectations on willingness to travel, quality, talent, service, and expediency to deliver the images after. I cannot express enough how happy we were with the entire team! Chris and B did our Attraction Session in California for us, and B and Autumn shot our wedding in Kansas. Every moment of both sessions all of them went out of their way to not only capture but create moments! We feel as though they are more than our photographers they are friends! We are already planning on when we can have them capture moments for us again!

I'm not exaggerating when I say I still look at our wedding/engagement pictures everyday! B did the most amazing job!!!!! She made everything so fun and relaxed and she knew what was going on at our wedding better than we did ;) which made everything run sooo smoothly. Most amazing photographers ever! Chris and B from La Brisa photographed our engagement session and our wedding. They are incredibly fun and easy to work with. They kept us on time for our day of schedule, made us laugh and taught us how to breathe and truly enjoy the day. Our photographs came out spectacular! Chris has a gift with capturing the most amazing sunset pictures. B is a very creative outside of the box photographer. Together they are an amazing team. I received teasers of my pictures within 4 days and the disc of images shortly after! My family and friends have not stopped commenting on Facebook about how amazing our photographers were. There are no words to describe how AMAZING Chris, B, and Autumn are. These are three of the most reliable, trustworthy, and fun individuals on the face of this planet. Jason and I first met Chris and B at our friends wedding, and the friendship/picture relationship took off from there. Our attraction session had to have been some of the best 3 hours of our entire life. We got to the end of the 2 hours that we had originally scheduled when Chris and B looked at Jason and I and said, “We can go longer if y’all are up for it.” Of course we said, “YES!” My mom thought that since she had not heard from us after the two hours and didn’t actually here from us for four hours after the shoot started that we had had a terrible experience. IT WAS THE OPPOSITE. We called her screaming about how much fun we had! Once everyone saw the pictures they realized why we had such a great time! Chris also came to one of my bridal showers, because he is AWESOME! The images from that day truly showed all the love that was in the room, and all the fun that we had. I now have fabulous pictures to put in a book and keep for the rest of my life. Plus, I can give the pictures as gifts to all of the amazing women in my life. There is something about the simple elegance of a picture that shows someone how much you truly care about them. Finally came our wedding day; La Brisa made the preparation so easy. Two weeks before the wedding I received an email asking us to make a list of all the pictures that we wanted. Chris worked out a schedule for the day that met all of our needs, but still gave the three of them the time they needed to make their magic happen. They were there bright and early in the morning, and stayed till the party was over. Being able to get on Facebook and relive our wedding over and over again through the pictures is something that will live with us for the rest of our lives. Our two photographers displayed a high level of professionalism and joy in their performance. They were highly focused on making the bride and groom happy and did so extremely well. Chris' humor and lightheartedness added joy to our wedding day, and we were blessed to get to have him take our photos! The only minor downfall with La Brisa would be the length of time it takes to get back photos (which is potentially not very long compared to others).... BUT they're all so wonderful once they have been returned that you quickly forgive them!! We would both HIGHLY recommend La Brisa to anyone looking for memorable, fun, personalized, vivid pictures to remember their wedding day, engagement, or other event by.

Words cannot describe how fantastic, amazing, wonderful, and how memorable my experience with La Brisa was! If you are on the fence or looking for a photographer these are your people without a doubt! B and Autumn did our engagement pictures and our wedding photos. They were so professional but yet easy and fun to work with. They have a very perfected system that helps them run smoothly and on time. All our family and friends enjoyed working with them and said how fun they actually made pictures on the stressful wedding day. On your wedding day their are many stressors but with B and Autumn as my photographers, photos were not something I worried about. They got pictures of everything I asked for and then some. Everyone has raved about our pictures. The thing I love about La Brisa is that they are not your typical photographers that take the same pictures at each wedding. All members of La Brisa are incredibly talented and do things to make your wedding photos unique to you... Not the cookie cutter wedding pictures that everyone has! Another thing I love about La Brisa is how quickly they work to get your pictures back to you. Less than 5 days after my wedding teasers were posted for us to check out! Talented, professional, easy going, creative….. Did I mention AMAZINGLY TALENTED!?!? Chris and B are so much fun! Truly, words cannot express the wonderful experience we had working with them! Our friends and family are so impressed with the outcome of our engagement and wedding photos that three of our friends have now used La Brisa!

My husband is not a huge fan of having his picture taken, but working with Chris and B may the experience comfortable and enjoyable for my cowboy! During our engagement session and wedding, Chris and B were able to capture so many “real life” moments of us and our canine children! Brandi with La Brisa Photography did a phenomenal job capturing every detail of our wedding day! She is an incredibly talented photographer and so much fun to work with! Her energy and willingness to do whatever it takes to capture the perfect shot made our day absolutely amazing. Brandi started the day before 7 a.m. and did not stop taking pictures until midnight, when our dance ended. She even gave us a sneak peak of the images at the end of our reception! Within a day or two, Brandi had posted teasers to Facebook and just a few weeks later we had the DVD of our images! We wish we could fully express the value of La Brisa photography. First of all, both B and Chris are ARTISTS. The quality of work from these two photographers stuns you when you view it each time. We check their website on a daily basis for new photographs to drool over.

For our wedding in November of 2011, B and Chris made us (Bill and Lindsay) feel so confident and prepared; we had nothing to worry about. We had talked several times about what we were looking for the day of our wedding, and B and Chris fully delivered. They both came to our rehearsal to get a "feel" for the church, but they also introduced themselves to several family members, and they made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera.

That day, B was our main shooter, and she did a phenomenal job. From the time the day started, B and Chris were present making sure everything ran smoothly. We actually got behind that day getting our hair done, and B and Chris were totally flexible and calmed me (the bride) down when I began to panic. While B was shooting, Chris held my dress if needed, fetched food and water, and went above and behind what the "photographer" is expected to do (again, they are artists, but also both just such GOOD people).

B and Chris made everyone's experience so phenomenal that day. From Bill's grandmothers who are still talking about how "nice those young photographers were", to our wedding party who can still be heard today shouting Thursday, to our parents who still can't get over how they received their own CD of our pictures in the mail two weeks after our wedding. We have both been in several weddings, and pictures can be the dreaded part of the day. We, along with our wedding party, had so much fun because of B and Chris--everyone had a genuine smile because of them! We didn't want them to ever stop taking pictures!

B and Chris started photos before 8 a.m. that morning, when we were at the salon to get our hair done. They did not stop taking pictures until the dance was almost over (around midnight). Never, in our lives, have we witnessed such dedication from two people to their profession.

Since our wedding, we have had many different people request their information so they could hire La Brisa. Several times, we have been approached and told that our wedding pictures were the best they've ever seen. People have mistaken fields near Lyons, NE for a beach in San Diego, CA... because, "There is no way that sunset photo was taken in Nebraska."

The day after our wedding, B had our teasers up on Facebook, which was so amazing. It allowed all our friends and family who had not been there, or who had, to live the memories of our special day. As mentioned earlier, we had a copy of our pictures in our hands two weeks after the day of our wedding.

We did not even have a videographer at our wedding because we were so confident La Brisa would capture the emotion of our wedding day, and B and Chris did that and so much more. On a daily basis, we look at our wedding pictures online and the many framed ones we have up around our house.

So, without a doubt, wholeheartedly, we recommend the services of La Brisa Photography. They are insanely fun, so flexible they remind the bride to breathe when she panics, and truly are artists. B and Chris are personable, hilarious, and at the same time, true professionals in their field. Go La Brisa!

We are in love with La Brisa! After our wonderful experience with our attraction session in Las Vegas, Nevada we were so pleased to learn that Chris was willing to travel to South Carolina to be our wedding photographer. I can’t tell you how many e-mails, texts and phone calls I made to Chris while planning our big day and he always got back to me in a timely manner; if he was ever irritated in the fact that I relentlessly contacted him, he never showed it. He showed up for our rehearsal dinner, was there before half of my bridesmaids were the morning of the wedding and took every shot I requested. Throughout the day and night, he was able to upload photos and show me what he’d taken, which was such a nice touch. Everyone in my family and wedding party was thoroughly impressed with him and I am so lucky to have been blessed with such a talented, professional, reliable photographer to be able to capture memories that we will treasure for the rest of our life together. He’s truly the nicest guy to work with and his love of his career shows through his work. Hubby and I were lucky enough to have La Brisa Photography photograph our October 29, 2011 wedding. We met Chris and B at our engagement session and they greeted us with hugs and smiles making us instantly more comfortable and relaxed.

I emailed/texted/called Chris several times before our wedding and he always replied in a very timely manner and it was one of the best working relationships I've ever had!

Chris and B started with us at 8am the morning of the wedding and stayed until the very end of the reception at 11pm. They were both very professional yet very friendly the whole day. A few things that we really appreciated the day of the wedding was that they were very knowledgeable about how we had scheduled the day and were great about keeping everyone on schedule. I also never saw them during our ceremony which we really appreciated. They took fabulous photos of our ceremony but they were never in our faces, disturbing views of our family members, or disrupting the ceremony. Several guests commented that if you weren't at the wedding, you feel as though you were there with the detailed photos taken throughout the entire day. I really appreciated all the small details they captured...our rings, programs, favors, cake, food, centerpieces, hugs, facial expressions, etc.

La Brisa is very reasonably priced for the quality of photos they take. We received DVDs of all our wedding photos about a month after our wedding which is extremely fast!

Overall, we have a wonderful relationship with Chris and B of La Brisa Photography and hope to work with them again in the future! We would recommend La Brisa to everyone in search of a photographer for any chapter in life!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about the service La Brisa Photography provided during the months leading up to our wedding, on the day itself and the weeks followiing.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding Chris took time to Skype conference with us to make sure we had a schedule and portrait line-up that was ammenable to our day. Of all our vendors, Chris was the one who helped us set the pace for everyone else- I don't know what we would have done without his preparation assistance!

On the day of the wedding Chris and Brandi fit right in with all of our family and friends. From our first-look to the very end of the reception, they made everything comfortable and special, a perfect combination for an otherwise hectic day! We knew they had captured our day beautifully before we even saw pictures. However, when Chris approached my husband and I during our reception and handed us an IPad with a photo slideshow of photos from the day already going, our jaws hit the floor. It was amazing to reflect on the day as the evening came to a close. I was so thankful for their attention to detail and obvious desire to provide top-notch customer service on-top of everything else they had done that day.

We recently received La Brisa's discs of our photos and laughed, cried and reminisced as we looked through all of the incredible images. Chris and Brandi were able to provide us not only with hundreds of beautiful images, but also memories of our day that we will have forever.
