I truly had a wonderful time buying my wedding dress from La Bella Bridal. When I worked with Erin in choosing my dress, on two different visits, she was amazing in making me feel at ease and comfortable. She gave feedback that truly made me feel like I was making the best decision. She sincerely cared, which made buying a wedding dress less stressful. I appreciated working with her both times that I came in, and I just want to thank her so much for being so calm and wonderful. The wedding dress selection at La Bella Bridal is also amazing, and I feel lucky to have found this boutique for a perfect dress. I also bought many of my accessories from La Bella Bridal, and they have so many beautiful items. I absolutely recommend them!

This was the second stop on my dress search. I was coming up with little from what I was choosing from and the consultant pulled a dress off the rack for me. It turned out to be the dress. Everything in the shop is gorgeous! The one-on-one attention makes it a very private experience in which you don’t feel like their attention is split. The consultant also helps you narrow down dresses by only keeping one “contender” at a time for you to choose between; making it easier to decide in the end. The seamstress she sent sent me to was amazing as well.

Great shop! Kitty was AWESOME! She went out of her way to make me feel special while trying on gowns. I found 'the one' here, and I can't wait to wear it on my big day. Thanks La Bella Bridal!

I absolutely loved my experience at La Bella Bridal. I worked with Erin, who was professional, calm and kind. She was very patient and provided helpful advice throughout the whole process. The dress was reasonably priced and we added a veil which was also in a fair price range. I highly recommend this boutique!

Erin and Amber we're absolutely wonderful, there were so many beautiful dresses that I couldn't decide which dress I wanted . After narrowing it down to 3 they helped me choose according to how I reacted when I had the right dress on. They were patient and very helpful. I also had 3 bridesmaids dresses and 2 flower girls dresses ordered as well. Even though we ordered some of the dresses close to me he deadline, all the dresses arrived just in time to still have alterations done before the big day. They also recommended Sandra for my bridal alterations and my dress came out perfect!!

The ladies at La Bella were fantastic! I originally went in looking for a particular dress (that they had in stock) and the lady also brought me out another one to try on too that I fell in love with more and ended up buying. It was perfect. Everyone raved about how perfect my dress was. They were very friendly and helpful, very happy I went here.

La Bella Bridal was amazing I came up from Tucson and spent a full day dress shopping dealing with not very nice consultants not to mention the shops I had been to in Tucson. By the time I got to La Bella I was tired irritated with how rudely I had been treated just because I was being super particular about what I wanted. I was also pretty sure I had already found "the one" but my bridesmaids convinced me not to skip my appointment. Boy am I glad I didn't. Amber at La Bella was amazing super friendly and knowledgeable I told her what I was looking for and she honestly told me they didn't have many styles like that but she did not try to change my mind nor did she try to waste my time by having me try on dresses that she knew I wouldn't like. It turned out that they had the "the one" that I had already seen at a different shop but it was CONSIDERABLY cheaper at La Bella. They let me try it on again and allowed me to call in to pay the deposit after I took sometime to make sure I was making the right choice. When the dress came in they allowed me to come in and pick it up on a Saturday since I live in Tucson. Amber and the rest of the staff again were very friendly the ooohed and ahhhed over me and helped me choose the perfect veil. It was truly a refreshing dress shopping experience and I cant wait to take my girls there in a few weeks to look for bridesmaid dresses.

My experience at La Bella was perfect everytime from trying on dresses, picking up my dress when it arrived, and bringing back to be preserved. The changing room is separated by a curtain and when opened it becomes the viewing area with a couch for anyone you brought with you. Instead of trying to walk from a dressing room across a salon all I had to do was turn around. Erin (sp?) made me feel beautiful in every single dress I tried on. I lost count how many dresses I tried on and she was patient and so helpful the entire time. I was deciding between one at La Bella and one at another store. I decided to go and try on the dress at the other store one more time and I never once felt pressured to buy something from La Bella.Once I tried on the other dress, I knew the Mori Lee dress I found at La Bella was my dress. The price was great and Sandra, the seamstress they recommended was outstanding! If they sold other dresses or if I ever need a vow renewal dress I will be going back.

From desk to the dress I give La Bella Bridal in Old Towne Occoquan 5 stars!!La Bella Bridal was wonderful! My experience there was of the highest quality. Nancy was amazing! She took the time to help me with each individual gown, she included every member of my group that was there, and assisted me with every decision I made. I was not too familiar with the process for a gown/veil/shoes/earrings, Nancy explained everything to me without making me feel as though I were ignorant.

I had been a bridesmaid in a family member's wedding and had a horrific experience at David's Bridal. The staff was very cold and insulting and after speaking to a clerk woman there for 2 minutes I felt that she really hated her job. I experienced the complete opposite at La Bella Bridal, I could tell Nancy loves her work!

In the end I actually wound up going with a completely different style than I had originally planned. I went from wanting something extremely plain and simple to a mermaid type dress that is wonderfully beautiful and intricate. Nancy actually picked it out! Because she walked with me through every step of my browsing at La Bella I tried on dresses I never would have taken off the racks! I spent hours at La Bella Bridal and there wasn't a minute of my time there where I felt I was being sold something, I often feel at places like these that the staff works based off commission, but not at La Bella. There was never a moment when I felt like "Just another bride". I was individually catered to and Nancy worked out dozens of options for me from veil to shoes.

La Bella also works with an altercations master. One woman who does all the altercations, and she can do anything! If you ask she'll deliver.
Their prices are all fair and all lead to you getting exactly what you want. No settling, no compromising, they work to get you what you envision.
Working with such a small, specialized team creates a personal experience unmatched by any David's Bridal.

I had the most amazing experience at La Bella. The first time I went in to look at dress the consultant I was working with was so wonderful! She listened to what I wanted and knew what would look good on my body type. From there, they let us peruse the store and pick out dresses I'd like to try on. By the end of my appointment I narrowed it down to two dresses. They never pressured me to by a dress that day and in fact almost suggested I think about it over night. I thought about for a week and tried on some other dresses at boutiques were I was pressured immediately to buy a dress. A week later I went back in to try on the dress I thought was "the one". Again, the ladies there let me try it on and didn't pressure me at all. Due to financial reasons, we didn't buy the dress for a few weeks, but when I went back in to purchase the dress the ladies there were amazing and so helpful! I would highly recommend La Bella. Everybody there is so friendly, sweet, and helpful and they have a wonderful selection and very reasonable prices.

I ordered my dress from Bella Bridal Boutique. As I arrived they placed their attention on me and had many beautiful dresses at good reasonable prices. They were really patient with me as I tried many dresses on and also tried on my dress twice. I ended up finding the dress I fell in love with. Once I placed the order I was able to get a discount as I paid in full so that was good. I was given a deliver date for October and my dress actually arrived months sooner. I felt the dress was even more beautiful than the one I actually tried on. I was very pleased with my purchase. They also recommend seamstress and other people for their alterations as they don't have one available on site. The person they refer to is very talented I believe really good reviews, but she might be really busy as its hard to get follow ups, but we'll see how that goes. Besides that they're dresses are beautiful and they have great patience and I feel like they're honest, they don't tell sarcastically tell you the dress is beautiful to push you into a purchase. Patient, honest, attention to detail, and beautiful gowns :)

I can't say enough great things about La Bella Bridal Boutique! They are amazing! They have so many beautiful and unique dresses to choose from! I found the dress that had everything I was looking for! I was looking for a lace mermaid style dress, with a sweetheart top, some bling, and a medium length train. I had gone to other wedding dress stores and did not find what I was looking for. Instead I noticed I got a lot of pushy sales ladies trying to sale me a dress I wasn't 100% happy with.

The ladies at La Bella Bridal were so professional! Great customer service! Very helpful and had all kinds of awesome advice! They were so sweet and made the overall experience amazing!!

Buying a wedding dress (at least for me) was one of the most important steps in the wedding planning process, not to mention what I was most excited about! I honestly feel so lucky to have found such an amazing team to help me with such an important decision. I highly recommend them!

As a wedding photographer myself, I knew my dress search for my own wedding would be challenging to say the least. I was looking for something different and unique, am very picky, and I am a stickler for customer service as a wedding professional myself. I visited a number of bridal shops during my dress search, but La Bella's service far exceeded all of the dress shops I visited.

While I did not find my dream dress at La Bella, Amber, Natasha & the team at La Bella go above and beyond in customer service. They were extremely helpful over the phone, making an appointment was easy and painless, and Amber & her team take the time to really understand what you are looking for in a dress, keep you within your budget, and genuinely care about their customers and are very professional. It very clear to me when visiting their beautiful shop that everyone at La Bella LOVE their job. La Bella has an amazing selection of dresses to fit almost all budgets, including some colored dresses, which was what I was looking for predominantly. They also have a decent selection of bridesmaids dresses. I highly recommend visiting La Bella, you won't be disappointed.

I bought my wedding dress from La Bella Bridal. They were absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!! I went to a few other bridal salons and I was pretty disappointed. The salon is nicely decorated, the fitting room is large, and the staff is great. I was the only bride in the salon and the owner as well as my consultant were helping me. They didn't make me feel pressured to buy and they didn't seem frustrated when I wanted to try on more dresses. They were very good about staying in my budget. I was able to get the dress of my dreams $100.00 under budget. They have a great selection. Once they figure out what you like, they pull dresses that match your preferences and budget. I also found that the quality of their dresses was higher than the other bridal salons. I am short with hips and I had a hard time finding dresses that fit me at the other bridal shops. A lot of their dresses were figure friendly. I could see the dresses looking great on any body type. I whole heartedly recommend this salon!!

I cannot tell enough people about La Bella Bridal Boutique. This place has to be the best kept secret in Phoenix. I have heard of complete horror stories about trying on dresses, so I was nervous about buying a dress myself. La Bella had a completely private appointment for me and my guests. It was great to have the entire dressing room to ourselves and took a ton of pressure off of me. Amber helped me find my dream dress by the third dress I had tried on. She is a miracle worker! My dress was in on time and she helped me order all the accessories I wanted, even if they didn't have them in the store. I am a truly happy customer!

I am so glad I found La Bella Bridal! My mom called to make an appointment for us over a holiday weekend - I was living out of state and was only in for the weekend. Amber (the owner) was more than accommodating. She opened up the store early and was able to get me in! She was super nice and more than helpful in finding my dream dress. Amber gave my mom and I the experience of finding my wedding dress. Everything was great! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely LOVED La Bella Bridal. I purchased the Allure 8764 in ivory.

This shop has the best customer service - they don't make you feel awkward and welcome you with open arms. Amber was my consultant and she really made me feel at home. She had the greatest recommendations to compliment the dress I wanted to just to make sure that was the one. They kept me in the loop througout the ordering process. I highly recommend this be your first stop to purchase your wedding dress. It will save you lots of time because you won't want to go anywhere else (believe me, I know)!

The staff at La Bella were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I had been to 2 other places trying on dresses but they were far superior. The consultant picked out the dress of my dreams and I am so grateful I went there for dress shopping. They even worked with me when my mom and sister (moh) came to visit from out of state months later so they could see me in the dress. I felt gorgeous in my dress and it was exactly what I was looking for.

I recently went to La Bella to purchase a dress and they were so helpful. They let me try on as many dresses as I wanted and were not pushy in the least bit to get me to buy. Amber and Janine were so nice and had great customer service. They always returned my phone calls when I had questions about shipping and payment, and personally seemed excited for me! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE! :) amazing service and am very pleased!

I purchased my gown during a trunk show. The reception hall & La Bella were working together to provide such a wonderful experience. The personnel there were so professional & knowledgeable. The gown was absolutely perfect. They also gave me a list of places for alterations. Sandra did an excellent job!

I was recently a bridesmaid in a wedding and we all had a wonderful experience at La Bella Bridal. We all had different dresses but they were the same color and fabric. The dresses came in early and fit great. We even had a pregnency that they helped with. Can't speak highly enough for the girls there, they went above and beyond every time. I have a wedding coming up very soon and all my girls have gotten their dresses there. My bridesmaids had a great experience too! Thank you La Bella Bridal!

I entered this little dress store on my lunch break just to see what they had. Ellen was the owner and within minutes I loved her. She was super energetic and I loved every single dress she pulled. I ended up buying the second dress I tried on and it was so affordable since I was on a tight budget. The dress was so beautiful it was featured in Arizona's Finest Weddings Magazine and they did a spread on my wedding. Thank you Ellen for making me feel special.

I just picked up my dress and had to immediately write this review. La Bella Bridal made my dreams come true today--I just LOVE my dress. Both Amber (Owner) and Mayra (Consultant) were so professional and warm. It was a joy to work with them, especially since all my family is across the country and I had to do this alone. They were so kind and fun! I went to a few different places and tried on what must have been a million dresses. Most of the experiences either made me feel pressured or completely overwhelmed! My wedding is quickly approaching and I was starting to get really scared that I wasn't going to find something in time. When I found my dress at La Bella, Amber and Mayra did everything they could to get my dress, in my size, as quickly as possible. It was nothing short of a miracle. I recommend La Bella highly and will refer all my AZ friends and students. Make sure to ask for Mayra!

I went to so many dress shops, and this one by far had the most beautiful selection for all under $2000.
Most dresses were closer to $1000 and some even less!!! They worked with me for hours on more then one occasion and were always so accommodating to me and my family. I found my dress and because of my budget, it was a little to much but they were able to sell that one off the rack at a tiny discount instead of ordering one brand new. They had it cleaned and fluffed and it looked brand new on my day. Amber was such a sweetheart!! I would recommend this dress shop FIRST if you have an event coming up!!!!

I love this shop! I wish I had found it before I found my dress (I love my dress, but they have really nice dresses at great prices and more expensive dresses as well, if that's your taste). Maria was awesome in helping me find a dress for my Junior bridesmaid that matched the color and fabric of my bridesmaids dresses. She spent a lot of time looking for the perfect match. They have dresses at this shop that can be ordered in 2 weeks time, which worked out great for my 11-year-olds growth spurt. My mom also bought her mother-of-the-bride dress here and was pleased with the selection and the help the girls gave her. They answer the phone, they return your calls, your dress comes in on time (if not early). Really worth a visit!

La Bella bridal pretty much saved the day about 7 months ago when I was dress shopping for my wedding gown. I had been to about 4 different bridal shops and not only was the service AWFUL, but trying to find my "style" was exhausting and wore me down. We stopped by La Bella bridal as a fluke, we just happened to drive pass it on our way home. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment and needless to say it was busy. I think Amber sensed the stress on my face as I explained the day I had thus far. Amber was SOOOOO nice and fit me in-between two other appointments she had that day. The day that started out as a disaster ended on the best note as the last dress I tried on was "the one" and I felt a relief I did not think I would find, especially that day. Not only was the customer service phenomenal, but my dress was EXTREMELY reasonable, I was thrilled I did not have to spend a ton of money for the dress of my dreams. Even after alterations, my total was *well* under $1000. I also loved the fact they pressed the dress the week of the wedding to ensure it looked its best for my wedding day. I can not thank Amber enough and LaBella for being the most reasonable bridal shop I could find with fantastic customer service!

La Bella is a great wedding boutique. They went above and beyond to get the same dress that I originally ordered from another boutique that closed their doors. La Bella (Maria) did everything in her power to make sure I had the same dress and was able to get it for me at the same price and to be delivered a month earlier. Maria is the best. I highly recommend this boutique for all your bridal needs.

Such a wonderful bridal boutique. Got specialized attention. Liked that it was a smaller store. Went to other large stores and just felt like a bride going through the line. Did not feel like that at La Bella. Felt unique and special. Very professional, very helpful. Listened to my every request. Dress came in early and was perfect. They also suggested an amazing seamstress. HIGHLY recommended!

I had gone to a few upscale/high end boutiques prior to going to La Bella and have to say they had bigger selection of gowns! The staff was so helpful and friendly as well as listened to what I wanted and being conscious of my budget. Even my entourage (mother of bride & groom, sister, and 2 bridesmaids) agreed this was the best place we had been to all day. I felt so special in my wedding dress and heard so many compliments on my wedding day. Thank you La Bella for making me feel like a princess for a day!

I am absolutely happy i made the choice on coming in the store last week. We came from Destiny's bridal in Scottsdale and at that store they only had overpriced dressed and a less than average customer service. So me and my mom decided to stop by bella bridal and even though they were SUPER busy helping a group of at least 10 for a quinceanera party, the lady that helped us was extremely nice, they have a great variety of dresses and the prices are amazing. I would give 10 stars if i could. I understand how it is working with 20 people at the same time must be probably very exhausting but they really offer great customer service, great prices, great variety. Come to this store and you wont be disappointed.

I absolutely LOVED La Bella! I bought my dress from there just a few days ago and already got confirmation on a ship date for the dress. I had been to 5 other dress shops, all ranging from Scottsdale to Tempe to Mesa, and La Bella was BY FAR the most fun, most professional, most attentive shop I had been to. Their prices are AMAZING, their sales staff was a lot of fun and very helpful, and the snacks/drinks provided for my bridesmaids that came to shop with me was a really nice touch. I HIGHLY recommend La Bella and will be recommending them to all my future bride-to-be friends. There are a lot of shops that kind of treat you like cattle... not La Bella. You will for sure have a fun experience, not to mention TOTALLY fall in love with a dress there. Their dresses are fabulous, they have any kind of style you are wanting. I went to this place and showed up really early for my appointment and they accommodated me even though they were SUPER busy! i was there for 3 hours just trying on dresses!! i couldn't believe how many beautiful dresses they had and their prices are incredibly reasonable. I expected much higher prices for the quality of the dresses. When i first saw the dresses, i thought "oh great I'm definitely not going to find something in my budget". When I left I had a hard time narrowing it down. Two workers Maria and Edith were so incredibly helpful and even though i tried on a ridiculous amount of dresses they were just as helpful and willing to help from the first dress to the very last. By the time i left, i felt like we were friends.

I would definitely recommend this place this other people!!! LOVED iT!!!

I absolutely love the girls at La Bella. I went there with two of my bridesmaids to try on dresses for them...one thing led to another, and BAM! I found the dress of my dreams. Knowing that my future mother in-law would have wanted to be a part of finding my dress, I brought her back with me. Maria knew I loved this dress, but had me try on a few others first so that my future mother in-law would have the same experience I had the first time. When she opened that curtain, I saw tears. This was all the confirmation I needed. The girls at La Bella really do go all out to make sure you have the best experience possible. Another plus...My dress came in almost 2 months early and looks amazing! These girls really know what they are doing. All you have to do is make an appointment...get there...and have the experience every bride should have. They rock!

It really is a ONE STOP SHOP! We got my wedding dress, my jewelry, my hair piece, my husbands tux and all our grooms mens clothes there! My dress was absolutely gorgeous! I needed to get it altered because I'm short, so she measured me before she even order the dress it came in fitting PERFECT!!! Nothing needed to be changed! It was beyond wonderful!!

The ladies at La Bella Bridal were beyond what I could have asked for. The cute little boutique offers an intimate experience and the individual attention allowed me to really enjoy the occasion. I went to multiple "large" bridal shops and was so disappointed by the experience. I felt like I was just another bride. I bought my wedding gown and the bridesmaid dresses from La Bella and each time had to come in later in the evening close to closing. Never once did I feel rushed, because they were closing soon. I got to work particularly close with Amber, one of the owners, and she made the entire experience fun and stress free even though were we purchasing all the dresses close to the wedding. I highly recommend this adorable boutique to any bride!

I had a pretty interesting experience with La Bella. Maria and I custom designed my wedding gown. She sent over the information to the company and when my dress came, it was extremely too small and the the way the jewels were sewn on the dress were different then what I ordered. Both of us were really frustrated and disappointed. I told her that it wasn't what it was supposed to look like and she agreed. We then decided to order the dress how it comes and extra jewels. When the jewels arrived, they were WRONG. It was a back and forth process and it was getting closer to my wedding date. Both of us were nervous. Maria did EVERYTHING she could to get me the perfect dress. We decided to use the dress the non-custom dress and my seamstress took the jewels off the first dress and added them to the other dress. She did it exactly how we sketched out my custom dress. Maria was very patient and understanding. She was always contacting me to let me know what was going on.

La Bella has wonderful gowns and a wonderful prices. The staff is very nice and even after all the craziness of the dress manufacturer, I would recommend La Bella to a friend. Maria was truly a wonderful person and my dress ended up beautiful and I got so many compliments.

We purchased our invitations from La Bella Bridal and were happy with the level of service provided by their staff. They provided us with many options within the budget we specified and were never pressured into selecting any of the more expensive add on options. They also gave us many good suggestions regarding the style and color of the invitations. We looked at multiple vendors for invitations but La Bella gave us the most options and were reasonably priced.

I am so glad I found my dress at La Bella! They had many beautiful dresses, in various styles. They had a trunk show when I was shopping for my dress, which helped with the budget! The consultant was so helpful and made me feel comfortable and beautiful. They also referred me to a wonderful alterationist who also did a phenomenal job. After my wedding I love that they offered cleaning and preservation. I would recommend La Bella to any bride!

The girls that work here are so sweet! They helped me find a wedding dress style that worked with my body type. I ended up buying a dress that I wouldn't have thought to try on, but once they picked it out I knew it was perfect. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything like I did at a few other places I shopped. My dress was around $600 - they had a wide range of prices from sale dresses at about $200 to more expensive ones I'm sure.
Definitely worth a look! And in the same parking lot is Cornish Pasty - great place to grab lunch.

I loved my gown! I had one gown in mind that I wanted to get but the staff pulled out many different styles so I could see which one fit my body type and personality the best. The price was good, and they were allowing me to come in and just try on the dress if I was having second thoughts. I got my bridesmaids dresses through them, and I found them to be a little pricey but because of the color I needed I had to get all my dresses at the same time. They shipped a dress to one of my bridesmaids out of state to allow her to get fitted. I needed to find a tux company that had the color I needed (hunter green) and they sent me to a place that had the perfect match! The seamstress that they sent me to was nice and got things done in a timely manner but was very expensive when it came to the finally bill.

I bought my wedding dress from La Bella Bridal because I first found it there and had good service and are on my side of town. The lady helping me was personal and helped me into each dress. They have you make an appointment so you get good service. They have affordable prices depending which dress you get. Watch for a small discount at bridal shows or trunk shows they have or are at. They also press/steam your dress a week before your wedding if you buy it there.

I showed up without an appointment because I wasn't even planning on buying that day. They allowed me to look and try on.... and we found the most incredible gown. There was one minor communication issue about coming in to pick up gown when it arrived, I had to take time off of work to get it during the week, they are not flexible on pickup times or days.

All tho they have well priced dress, the whole time I was working with them I felt neglected. I went in excited to look and buy my dress but that didnt happen. I was told to look on specific websites for dresses they could borrow to try on. After I did and called in with styles I like I waited patiently for TWO weeks with no responce so I called twice and was told Edith (I think she is lead consultant) was not there and would call me the next day. Four days later I decided to go in and came to find out they had lost my list,but thank god I had emailed it priorto going in, which was just another way i had also tried to get in contact with them. They had supposedly not heard back from dress designer, and the one they did hear from was going to charge me 25 dollar per dress I wanted to try on.but anyway once again I was measured for the third time and told I would be called next day for dates and times of when they would be having a trunk show for the other designer. Well needless to say no call and my time wasted. Don't go here if you are looking for a specific dress from any of they companies they offer, if your over the sample size of most dress, or not looking for a quince dress. Don't get caught up by there pretty displays communication sucks!

My first couple times in here, everyone was so sweet. I really loves the manager and she helped me find my dream dress. That was about the only good thing that happened here. They measured 5 out of my 8 bridesmaids for my february wedding. Most girls got measured in september and one in December. They waited until the end of December to order the bridesmaid dresses, which then required an extra $20 rush fee that they ended up charging ALL the bridesmaids which made them very upset. Then the dresses came in 3 weeks before the wedding and NONE of the measurements they took were right. All my bridesmaid spent more money adding fabric to their dresses that were too small than they did to purchase the dresses. After all this happened, I was nervous to drop my dress back off to get it steamed before the wedding but I decided to give them one more shot. It was supposed to be ready to pick up at 2 and at 315 we were still waiting for it. Then they bring it out and my veil is missing ( which they told me they would steam as well). They finally found the veil and it hadn't been steamed. Of course. So we wait another 25 minutes and we talk to the manager telling her how upset we are and she said there was nothing they could do for us and I was so frustrated and now running late for other appts so I just left. I then get home and unwrap the veil and it hadn't been touched! I ended up steaming it myself in my bathroom the night before the wedding. Will never go back, but did get an amazing dress from this place.

I don't think I'd recommend this place to my worst enemy. I picked the bridesmaid gowns on our own and then let the bridesmaid set up their own times to go to purchase/try on. Everytime they called or went in it took a minimum of 10 minutes to find our paperwork. EVERYTIME! The groomsman had no better luck getting their tuxes. The bridesmaid dresses came in 12 days late which was a hassle because we had two out of town bridesmaids. La Bella went out of their way to make it more of a fiasco then it needed to be. Empty promises of calling the dress company to see if they could "rush" the shipment. Basically just lie after lie after lie. When the dresses did arrive, the OWNER of all people promised to have the dress overnighted to Vegas for one bridesmaid, but then at the last minute said we didn't need that so she'd one or two day it. ARE YOU SERIOUS? She was spiteful and rude regarding this whole situation. Not to mention the tux shirts came in the wrong color. DO NOT DO business here. It's a headache and not worth it. they've not tried to right their wrongs one time! Like I told the shady owner, She should be ashamed of herself. I would be......

When I first went to LaBella's I loved the staff, customer service was great. Once my bridesmaids bought their dresses, customer service was out the window. The staff waited until the week before my wedding to let us know that the dresses have been there for a few weeks. Some of the dresses they ordered were the wrong sizes and they could not be reordered because the dress was discontinued and they refused to pay for alterations. On top of that they SOLD ONE OF MY BRIDESMAIDS DRESS ON THE CLEARANCE RACK!!!!! Who does that?!?! They could not find another dress with my colors!!! Place is rediculous!!!!
