L&L was great to work with. The wedding was for 125 people at our house so we needed everything, tents, tables, linens, heaters, generator for the band.. so much! They were so helpful and flexible. I probably adjusted my order no less than 15-20 times throughout the planning and they couldn't have been nicer. Plus they have the best prices on tents! Also their delivery guys were amazing. So polite and helpful. I had them moving chairs around and the tent walls and they were so accomodating. Highly recommend;

L&L was super easy to work with! I sent them everything that I needed for my day and they were able to make some last minute changes for me. They came slightly early to set everything up and even agreed to use the public access point to the beach (which was slightly further than our house access point) so they wouldn’t disrupt the wedding reception when they came back to pickup the beach chairs and arbor. Highly recommend!

The best!
This was by far the easiest vendor we worked with. I sent so many emails asking to change the numbers, change the chairs, add this, remove that and every single time someone emailed me back in like 10 minutes or less. They have so many options that you will be able to find everything you need. I wanted more of a farmhouse vibe, so no tables clothes, no round tables and they had everything I wanted. They were on time the day of and there were no issues at all! I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

The staff at L&L are the best. Very friendly sweet and boy do they know their stuff.

Making tents gorgeous!
We had to make several changes for my daughter’s wedding at Wrightsville Manor because if COVID-19. I was heartbroken that my daughter’s vision wouldn’t come to pass and we would need to have the reception outside and use tents. I called L & L Tent Rental and went through the ordering process and really wasn’t expecting anything special. Whoa!!!! What a wonderful surprise! I never realized how gorgeous tents could be! L & L did a fantastic job making her reception just beautiful! The lights, drapery and huge dance floor made for a great outdoor experience! The men who put up the tents and extras did a great job and were so professional and nice! I will never look at tents the same again! At the end of the night my daughter actually said that she was happier with the way it turned out than with her original idea! I highly recommend this vendor!!

The office staff was absolutely amazing helping me make decisions and even giving me advice for how to make some things cheaper! They were very focused on helping me get the look I wanted for my wedding not on making a giant profit! They had great choices and were so patient with me! The team and staff at L&L were awesome to work with! Cynthia especially was our main contact and such a pleasure! She was quick to answer emails, calls, or last minute freak outs when we had to change everything to our order. We rented chairs, china, glasses, linen, and tables from them and everything was just excellent. We had no issues with delivery drop off or pickup, adjusting the amounts of items needed or locations, everything was worry free and so easy! L & L are helpful, supportive and genuinely excited for the couples they work with. We went in the showroom several times because we changed our minds or were second guessing a choice we made, and each time Ms. Cynthia helped us dress up a table, compare colors and fabrics and really empowered us to get what we wanted. The week before the wedding our wedding coordinator helped us finalize everything and we went back and forth A LOT. L & L was responsive and helpful, never delayed. The day of our wedding we found out in all of our checking we failed to rent four table cloths and the team ran back to the warehouse and had us set up before we even knew what had happened. Because of their help one of our switches saved us a bunch of money and we had a credit when all was said and done. All of the chairs, tables, linens and decor were beautiful and made our day so pretty! We love the team at L & L!

Besides having the most amazing rentals available in the Wilmington area, the staff at L&L is incredible. Cynthia, our coordinator at L&L, made me feel like I was her number 1 priority throughout the entire planning process. She gave me wonderful advice, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond what I expected. She even took pictures of different linens with the silverware we had chosen and emailed them to me to help me coordinate things back home. I live in St. Louis, and the wedding was in Ocean Isle Beach, so having a vendor that was able to keep me informed from so far away was fantastic.
The delivery driver, Tim, was so kind and helpful. He made sure everything was right, and even drove an hour back to Wilmington to switch out something the same day that was wrong.
Both Cynthia and Tim made our experience stress free, we couldn't thank them enough for helping make our big day the fairytale it was!

Libby - in their main office - knew exactly what I needed - offered her expertise - had everything lined up and then they followed through as promised. I can't say enough about this amazing company. To say I had a blast planning my wedding with L&L Rentals does not come close to explaining it. My mom and I went in and the gals there were able to help us nail my vision perfectly! Even my mom thought my vision and color choices was odd before we went in, and L&L was able to pull it all together for us. My husband and I recently used L&L for rentals for our wedding. We rented linens, chargers, chairs, and tables from L&L, and the service and help we received was wonderful! We kept going back to their showroom and adding more rental items, and every time we went, the ladies were so friendly and helpful. After a while, keeping track of everything we needed to rent got a little confusing, so they even helped me sort out what rental was used for which purpose, just to make sure that I had everything I needed. Pick up was easy and they delivered the big things we couldn't transport ourselves! If we have a need for anything else to rent, we will definitely use L&L again!

L&L was a blessing from start to finish as I tried to coordinate my wedding from afar. They were patient with my many e-mails, and were so accommodating when I came into their offices to look at swatches. The setup/breakdown occurred on time and looked beautiful. Great value!

We used L&L for tables, chairs, linens and an arbor for our wedding. They were super accommodating as we could not decide on linen color. They even dropped off all items a day early! While they were unloading the truck they allowed us to open the linens and decide on the spot which ones to use (we chose plum) and the delivery guys brought the ivory linens back to the store with them on the truck, saving us time. Would recommend them to anyone needing even rentals.

The ladies at L&L tent and party rentals are professional and patient. They are good communicators and were very helpful throughout the wedding planning process. We were so happy with how well the Chivari chairs, farm tables, and linens looked on our wedding day!

I used L&L for my wedding. They were super accommodating and helpful in picking out the best options for me. We rented all of the dishes, utensils and water glasses from them. Along with benches for the ceremony and all of the linens. As my guest count kept changing they were very helpful in constantly updating my invoice for me. The day of, the delivery was promopt, the guys whom delivered the benches set them up for me and sought my approval on it before leaving. We noticed we had an issue with two of the table clothes when we put them on the tables, the gentleman made a phone call and had new linens to replace those two to us with in 20 minutes. I was extremely pleased with the service, their promtness, and how customer friendly all of the staff was.

L and L made planning our wedding so easy! They were very personable, enjoyable to work with and truly loved what they did! They're prices were great even though their selection may be slightly more limited than party suppliers. However they have plenty of options to make your day beautiful without the cost and rude service of the other guys! Definitely recommend this company and wouldn't go anywhere else for you big day!

We rented chargers from L&L for our wedding on 5/29. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I'm from out of town and they sent me pictures of chargers via email. The customer service was great and they were prompt in their responses. The delivery was scheduled through our ceremony/reception venue and everything went great. They rented our ceremony chairs through L&L as well. Everything turned out beautifully and we were super pleased!

ETC came out to Carolina beach, set up and did everything we asked for our beach wedding. They were on time, we did not have to ask anything of them. I needed tables and chairs for a rehearsal BBQ we were hosting for our destination wedding and chairs for our wedding ceremony on Wrightsville Beach. They were cheaper than other companies I had called and offer a variety of chairs. They were able to to the delivery and pick up when I needed and did so at times that didn't interfere with the events at all. I received phone calls when they were delivering, I wasn't able to be there. I only had to provide direction for the rehearsal dinner and had emailed a picture to the company and had a friend be on the beach with the same image to ensure proper set up. They did wonderfully.

We used ETC Party Rentals for table linens, runners, chair bows, and wine glasses that really help set my nautical theme! They had a great selection of patterns, materials, and colors- and had the exact shades of navy blue and seafoam green that I envisioned! Their products are quality and affordable, and the staff is really experienced and great! Jamey was a pleasure to work with- he was so sweet and flexible, and contributed great ideas! They were honest and never tried to sell me things I didn't need- in fact they saved me some money! They arrived on time to set everything up (rather than just dropping it off and leaving it to us), and even tied the ribbons on all 150 guest chairs! You really won't regret choosing them for your wedding!

Jamey and the staff at ETC party rentals are amazing! Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but ETC eliminated that feeling! Jamey met with my husband and I on a Saturday and spent a lot of time with us and answered all my crazy questions and made us feel more like friends and not customers. After that meeting we decided we were using them.
The staff met with me throughout the process and helped me deiced what I wanted from the aisle to the center pieces and even how I wanted the tables.
I am a visual person and they offered to set up different tables for me to see. Not only did Jamey set up a table for me but he showed me a few different options just to make sure I was satisfied. On the day of the wedding the venue was beautiful, picture perfect! I could not have dreamed of anything better.
There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am that I was able to book to them. I could go on forever about how impressed and blown away I am with ETC party rentals, but don’t take my word, check them out yourself!!! THANK YOU for helping my picture perfect wedding come true.

All the staff at ETV were fabulous even with a handful of changes and having to regroup on items we needed they never complained just simply changed it as needed. AMAZING!!!!!! We were soooo lucky to find Etc Party Rentals to facilitate EVERYTHING with our wedding reception! Jamey and Jimmy did all the planning, invitations, rentals, decorations, flowers (picasso calla lilies,) gifts (personalized koozies,) and more! We knew what colors we wanted but left everything else up to these creative geniuses since they are the experts and we had never planned a wedding before :P
We had a small budget since we were paying for everything ourselves and Jamey and Jimmy came up with the most unique and eye-catching decorations we had ever seen! We have been to numerous expensive, overly extravagant weddings and many Pinterest inspired DIY weddings; although we are somewhat biased are guests are not and they are STILL raving about our wedding thanks to ETC Party Rentals!
For our friends that are not big dancers, they created custom these corn-hole boards and GIANT Jenga blocks which everyone played, not only during cocktail hour but throughout the entire evening!!!
And the flowers... don't even get me started. They. Were. STUNNING!!!!! The bouquets, boutonnieres, and center-pieces were breathtaking!
Whether you need tons of help or have a complete vision for your wedding, please please please at least meet with Jamey and Jimmy!!!! We started our search with some other local vendors that criticized our ideas and made us feel stupid while trying to take charge of OUR wedding.
Etc Party Rentals made us feel so comfortable and at ease with what could have been a very stressful and chaotic planning process. Clearly, they are true professionals!
Our wedding was better than we could have ever dreamed thanks to our newest friends, Jamey and Jimmy! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!!!!

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and assistance from L and L. There are pretty much only two rental companies in Wilmington, but L&L had better service and more competitive pricing. They worked with my venue to make sure we had the right rentals for the day, and delivered and picked them up. I highly recommend them!

We started out with one vendor for my daughter's wedding and they sold out to L & L in the last few weeks before the wedding. Needless to say that made me very nervous! L&L Rentals was the perfect addition to making our dream wedding come true out at Ocean Isle Beach. Being from out of state, they were easy to get in touch with over the phone or via email and were always quick to respond to our questions. They offer an array of decorative options and worked well with our team of vendors to accomplish the look we were going for. Prices were very reasonable, and they were even willing to make last minute changes close to the wedding as we had to schedule a last minute tent due to rain. By following them on social media (Instagram) we found one of our favorite decorative pieces for our wedding…the rustic drink cart that we used for a self-serve craft beer station! Our guests loved it and have been talking about it since. L&L rentals were a great fit for us!

They have such friendly staff and a showroom that you must go visit and get ideas of how you want your space to look because there are SO MANY options! My only complaint is that I called and changed the color of the tablecloths but somehow the change was not made on the invoice so the original color I selected was delivered. I take part of the blame for that because I missed it on the final invoice. Overall, it was a minor mistake and no one at the wedding knew any different. :) They were great to work with and very flexible. Definitely recommend them!

Made Our Day Perfect
We had a great experience with L&L Tent and Party Rentals for our wedding. Their service was top-notch, and the quality of their rental items was exceptional.
From the initial inquiry to the day of delivery and setup, they were professional and efficient. They provided us with a wide selection of rental items, including tables, chairs, and linens, all of which were clean and in good condition.
Their team was punctual, and they set up everything exactly as requested, which made our wedding planning process stress-free. They played a crucial role in making our special day a success, and we couldn't be happier with their service.

My wedding planner handled a lot of the rentals stuff, but I had no problems with L&L. Everything we rented was there on time (to my knowledge) and everything rented was also picked up by them. We rented chairs for our ceremony, then glasses, plates, flatware, and linens for our reception. Things were just more expensive than I anticipated.

Farm wedding rentals – L&L Rentals provided the ceremony seating and the reception tent, stage, dance floor, tables, chairs, and linens for our outdoor farm wedding. And they did an amazing job! They were very flexible as the number of chairs and tables were changing even within weeks of the wedding (due to guest list fluctuations), and were very responsive and easy to work with. They also were quite dependable, as they were always on time and did exactly as they said they would. We would recommend them for all of your rental needs and will be using them in the future if the need arises! Thanks L&L!

We used L&L for our major rentals: tables, chairs, and linens. When I went to see their inventory for the initial visit, they were very accommodating and helped my mother and I figure out how many tables and chairs we would need for our estimated number of events. They gave us a very detailed estimate, which I really liked. The second time I went, they did not have the color linen I was wanting out on display, so they had someone pull a newly wrapped one out just for us. The day of the wedding, to my knowledge, delivery and set-up went off without a hitch. My wedding fell on Labor Day Weekend so most places were closed that Monday. L&L, my venue (The Barn at Rock Creek), and my planner (Kindred Spirits Event Planning) worked it out to pick up the rentals on Tuesday and I was not charged extra. My husband and I really appreciated the simplicity of renting through L&L!

Etc was great! From the initial making of the invoice to being very accommodating with last minute changes i had to make!
The only reason i gave a 4 for quality was because apparently our sweetheart table was not locked into place during setup and my husband and i had to be extremely careful with the wobbly table so we didnt end up with food in our laps!
BUT, i would still recommend this company to other brides!!

We have used L&L for all of our party rentals and they were who we wanted to use for our daughter's wedding. The staff was so friendly and provided great service every time.

Etc Party rentals supplied all the linens and some extra chairs for my wedding they were great to work with. We even had a mix up the day of the wedding. I guess 2 runners had gotten damaged so they quickly supplied 2 more matching runners in a nicer quality! It was great!

L&L was easy to work with and very accommodating. I rented a tent (and tables, chairs, linens, and place settings) for a riverside wedding. They had to set up on a very windy day. Fortunately, the guys on the L&L set-up crew were pros. They dug right in and got the job done. The tent looked beautiful. The linens, glassware, dishes and silverware were spotlessly clean. I recommend L&L for anyone that is looking for a stress-free experience.

Overall very satisfied. Our items for ceremony and reception were just what we needed. They were delivered hours early which was nice but unexpected. Staff was willing to help us find exactly what we needed.

Judy is amazing! She was so great to work with. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. Judy did a great job helping me with my many versions of my ever changing estimate. she was never annoyed with all the changes. You have to work with Judy. They delivered everything and set everything up. I was not at all disappointed that we choose them.

I couldn't have gotten through my wedding planning without the help of these ladies! They were so patient with me on my many trips in to the office just to add on "one more item" I was adding on until the day before (tent walls) and they were so accommodating and easy to work with! I got a ton of help with the logistics of it all, too- how many tables, what lights work best, fAbric option and even helped me pick out colors.

There were couple of details that got missed, however they went out of the way to correct the problems. They were very responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. All in all, they have a great selection of items and the items were in good condition. Plus their delivery of services were great!

Slow to respond via email, but great once you have a working contract in place and need help sorting through details. They have a LARGE inventory to choose from, so they're sure to have everything you need for your special day or event!

WE have not had our wedding yet but so far L&L has been amazing! My Fiance and I sat in their office for what seemed like forever planning out our wedding. We initial went to see how much things would cost and we ended up planning it all out and renting everything. We made a few changes and reserved everything about a week later. We had so many questions and didn't know where to start. L&L was so helpful, they even had the guys come in and explain things to us about generators, tents, and lights. I hope this quality service continues along with L&L on the weekend of our big day!
