First of all!! Thank you so much Mr. Haik for answering all of my 1000+ questions and helping us throughout so patiently and professionally while planning for our wedding reception. Mr. Haik was so thoughtful, understanding, extremely helpful, went above and beyond and the best part he always responded in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with him. It’s been a few weeks since our reception and we still have our guests complimenting how beautiful the venue was, how seamless the whole event was and the excellent service rendered by the servers. Even though we kept the decorations simple with real flower bouquets as center pieces, the final look came out to be very elegant due to the venue itself. We had outside Indian food catering and the coordination of venue staff with all our vendors was effortless. I can’t thank enough Mr. Haik and his awesome team for making our event a SUCCESS# :) -

Best Day Ever
We just had our wedding here at the beginning of March and our family and guests can't stop raving about what an amazing day it was. The venue is absolutely beautiful! It's classic and elegant and truly doesn't need any more decor to look phenomenal. We had a few elements in the middle of each table but we hardly had any flowers and they truly weren't even needed or missed.
The food. OMG. 10/10. It was ready as guests walked in and took their seats and it just kept coming. It would.not.stop! The pastry turnover....I dream about it. Im already trying to see how I can have another party or catered food or something so I can eat the food again.
The service was a 20/10. From Haik, to George, to every single wait staff and server, everybody was phenomenal. Our guests even commented about how nice the bartenders were! Haik worked with us and answered allllll of my many questions with patience. He was so understanding of our plans and truly helped make it the party we wanted.
We added low lying fog and sparklers for our first dance and the pictures are just *chef's kiss*.
To sum it up, this place made our wedding dreams come true. It was the perfect place for a perfect day. To Haik and his team, Francisco and I are truly thankful for helping us create one of the best days of our lives.
Haik, you'll hear from me again. -

The venue is beautiful and the staff is super helpful! The vendor that was supposed to decorate the venue for us did not do a good job but the venue still looked amazing because it is just stunning on its own. On the day of the reception, when things were not going well, the staff at Glenoaks jumped in and tried their best to complete our vision by putting up drapes and offering to rent decor from a nearby rental company. We really appreciate all the staff did for us to make the night memorable! -

Best venue ever
We had the BEST experience at Glenoaks Ballroom for our wedding. Haik was extremely kind, helpful and resourceful during our wedding planning process and was also present the day of. Haik helped our vision come to life. The venue is beautiful as is, even more so with decorations. The staff is amazing, special thank you to George and his team who ensured our wedding went perfectly! Our guests could not stop complimenting about how nice the staff were. Most importantly, the food is AMAZING!!! Our guests are still raving about the abundance of food & how delicious everything was. I highly recommend Glenoaks Ballroom! -

Best Venue & Venue Manager!
I could not have asked for a better day celebrating my wedding at Glenoaks Ballroom. The entire process was so easy and fun with Haik (the Venue manager). He was available for texts and would get back immediately with any questions or concerns. His professionalism and experience really made this process flawless. He was able to accommodate multiple changes, my husbands picky lighting needs and really ensuring the day ran smoothly. The food was amazing, everyone loved the multiple sections and quality. The venue looked gorgeous and Haik was able to negotiate prices with vendors on my behalf. For not having a wedding coordinator, Haik was really able to support me when needed and make recommendations based on his years long experience. Everyone really enjoyed their time and said it was one of the best weddings they've been to! Thank you Haik & Glenoaks for helping me create the most beautiful memory and gorgeous wedding. I would whole heartedly recommend this venue to anyone getting married or any other event! -

My husband and I had our wedding reception at LA Banquets in August of this year and I have nothing but positive things to say. I worked with Haik the months leading up to the big day and he made things so easy for me. He explained how everything worked and had really good suggestions and options. He even had a list of vendors that I can contact to make my search for everything so much easier. LA Banquets accommodated a lot of the requests that I had and worked with the vendors I chose. LA Banquets and Haik made everything so easy and stress free for me. The reception went amazing! Haik made my dream wedding come true! It’s been about a month since our wedding and all of our guests are still raving about how beautiful and amazing everything was. The food was incredible - guests were coming up to us during the wedding saying they never had such good Mediterranean food in their lives. I also had the premium bar and guests were able to have any drink made for them with a champagne tower upon entering the hall. All of our guests were complimenting the food and drinks all night and said they have never been to a wedding like this in their lives! All throughout the evening the staff of LA Banquets made sure my husband and I were taken care of. They were constantly asking us what we wanted or needed, offering to bring us any drinks or food we requested. We never had to seek out or look for anyone for anything! Some of the entertainment/vendors we had included a 360 photobooth, crepe station, sparklers and fog, and even fire bartenders, which Haik was able to make this all possible for me! I am so thankful for Haik, George, and the entire team that made my dream wedding come true! Thank you so much LA Banquets!! -

Amazing Experience’
I first found out about this venue because my sister had her wedding here four years ago. I had a great time there and thought I would reach out when it was time for me to get married.
I was so happy that I would be able to work with Haik again, the venue manager. He is organized, flexible, and so genuine. He took his time to show us the different packages we could get, different add-ons, and all the food we could get (a lot).
My style is very particular and at first glance, the Glenoaks Ballroom is a little more grand than I would prefer, but I saw photos where the room was fully draped and it completely changed the look, while still highlighting the beautiful dance floor and gold elements. Haik took the time to show me all the different options in draping, found options for me to choose from for a sweetheart table that matched our style, and took care of all the rest. He made the process so easy.
I also had a lot of items and decor to place around the venue and was worried because I did not have a separate wedding coordinator. Nevertheless, I told Haik my vision and it was executed perfectly. Everything looked perfect.
Everyone kept complimenting us on the food all night, and I received compliments on the wedding that it was the most fun they’ve had at a wedding and that they loved the food. There was more than enough food for everyone to get full, and it tasted excellent. The drinks were also great. The bartenders were friendly and everyone enjoyed the open bar. I highly recommend the watermelon margarita!
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend LA banquets and Haik!! Thank you Haik, and the amazing staff at Glenoaks Ballroom for making this the best day of our lives! -

My perfect dream wedding
Haik helped us make sure all my dreams came true. He was extremely helpful in recommending what needed to be done. He located a very reasonable rental company so we could have the most gorgeous sweetheart table and cake table. The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone was full and yet more food kept coming. We stayed with the recommended appetizers/meza; and they were perfect! All our guests loved the cocktail hour because there were plenty of chairs and couches for everyone to sit. During the cocktail hour, there was plenty of passed hors d'oeuvre, wine, and champagne. The violinist was so beautiful. My husband and I wanted a first look before everyone else. Haik made sure we were able to enjoy a moment inside the ballroom before all the guests came. It was breathtaking. My husband especially loved the salmon during the main course. It was cooked perfectly. I especially loved the chicken and potatoes during the main course. It was so delicious. I would highly recommend anyone to hold a wedding or event here. Haik is easy to work with and makes sure your dreams and vision come true! -

LA Banquets has one of the most beautiful banquet halls out there. My now husband and I picked Glenoaks Ballroom and we couldn't have been more pleased with the staff, the service, the response time. It was the most magical day ever and! I highly recommend LA Banquets! -

We used Anoush for our wedding and we are so glad we did! We highly recommend and enjoyed working with Haik. He was clear, communicative, and understanding of the 2020 COVID wedding situation and gave us time and flexibility to make changes we needed. There is no reason to spend $50-$100 per plate at your wedding and the guests barely get fed when you can feed them a delicious and filling meal from Anoush. One of the top things we heard from our guests is that they really enjoyed the food and they wondered who made it. For us that is a huge compliment since Romanians really like their wedding food. We ordered from the ToGo menu for buffet style and it arrived from Los Angeles to Orange County fresh and piping hot, ready to serve. I recommend if you are considering ordering for your wedding to order the ToGo items before hand. We look forward to enjoying our wedding food again each time we pass by Glendale. Thank you Haik! -

I had my wedding at Glenoaks Ballroom on October 19, 2019, and everything was just beyond perfect!
The venue looks so well-kept and dreamy inside; the staff are pleasant and helpful; the food is absolutely delicious (every single plate is to die for); and Haik, the manager at this venue, is nothing short of amazing. He is absolutely a professional at what he does. We booked the venue a year in advance and he made sure the process was extremely easy for us. He clearly communicated what we needed to decide on, when we would need to provide him with our decisions, lists, etc., he gave recommendations for rentals, was easy to reach and responded quickly to my many questions, was extremely accommodating to our several requests, maintained a professional attitude throughout, and overall, was just a genuinely kind person to work with.
Our wedding night was absolutely amazing and I'm so thankful to Haik and his team for making sure everything ran so smoothly and tasted so delicious! Our guests are STILL talking about what a wonderful wedding it was, and how mind-blown they were at the level of service received at the venue.
And the BEST part? This venue, and the manager Haik, have been providing this level of excellence for years. I've attended multiple weddings at this venue and my family threw my brother and I a college graduation party at this venue back in 2015, and I can honestly say that this place never fails to amaze.
Thank you, Haik, and thanks to your wonderful team for the hard work you put in to ensure that my evening was wonderful. I would recommend you to anyone looking for a venue in a heartbeat! -

Perfection

I love Anoush Halls AND Catering!!
Anoush halls AND catering is the absolute best! Haik, the event manager, is the absolute best. We booked the hall about 7 months before our wedding, which was 03.10.19, and I contacted Haik through out the 7 months with all my questions and concerns and it never took him more than a couple hours to reply to my emails and my phone calls were always answered the first time around. Towards the end as we got closer to our event we had more meetings and went over last minute details, everything went smoothly, everything we asked for was done the way we wanted. The day of the wedding was absolutely flawless, I didn’t have an event planner I actually planned the whole thing myself so I was worried about the day-of details and so I went over how I wanted everything to be done with Haik and he made sure everything got done and I didn’t stress about a single thing. Thank you Haik and the Anoush Team!!! -

Perfect place to host large events
Haik and team are the best. He's taken the burden of spending more time to plan details of the reception. We had several meetings to lock in the date. We provided him the program and discussed the logistics of it, then he made magic happen! Very easy to deal with and accommodates reasonable requests.
The food was great and the mood of the lighting was perfect. We received a lot of compliments from our guests about the wedding. Overall, the hall was perfect from small to large events like our with guests at 280. We highly recommend Haik and the LA Banquets - Glenoaks Ballroom. -

Best wedding decision ever
Haik (the manager of this place) is extremely kind and makes wedding planning very fun and easy.. we enjoyed working with him very much. The venue itself is SO beautiful, we barely decorated it but got so many compliments on our wedding! It was like a dream. You can add smoke and fireworks to your first dance and I highly recommend doing so. Out of all of the venues, we are so glad we went with this one! The price is amazing for the quality! All the wait staff are very attentive and listened to our every request diligently. Best wedding venue in Southern California. Thank you Haik and Glenoaks Ballroom! -

When my husband and I selected Glenoaks Ballroom for our wedding reception we knew we made the right choice. Haik and his team were very helpful with any questions we had and provided extraordinary service. Days before the wedding Haik was very responsive and prompt to all my emails. If you haven't seen it for yourself the Glenoaks Ballroom is beautiful and the modern yet classic look of the reception hall worked perfectly for the vision we had for our wedding. I had my wedding here in December of 2018 and couldn’t have been happier. The manager, Haik, was a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt on returning phone calls and emails, which made everything smooth as can be. The staff was well managed with great service and the food was delicious. All of our guests loved everything about the hall which put a smile on my face. The hall was beautifully decorated for the holidays with a huge Christmas tree in the lobby, which everyone took pictures with and lights along the outside of the building. Well done! -

I’d like to split this review into two parts. First, Glenoaks Ballroom is AMAZING. Like most couples I’m sure, my fiance and I had an idea in our head, but had trouble explaining our vision. Our jaws dropped when we got to the venue on our wedding night and they turned that blank canvas into EXACTLY what we were looking for. Everything about how it looked was PERFECT. With that being said, the ballroom was just a cherry on top.
The selling point was the customer service, lead by the man himself, HAIK! From the very beginning, Haik was unlike any other venue manager. He was kind, let us speak our thoughts, and said “yeah, we can do that” to everything we wanted.
We had absurd ideas from bringing in trees, to being annoying with lighting, to customizing table’s and table placement and even getting a CO2 blaster! (Which we opted not use).
Every step of the way, for two years, Haik made us feel comfortable and crazy. (crazy because i was so worried about things, and he kind of just sat back and said “don’t worry, we got this!”)
Our wedding night was beyond perfect. Our guests had fun, the drinks were pouring all night, the food was so good and so much, and we had so much fun. Setting up a few days early and cleaning up a couple days later was such a blessing.

First of all you get Haik, whom is amazing and is worth every dollar you spend there alone. Haik and his team are the most professional and accommodating team I have ever met. They will take all the pressure upon themselves to make sure you have the perfect event. In addition, it wasn’t an event only circumstance.
