    OMG! What can't I say about KTN. We had our wedding reception here and it was just such a beautiful reception - everything was dressed and set perfectly!

    I first went here for my sister's bridal shower last year and the setup was incredible, my mother said 'It's like a wedding!' which got my gears turning and we quickly booked our date having seen first-hand the quality of service for a bridal shower, let alone a wedding.

    Fast forward to our wedding, we received exceptional service, and my jaw was on the floor once I saw our theme and decorations finally setup - I immediately cried, there are embarassing pictures to prove it, but such an important detail (venue) was just above and beyond what I expected, and honestly a great deal worth far more than we paid.

    Thank you KTN, best venue in DULUTH!

    From start to finish, Amy Choi, ballroom manager, was very professional and pleasant to work with. The ballroom was perfect for every aspect of our wedding. The guests had only great things to say about how beautiful the space was. Because of how nice it was, we didn't have to do a lot of decorations, which helped save a lot of money.

    We had our wedding at KTN Ballroom and it was the most perfect day at a wonderful venue. The setting is stunning - gorgeous! The building and grounds made for a picture perfect wedding. It is truly the perfect setting and the LCD lighting OMG We had the reception only but now i wish we would have had our ceremony there as well. Everything was seamlessly organized and beautiful. Everything was perfectly arranged and coordinated so we could just relax and enjoy the wedding. The staff are also friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is relaxed, intimate and warm. every guest commented on how amazing the day was. If you want a perfect, romantic wedding venue with excellent service and beautiful settings then this is the place to choose. This review may seem fake but its not Thank you AMY for all you help in making us have our dream reception

    Recently booked my wedding date with this venue. I cannot wait to have my wedding here. The price is great, staff members, their booking manager was very generous to have schedule an appointment for us to tour at the last minute (her off hours), and the ballroom is very gorgeous. They allow outside caterer, which was a PLUS for us.

    I have nothing but wonderful words to speak about my wedding day at KTN ballroom! From the first meeting until after my wedding everything was great. The staff was very attentive to my every need. This is a awesome place to have any type of event!

    Recently had my wedding here and overall everything went smoothly and was very easy going. They allow AND serve outside catering with good service! I personally love the layout of the ballroom. Everything was set up conveniently in a timely matter. And especially for the price, I think it was pretty worth it.

    Best kept secret! The venue is amazingly beautiful, and is perfect for all your wedding needs. Amy is also a gem. I would recommended Ktn Ballroom to any bride! They have preferred vendors, but you can bring outside caters, And alcohol as well!!

    NIce size for 300 people; BEWARE of parking

    I went to visit the facility around October/November 2018. The facility has a nice dance floor and stage and can definitely hold 300 people. The only issue that I had was parking. It is VERY SMALL and LIMITED KTN is located around several business offices so you're guys will have to park there or on the street.

    I would never recommend this reception site to anyone. I was very disappointed. When I signed the contract, Sunny the owner was readily available and was quick with her responses with her emails. As soon as I gave the final deposit, that is when everything changed. It was so difficult to get a hold of her and she would respond three to four days later. On my wedding day, they placed a barrier in the path of making my wedding perfect. The DJ had a hard time with his equipment. There were several DJs who happened to have their equipment on hand to try to solve the issue with the sound, and come to find out, it was KTN who didn't flip the switch to turn of the sound after arguing with them for over thirty minutes! We paid extra for more hours and our party was to end at midnight but they flipped the switch back off at 11!!! Horrible. Horrible. Horrible! I will say it again. DO NOT HAVE AN EVENT HERE AT ALL! They are mean and unprofessional!

    On the day of our wedding, she didn't inform us that her street is blocked due to fireworks. The contract stated she was supposed to disclose this fact, and it’s common courtesy not to ruin one of the most important days of someone's life. Many guests didn't wait for the street to open 3 hours past our contractual time. Later she told us that we were staying over for too long. They are deceptive, rude, and very unprofessional.
