Contar con el apoyo de Krystal fue clave para el día de nuestra boda. Desde el inicio, demostró un gran compromiso y una dedicación increíble para que todo saliera adelante.
Su presencia y su trabajo en equipo hicieron que el día de la boda fuera una experiencia muchísimo más relajada y llevadera. Saber que ella estaba a cargo de la logística nos dio un respiro enorme y la tranquilidad de poder enfocarnos en disfrutar nuestro momento. ¡Y de verdad que lo disfrutamos! La pasamos espectacular, la fiesta estuvo increíble y bailamos hasta el final. Hasta el día de hoy, se ha convertido en uno de nuestros días favoritos.

Its wedding time, you dont where to start or dont know how to create the wedding of your dreams. Just reach out the Krystal events. Words cannot describe how amazing Krystal and Lisannette were for us. As a control freak with type A personality, I had no worries. They helped me through so much, making our wedding memorable. I get to look back on that day and think of how beautiful it was. Completely loved their service. All our guest loved the group too! Thanks to how they handled everything they helped make a life changing wedding. Please note we hired them maybe a few months before the wedding! Which was amazing for them to help us in slouch short notice.
Communication was always clear
They had answers for all my questions, or got the answers for me.
They made me feel cared for.

Queremos agradecer sinceramente a Krystal por su apoyo y dedicación en la planificación y coordinación de nuestra boda de destino - vivimos en Estados Unidos y nuestra boda fue en Puerto Rico. Desde el inicio fue muy profesional, amable y atenta, siempre dispuesta a reunirse con nosotros para hablar de cada detalle — desde el presupuesto, la decoración, los colores, consejos para la cantidad de invitados y la selección de proveedores. Nos ayudó muchísimo en la organización del evento y, además, desempeñó un papel excelente como maestra de ceremonias el día de la boda.
El día del evento, su equipo de trabajo también fue de gran ayuda. Estuvieron siempre pendientes de nosotros, se aseguraron de que no nos faltara nada y de que estuviéramos cómodos. La coordinación y el orden con que se llevó a cabo todo el evento fue verdaderamente impecable de principio a fin.
Agradecemos mucho el esfuerzo, la simpatía y la inteligencia con que Krystal llevó a cabo su labor. Sin duda, contribuyó a que nuestro día fuera hermoso e inolvidable.

Our wedding was an unforgettable success thanks to Krystal.
From the very first day, she impressed us with her charisma and treated us with such warmth. We were looking for a coordinator with experience in Catholic weddings, and without a doubt, Krystal was the perfect answer.
Her guidance was always clear, and she was available to answer all of our questions. She even joined us on the day of our love story photos, directed the church rehearsal, created a personalized timeline that suited us perfectly, and managed all of our vendors.
On the wedding day, Krystal and her team handled every detail, allowing us to fully enjoy our big day. We are still receiving compliments from our guests about how beautiful and well-organized everything was.

Excelent & if I could go back in time I would hire her again!

Muchas gracias por todo el apoyo que nos brindastes en el proceso de organización para nuestra boda. Estamoa seguros que sin tí el evento no hubiese corrido tan bello como fue.
Gozamos en cantidad y de verdad que tu trabajo con tu equipo fue excepcional. Estabamos como en una fiesta VIP, relax sin preocupaciones porque sabiamos que estabas ahí pendiente de todos tus roles y de hasta los que no te correspondían.
Gracias por dar la milla extra para que nosotros los novios y familiares pudiesemos disfrutar de un evento espectacular. A pesar de la lluvia tenemos que decir que disfrutamos y tu organización y plan-b para el clima fue lo mejor de lo mejor. Siempre te recordaremos con mucho cariño.

How’s this :
I’m writing this review with a heavy heart and deep disappointment. We hired this wedding planner with so much hope and trust during one of the most important moments of our lives. Unfortunately, that trust was not honored.
Despite payment being made, the agreed-upon services were not provided. Communication became inconsistent and deadlines they initiated were not met, leaving us without support during a time when guidance and professionalism were crucial.
What has been most upsetting is the refusal to issue a refund, even though the services were never delivered. Planning a wedding is already emotionally and financially demanding, and this experience added unnecessary stress and hardship.
I am sharing this to be honest about our experience and to encourage future couples to proceed with caution. I truly wish this had turned out differently.

Wedding planning services are delivered progressively. In this case, services were canceled by the client approximately ten (10) months prior to the wedding date, just before the formal commencement of services and the active planning phase.
I always strive to operate with professionalism, transparency, and care for my clients. I regret that expectations were not aligned and wish you the very best with your wedding planning journey.
