We cannot recommend Kristin Griffin Photography enough! Kristin photographed our wedding and was absolutely incredible from start to finish.
One of the things that stood out most was how amazing she was during the getting ready portion of the day. She helped both the bride and groom with all of the little details and somehow managed to capture the most beautiful, natural moments while keeping everything calm and easy. She truly has an eye for the perfect shot.
She was also wonderful with the few kids we had at the wedding. During cocktail hour she got them involved in photos, kept them entertained, and made sure they were having fun, which made for some really special candid moments.
The pictures that came back were absolutely amazing and are something we will cherish forever. Every photo captured the emotion and joy of the day so perfectly, and we could not be happier with how everything turned out.
You can immediately tell that Kristin is extremely experienced. She made the entire process feel effortless and helped us feel comfortable the whole day. We received so many compliments from guests about how amazing and professional she was. We are so grateful she was part of our wedding day and will cherish these memories forever! -

Kristin was just the best! My photographer was going to be a lil late and we had scheduled formals for before the ceremony that I still wanted done. Kristin was contacted and came out right away to shoot them! She was professional, funny and so kind! Even for a last minute shoot during peak wedding season I got my photos back in such a timely manner and they are just gorgeous! Im in love with them! I’m so happy and grateful she was able to help me so last minute. Kristin is amazing! -

Kristin was very professional and friendly. I wanted a lot more photos than I realized and when I discussed them with her, she was able to group them where I got all the ones I wanted without messing up the timeline from the venue. My now-husband's parents haven't been able to be in the same room in many years, and when we told her, she was amazing about grouping them in and out of all the pictures with minimal impact and she was even able to get the full family picture we were afraid wouldn't happen. From the minute I met her at the venue to get dressed both her and her assistant Megan made me and my bridesmaids all feel very comfortable. The pictures at the lighthouse came out gorgeous and they were so fun!! She was everywhere, and yet I barely remember seeing her, which made some of the pictures she captured a great surprise. And we were so happy we decided to get a videographer through her as well, the video was amazing! Between Kristin's talent, professionalism and ability to make the whole day relaxed, I will recommend her to everyone I know -

I was married in August 2024 and Kristin Griffin was my photographer. I learned about Kristin through the my venue Barker House. I saw Kristin's work and was blown away. All of her photos were beautiful and I knew I had to work with her for the big day. I was anxious leading up to my wedding about almost everything. Speaking with Kristin during our meetings before the wedding was relieving. She constantly reassured me that it was going to be an amazing day. She even sent me Zen garden and calming tea to help relax! As the day approached I was still a bit stressed due to nerves. Kristin helped immensely throughout the whole day. She went above and beyond to help not only me, but my entire wedding party. There were so many details I was clueless about in which she assisted me. From tying on my memorial picture to my bouquet, to helping my mom put on her shoes. (She has trouble with pain in her legs) Besides all of this, she captured the most amazing moments of our wedding. I can not recommend her enough to any bride. Her pictures were beautiful and she got them back to us so fast. I can not say enough about how lovely she is. Thank you Kristin! -

My husband and I were looking for a photographer who specializes in candid photos. Kristin was one of the only people who had candid photos in her portfolio. We reached out and Kristin was very responsive. She did both our engagement photos and the day-of photos. I asked if she would give more direction for posing during the wedding and she was happy to do so. Kristin was such a big part of the wedding and her cheerful personality made the photos come out even better. We were worried that the rain might not have cleared up for us to catch the golden hour and she worked with us to come up with a back-up plan. Luckily it all worked out and we got the most gorgeous sunset photos. Any couple would be lucky to work with Kristin. -

Kristin was so wonderful to work with for our wedding. We hired her for videography for our October 2024 wedding, and I could not have been happier with our choice!
From the very first call, I noticed and appreciated her passion for the industry. It was evident that she loves her job, and her priority is to make her clients feel the most special on their big day. She listened to every wacky photo idea that I had and even loved how original some of my ideas were! She was so onboard with helping me capture those crazy moments I envisioned.
She checked in multiple times before the wedding to set video delivery expectations, work out a wedding day schedule, review the shot list, and just a general check-in to see how I was doing. She even sent a gift after booking that included wedding planning essentials like an emergency bridal kit, a notebook and a pen with a plastic diamond on the end! It was those little details that made me even more excited to see how much she truly enjoys the wedding process and I was so excited work with her.
Every bride has nerves the morning of, but she had such a calm demeanor that she really made me and my bridesmaids feel at ease. She was helpful in placing the mics on the officiant and the groom, and even helped me bustle my dress after we finished with the posed photos!
After the wedding, she was in touch about the anticipated delivery date of the final products, but the turnaround time was quicker than discussed! We were so excited to share the videos with our families after returning from our honeymoon!
I would hire her again and again for all events if she offered non-bridal services! I have since recommended her to a friend in the early stages of wedding planning!
I cannot thank her enough for making the videography process so much fun and enjoyable despite how stressful the wedding planning process is as a whole!
She truly deserves to be recognized for her passion, her commitment, and her talent! She's got everything you'd ever want in a photographer/videographer! -

Kristin was a very professional and knowledgeable wedding photographer. She helped us to figure out our shot list and followed it perfectly and she was incredible with directing people for photos on the wedding day. She helped our day flow really well and got the shots we really wanted. We also added a videographer pretty last minute, but she was so flexible and helped us figure that out. She also helped to include our dog in our wedding photos which was very important to us!! We love how our photos turned out and we appreciate the hard work Kristin did for us!! -

Captured our day perfectly
Kristin was absolutely amazing to work with. We found her through our venue, Red Lion Inn, and she didn't disappoint. She worked with us during our engagement pictures to capture our dogs in all their craziness. When it came to the wedding planning, she went above and beyond to add on a videographer at the last minute to record the ceremony when we found out my grandmother wouldn't be able to attend the wedding, and then got us our video amazingly fast so we could share.
Her turnaround for the photos was incredibly fast too! We received them within two weeks of our wedding. The photos captured the day perfectly, and we will cherish them forever. -

Simply the best
Kristin is an absolute delight to work with! She was so easygoing and truly captured our wedding perfectly. It was really important to us to get most of our photos done before the ceremony, and she and her team made that happen so we could go enjoy the party (also - highly recommend doing that no matter who you book). I had some reservations about having two photographers AND a videographer there, since I’d been to weddings that looked more like paparazzi shoots, but they managed to capture everything without blocking anyone’s view.
And can we talk about the turnaround?? We got our entire gallery, PLUS all the video footage (a few montages and longer videos) within three weeks of the event, including mailing us a flash drive! Kristen is a rock star and you should totally book with her. -

Amazing, professional, knowledgeable, fun
About 7 years ago my sister used Kristin as the photographer at her wedding. I knew exactly who I would be using at my wedding. Kristin is friendly, knowledgeable, fun, professional, responsive and just plain excellent at her job!! She knew how to incorporate all age categories of our wedding party from 80 years old the way down to 2 years old and turn them into excellent photos. Kristin was absolutely amazing with our wedding. She made us feel super comfortable and listened to everything that was important to us. Day of she was amazing it was a very hot day and she got in all the photos outdoors that we wanted quickly without it feeling rushed so we could get into the cool air and take a rest before the reception. She was able to follow us around the reception and take great candid photos without us feeling like we were getting followed around. I found out about Kristin at a virtual bridal show back when was first engaged. The chat had with her made me and my now husband so comfortable that we decided to hire her. She carried the entire wedding planning process with the same care and grace. Every time I had a question, she answered immediately. She even sent us thoughtful little gifts at the beginning of our engagement and toward the end. I found it so hard to believe that she had the time and energy to do these little things for us with how busy she gets
Fast forward to the day of the wedding Kristin and her team greeted me and my bridal party the second we got to the venue and got right to work, helping us get ready, sharing her wisdom from having worked weddings for so long. I never told her, but have a phobia of getting my pictures taken and had to go through a lot of therapy to get through that. As much as pictures make me feel self-conscious, she was very supportive, professional, and easygoing She even sneaked in a little video for me during the reception even though I'd only hired video for the ceremony! She really didn't have to but it just shows how passionate she is about her work. On a whim realized that I had not requested to take photos at all the tables. asked if we could do that and she was so good about it!
My wedding was Gothic and lot of the wedding photos she took prior were more on the traditional side. I wasn't sure what to expect, but she ROCKED it completely!!! The colors popped like it was no one's business. They're was a lot of raw emotion caught. I loved how my husband's expressions were captured. I had a weird request. asked if she'd be able to add in a Tim Burton "credits" intro to our video footage to introduce the bridal party and crew When she sent me the animation, lost it!!! When we got our final product, it blew everyone's mind
I could go on and on about how Kristin was probably our favorite vendor to work with throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a flexible photographer who rocks candids, is passionate and takes pride in her work, and if you're skittish about having your photos taken in general, you need to get in touch with Kristin. I can't say enough good things -

Amazing Photographer!!
Kristin was on our vendor list from our venue and I wish we would have picked her from the start! She saved us after we had issues with our original vendor and was super flexible to work with. She worked within my budget and answered all my questions (which were many). The day off she was amazing and knew my family members names and had my husband laughing and comfortable (which is hard to do for him haha). She also referred us to our videographer that we used and that was amazing as well! We loved working with Kristin and our pictures and exactly what I wanted! I will cherish them always! -

Kristin was amazing from the beginning stages of planning our wedding! With the chaos of planning a wedding she was very grounding and responded to our many questions promptly. She was incredibly detailed in terms of planning leading up to the event, even making us a day of timeline! Kristin is super friendly and easy to work with, and was able to capture every type of photograph we were hoping to get of our wedding. If you are having a winter wedding, make sure you have someone who knows how to photograph in ANY lighting!
The cute gifts/cards throughout the year were appreciated also. On the day of the wedding Kristin was my right hand woman! She helped with arranging and even helping place my vail! Our pictures turned out amazing and we had so much fun posing for the pics that she made it seem effortless.
Kristin went above and beyond to make sure we had the best pictures and videos of our special day. I would recommend anyone to use her services - you will NOT be disappointed. 10/10 easily! -

I met Kristin at a bridal show in 2019 before the world turned upside down. My first impression was that her example prints and albums were stunning. Her love for what she does is present in her work. She was also so sweet and warm, which caught my attention as someone uncomfortable in front of the camera.
For these reasons, it was an easy decision to work with her. And, our experience over the last few years, especially navigating uncertainty and rescheduling, has confirmed that we could not have found a more thoughtful, caring, talented, and accommodating photographer. She shot our engagement shoot in October 2020 and photographed our microwedding ceremony in October 2021. She also will photograph our wedding reception in October 2022.
We loved the pictures from our engagement session and microwedding. Kristin shot photos in different types of lighting and angles. There is a great mix of posed and candid shots, too. She makes it easy to view them online, and she sends them via a USB stick.
She communicated with us through the process and was very transparent about navigating a backlog of weddings in 2021. She did not compromise on the quality of our pictures, and she was in constant communication as she worked through our photos. We are so happy with the result.
Kristin accommodated our change of plans to have our original 2021 date as a microwedding and move our wedding reception as initially planned to 2022 due to the pandemic. She also sent me little treats (e.g., tea, wine stoppers, cards, etc.) throughout the last few years to stay in touch and let us know that she was thinking of us. This was so meaningful.
Getting married in these times has been stressful for everyone involved. Working with Kristin has been a silver lining in all of this. Our experience working with her in these unusual times has been simply wonderful. -

I don't know where to start. I am beyond thankful for Kristin and her amazing efforts. Kristin hands down was great and easy to work with. She did our engagement photos and we knew we clicked! She made it effortless on a 90 degree day for our photos. You would have never known! Leading up to the wedding she was always in full contact and easy to reach out too. I don’t have enough words to express how thankful I am to have met Kristin Griffin. I legit don’t have a single bad thing to say about her. Throughout the entire wedding process, from start to finish, Kristin was SO helpful. From helping me create a timeline for the day of, to giving me suggestions on officiants, to making sure I was on track the entire time with all things wedding related. There isn’t a thing that Kristin wouldn’t help you with. She was almost like a 2nd wedding planner. She kept the day on the timeline, so very organized, so so easy to work with, and kept everyone on the plan. I am 2 weeks from my wedding and I already have received ALL my wedding photos. Didn’t seem real when she said I would have them all back within 2 weeks. I couldn’t recommend Kristin and her team more, if I were to get married all over again (to my same husband lol) I would book Kristin 100 times over. -

Amazing photographer
Kristin was the best photographer we could of asked for. She gets to know every couple so personally so she can get the perfect shots. During our shots she was constantly hyping us up telling us how amazing we look. The photos came out absolutely beautiful. She is an amazing photographer. -

Best photographer
Kristin was amazing to work with! She understood what we were looking for and worked with us until our dreams and hopes became reality. She was in contact with us throughout the entire process. Never worried about anything with her! Professional friendly and down to earth and clearly loves what she does. She’s just as excited for your wedding as you are maybe even more! Open to suggestions from the bridal party and the couple for poses we wanted and some were quirky.
She was so knowledgeable and had plenty of recommendations for everything.
We found our photographer for life! We will be using her for anything and everything from now on! -

Kristin is extremely talented and very hard-working and prompt in her communications!! We had to make so many changes to our wedding plans with the pandemic, and she was very flexible and helpful throughout the entire process. Kristin’s photos are truly beautiful and she really goes above and beyond in many ways beyond photography —for instance, introducing us to other excellent vendors (for hair, makeup and video), and even sending a little care package at the beginning of the pandemic! Not to mention helping pin on boutonnières and assisting with dress positioning at our town hall ceremony. She scopes out the place and knows how to get great romantic photos. She is also very pleasant and relaxed to work with throughout what can be a very stressful planning process. Professional, knowledgeable and experienced!
A word of advice to other couples planning weddings in these tricky times — if you have a desired shot list of specific photos you want with family members and friends, in specific configurations, do plan ahead! With so much constantly in flux regarding what is safe and not — and how many people can gather in your venue, you need to plan for the different scenarios and discuss/write out details with your photographer and videographer well in advance. (It would also help to designate members of your wedding party to help orchestrate this process smoothly on the big day, so they can help the photographer check through the shot list and point out who’s who amongst your relatives and friends. With masking and social distancing to think about, some details can fall though the cracks if you wait till the last minute to plan this.)

We love Kristin!
My brother is a wedding videographer and has worked with Kristin in the past. He recommended her to me, and he has high standards! Our wedding was scheduled for 8/30/20. We had to postpone our large reception to May 2021 due to Coronavirus, but still had a small ceremony on our original date, which Kristin photographed. She was so flexible and supportive with all the unknowns and changes due to the pandemic. She sent us goodies at different milestones, helped us find a Plan C venue in case of rain, and was very accommodating the day of with making sure everyone was able to distance for photos and felt safe. Everyone who attended our mini ceremony commented on how amazing Kristin was. She got our edited photos back to us quickly and we are SOOO happy with them! They came out great! Working with Kristin on 8/30 made us even more excited to work with her again in May! -
