Absolutely amazing!

Kristi was absolutely amazing. We met her through a holiday giveaway she did, where we got a discounted engagement package. She was so professional, flexible and just amazing during our engagement shoot that we decided to have her do our wedding, both photography and videography. The quality was beautiful and I have so many favorites, I couldn’t choose just one! She was so helpful the day of the wedding and just can’t thank her enough. Our family loved her so much, we’re having her do my sister-in-laws wedding in 2025! Highly recommend!!!

Kristi and her team of photographers are wonderful. From our first conversation, I knew Kristi would be an amazing photographer for my wedding. She answered my many questions throughout the planning process and really helped me understand the photography process and rundown for the day. The team arrived early to scope out the best photo spots and ensured we got all the pictures we hoped for on the day as well as some very creative candid shots. I couldn't be happier with my choice to choose Kristi as a photographer.

So welcoming!!

Kristi made both me and my husband so comfortable and excited to have our pictures done not only for our engagement but our wedding too. We both are not very coordinated when it comes to pictures but she helped us out so much and honestly felt like a long time friend. Her team was also amazing with getting the videography and also came in with smiles on their faces.

It was excellent

Kristi was great and very flexible. My son got Covid the day before my wedding therefore could not attend. She volunteered to photoshop his picture into some of the pictures she took so that I could have a complete family photo.

Beautiful photos and very professional photographer

Kristi was our wedding photographer in November of 2019 and managed to capture every beautiful detail of the day. Our wedding photos were stunning and she took every single picture we asked for- no questions asked. She was great at managing our large wedding party and families for pictures and making sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when! She was great at working with the venue and vendors to ensure the schedule was moving to get the photos we asked for. Couldn’t have asked for a better wedding photographer!!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Kristi and her partner Tiffany. From the very beginning, Kristi was very friendly and make our engagement pictures so much fun! She was so easy to talk to, and we were so amazed when we got the engagement pictures back. The day of my bridal portraits she stepped in and was not only a photographer, she was a true friend. She helped fix my dress and veil, without any hesitation. It rained on our wedding day, but Kristi was already ahead of the game and had me prepare in case of rain. She was always one step ahead and made everything go so smooth! She even brought a tarp thing to place under my dress and out of view so that my dress would not get wet before the wedding! Then we got back our wedding pictures, and we were just in tears. The quality of these photos cannot be put into words. We were amazed at how many hundreds of pictures that we got back! I am so glad I have these photos to cherish forever! Kristi and Tiffany beautifully captured our day from beginning to end and every little detail in between. I cannot wait to hire her again in the future! Trust me when I say that you will not regret hiring Kristi Marie Photography for any event!!

Can't pick a better photographer

We LOVED Kristi! I'd recommend her to anyone I know. She did our engagement pictures, bridal portraits and wedding pictures. Any time we contacted her, she responded quickly. She is very positive and has a very calm presence. I had no idea what a great quality that is until our wedding day. Our entire wedding party loved her and several commented on how easy she was to work with and how much they liked her. On the wedding day, she was able to stay in the background but was magically there any time we needed her. I can't say enough good things!

Easy to work with!

Kristi was a life saver when my plans for a wedding photographer fell through. She was able to fit us into her schedule within a month’s notice and we were very impressed with her work. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a wedding photographer! 😊

Kristi is an amazing photographer and person all together! I could not have asked for a better person for this job! I had my bridals done and she did our wedding. She was always on top of things and very organized. She made sure to try to get every type of photo we wanted. Not to mention how many times she went above and beyond for me! She even helped me with my bustle on my wedding dress. I felt a close bond with her and very comfortable with her the first time we met. She is incredible and I’m so thankful for that amazing job she did! I most definitely will use her for any future times we may need photography done.

Kristi stepped in almost last minute when my original photographer (a friend) fell through and she was a blessing every step of the way. She is highly professional and very thoughtful and attentive to detail. Her photos were exactly what I wanted and for the price you won’t find better. Highly recommended!!

We hired Kristi to photograph our wedding and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. My mom and I interviewed her on the phone and in person prior to making our decision and both times we just felt this calmness radiating from her. If you are a MOB or a Bride, you know that calmness can be quite elusive! We took engagement pictures in the spring at Old Salem in Winston-Salem and the finished photos were so impressive. She was on time, provided great instruction on poses and kept us laughing the whole time. As we got closer to the wedding, she put together a timeline of the day upon her arrival and worked with us to make sure it was just right for what we needed and were expecting. Her second shooter was sweet and kind just like Kristi. Kristi managed everything so efficiently and gave direction without being bossy. We finished family photos and bridal party photos exactly on time and my husband and I were on time to the reception after taking photos together. Throughout the reception she and the second shooter were always close if I wanted a picture with guests but never hovered. The pictures are phenomenal - we have all cried looking at the gallery. Over 1000 pictures - just in color! She captured so many moments that would have been missed or forgotten - me and my dad talking in the church prior to getting ready, toddlers slow dancing, family goofing off together. The pictures are just incredible. If you are still reading this - you should hire Kristi because you will not regret it. For the money, it is an unbelievable value. I interviewed other photographers who I don't think could have delivered this much and charged as much or more. For the experience, it is like having your long lost big sister with you without any of the big sister drama. I would hire Kristi again for any future photography needs and consider it divine intervention that I found her last year. You will love her!!

Kristi did an amazing job on both my bridal portraits and our wedding photos! She was very professional and easy to work with. We had to reschedule my outdoor bridal portraits due to thunderstorms and she was very flexible and accommodating. Kristi captured every detail of our wedding day and we cannot thank her enough for that. Looking at the photos makes me feel like I am reliving every aspect of my favorite day. Kristi has an artistic eye for photography and our photos are very high quality. We would recommend her to anyone and you can be confident she will exceed your expectations. I knew right from the first meeting that not only would Kristi be our photographer but that she would do an amazing job. She brought so much creativity and artistry to her pictures, I knew she would be able to capture our day perfectly. We did all three sessions with Kristi, the engagement session, bridals, and wedding day! I would totally recommend doing that with her because you get to know Kristi and she gets to know you so well during those shoots. She captured the beautiful and special moments that I wanted captured, but she also paid close attention to the candid shots. Her attention to detail was amazing! She took pictures of things I never got to see at the wedding. It was wonderful to get to look at and appreciate the small details through her pictures. When we got the photo albums back (incredibly quickly) it was clear that each photo had been carefully edited and selected for our albums. Kristi also knew how to handle my incredibly large wedding party and family. She got the children smiling and everyone looking in the same direction for pictures. I don't know how she does it, but she is amazing! She is a true professional always with a smile on her face and looking for places to grab the best shot! I will definitely be using Kristi again in the future for other events! Thank you so much!

Our wedding photos were gorgeous!!! I did not have to worry about a thing when it came to photography. Kristi was super professional, helpful, and patient for me the day of. We had a small family wedding at a beautiful chapel inthe mountains. Kristi treated our wedding with 25 people present the very same as if we had 500 people present. She knew pictures of our families were very important to us. She made sure to include a photo of every person present. The photos are a treasure we will always have to remember such a special day. Kristi has been so amazing to work with from the very start. She listened to our vision for our engagement photos and delivered exactly what we wanted. During our shoot, she let us pick poses that we liked, but was also more than happy to guide us for the perfect shot. She was very quick with the editing and provided a "sneak peak" to tide us over until the full gallery was available. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know!

It rained and was freezing cold on our wedding day. That did not put a damper on anything and Kristi made sure of that! Our pictures and more than that our time spent with her was amazing. We could not have imagined anyone else being there with us on our special day. Kristi kept everything on schedule (even when I was running late). She made sure we got all of the pictures we wanted and ones we never knew. She was awesome with keeping us as dry as possible while getting all of the scenery still int he pictures. Everyone has been so impressed with her work and we have the most amazing moments from that day captured in a way we will appreciate for the rest of our lives!!

We loved that Kristi suggested to add her on a Pinterest Board designed for photo ideas to gather what styles and ideas we like. We loved that she got all of our ideas plus random in the moments. Kristi is awesome and so great to work with!! The day of my wedding it ended up raining until an hour and half before my wedding and it was super windy and cold. She worked around this and got some great shots. I was very pleased with how they came out! She is so nice and sweet and I would definitely use her again for other photo shoots in the future!

It was a pleasure working with Kristi! She was on-time, professional, and very easy to work with. Kristi went out of her way to make sure I didn't forget about key pictures I previously said I wanted to take during the event. Everyone loved the pictures she took! Absolutely an AMAZING person and photographer! Would definitely recommend as she knows how to move through all the photos with family and wedding party, includes quite a bit, very sweet and knows how to capture you at your best. Kristi overall done an amazing job capturing our special day. She was able to work around last minute changes and most of the time I didn't realize she was there snapping photos. I didn't expect to have so many pictures and I loved every single one! She was also great at working with our budget. I would recommend her to anyone.

Kristi did a wonderful job. She is truly a professional. The only criticism that I would have is that even for the lower priced package, it would have been nice to provide a full blown wedding album. I understand with the internet and electronics of today some people may not want that. But I'm an old fashioned fuddy duddy Dad and would have liked to have had this.

Kristi was wonderful to work with through the whole wedding process. I discussed my ideas and what I wanted on the phone with her before booking and then my husband and I met with her a month before the wedding to go over the timeline for the day and any specific shots I wanted. She showed up early and came prepared and ready to hit the ground running as soon as she arrived. We were lucky enough to have a couple of hours for pictures between the ceremony and wedding, which meant we ended up with so many wonderful pictures that it is difficult to choose! I highly recommend Kristi as a wedding photographer as she is easy going and will work with any ideas you bring to her. She is very well prepared and has a wonderful eye for pictures/shots. I’d choose her again and again!

She and her team were incredible. They were so kind and did a fantastic job! The pictures are absolutely beautiful, they did an amazing job capturing the entire day! During the planning process it was very obvious she knew what she was doing and answered all my questions with ease which is very reassuring as a bride-to-be. There were a few times I had to reach out twice before getting a response but it was not urgent, everything came together perfectly, and she was likely busy as she is in high demand! At the end of the day, I was so happy to have had her capture our big day!

May wedding

The first photographer i had choosen wound up canceling, so i went on a mad search to find someone i liked. I choose kristi based on her portfolio and the items that came with the package and her responsiveness. However my wedding day did not go as planned. My mom got sick, no one knew where anything was and i was a wreck and short and kristi came off very annoyed it was not going as planned.
She was annoyed during family photos that half the things i wanted pictures of werent there. And when people requested a photo acted like it was a huge inconvenience.
So i got my photos back. And i got photos of every piece of cheese and candy we had. I do not have a good photo of my mom and i or my husband step daughter and i.
There were only one option on several of them. There were tons of photos of the ring bearer and like 3 of my stepdaughter. Mind you there were 3 people shooting. Half the bride and groom photos were over-posed and we were clearly uncomfortable. I had a horse drawn carriage and there is 2 photos of it in the distance. My moms friends reception photos captured more than the people i was paying. I got so many pointless photos.
I believe part of the photographers job is to roll with the punches and take photos and my day didnt go as planned without my mom there right away and it wouldve been nice if she wouldve rolled with the punches instead of giving off an attitude because at the end of the day they are my forever photos and she still got paid. And if i had to choose again id go with someone else.
However i will say her assistant was extremely nice and seemed to understand that it was already a mess for me! And i greatly appreciated that!
