My daughter’s wedding simply would not have occurred without Kristen and her team. Throughout every phase of the planning to the end of the reception, Kristen handled every detail with a professional, composed, confident, positive approach. Since I live in PA and my daughter is in veterinary school at UGA, planning a Georgia wedding would have been a nightmare without her. She communicated with us and all vendors to answer questions, seek input and ideas, and to assure that no detail was overlooked. I enjoyed every moment leading up to the ceremony and reception and felt free to celebrate the entire evening. How invaluable is it for a mother of the bride to feel literally stress free in these circumstances? I will remember everything about this occasion with gratitude and joy, and so very much of my thanks is owed to Kristen. She is simply the best.

Kristen and her team went above and beyond to make our wedding beyond perfect. I don't know what we would have done without her. I would recommend Kristen to anyone and everyone who will listen! She is truly the most organized human being I have ever met, and she is so much fun to work with.

Kristen Scott and her team did and amazing job helping us with our daughter's wedding. The wedding was beautiful and we owe a lot to Kristen and her team for making our day perfect! We have known Kristen for a very long time and so thankful she was able to help us and be a part of the day!

Kristen assisted with the wedding my youngest daughter and when my oldest got engaged nine months after her sister's wedding, I was quick to place a call to Kristen and was relieved she was available... she is that valuable! From our pre-wedding meetings to the rehearsal day and the day of the wedding, she was a pillar of calm, diplomacy, and information. Wedding planning is stressful, but having Kristen a phone call or email away, was very reassuring. She has great ideas and sources, but knows how to keep to a budget and suggest without pushing. She guided us and kept us on track. Kristen and her wedding day team are simply awesome. They are present without intruding. Because of Kristen and her team, both of my daughter's wedding days were beautiful and went off without a hitch. Kristen J. Scott is worth every penny!

Chris and I stumbled across Kristen through another bride who hired her for her wedding at the exact same venue. On MULTIPLE occasions, my now husband and I said she was some of the best money we spent. Leading up to the wedding, she was always extremely available - whether it be by text, email, call, or coffee date. She constantly ensured we were on task and on schedule. She would help participate on calls with our other vendors to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. Even the day of the wedding, we had multiple guests come up to us noting how 'on it' she was! Our only regret was negotiating with her on having one less pair of hands the day of to help offset the price. Given one less helper, and a bridesmaid with a 18 month old that tied up an extra pair of hands during the ceremony, a few small things went wrong. Fortunately, nothing too major, but wish we would have left it with the recommended number of people. Not only was she very professional, but a true pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend her!

Kristen J. Scott Events was everything I could have asked for in a wedding coordinator, and so much more! Kristen truly takes the stress out of the process by being the point of contact for all vendors. One of the most overwhelming aspects of planning a wedding is the coordination between multiple vendors, and she takes on that burden with a smile. Her attention to detail amazed my husband and me, and having her as our wedding coordinator gave us the piece of mind that I did not think was possible while planning a wedding. Kristen's day-of team tended to our every request and need, no matter how random. I would recommend Kristen J. Scott Events to absolutely anyone. Kristen did a fantastic job in helping us plan my daughter's wedding. There was a lot to coordinate since we planned to have the ceremony at my home and the reception at another location. Kristen made sure everything went as planned and no detail was overlooked. She recommended some excellent vendors that helped to keep my daughters target budget right on plan. She worked very hard to get to know my daughter and her fiance which helped to ensure they had the wedding they both envisioned. I would highly recommend Kristen to anyone looking to have a wedding planner that goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect!!

Kristen did a wonderful job assisting in all facets of planning our wedding! My husband and I had a small, lovely morning ceremony at a family home and a lively afternoon reception for friends and family. Thru the planning process Kristen was indispensable. Since my husband and I live abroad, she not only helped to find excellent and budget friendly vendors, but also did countless Skype sessions with me to touch base and make sure things were going smoothly. Then, while my husband and I were in the States she made sure to meet with us in person to put the final touches on our special day. Kristen is highly professional, hard working and very friendly. We were very comfortable working with her. I would gladly recommend her to any couple looking to hold a wedding.

Kristen made our wedding day and all of the weeks of planning leading up to it absolutely perfect. I couldn't recommend her services more. Both my sister and I were blessed enough to be able to have Kristen coordinate and plan our weddings and HONESTLY our days went so smoothly and effortlessly because of her. She is a joy to work with, organized and has the best communication out of anyone I've ever met. I have recommended her to all of my friends and within my industry as well. She is worth every penny AND THEN SOME. You spend all of this money on your wedding day--- leave the planning and the details to Kristen so you can actually enjoy your wedding weekend!

Kristen is absolutely the best. She was SO helpful and generous in sharing her wisdom and insights for how to plan and prepare in advance to have the smoothest and most headache-free day possible. She works tirelessly hard and is a joy to work with and know. I cannot imagine our wedding planning process or wedding day without Kristen, nor do I want to!! When a hook popped off my dress 20 minutes before the ceremony from reaching to hug someone before I was fully buttoned up, it was Kristen that sewed me back in. Kristen also saved the day in getting me bustled after the ceremony...my dress proved to be more complicated than anticipated :) but she kept me and everyone calm, cool and collected and everything running on schedule all day and all night! I give her the highest marks and appreciate her more than words can say!

Kristen was amazing to work with. Both my daughter and I felt like my daughter's wedding was in the best hands. Kristen is so organized and kept our planning on track. Whenever I felt like the overwhelmed MOB I could call Kristen and she would instantly reassure me. My daughter's wedding was so wonderful and Kristen was a huge part of it's success. From being there if I had questions to working with the vendors to making sure my daughter and her husband felt so special on their wedding day. Kristen's calm, professional demeanor and smiling face made for a perfect wedding day from start to finish. I will definitely turn to Kristen when planning another big event.

I was thoroughly impressed with Kristen throughout the entire process, and several of my vendors made a point to express their amazement with her to me. She just makes things happen, and is a blast to work with for everyone.

During the day of our wedding, I didn't worry about a single thing. Not only did she take care of everything, I completely trusted her to do so, which made all the difference on the day-of.

Couldn't have been more impressed with her. We were very very lucky to have her!

Our daughter's wedding day ran so smoothly and our entire family (including MOB) enjoyed every minute because we hired Kristen!! My husband and I planned for many "special moments" with extra details and Kristen and her team never missed a beat! The wedding mass and reception were completely our vision; Kristen executed every detail with perfection and professionalism!! She was one of our very first calls and worth every penny plus some!!! She is awesome!!!

Kristen went above and beyond for our wedding day, where do I begin? The week prior to our wedding, my Dad was heavily sedated from emergency open heart surgery. Our worst nightmare came true, he could not attend our wedding day. My husband and I spent the two weeks prior to our wedding in the hospital, in Florida at his bedside. During this time, is usually the most hectic and important for a bride, finishing every detail. Kristen reassured me she took care of EVERYTHING, and my job was to be by my Daddy. To this day, seeing someone with so much compassion leaves me speechless. She did, indeed ensure last minute details and planning were taken care of. All we had to do was show up, and enjoy our special day as much as we could. Her and her team of gals were ON TOP of it, very organized and straight forward...the day flowed wonderfully and we couldn't have done it without her help!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Working with Kristen took any stress away that I had on the day. She tackled anything we threw at her from a wedding ceremony on a bridge in the middle of downtown Atlanta to a down pour just as guests were arriving. She was prepared with umbrellas, towels and anything else you could imagine. She staffed the day with assistants that were fit for my needs. I decided to do my own flowers and she made sure to hire an assistant who was talented enough to help me put the finishing touches on them. I am so grateful that Kristen was an integral part in making out non-traditional wedding go off smoothly. I am not sure there are many people who could have adapted so well to our day. Thank you!

Kristen was such an absolutely integral part of our wedding! From the planning to the execution, she went above and beyond what I thought a "Day of Event Coordinator" would do. We picked every one of our vendors from her list of suggestions. She met with me countless times to go over every last detail of the wedding. She could not have been more organized or prepared on the day of, and she did it all with so much energy and a warm smile. I am a type-A worrier, but I knew with Kristen, she would handle anything that came our way. The wedding day was stress-free because of her hard work. Her attention to detail was wonderful. For instance, the groom's side of the wedding had many people who spoke only Spanish, and without us asking Kristen had a bilingual assistant on the day of the event who focused on the Spanish speaking family and made them feel comfortable. This is the best money you will spend on your wedding day! I recommend her to everyone I know!

You NEED to hire Kristen for your wedding! She was essential to our day being as perfect as it was. She called all my vendors before the big day and made sure they were all providing all services in the contracts they had given me. She stuck to a flawless wedding day timeline that she put together, came to the rehearsal, responded to countless emails, did a walk-through at the reception venue, made a note of every minor detail we wanted at our wedding, and had our things waiting in our getaway car at the end of the night. She was very accommodating to what we wanted to do and when we didn't know what to do, she had five suggestions for us. She even ran inside, while we were getting couples pictures, to get my sneakers when I couldn't handle my heels anymore and changed my shoes for me! I am recommending her to everyone around me who gets engaged! She went above and beyond to help us enjoy our wedding day!

Our wedding actually landed on the Saint Patrick's Day Parade in Atlanta, and all of peachtree was blocked off. Kristen handled this without a hitch and we were able to get all the vendors into the venue! Our day was handled perfectly and every detail with remembered! We are so appreciative of everything Kristen did to make our day perfect!!! It wouldn't have happened without her!

Kristen was amazing! She went above and beyond a day of wedding planner! She answered questions and gave advice as soon as she signed on. The schedule of the day and coordinating arrival and breakdown time with vendors is definitely something that goes unnoticed when attending a wedding as a guest but when planning a wedding it is probably the most important thing. With Kristen's direction everything went flawlessly the day of the wedding! I cannot not say enough about Kristen and her team, they were amazing! I will definitely will be recommending Kristen to any of my friends when they get engaged!

There are not enough great things that I can say about Kristen! Kristen was our wedding coordinator for our wedding in April. Kristen is so much more than a day-of coordinator. From very early on, Kristen helped us decide on number of items for our wedding. From vendor selection to scheduling, she was extremely helpful in everything that we needed.

Kristen was the perfect fit for us for our wedding. She has a terrific relationship with many vendors, and she even helped us pick a few that would work best for us. From photography to transportation, she has a full list of recommendations, and they were all perfect for us. Since she has worked with many of the vendors before, the relationship is already there, which is exactly what you want for your wedding. Kristen was in constant contact with all of the vendors, and a month out from the wedding, she was the main contact person, which really took a lot of stress off of us. This was all perfect.

On the day of the wedding, Kristen and her team were amazing. They were there from the beginning to the end, assisting us with anything that we needed. From being there during hair and makeup to the exit at the end, they were there for the whole event. She and her team were always ensuring that everything was going perfectly, making sure we had everything that we needed.

Most of all, Kristen's attention to detail was exactly what we wanted in a coordinator. She takes the time to understand you and what you want in a wedding. She understands everything you want, and she always goes the extra mile to make it happen. Her attention to detail made it personal for us, and we knew that she was doing everything to make the day special for us.

I would absolutely recommend Kristen for your wedding coordinator. She was the perfect choice for us, and I know that she is the reason that our wedding/reception ran as smoothly as it did. She is absolutely perfect, and we cannot thank her enough for all of her help!

Kristen is absolutely amazing at what she does and made my wedding day better than I could have ever imagined. She guided me thoroughly through the planning process and kept everything in line on the day of the wedding. I felt so comfortable with her guidance, suggestions, and our overall relationship throughout the wedding planning process. Kristen gets to know the other vendors well and makes sure that everyone is where they need to be when they need to be there. I can't say enough wonderful things about Kristen!!

We've been married for almost 2 months now, and I still firmly believe the only reason my wedding was such a success (so much so that people are still talking about it today) was because of Kristen. She came highly recommended to me from two of my friends who had recently gotten married. She handled everything with ease and the night ran so smoothly. If something went wrong, I have no idea - and that's a wonderful thing. She is worth every penny we paid her! I would hire her again and again if I did it over.

Kristen was amazing. The first time we met with her she was so kind and patient and went over every detail we wanted to go over. I knew after that day I had nothing to worry about. Kristen has a very unique skill set that allows her to be fantastic at her craft. Anytime I had a question or concern, she was always a phone call away. Kristen was my day-of coordinator and I sincerely do not know what I would have done without her. My husband and I took on the task of planning our own wedding but Kristen helped us out along the way, and that is an enormous understatement. I cannot recommend her services enough. She is incredibly professional, organized and charming to boot. I'm so grateful to have connected so well with Kristen and her team. Those few days before the wedding were so hectic but I knew I could breathe easy because I was in her hands. Even now, months after the wedding, I am still in touch with Kristen and feel like that's not going to change anytime soon.

After all of your hard work planning, it can be a little scary to hand the reigns to someone for the actual wedding day. Luckily, with Kristen, you can rest assured that she will look after every detail! Kristen was an absolute lifesaver and without her the day never could have gone so smoothly. She provided invaluable advice and consultation along the way as I was planning. As the first in my group of friends to get married, I didn’t have many past weddings as a point of reference or people to turn to as a sounding board; Kristen was always willing to answer questions along the way as I was choosing my vendors. As the event drew near, she put together a detailed itinerary for the entire day, from hair and makeup to shuttling guests home at the reception’s end. She also took on the role of key point of contact for all vendors for the wedding, making sure that all planned to work according to the correct schedule and would be in the right place at the right time. It was a huge relief in the week before the wedding, as vendors stopped reaching out to me with questions and instead worked directly with Kristen. Kristen provides the perfect balance of a stern voice and warm heart, which you need when trying to corral a large wedding party and keep everyone on schedule! All of the bridesmaids and groomsmen loved her. We were never concerned that we would miss a moment, as Kristen kept us updated on what was coming up next and where we needed to be. It was such a blessing for us (and our parents!) to be able to genuinely kick back, enjoy, and take in the whole evening without tending to logistics. Even after the event, we found items from earlier in the day that Kristen had tucked into my bag so that they made it home safe. The best part? Kristen is such a sweet, fun, and wonderful lady!! She really helps to alleviate some of the stress that’s unavoidable in the planning process, and I always looked forward to our catch-ups. I could not recommend Kristen more!

By far the BEST decision I made for my wedding day was to hire a day-of coordinator, and thank goodness that it was Kristen! Kristen was so great to work with. She was responsive, receptive to the things I wanted, and really helped to make it so that my wedding was 100% stress-free for both myself and my mom. She did so much more than just run the show on the day-of. She set up a run-through with all of my vendors, lent a listening ear when the wedding-panic began to set in, gave wonderful vendor recommendations, and was a wealth of knowledge that was so incredibly useful - especially considering I was the first to get married in my family! She really went out of her way to ensure that my vision was brought to life. Planning a wedding would have been an entirely different experience without her, and I can say with 100% certainty that her services are worth every dime that you will spend.

I absolutely loved working with Kristen! I was referred to Kristen through a friend that highly recommended using her as my day of wedding planner. My wedding was located an hour and a half outside of Atlanta. Without having to ask- Kristen met my photographer and did a walk through at my wedding venue; they coordinated where I should take pictures the day of and also what time all of the vendors needed to arrive. Before the wedding day Kristen worked with all of my wedding vendors (who lived all over GA) and also my big wedding party. The day of my wedding I was so relaxed because I knew Kristen was taking care of everything- she just wanted me to have a great time and capture all of the memories I could. My mom was even calm :) I couldn't have imagined my day without Kristen; she made everything feel so seamless and perfect! When anyone asks me what went wrong on the wedding day- I say nothing because everything was flawless. I highly recommend Kristen to anyone- she is the sweetest most caring person and I loved working with her!

Amazing!!!!! She really worked with us to make sure the day went off with out a hitch. She listened to exactly what we wanted and made it happen. She even went out and got soda and water when the cater forgot to bring it. She is a must have for your wedding

Kristen Scott saved my wedding day! I seriously have no idea what we would have done without her help planning and getting everything lined up from giving us checklists (since my mom and I were not well-versed in the wedding world) to reaching out to every single one of my vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page to putting together a timeline for my wedding day (and MUCH more). When engaged friends ask me for advice for their wedding, the first thing I say is to get a wedding coordinator and for it to be Kristen Scott. I can't recommend her enough.

As a bride, you cannot put a price on a completely stress free wedding, and with Kristen, that is exactly what you get. She and her team can only be described as imperative to any bride planning her perfect day. Kristen acts as a liaison between the bride and the vendors, plans and executes the weekend timeline, and ensures the entire day runs smoothly. My parents entrusted not one, but two weddings to the more than capable Kristen and although they had their hiccups, as all weddings inevitably do, these situations had little to no effect on the family. She is a lifesaver and without her, I know neither mine nor my sister’s wedding would have seemed so fluid and seamless. Thank you Kristen!

Kristen is amazing and has been a coordinator, therapist and wedding coach. Words cannot describe how fantastic Kristen is, but here goes! First, I refuse to refer to her as a day-of coordinator, she is SO much more. She met with me over coffee and went through every detail needed from that day to the minutes before the ceremony. She stayed in constant contact with the vendors, reviewed all contracts and made sure everything was taken care of. She thought of all of the little things that I would have never thought of to make sure my day ran as smoothly as possible. She came to my Rehearsal and made sure everyone in my bridal party knew exactly what to do, she was at my venue setting up early, came to my house while we got ready making sure we were on track and ready for pictures! We didn't have to think about a single thing on our wedding day because she was always 5 steps ahead of us. She had every single detail completely nailed down and on schedule. She had a plate of food for us in the bridal suite after pictures, she got our dinner on the table before we could blink our eyes, and our hands were never once without a drink in them. Kristen also made sure that we weren't getting too bombarded with "mingling" with guests and made sure that we took the time to get out on the dance floor and enjoy our special day. Everyone always tells you that you don't get to eat your food, enjoy your decor, or enjoy the party as much as you'd like to on your wedding day, but Kristen proved them all wrong. I have never had a better day in my life! I ate at least 3 times, stopped to enjoy every detail that in my set up, and dance the night away with all my family and friends! Without Kristen I don't even know what my day would have been like, but I can assure you it would not have been the perfect, fairytale wedding that it was! I could never thank Kristen enough for all that she did to make our wedding the best day of our lives!

Kristen's services were included in the wedding package that I purchased for my event. While the large decisions were covered before I spoke with her, once I did my mother and I felt a lot more prepared for what to expect from the day, and the planning still ahead. Without her things would have been a chaotic mess. It was wonderful to feel like we had someone "in our corner" to hold things together with all of the other vendors and details. I was never someone who had planned or expected to have a wedding planner, but the day of wedding coordinator is absolutely the way to go. Kristen does her job very well and it is evident that she enjoys doing it, which just added to the festive vibe of the wedding.

Kristen Scott was our day of wedding coordinator and she did an outstanding job! She was always available for questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was organized and ready to go on wedding day. Kristen J Scott Events wedding coordinator services were part of the wedding package we used for my daughter's wedding. We went into the process expecting a "day of" coordinator, but we were amazed by the level of attention we received for our event. Our initial meeting was at the venue and included the venue owner, caterer, Kristen and Jeanine, another coordinator with KJS Events. Jeanine was our point person, meeting with us frequently via conference calls. She wrangled the vendors and worked with my daughter on the timeline for the day. The whole wedding day went smoothly and if there were any fires - we didn't know about them! That's the whole point of a wedding coordinator!
