Where do I even begin!? I honestly could go on and on about how PERFECT Kristeen is and describe every little detail from our year of planning together because that is what she does - ensure that every little detail is just right and exactly how you want it. After interviewing over a dozen Wedding Planners - we knew almost instantly that she was the one! Choosing her as our full time wedding planner was honestly the BEST decision we could have EVER made!! She went above and beyond and turned our vision and imagination in to reality. It was BETTER than we could have ever dreamed of. Our Wedding Day was PURE PERFECTION and that is ALL because of Kristeen. There was no way we could have pulled off such a SPECTACULAR event without her skills, expertise, professionalism and creative mind. Did I mention that she is also SUPER organized and responsive?? Because she is!! My husband and I are VERY picky people and VERY particular and she was sooooo patient and accomodating. We truly trusted her with everything - rarely would we let someone make so many decisions for us and yet, time and time again we said “You choose, Kristeen!” Working with her was such a joy and she has been missed in our daily lives! You simply cannot go wrong with Kristeen and her team - they are the best! Don’t hesitate, hire her NOW!

YOU MUST HIRE KRISTEEN! She is punctual, detail oriented and has a wonderfully frank and calm personality. She will tell you if something honestly won't work, but is always ready with other options. She was encouraging of my vision and was great at providing ideas and support when I couldn't put thoughts into words. She keeps a folder with all e-mails and ideas that you have mentioned and quickly forgot about amongst all the chaos of planning your wedding. She helped me stay on track and was working so much magic behind the scenes that whenever I checked in on her about something, she was always 2 steps ahead of me. Kristeen is worth every penny. We got married October 2nd at the Bel Air Bay Club and I miss calling and e-mailing her!

We hired Kristeen for her full-service wedding planning package, and “full-service” doesn’t even begin to describe it! Instead of just checking off items on a list, Kristeen likes to get a sense of your style to really make sure that your wedding is uniquely you. We really appreciated her straightforwardness because it saved us both time and frustration. She made us feel like we had a great advocate when it came to dealing with the venue, vendors, and other contractors involved. Her recommendations for vendors were excellent and her rolodex is a very valuable tool. On the day she did a great job of keeping everything running smoothly and keeping any hiccups (and stress) away from our view. She’s not afraid to fight for you but she doesn’t want you to feel like there is fighting, which is exactly what you need on your wedding day. A+++++++++++++++++++

Book Kristeen as your wedding planner. Period.

Her attention to detail, professionalism, and passion for creating the perfect event is incredible. From our first meeting and pouring out my ideas (way too many to incorporate into 1 wedding) she was right there. She always gave great advice, and support when needed. She helped me narrow down ideas and recommended vendors that fit our style and could contribute to our overall vision. I often gaze at our wedding pictures and am incredibly grateful for all of her hard work and dedication to our wedding. During the entire planning process there was not one moment when I felt that our wedding wasn’t her #1 priority. She was always easy to contact and followed through on everything she promised.

I can't think of anything that didn't look or go as I had planned. This speaks volumes, after having such a huge vision and a crazy wedding binder full of ideas.

Not only is she an awesome wedding planner she is like your best girlfriend. She is full of knowledge and always gives an honest opinion.

Kristeen- Thank you so much for all your assistance in helping plan our (more like my) dream wedding. As a newlywed, I have the absolute honor in rating Kristeen with 5 stars all around! I had the pleasure of using her for about a year and half , up to my wedding date. Since the day we signed contract she was there for absolutely anything I needed, from making my invitations, to save the dates, to games for my bridal shower, my sign in tree, and so much more. It didn't matter the time or place all I had to do was write an email and or text and she responded right away. Not once did she get sick of my Bridezillaness ; ) And if she did , I never knew because she always made me feel great about all the decisions and or questions being made through out the whole process. The wedding day and night could not have been any more perfect because of Kristeen. She is an absolute expert at her job and has more knowledge than anyone I know about her field of work. She was always sure to give me many options, work within our budget, and keep us in check when we were stepping out. I would reccommend her to any future brides and can gurantee she is worth every last penny, she's amazing!

There are no words that I could say that would equal the gratitude we feel for having had Kristeen with us during our wedding planning & the day of the wedding. She went above and beyond the call of duty throughout the whole process. And since I'm one of the last of my friends to have gone through the whole wedding hoopla, I know just how essential her presence was in keeping things organized and going so smoothly throughout the day. We didn't see any of the mishaps or snafus that are so common to weddings, because she's so professional & on top of things. In addition to doing such a great job, she's always so much fun and I was glad to be myself-as silly as I can be, and she never put up a snooty attitude, indeed she jumped right in the silliness!

Hiring Kristeen was the best wedding decision I made! She was the first and only planner I met and interviewed in person. I had a few other interviews scheduled, but after meeting her I canceled with the others and hired her the same day. I immediately felt comfortable with her, but what really sold me on her was that she got my vision instantly. I had not picked a venue upon meeting with her and told her what I was looking for in a venue. She immediately recommended the Bel Air Bay Club and it was love at first sight. She is organized,reliable, flexible, responsive, professional and creative. As a bride I had a vision but needed a lot of help executing it. Kristeen was able to connect me with the perfect vendors to make my wedding exactly what I had envisioned. I cannot emphasize enough how important it was to me that she was so responsive. She responded to all calls, texts and emails very quickly, definitely within 24hrs. There is nothing worse than a wedding vendor you can never get in touch with!!! No matter what issue I had, Kristeen was able to come up with a solution without even breaking a sweat. Throughout the whole process I never felt stressed or freaked out because Kristeen was so on top of things. I definitely recommend hiring Kristeen for your wedding planning needs. It will give you peace of mind so you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy your special day!

Kristeen was amazing, she did an awesome job at our wedding and I will always be grateful to her. From the first time we spoke to her we felt very comfortable and we knew that she was someone we can rely on.

She is very organized, extremely professional, courteous and always available. She is a great listener and she always understood our needs. She would always make things work and go above and beyond. We felt that we were always in good hands and that she had everything under control. We trusted her blindly. She answered our emails and phone calls right away. She always had a solution for us or a plan "b" in case of road blockers. She provided smart suggestions, referrals, tips, great vendors recommendations and lots of support.

We will always remember her help, support and hard work, she really made our day and it was perfect. Thanks to her our wedding day was the best day of our lives.

We highly recommend Kristeen to anyone thinking about getting married and we are going to miss her tremendously.

Hiring Kristeen to help with my wedding was the best wedding decision I made. I didn't want to spend the money on a planner, but I knew I needed a day-of coordinator at least, so a friend urged me to hire Kristeen. I took a leap of faith and I really cannot express how happy I am that I listened. She made the weeks prior and most importantly, the day of, completely stress free for me. I didn't have to ask her to do a single thing. She knew what to do and did everything on her own. She went above and beyond what I expected. She always came to me, was available whenever I needed her and was always professional. I left certain design decisions up to her as I was burned out on making decisions as the wedding neared; when I got to the venue and saw how she set everything up, I was beyond thrilled. She has an amazing eye for design and detail. She is WELL worth the money. I can't imagine the day-of stress I would have encountered without her.

I have had the chance to work with Kristeen on two occasions now. One a style shoot and the other a baby shower. She knocked both out of the park and both shoots were featured on some of the top blogs. Kristeen is on top of it all from the details and style down to the knitty gritty timeline. Her style and ideas are unique, but she is still connected to the client to find what fits them and their needs best. Kristeen is very personable and energetic and with that winning combination will make your event amazing.

Kristeen was worth every penny that we paid her. In fact I don't think we paid her enough. My fiance and I both looked forward to our meetings with her because she was already in a great mood. She had vendors to recommend at all price ranges. At the wedding, she took care of all the unforeseeable problems that occurred without batting an eye. For example, a few of our guest place cards got mislabeled, which she corrected without me having to get involved. She moved around one of the kids who was sitting at the kids table but who wanted to sit with her mommy. We only purchased her month-of package but we always felt that we her full attention throughout our planning process of more than a year and half. We had over 10 different vendors and Kristeen coordinated all their arrival times and set-up so I could spend more time with my family the week before the wedding. She also made us a detailed timeline and made sure we stayed on schedule. Kristeen is truly a delight to work with.

I met Kristeen six months before my wedding. We instantly got along and I knew my search for a wedding planner was over 10 minutes into our meeting. I was so impressed by her reviews, work experience and professionalism. She has such creative and unique ideas, not to mention fabulous taste in EVERYTHING (just look at her blog). Kristeen is so detail oriented and organized; I constantly saw her scribbling notes at each of our meetings. She always followed up with my vendors and made sure I did not miss a thing. At our last meeting, she asked if I had my shoes yet. I told her I bought grey shoes by default because I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a pair of yellow ones I'd probably use once. When I got home, Kristeen had sent me several links for affordable yellow shoes which I ended up buying! It's the extra effort that amazes me and makes Kristeen stand out from the rest. At the rehearsal, our family and friends were equally impressed by Kristeen. She's a natural leader with a great sense of humor. We all see she is so passionate about her job. Our wedding day was perfect in my mind and I have Kristeen to thank for that. She was there for us every step of the way. I even got to take a photo booth picture with her. The next day, I found out my vendors had packed huge boxes of leftover food for us (we had a ten course Chinese banquet) fearing we did not get enough to eat. How cool is that? To say Kristeen went above and beyond is an understatement. She will definitely make your wedding planning a lot easier.

Kristeen was an amazing wedding planner who thought of everything! She'll give you great suggestions to help enhance your wedding..but she knows it's your vision and won't try pushing any ideas on you. We worked with Kristeen for a year to plan our day. She was incredibly flexible and super easy to reach. I always heard back from her, sometimes in just a few minutes, when I emailed a question. She contacted and stayed on top of all the vendors and on our day, we were able to just relax and enjoy everything because she was there to ensure it was all running smoothly. She is also wonderfully charismatic...our families had wonderful things to say about her and she made everyone feel important. During the process, I had several lunches with Kristeen. It's like hanging out with a dear girlfriend who just happens to know everything you'll need to know to navigate through the planning process. Kristeen is a modern planner who is always learning more and researching the newest styles and trends in weddings. If she doesn't know about something, she'll find out for you and she was great about keeping us on budget and helping us find the best vendors for our buck. Kristeen can advice you on everything from dress shops, wedding party gifts, favors, to restaurants for rehearsal dinners. My husband and I always say, "Kristeen was definitely the best investment we could have ever made during the planning process". Also, I have no doubt she managed to save us more money than we paid her..so if you are on the fence about getting a planner, please do and make it Kristeen.

I met with a handful of wedding coordinators and when I met Kristeen, I knew I had found the one :) She was laid back, but super organized, and she seemed to get my concept and direction from the get-go. She was generous with her time, responsive and a lot of fun to work with (meeting over a cocktail never hurts!) She went above and beyond in the two months before our wedding (we booked her as month of coordinator) and was stellar for the rehersal and on the big day! In a word, Kristeen was AMAZING! My husband found her online, and we had a great experience with her from the start. Kristeen was super responsive to every single email and request we sent, and was super supportive and excited through the entire planning process. It was so nice to meet with Kristeen each time and know she had everything under control. She was also flexible to meet our needs by adjusting her communication and organization style to streamline our process and work with our schedules. My husband and I both had demanding jobs and had to move to a new home during the 6-month wedding planning process, and Kristeen made the process as smooth and seamless as we could have hoped. We really appreciated how she seemed to take such a personal interest in our wedding planning, and she went the extra mile for us in so many ways.
When we booked Kristeen, we knew she was already booked for our wedding day, so she sent her assistant to do the day-of coordination. My only regret is not having Kristeen there on our wedding day to share in the event we all planned together. If you want a laid-back, but super organized, creative and flexible wedding planner, I highly recommend Kristeen. She was truly a pleasure and blast to work with.

Kristeen is the best! She is very friendly and extremely professional. The balance of these two qualities is very important to me. I like to feel like I can speak to someone as a friend but know that they have the experience to get the job done correctly and efficiently. It is really nice to have someone who will answer your emails quickly. I really appreciate timeliness in getting back to me. I did a lot of do it yourself stuff for my wedding reception and she handled the set up perfectly. I knew as long as Kristeen was there, things would run smoothly. I had a giant fiasco with the banquet hall the night of my wedding that continued after the big day, but Kristeen was helpful even after my wedding had passed. Just hire her already before she is all booked :)

I can't even tell you how much Kristeen saved the day for one of our weddings! It's not all the time a caterer can rave about a planner they have worked with. We often don't get to choose who will be on-site with our brides and grooms on the day of. Working with Kristeen has been nothing short of professional, fun and efficient. We were in dire need of table #'s 1 day prior to the wedding and I reached out to her for professional expertise. She was a blessing in disguise and sent over some of her sample graphic design work she had done before. She even offered to drop them off to our venue on the day of. They looked amazing and I'm continuously thankful:)

Kristeen was absolutely buttoned up, calm, and in control of our wedding and management of the various vendors and venues we put under her purview. She handled any issues in a quick, direct, and friendly manner, and was able to predict our needs before we even knew we needed something (she handed me my bouquet just before the photographer came over to take some candid shots so the photos came out perfect). I really have no idea where to begin on this review. I guess I should say Thank You to Kristeen for everything she did for Joe and I's wedding. She went beyond the call of duty for us. You can really tell she LOVES what she does. She came to our rescue on our original venue and found us the beautiful Marrakesh House. If we needed vendor referrals, we looked towards Kristeen because she works with some of the best people out there who won't nickel and dime you. She responded to every email and call within moments. Day of the wedding, my husband and I had nothing to worry about. We knew everything was safe in her hands and if something went slightly awry she would rectify without us even knowing something was wrong.

I was very fortunate to work with Kristeen at this time when her business is starting to blossom cause I know deep down inside she will be doing celebrity weddings in no time.

Kristeen is an amazing asset to any and every aspect of your wedding!! We used her for day of coordination only BUT she was there before the wedding helping me with everything from my escort cards (she's computer savvy) to contacting my pastor and videographer when I was freaking out about timelines, etc for the day of. I have worked with Kristeen since the beginning of my bridal planning and it truly has made all the difference. Originally my husband and I thought it would be great to have someone help out because I freak out a lot. Little did I know, I would have a planner and someone that would always reassure me that things were going to turn out great. Fortunately they turned out better than I can ever imagine. But what had stuck with me for the longest time is that my bridesmaids had let me know the glitches that went on during the wedding and that Kristeen had let them know ahead of time that if were any "glitches" to come straight to her! I had no clue about anything on my wedding day except that I enjoyed every moment of it because I was never distracted! I love Kristeen not only as my planner, but now I would like to say my friend. Kristeen is absolutely amazing. She made all my dreams come true and was completely supportive throughout the entire process. She is very creative and always gives great suggestions. Without a doubt, you need to hire Kristeen LaBrot for any affair you are planning. I am in the middle of planning a baby shower for my niece and was lucky enough to come across a Shabby Chic baby shower that Kristeen had planned. I was truly behind in planning the shower because of my own business related event and decided to see if Kristeen might give me some assistance. I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask, so I called her. She was lovely and told me she would put together some ideas and email them to me (a perfect stranger!)that night. I could not wait to get to the office the next day to open my email. And there, as promised, were two pages of vendors that Kristeen had used to put together an incredibly beautiful and creative baby shower. I can now sleep at night because Kristeen went out of her way to help someone across the country that she has never met! How often do you meet someone so willing to help? I feel truly blessed to have come across Kristeen and you will, too!

Literally the day I got engaged, I found Kristeen and hired her right away. Since the day I hired her to the moment my wedding ended, she has been a breath of fresh air. My mind goes 100 MPH and no one was able to keep up with my pace except Kristeen. She is so flexible, accommodating and always surprised me at how she went above and beyond. Kristeen not only wants to get the job done right but she wants to get to know you so that she knew the type of wedding that you're trying to pull off. She will answer your emails right away and is a miracle worker when you're looking for sample images online. She always answers her phone with a cheerful tone and makes you feel like she was waiting for you to call.

On my wedding day, when the nerves kicked in and the butterflies were fluttering in my stomach, I would see Kristeen from the corner of my eye and immediately calmed down. She took an empty reception room and made it look like a million dollars.

I hope every bride can experience a wedding planner like I did. I was hesitant about hiring extra help but after working with Kristeen, I KNOW that I could not have pulled it off half as well as it went. It was a flawless, beautiful, perfect wedding and I give A LOT of the credit to my great planner!!

Wow! How do I even begin to describe Kristeen?! First off, she is more than AMAZING and was by far the BEST wedding vendor we've ever seen and had the pleasure to work with! Let me start off by saying that Kristeen came HIGHLY recommended to me by one of my friends who was also in the process of planning her wedding. At first, I was just like everyone else... figuring they could save money by trying to do everything themselves. But there are several problems with that. First off, when it comes to the day-of, you (the bride and groom) are going to be so busy that you'll need someone to make sure everything runs smoothly. Secondly, all of your close family and friends that you trust to help you with everything are probably part of your wedding party and thus, too busy to run around and make sure everything runs smoothly. Think about it! Chances are they will be with you getting ready, taking pictures, etc. Cue Kristeen! When we first met with her, it became very apparent to us that coordinators were highly underrated! That is, they are not a luxury but a necessity - just as important as a photographer or a venue! But keep in mind that I speak highly of them because of Kristeen. Because she makes your life that much easier! Her experience in this industry helps her think of things that you might not have thought of, i.e. whether or not a venue requires fire permits for using candles. We actually hired her for our DOC but she went above and beyond the call of duty! She not only met with us several times but helped put together our timeline and stepped in as a point of contact for all of our vendors. Our only regret - that we didn't hire her sooner! Thank you, Kristeen! You were DEFINITELY our favorite vendor! :') Brides and grooms, do yourselves a HUGE favor and hire Kristeen ASAP. You will NOT regret it! I promise! :)

We had Kristeen as our DOC and we couldn't have asked for a better one! She was always very responsive and had awesome suggestions. She made sure that we had everything when we needed it and looked over our other vendor contracts to make sure we didn't miss anything. She kept my stress level down during the planning stages because she was always so organized and on top of everything! When it came to the wedding day, we felt completely at ease knowing that Kristeen had everything under control--everything went really smoothly! Amazing!

Kristeen from Kristeen LaBrot events is a class act. I originally hired her for wedding consultation and wedding ideas but soon realized I would need her for help on invitation designs, coordination of vendors, and day-of planning as well. I am so happy I did. Kristeen was always available to discuss questions or ideas on the phone and the few times I was unable to get a hold of her right away she got in touch with me within 24 hours. The day of the wedding Kristeen was fantastic. She kept me calm and kept things going even when the crazy moments came up, as was bound to happen. Kristeen has so many unique ideas and found a ton of ways for me to save money on my wedding while still at the same time creating a super amazing day. Now that the wedding day is over I have been looking for excuses to call Kristeen just because I miss our chats and all of her creativity. I wish her lots of success with the wedding planning in the future (not that she'll need it)!!

I cannot even begin to describe how amazing Kristeen was. Around every corner she worked her hardest to get us what we wanted at the best possible cost. She would come up with creative ways to save us money (she found table clothes that cost less to buy than to rent, and bought the salt and pepper shakes off of one of her clients for us, which saved us half the cost). She was friendly, easy to contact, she had awesome ideas, and she was a joy to work with. We could not have picked a better coordinator. She made out lives easier every step of the way, allowing us to have the most amazing, beautiful, stress free day of our lives.

Kristeen coordinated an event that I attended and she did an absolutely fabulous job! The wedding went so incredibly well, everything was so beautiful, and all the guests had a great time. I recommend her to all my friends and family getting married in the LA area.

Kristeen is an amazing wedding coordinator, and so easy to work with. She is very professional, very organized, and really works with you to make sure your day is perfect. I thought I was organized, she puts me to shame!

I love how attentive she was to my day from the very beginning even before we signed the contract. Her detailed advice and reassurance on questions I had for her made me at ease and helped facilitate an awesome relationship with her.

This is one of the hardest reviews I've had to write---only because there are soooooo many WONDERFUL things I want to share about Kristeen. So, Im attempting to keep a balance between a professional and gushing review--without sounding like a total KLB Events groupie (which im proud to say I am ;).

First of all, hands down Kristeen was THE BEST wedding investment I made. I was in my 11 month of wedding planning, when decided I should hire a DOC. I definitely regret not hiring Kristeen immediately after I got engaged. I thought I was doing somewhat okay wedding planning on my own, but once Kristeen came along wedding planning became so much sweeter.

PRE-WEDDING: At our first meeting Kristeen instantly put my wedding jitters at ease. She immediately took initiative to help me with my long to-do list. Although I had hired Kristeen only as my "day of coordinator", she was unbelievably kind to assist me with my remaining 2 months of planning. Whenever I contacted her via email or text she responded promptly and sometimes during my insomniac laaaaate night planning, she would chat with me via facebook, just to make sure i was doing "OK". I cant imagine any other coordinator ever doing that.
Kristeen kept in touch with all my vendors and made sure every one of them followed through. Her sweet assistant Renee, went to take pictures of potential photo spots. During rehearsal, Kristeen was a stand in bridesmaid, when one of my BM flaked out. And she ran to city hall the day before the wedding, when I frantically thought I needed a fire permit for my reception candles (turns out i didn't). I can give a hundred more examples how Kristeen went above and beyond the normal DOC duties before the wedding.

WEDDING DAY: I thought I was going to be a nervous wreck on my wedding day, but I was able to be a calm bride because I knew Kristeen was my coordinator. Kristeen and Renee, unpacked, set up, cleaned and packed every single decor for my reception. It was a hectic 13 hour day for them, but they carried on with grace, professionalism and a smile. There were a few mishaps caused by my reception venue but of course Kristeen was there to save the day. The venue messed up a surprise meal I had for my husband, so Renee ran out to get a replacement dish and was back within minutes. Then Kristeen sorted out a bar tab situation and saved us a couple of hundred dollars. Again I can give many more examples how great Kristeen was at the wedding. Best of all my husband and I were able to dance the night away without any stress, thanks to KLB Events.

POST WEDDING: After the wedding I was afraid my photographer didn't capture a particular detail shot. I had expressed this concern with Kristeen...of course being the wonder woman she is, she took initiative and contacted my photographer---even though its post wedding and shes no longer my DOC! Now thats dedication!

Kristeen is confident, great listener, patient, knowledgeable ,creative, organized, professional, and has impeccable taste. She carries all the qualities of an excellent coordinator. Every time I hear someone is engaged, she's the first person I recommended. I cant stress enough, how Kristeen is indeed THE BEST wedding investment any bride could make.

PS:: The while the hubby and I were dancing he leaned over and said: "Turns out we didnt need David Tutera, we had you and Kristeen." Even the groom was impressed!

Kristeen is FANTASTIC! She went way above and beyond the "day of" coordinating. She met with me and the vendors, as well as contacting the rest of the vendors on her own. She kept in touch with all the vendors, making sure everything was in place. She referred me to other vendors who also were wonderful. She went on her own to buy supplies needed for the reception. She has excellent taste and a really marvelous eye for design and color and appearance. She thought of things that I hadnt and made sure that things got done. She negotiated with vendors. She was willing to work with me in terms of fees and budget and never made suggestions that would have been beyond our budget.

On the day of the wedding, she arrived early to help set up and stayed till the very end... after we had left. She made sure everything went according to plan and followed up on every detail. She helped clean up the venue and made sure everything went where it was supposed to. She packed up our things and helped load up the cars. I dont think our wedding woudl have gone as smoothly as it did without her. I was able to just enjoy the whole evening, knowing that she was taking care of everything!

There are no words to describe how terrific she was. A 5 is not enough to rate her.. I would give her a "10". I cant recommend her highly enough. She is a gem and a treasure. You cant go wrong if you bring in Kristeen as your coordinator and planner.

Ok ladies, seriously, 5 stars are just not enough to rate how FANTASTIC Kristeen is. I was one of those brides who really thought I could do it all on my own. Being engaged for two years, I thought I had plenty of time to plan everything and accomplish everything alone. That's one of my biggest regrets...not having Kristeen help me from the start. Seriously ladies, you might not think you need a wedding coordinator, but you do. Take it from someone who has already been through it all. Trust me, and you need the best, and that's Kristeen.

Even though I was pretty far along in my wedding planning when I met Kristeen, she became such a valuable part of the whole process. I was fortunate enough to have her as my DOC, but she went above and beyond. That's how I learned that she's a fabulous coordinator. She thought of stuff that I didn't even consider! Not only did she coordinate me and my husband, she contacted ALL of my vendors and organized everybody. Months before my wedding, she was already planning everything she could for me. From reaching out to each of my vendor to preparing my wedding day timeline, Kristeen was on top of every task. She was very flexible and worked around my schedule. She frequently touched base with me and gave me a sense of calm and peace knowing I had someone who truly understood what I was going through. Thank you Kristeen! I just can't thank you enough!

And let me tell you ladies, my husband Brad(fiance at the time) was a big skeptic. He didn't think we needed a coordinator/DOC since we had already booked our vendors and seemed pretty much ready to go. But he went along with it since I really wanted Kristeen's expertise and help. Now...he's singing a different tune. Before our wedding was over, Brad kept telling me how grateful he was for Kristeen because I was actually calm and not freaking out. I'm usually a control freak and need to do everything on my own, but having Kristeen there really helped. Everything I wanted for the reception was beautifully set up. It was more than I could ever ask for. From the guest tables to the candy station, and even the cake and gift tables, Kristeen captured and displayed every little detail I had asked for. I was seriously blown away. Kristeen had transformed a plain hotel banquet room to an amazingly stunning reception setting. Even our candy jars were never empty! :p And just as how I handed all of my items to her before the wedding with complete trust, she gave everything back to me with every item accounted for. Now that's due diligence.

I know I wrote a novel here :) but there are not enough words to describe just how WONDERFUL and AMAZING Kristeen is. Ladies, take it from a fellow PW-er who was once in your shoes, don't try to do it alone. It's not worth the stress and anxiety. You need Kristeen's abundant knowledge of the wedding world and her guidance to help you survive your otherwise hectic wedding planning process and the big day.

Go ahead, don't be shy, pick up the phone and call her. I guarantee, you won't be asking for your money back. :)

Having Kristeen coordinate our wedding was one of the best choices we made. One does not realize how much a coordinator deals with just so the bride and groom do not have to. From setting up minor details, to making sure the bridal party is all on que with the DJ to walk down the aisle, she has it all down, and very professionally! Kristeen was so knowledgeable about so many wedding details that me, the bride, having never been married before, would never think of. She has so many contacts in the wedding industry, from venues, to florists, to all of the little things in between, she will have an idea or suggestion that will fit what you and the groom are looking for. She also had ideas that ended up saving us money!
Me and my husband would highly recommend Kristeen to plan/organize your wedding. It is your "big day" and we trust in Kristeen to make it beautiful and minimize the many stress-related issues that come with planning a wedding! She did that for us!

With almost a month tell my wedding- and feeling that my wedding wasn't going to be what I wanted it to be-and feeling that my ideas were being washed down the drain- I found Kristeen! And she turned all of that around! She gave my great inspiration and helped me design the wedding of my dreams! My wedding was more than amazing! Things ran very smoothly for me. People kept asking me- "Why are you so calm??" It was because I had nothing to worry about- I knew and trusted that Kristeen had everything in control- and she did. There were things I later found out happened at the wedding- but I never once knew those kinda of things went on! She fought for us to have an extra hour at our wedding- because my venue said the music had to be off... she dealt with my caters who turned out to be a complete mess...she scrubbed the carpet in our venue so we wouldn't be charged... the list goes on and on- of just the thing she DID at my wedding, to make sure that my husband and I had the best night of our lives. She has you very prepared with a great time line that she made and I don't think one of my vendors was late- and the wedding started on time! From planning and always being there for me when I had a question to fixing my train as I walked down the aisle-to closing the door of the limo as we were leaving, she is the complete package! I recommend her to any family, bride, person out there that wants any event to go smoothly with the highest organization, professionalism, and stress free as possible!

Kristeen was absolutely incredible to work with. She handled every detail (and every one of my freak-outs!) with grace and made my vision come to life! I don't know what I would do if it hadn't been for her. She had answers for everything and made me feel so relaxed on the big day. Her organization and advice in planning all the details of my wedding was so helpful that I would not have been able to pull it off without her. Not to mention, she is so sweet, thoughtful, and knows SO much about weddings. It is evident that planning weddings are her passion as it is exemplified in all her work. She is also the NICEST person ever and never complained when dealing with my smaller budget. All of my guests continue to tell me how beautiful, seamless, and perfect my wedding was - and I know it is all due to her! I was able to enjoy my wedding because I knew everything would be handled. Many brides told me throughout the process that they didn't even remember their weddings because they had so much to do. We hired Kristeen as our day of coordinator. At the time we booked her, she was just starting out, and was very affordable compared to other coordinators. We met with her 4 times, and she was flexible with meeting us at the location of our choice. We communicated mainly by email, and she provided quick turn-around time. We did all of our own vendor reviews, but She freely offered vendor recommendations if needed. For the most part, she did a good job with set-up. However, there were two glaring mistakes: (1) she forgot to include the correct number of chairs at my mom's table, so during the beginning of the reception, my mom was standing without a seat; and (2) she had forgotten we changed the numbering of one of our families' tables, so they ended up sitting in the wrong area. Also, during the reception, neither she nor her assistant were readily accessible or visible. Overall though, we were satisfied with the job she did as the wedding turned out well despite these mishaps.
