Florals from a fairytale

We were going to DIY our own florals until I became way too overwhelmed with details - I magically found Kraft and Co's a la cart - let me tell you, this was the BEST decision I made for our wedding.

Not only were the florals SPECTACULAR ut the team was so incredible to coordinate with and supporting with delivery and set up.

The flowers were absolutely out of a dream - I've never seen such unique blooms and they made my fairytale come to life within a budget that worked for us. My bouquet was the most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen, and the bud vases were whimsical perfection. Everything was expertly curated and my wedding felt like straight out of my Pinterest board. My bridesmaids also loved their little bloom baskets!

I am SO happy we didn't DIY florals and I am THRILLED to have found Kraft and Co!! Thank you for the love you put into your blooms 🩷

The team at Kraft & Co made our wedding SO beautiful - from gorgeous centerpieces and personals to a stunning chuppah, everything was perfect. Tatiana was so easy to work with, so professional and helped guide us when prioritizing design aspects and making the most of our budget. The team made everything so seamless day of, I didn’t have to worry about a thing and everything was executed to perfection and matched my vision! They also helped us repurpose some flowers for our brunch the next day and generally just went above and beyond for us. I’m so happy we found Kraft & Co. during our planning process and can’t thank them enough!

I'm obsessed with my flowers

I knew Kraft & Company was the one after falling in love with their work (and continuously falling in love with it after every post on their Instagram). I came to Tatiana and the team with a multipage document full of inspiration images and detailed requests for every element of my wedding. I wanted a flower-forward wedding and being that the florals were one of my top priorities, I'm so happy I chose Kraft & Company. The team's artful design and floristry brought my visions to life and looked even better than I could have imagined. The team was super easy to work with and accommodating with everything, I felt so comfortable after our final review call with Tatiana going into my wedding. My wedding florals, especially my bouquet, were everything to me. I wish there was a way to perfectly preserve my bouquet in its beautiful, fresh state. Tatiana, if you ever chose to sell one off bouquets I'll be your first loyal client ordering a replica of my bridal bouquet every year!

The best value, absolutely stunning flowers

Tatiana and her team are artists. Their flowers came out even more stunning than we ever could have dreamed. Their responsiveness, customer service, efficiency, all 10/10. I will never forget how incredibly beautiful these flowers turned out and will be dreaming about the colors for the rest of my life. Simply magical.

Stunning wedding florals and stellar experience!

I used Kraft & Co for florals for my wedding weekend (both our Friday welcome event and our Saturday wedding) - they did an absolutely STELLAR & STUNNING job (honestly, I was blown away). I sent the Kraft team an inspiration deck with color palette and some pinterest shots and they did an amazing job translating that into an incredible floral experience. Our budget was also tight and they were very reasonable and accommodating in working with me to align on a proposal that was beautiful but still within our budget. Additionally, they were amazing to work with (super responsive, friendly, warm, welcoming, etc) - the entire experience end to end was amazing and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Gorgeous, unique, and curated work and a price point we could afford.

Booking Kraft & Co. was one of the absolute best decisions we made for our wedding!! Tatiana and Erich were incredible through every step of our wedding planning process. Tatiana spent ample time to understand our vision during our initial booking call and the proposal she sent was beautiful and perfectly captured what we were imagining but struggled to articulate. From that very first call, Tatiana was so easy to work with, friendly, excellent at communication, and very organized. Despite running a very busy business, Tatiana always gave me her full attention and made me feel like an important customer. Tatiana was amazing at helping us work within our budget and made sure to help us maximize the impact of the flowers. I had the idea to have a flower escort wall and Tatiana helped us bring it to life and even provided the wall for the escort cards and customized the color of the wall to match our wedding design. The day of our wedding, the flowers were even more beautiful than I could have imagined. My bouquet was absolutely perfect with the most gorgeous ranunculus, peonies and roses. I can’t recommend Kraft & Co. enough!! You will be in the absolute best hands.

Incredibly talented - highly recommend!

Amazing and stunning!

TRULY AMAZING!! I cannot say enough good things about Kraft & Co. We originally had another florist booked for our wedding and then they fell through and I was in a complete panic. I emailed Kraft & Co and was amazed from the start. My wedding planner emailed them my mood board and a day later I got back a proposal that fit exactly in my budget and was everything I was looking for and more! Tatiana is awesome and answered all of our questions on our first call- she was so friendly and excited and I knew we would be in good hands. She's also so creative! On walk through at the venue she came up with adorable ideas to make our venue look even more stunning. We got so many compliments from our guests on our entry way and center pieces. We did not have any issues with timing or setup and they seriously transformed the ballroom into exactly what I dreamed of. I highly recommend to anyone!!

WOW - amazing job. Highly recommend

Tatiana is the perfect package.

First of all, I really value transparency and organization. Her service did just that. She provided extremely detailed quotes with corresponding photos and prices. She worked within our budget and was an amazing communicator throughout the whole process. We ended up wanting to spend more on flowers, so we doubled our budget, but not once did Tatiana push us to do this. Yet she was happy to accommodate all changes very close to the date of the wedding.

Second of all, the flowers were STUNNING. We got so many compliments from guests. She did a Phenomenal job. And was extremely kind, patient, and competent.

Exceptional Flowers & Service

Tatiana and Erich were just exceptional. We used them for both planning and flowers. Our wedding was originally scheduled for 9/5/2020, but when COVID hit, Tatiana seamlessly rescheduled all of our vendors with no added cost from any vendor after we decided to postpone twice. It would have been a nightmare having to go through all of those logistics. Tatiana and Erich also put together an incredible, first-class team of vendors for our wedding day that made our dream wedding come alive (and within our tight budget!). The flower plannign process in particular was seamless. Tatiana executed exactly what we had imagined and created stunning florals. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful the designs were. Thank you so much, Tatiana and Erich!!! You really put together such a magical evening for us and created such a perfect memory that will last for years to come.

My forever florist

Tatiana and Erich are a power couple. They and their staff made the most beautiful artful arrangements for all of my events. From a baby shower to the bridal shower to our wedding, it was all lovely. They truly are passionate about and personal with their work. All my guests love the colors and flower selections. This will be a long term relationship we hope to have for a long time.

The Most Beautiful Flowers

Couldn't have hired a better florist!

When COVID hit and my husband and I decided to postpone our big (floral-free) June 2020 wedding to July 2021, we still knew we wanted to get married this summer surrounded by our closest friends and family. That also meant we got to host a totally different event this year -- one that was outside, more casual, but still full of love. I decided I wanted florals for our "wedding part 1," and when I stumbled upon Kraft & Co.'s Instagram, I reached out to them immediately. (They were also offering elopement/a la carte options for microweddings and elopements!) Not only are their arrangements gorgeous, but Tati (the owner) is legit one of the most flexible, understanding vendors I've ever come across. I told her my budget and vision/color palette upfront, as well as the fact that we had two rain dates just in case lol, and she was basically like, "No worries, Laura! I got you!" I was FLOORED the day of our wedding, and each of our 30 guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were. Thank you, Tati, for making my floral vision come to life and for being such a positive, supportive light during such a difficult time!!!

Amazing vendor for wedding at the New York Palace

I found Whimsy Weddings after months of searching online and on Instagram. The search took so long as I had a specific vision in mind and could be quite particular, but I could tell that Tatiana has a wonderful eye and is super talented! Once I connected with Tatiana, I knew Whimsy Weddings was going to be the right choice. She was warm, attentive, and extremely easy to work with. In fact, I was beyond stressed during the last few months of the wedding planning process, and Whimsy Weddings had such positive energy that it really calmed me down. Their attention to detail, transparency, and openness gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing! I truly appreciated how professional they were too - definitely eased the process. For example, they always responded within a short amount of time, and they were always on time for our meetings and calls. They worked within our budget and were able to pull off this amazingly beautiful, classy, and chic look that other florists were quoting me thousands more for. The flowers weren't wasted after the wedding either; Tatiana explained how they donate flowers after the event, which we appreciated. Amazing Experience!

This is long overdue, but my husband and I wanted to finally leave a review for Tatiana and Erich! We had an amazing experience working with them to plan our wedding earlier this year. They are so knowledgeable in everything and familiar with an extensive area - NY, NJ, PA. Great recommendations on food/catering, venues, music, and everything!! From the beginning more than a year ago up to the day of the event, it was so easy speaking with Tati and she made me feel at ease during stressful times. Beautiful, creative, affordablw

We chose whimsy weddings as our florist for our wedding at the foundry and it was perfect. Tatiana and her team executed our vision flawlessly. She was always responsive and receptive, and so easy to work with. We were worried to go with an out of town florist for out NY wedding but there were no glitches (at least that we knew of) and the event was beautiful thanks to whimsy weddings. Amazing design and execution!

Floral Design & Planning for 9/21/19 Wedding

My husband and I hired Whimsy Weddings (married couple Tatiana and Erich) for their floral design services and planning services for our wedding on 9/21/19.
Floral Review: Tatiana perfectly executed my floral vision. I wanted a romantic palette with greenery, mauve and blush tones. Overall, the flowers she used were beautiful & lush, and different from what I've seen at other weddings (i.e, tightly held together roses). Two stand out items: (1) Tatiana and Erich own a beautiful circle ceremony arch that they let us use (for free! included in the package). It was a GORGEOUS backdrop once they covered it in greenery and florals (2) Our wedding was in a tent with white bistro lighting. I had really wanted chandelier for the middle of the space, but when we priced it out with the lighting company it was way too expensive, so Tatiana and Erich offered to make a floral chandelier instead, it was perfect!
Planning Review: We hired WW for their full planning package. I believe they also offer partial planning packages.
Looking back, I think we should've just booked the partial planning because our meetings really didn't ramp up until the a month or two before the wedding. That being said, in the month leading up to the wedding, I felt at ease knowing that WW was handling all the small details (seating cards, guestbook, welcome sign, signature drink sign, dinner menus, etc.). But when I felt most grateful was on the day of the wedding, where I literally did not worry about a SINGLE thing. Tatiana really took charge and made sure everything went smoothly. If there were any problems, I didn't hear about them. It was the perfect day. Prior to hiring WW, my husband was skeptical about hiring a planner/coordinator, but after the wedding he has fully admitted that we was wrong (lol) after how great Tatiana and Erich were. I would 100% recommend Whimsy to anyone looking for floral design and/or planning services

Amazing, amazing, amazing!

There are truly no words to describe what an amazing job Whimsy Weddings did for our wedding at the Green Building in Brooklyn! I have never seen such beautiful florals in my life - I knew from their Instagram what a great eye Tatiana and Erich have, but when I walked into our venue and saw what they did for our wedding day, I was completely blown away!!!

Working with Tatiana and Erich was such a breeze - from their initial floral proposal, they got exactly the vibe I was going for and were so easy to communicate with and so responsive!

Florals were really important to me for our wedding, especially because the Green Building is a raw venue, and Whimsy Weddings completely knocked it out the park and exceeded even my wildest expectations! I could not have dreamt up a more beautiful job than what they did!

Tatiana and Erich are talented beyond words and also the sweetest couple to work with - hire them and you will be so glad you did!

Absolutely AMAZING !

I CANNOT say enough about Whimsy Weddings and their insanely beautiful work! I found Whimsy Weddings while browsing through Instagram; I was quickly sucked into their page after scrolling and seeing all of the absolutely stunning weddings that they had done before. I had fallen in love with how elegant, classic and romantic they made each venue look along with their breathtaking bouquets for the bride/bridal party.. but I figured it would be way over my budget. I contacted Erich & Tatiana, the friendliest and most adorable couple/team, and was pleasantly surprised at how they would be able to make my vision a reality all within my budget ! Planning with Erich and Tatiana was an absolute pleasure and they blew my expectations out of the water. From the ceremony florals that spiraled down the stairwell, the elegant arch that they decorated with florals and fabric, to the menus & place cards and the incredible table decor...I was in awe when I walked into both the ceremony as well as the reception. I am SO happy that I stumbled across them and I would book them again in a heartbeat. They are more than worth it and my our day so perfect !

My experience with Whimsy Weddings was simply amazing from start to finish and beyond. I initially hired Whimsy Weddings for day of coordination and ended up adding the contract for florals later on. Erich and Tatiana are such an incredible duo to work with. They’re professional but also incredibly personable, warm, passionate, and creative. For my florals and décor, I sent them a screenshot of a bouquet and escort card display from their Instagram that I fell in love with. They took these two images and turned my wedding into a dreamland. Their day-of coordination is also fantastic. My venue contract came with a coordinator so I wasn’t sure if I would need day-of coordination, but I’m so glad I had Tatiana there. Don’t get me wrong – my venue coordinator was great. However, there were still other external issues that came up (i.e. my husband being late and last minute transportation coordination) that Tatiana took care of without skipping a beat. Simply put, hiring Whimsy Weddings was one of the best choices I made during my entire wedding planning process and I will forever be thankful for the gorgeous décor and the sanity-saving support they provided on our big day!

We had gone to a wedding in 2015 that Whimsy had done, and we fell in love. When we had gotten engaged I knew that Whimsy was who we needed to execute our wedding plans and ideas. We chose the Day of Planning, &Floral Design.Tatiana and Erich answered any email or question I had. When it came time for the walk-through I really felt like my vision came alive, it was easy to see how hard Tatiana and Erich work to plan eveything out. They work with the logistics so well and really tamed our large (25 ppl) wild bridal party and ensured that everyone was where they were supposed to be. It wouldn't be a wedding without a few mishaps but Tati, Erich, and Carina handled everything like the professionals that they are. If you are on the fence about the day of planning, I highly suggest that you just do it.There are certain stresses that you just don't have the capacity to handle on your big day, and the day of planning really saved the day for us.Tatiana and the team's floral design was just PERFECTION. Tatiana's design surpassed my expectations. I have never seen such a beauty before, my bridal bouquet was MAJOR. Needless to say Whimsy nailed it, the bouquets, the ceremony, the centerpieces,the small side tables and how can I forget the PHOTOBOOTH FLORAL BACKDROP! If you are looking for the total package don't waste another minute, Whimsy is the way to go. If we could do it again we would chose Whimsy every time. Tati, Erich and Carina are like the 1992 Olympic Basketball dream team!

I found Whimsy Weddings after scrolling through countless wedding florists on Instagram and immediately loved them. Their photos were incredibly romantic, understated and beautiful - the exact look we were going for for our indoor / outdoor wedding celebration in the heart of Manhattan. From our first conversation with Erich + Tatiana, we felt like we were in great hands and actually never consulted any additional floral vendors! We gave them some photos and ideas of what we wanted, and let them - as the experts! - do the rest. They came for a walk-through of our venue and to talk through all of the arrangements we needed and had everything set up in time for our afternoon wedding. We were totally stunned to see the space after they transformed it. The florals were absolutely beautiful and the shining star of our wedding decor... which is just what we wanted! Just about every guest took photos in front of the flower wall they built on the terrace where our ceremony was held. The perfect backdrop! We were complimented over and over, and nearly all of the arrangements were taken by the end of the evening! We cannot recommend Erich and Tatiana at Whimsy more - their work is absolutely phenomenal and you get their personal attention and guidance, which is invaluable in the wedding planning world.

If you want to (1) work with only the best vendors, (2) get the most bang for your budget, and (3) relax and enjoy the fun parts of planning and attending your wedding, there is NO choice other than Whimsy Weddings. Hiring them was the best decision we made. From one picky bride to another, do yourself a favor and stop searching--you've found them.

Unlike other recommended planners, Tatiana right away made it clear that she would help us make decisions to maximize the impact of our established budget. She really listened to our priorities and guided us accordingly. She hand-picked all our vendors, from the venue to the photo booth. She told us what was worth the money and what wasn't, based on OUR vision for our wedding.

Tatiana has impeccable taste. I did wonder if her established aesthetic might mean that our event would have a cookie-cutter feel, but her approach would never let that happen. She translated our poorly-articulated tastes into an event that looked and felt like US--but more beautiful, cohesive, and elegant, from start to finish.

Whimsy Weddings has a combination of brilliant creative vision, client centered approach, deep industry knowledge, iron-clad vendor relationships, and flawless execution that I just haven't seen in other event planners. PLUS they are lovely, kind, warm, down-to-earth humans whom everyone loves--which makes vendors excited to work with them, and the regular check-ins required leading up to the wedding fun rather than tense.

There are few words to describe Tatiana and Corinna, but since I have to find some more than "STOP READING THIS HIRE THEM NOW," I will. Our wedding would not have come together without them; I wouldn't have gotten through the month leading up to the day without murdering someone, either. (And Tati can attest to me being a relatively chill bride, truly.) Through licensing and logistical challenges (read: nightmares) and other unforeseen hiccups, the day came together. Whimsy are superheroes and will design the day you've always imagined—even things you never did.

I wish I could rate them 100. 5/5 just doesn’t do justice to the absolute pleasure and magic that is having Whimsy Weddings help design, plan, coordinate, and execute your wedding. My (now) husband (originally skeptical about hiring event planners) and I CONSTANTLY list hiring WW as one of the best wedding-related decisions we made. Our day was beyond perfect, despite having to work with a modest budget, a gigantic raw space that hadn’t hosted many weddings, and a rather needy bride (that’s me lol) with big ideas and even bigger asks. I honestly cannot recommend WW highly enough. Just hire them. You really won’t regret it.

Tatiana and her team (husband Erich and sister Corinna) put together our wedding on September 3rd 2017 from start to finish! We opted for her full planning services because living in Texas and planning a wedding in Pennsylvania was going to be difficult. Tati helped with EVERYTHING! We are a pretty scatter-brained couple so she really helped us focus in on the things that mattered to us on our big day.
Tati organized every last detail! We went over our budget and she helped us pick our venue, gave us a short list (as not to get over whelmed) of photographers that she has worked with and knows do good work, helped pick a DJ, her husband Erich was our officiant, gave us a heads up on coupons or discounts for our invitations and photo booth, and she did ALL our flowers! During the planning process Tatiana was available via text or email and as long as she was not at another event she was urgent with responding to our questions and concerns. Tatiana was the one with direct contact to our venue's event planning team (who were not as nearly as organized as her) to be sure she was in the loop with details and to be sure we did not get over whelmed with details and questions she already had answers to!
Tatiana came up with a design board and went over the details with us to really make it a stress-free planning process! Some of the décor items that she incorporated were from her own collection so she saved us money on décor items we would only use once. The day of the event Tatiana and her team worked tirelessly to make the event space, cocktail hour and ceremony space were decorated perfectly! She checked in on me while I was getting ready to make sure we were running on time and she kept track of all the vendors to make sure they were all running on schedule! Tatianna really made the day of my wedding a much LESS stressful day! We highly recommend working with Whimsy Weddings!

You know the wedding coordinator did her job when someone throws up on the dance floor and the bride doesn't find out until the next afternoon via someone's SnapStory.

We hired Whimsy Weddings for day of coordination. We booked them about a year before our wedding, so it was great to have Tatiana as a resource for that time. Whenever I had a question, she replied right away. All the vendors she recommended were great. We worked with Gerdy on the day of and she is worth her weight in gold. It was so great to have someone else worry about all the nitty gritty logistical details and figure out a timeline, as well as controlling and answering all my crazy bride questions and fears. Gerdy speaks Spanish, which is fantastic as my mom doesn't speak much English. She is terrific, sweet, smart and made sure our day went by perfectly even when things didn't go to plan, like someone showing up with their uninvited kids and the aforementioned throw up incident. In the end, our venue looked amazing, our guests had a fantastic time and it was absolutely everything we wanted!

Emily Canterbury of Whimsy Weddings was our day-of coordinator for our wedding last weekend, and we literally could not have done it without her!!! We decided to look into hiring a coordinator pretty late in the game, and it was the BEST, I repeat, the BEST decision we made. Emily put together an amazingly helpful timeline for us. She was in contact with all of our vendors in the weeks and days leading up to the big day. She kept everyone organized and on track and made the day as smooth and seamless and perfect as possible. She allowed us to be at ease and enjoy the best party of our lives while she kept the wheels turning. She made sure all of those special moments happened when they were supposed to. She helped set up all of our hand done touches and decor so that we could spend the morning getting ready with our friends and family and relaxing. She's the best! Thank you for everything, Emily!!

Working with Tatiana and her team was truly a pleasure. I had lots of vague ideas for what I wanted in a wedding, and they helped bring my scattered Pinterest board to life. It was also great to have a planner with recommended vendors (ie, the photographer we chose is someone she’s worked with many times), which made everything go very smoothly the day of.

Over the 1.5 years of planning, I would send a LOT of emails to Tatiana (particularly as the wedding was getting close), and she pretty much always responded within minutes. This was incredibly comforting to have a capable and experienced planner one step ahead of me at all times.

The week of the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about coordinating details with our vendors, putting together favors, etc – Tatiana and her team took care of all of that. Best part of all – my dress ripped shortly before our grand entrance at the reception, and Tatiana sewed it up with a needle and thread she brought with her. Life saver!

Lastly, even now that the wedding is over, Tatiana and I are still occasionally emailing to swoon over the wedding photos, videos, etc. She clearly still cares about her clients, long after her job is done. I wholeheartedly recommend!

I could ever put into words how wonderful the Whimsy team made our wedding experience and how beautiful the day was. All expectations were far surpassed and the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception decor were everything that we had dreamed of. All far fetched ideas were completed by their team, and they came forward with even more amazing concepts. They were there from the rehearsal dinner until when the wedding ended, at 6am, and were on top of all details.

Tatiana and Erich were our day to day contacts and they made the whole planning process enjoyable and we couldn't have imagined anyone better to work with. If you are looking to a young, amazing, hands-on planning team that remain calm at all times, Whimsy is the team to use.

Erich and Tatiana are true professionals and the best in the business. They played a crucial role in allowing us to enjoy the wedding process and have every single detail that we hoped for planned and executed to perfection. They are such a great team together (as husband and wife!) and they both bring different qualities to the table that make their services and abilities so broad, yet so precise. The best decision we made in the planning process was to bring on Whimsy Weddings and allow them to take the reigns on the details and execution of both the rehearsal day and the ceremony/reception day. We recently used Whimsy Weddings for our August 13th wedding. Tatiana and Erich were such a pleasure to work with!! We did day-of coordination with design since I had time to find most of our vendors, but they stayed in contact with us about everything via email throughout the planing process. They took over with a month to go and were on top of everything for us. They kept us organized and focused on what was important! For example, we couldn't have been near as organized or even had a clue at our floral mock-up meeting!! Tatiana knew exactly how many arrangements should go on various sizes of tables, appropriate flower counts for each vase size, and even made recommendations to the florist about different greenery options when I didn't like the one used. This alone was above and beyond. Their design ideas to tie in our theme and colors throughout the wedding were thoughtful and just what we wanted. They also worked a miracle with our lighting vendor when they took over as the main contact. We highly recommend Whimsy Weddings. We're so happy they were a part of our day.

Tatiana and the entire team at Whimsy Weddings turned our wedding dreams into reality! We hired Whimsy Weddings for full planning services and they were with us since day one of wedding planning. With my now husband finishing up school a few hours away from NYC while we were planning, Tatiana was there to visit venues with me and was my right hand person. Throughout our year and half of planning, Tatiana was always so responsive and was able to figuratively hold my hand through making wedding decisions. All the while, calming my wedding planning anxiety! She really took the time to get to know my style and figure out what my husband and I were envisioning for our wedding. All of her vendor recommendations were definitely tailored to our style and with her help, we booked the most amazing photographer, videographer, and band!

The team at Whimsy Weddings helped us put together all of the little quirks we wanted at our wedding - doughnut cake, you got it...flowers in bud vases for seating arrangements, done...gondola ride to our venue, handled. They even went the extra mile to put together things I would have never have thought of but they knew fit the aesthetic of our wedding.

I'm so thankful for Tatiana and Whimsy Weddings and highly recommend them!! Everyone on the team is so sweet and down to earth, qualities you need to get you through the stress of wedding planning. Best wedding decision we ever made was hiring Whimsy Weddings. Hands down.

I really tried to save as much as possible for my wedding and there was a point where I wondered if I need a wedding coordinator -- I'm generally super organized so wasn't sure if I would get as much value out of a coordinator. I am so incredibly happy I went w/ Tatiana and Eric because without them, the wedding would have been a mess. Tatiana and Erich were the absolute best! We hired Whimsy for day of coordination, decor and florals and it was probably our best wedding decision. For coordination, they were so responsive and handled everything like pros (to be honest, I have no idea if anything went wrong the day of the wedding because it was absolutely perfect from our perspective). Everyone on the team was awesome to work with and made everything run so smoothly.

For decor, we have pretty particular taste and were a bit nervous to hand off our vision to anyone to execute but Tatiana completely knocked it out of the park. Everything was even better than we envisioned. We let Tatiana run with the color palette and aesthetic and are so happy we handed over the reigns to her and didn't micromanage the details.

For the florals, they were the most beautiful arrangements and completely blew us away. Pretty much every guest gushed over how stunning they were.

I can't recommend Tatiana enough, she made our wedding day so relaxed and absolutely crushed it. We also kept hearing from our other vendors how great she was to work with both leading up to and on the day of our wedding.

My husband and I were very overwhelmed at the thought of planning a wedding, especially since none of the venues we first looked at were very accommodating to the things we wanted. I emailed one planner and was given an insane quote. Then I found Whimsy Weddings on Wedding Wire and within 10 minutes of reaching out to them, I received an email from Tatiana. I instantly had a feeling that she would be perfect for us - and I was right!

I truly have no idea how my husband and I would have managed planning our wedding without Tatiana and her team. She took so much stress and anxiety off of us. Her warmth and kindness put us at ease many times throughout the year leading up to the wedding. Tatiana answered all of my emails with amazing speed and never made me feel guilty for asking so many questions (and I had a ton!) Her knowledge of vendors and the planning process in general were life-saving. She only recommended vendors she worked with before and had good experience with, so we felt comfortable taking her advice and recommendations. (She recommended our venue, DJ, florist, photographer, videographer, transportation, and caterer: EVERY SINGLE ONE of whom we were immensely happy with). We wanted a vegan wedding? No problem! A venue that would give us the rustic NY glamour we envisioned? Done. Eucalyptus table runners? Got it. She understood from the get-go what it was we were after, and when the day finally came it was like walking through a dream.

Tatiana, Erich, Gerdy, and Emily all were spectacular during the day of the wedding. They were kind, organized, professional, and overall fun and delightful to be around (which I can imagine is not easy when dealing with a bride and groom). Many of my guests and family members commented on how great they were to be around.

We cannot thank them enough and wish we had the words to express just how much they mean to us. Hire Whimsy Weddings to plan your wedding - it will be the best decision you make!!!

My venue recommended Whimsy Weddings in their vendor packet when we booked. I was actually not considering having a day of coordinator but as I looked through their website I loved the work they did. I also happened to find them when I was looking at pictures of my venue - Tatiana and Erich had gotten married there also! I was pretty much all set at this point and knew I wanted to book them. Tatiana and Erich have been extremely responsive and organized since we have booked. I also like that they offer just the day of coordination in addition to full wedding planning. We are also using them for florals. We did not book the decoration service but they also offer that as well - for someone like me who wants to have a minimum amount of vendors as possible, this is great. My fiancee and I met Tatiana and Erich after booking them during a wedding event in Brooklyn and they were lovely. Great energy, so pleasant and had lots of ideas to share with us even in that small moment. I am very excited to be working with them and I know the product will be great - you should definitely check them out!

When we started wedding planning we found our venue early on. We met with a number of wedding planners/florists/etc that wanted to give us the same wedding everyone else had at our venue. We wanted something unique, fresh and original, and did not want to be put in a cookie cutter. We were especially frustrated when we shared our dream of a wedding with open seating and food stations (no seat assignments) and were immediately told that was "not possible" with the space/party size. This caused us to look further than the "recommended" planners that our venue connected us with, which is how we stumbled across Whimsy Weddings. The first thing Tatiana told us when we spoke with her was "yes, of course that is possible, and not only is it possible but we will make it amazing!" From then on Tatiana was always super responsive and creative, and genuinely seemed to care about making our wedding unique and special as much if not more than we did. It's no surprise that our wedding was in fact perfect in every way. If you want to feel like your wedding is uniquely yours and not another check mark on a wedding planner's calendar than I could not recommend Whimsy Weddings enough. Thank you Tatiana and Erich!

Tatiana and her team were truly amazing!!! Seriously, they are the best in what they do. They were responsive to all my questions and concerns. Not only were they great on the day of the wedding. But my experience working with them up until the day of the event was terrific. Tatiana and her team were involved with all the details from choosing my flowers, to décor (letting me borrow an array of their own personal items), to making our signs, and planning our ceremony. On the days leading up to our wedding, Tatiana and her team were there to help set up and give us great suggestions for our wedding (we had some issues with air conditioning and she really gave us great input). Throughout the day, she was diligent with us staying on top of our timeline and coordinating with all of our vendors (so we didn't have to). We had a couple of small emergencies throughout the day, and she was there to deal with them all and figure out solutions for all. She has a very reassuring attitude which was great when I felt anxious! When I couldn't find my bridesmaids, she was there to bustle my dress! But of all the things that Whimsy Weddings did for us though, I must say, that my favorite was the setup/décor. They truly have great aesthetic taste and all the little touches they added to our barn wedding made it really special for us. The flowers and table set up turned out 100x's better than I expected with our simple DYI flowers. Any bride who is looking for a wedding planner, you must hire them!

Our experience with Whimsy Weddings started before we had a contract with them. My wife was just emailing with Tatiana and telling her how we weren't getting a response from the hotel manager where we booked a block of rooms. Without any obligation to help us, Tatiana emailed the hotel manager and got a reply very quickly. She is a wizard! Throughout the whole planning process, Whimsy was an invaluable resource for suggestions on the many vendors one needs for a wedding (like transportation, invitations, etc). They kept track of all of our contracts with our various vendors, telling us who to pay, when to pay them, and how much we owe. That kept a huge stress off our shoulders, not to mention creating a detailed timeline of the day of, so everyone knew what was going to happen and when.

When it came to the day of the wedding we had all of our trust in them, which was well-placed. My wife is a Pinterest/Etsy fanatic, and we did a lot of the decorating details by ourselves. There were plenty of boxes we dropped off to the hall a few days before the ceremony, and gave the list of things to Tatiana to set up for us in addition to orchestrating vendors and activities on the day of. She didn't even flinch. What we envisioned our decorations would look like all set up were far exceeded by how Whimsy actually set them up for us. And the entire day went off flawlessly. No hiccups or confusion. Then when the night was over, the hassle of having to pack up our decorations was already done for us, more efficiently than we had done earlier.

Having Whimsy Weddings coordinate our wedding was money so well spent, because you can't put a price on not having stress the day of your wedding. They are responsive, friendly, personable, organized, and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone for any party!!!

So I know there are a ton of stellar reviews on here for Whimsy Weddings already, but I have to add one more because these guys are just insanely fabulous and I literally could not have prepared and pulled off our September wedding without them. Kelsey and Tati were literally my LIFESAVERS—they helped me with EVERYTHING!!!! From the flowers/floral (making my bouquets & boutonnieres) to the favors to the furniture to all the gorgeous decor to working with our 4 caterers (yes, 4! not even including dessert!) to calming me down on a weekly basis and reassuring me that everything was going to be 'OK'—I mean, they literally took care of everything and everything turned out GORGEOUS. We had our wedding in a venue where we had to bring in EVERYTHING—and somehow, despite all the things that COULD have gone wrong or missing or whatever else—it was all perfection. In fact, both of my parents still talk about not only how amazing the wedding was, but how amazing THEY were. Because they are. Tbh, I even suffered from a little Kelsey/Tati withdrawal in the weeks following our wedding. The whole time, I felt like they were just my super organized, on-top-of-everything-but-never-annoyingly-so, best girlfriends. Hiring them was the best decision I made throughout the whole process—besides saying 'yes' to my now husband :)))

They are amazing and I wish I could just put them in my pocket and take them with me everywhere. Seriously, if you're on the fence or whatever about hiring them for your wedding, DON'T BE. It will be worth QUADRUPLE every penny, I guarantee it.

We cannot say enough about how amazing Tatiana and Kelsey were leading up to our wedding and what a truly fantastic job Kelsey did coordinating our wedding day. We hired Whimsy Weddings to be our day of coordinators and we got so much more than just a person to deal with vendors. Kelsey and Tatiana kept us on top of our timeline, and of who needed to be paid when. On the day of the wedding Kelsey was fantastic. Everything ran so smoothly and she executed everything seamlessly from the timing of speeches, to the placement of the décor. Tatiana and her team couldn't have been better for us. We held our event at Studio 450, she knew the venue and worked with our vendors on the run-up to help with a seamless day for us. Tatiana and team were a calm but reassuring force on our day and they helped make everything from seating plans, run of show to decor just perfect for us. We didn't worry about a thing on the day and Tatiana was always around if we needed anything. They also provided small pieces of decor that really helped finish the event and keep the look just as we wanted it on the day. We would highly recommend Tatiana, Kelsey and team.

I started my wedding planning process thinking I would do it all myself. I was a bride on a budget and I was determined. Somewhere in the process, I realized it was literally impossible for me to coordinate the vendors at the reception when I would be busy getting married. I hired Whimsy Weddings as a Day Of Coordinator. Kelsey was my point person and she was a dream come true. She was my best friends in the weeks prior -- keeping track of the vendors, every little detail, and even picking up last minute things. She even found a bartender when I found myself without one less than two weeks beforehand. I gave her some decorations and almost all creative control. She took it and ran with it. The reception was beyond what I had imagined and absolutely perfect. Multiple guests came up to me and remarked on how calm Kelsey remained through the whole night (despite my family throwing her plenty of curveballs). She fixed my bustle when it malfunctioned and even fixed one of my guests' sandals. Kelsey even brought some red white and blue confetti (it was the Fourth of July) for a quick photo op. While my day may have been a less involved job than the Whimsy Weddings team usually takes on, they did not give it any less thought. Kelsey exceeded all of my expectations. She even ended the night by driving the leftover kegs down to the fireworks so we could have some extra beverages. Then she brought the remaining alcohol back to my house because we didn't have room in the other vehicles. Kelsey took care of every little thing and made my day more carefree, beautiful, and seamless than I could have asked. My husband (who was completely against the idea initially) has begun suggesting to all of his engaged friends that they too hire a DOC. (None of them are in the tri-state area, otherwise he'd recommend WW specifically.) I could go on and on but you're better off just giving this team a call and finding out for yourself how wonderful they are.

I swear that this isn't an exaggeration: Tati is the ABSOLUTE BEST wedding planner in modern history. Tati and her team fully planned our entire wedding weekend. Our wedding (which by the way was LAST NIGHT --- she is so good that I am sitting here, not even married for a DAY, writing this review!!!!) was HANDS DOWN the most magical, spectacular night of my life. Our wedding (260 people in Brooklyn on July 4) was truly beyond my wildest dreams -- beautiful, fun, funky, unique, and just an all around crazy gorgeous party to celebrate our love, and all of that is due to Tati and her team's tireless work over many months. I don't know how she does it. Tati is some kind of superwoman. She is incredibly responsive, kind, caring, funny, and has a fantastic sense of style. She really listens to brides and grooms -- in fact, I was surprised by details at my own wedding that one of us (me or my husband) must have casually mentioned to Tati months prior, and that somehow Tati remembered and then orchestrated to perfection. She dealt with legions of family members and every vendor, negotiating contracts and ironing out every detail of our day with so much grace. She has a great sense of party flow and timing, and directed the entire event perfectly -- no small feat, as it was an indoor/outdoor event with a break for the July 4 fireworks, a complicated sound setup, and lots of rentals. She and her team also effortlessly coordinated our massive (160 person) welcome party the night before the wedding and a beer brunch (also about 160 people) the next day. Hiring Whimsy Weddings to plan our wedding was the best decision my husband and I made in the entire wedding planning process. This team will blow you away, and working with Tati is an absolute joy. I give them one zillion stars.

Tatiana and her team at Whimsy Weddings were absolutely amazing!! My husband and I had a very non-traditional wedding at City Hall in NYC this winter with just our immediate families in attendance followed by a fancy afternoon and evening throughout the city. Though our wedding was small and relatively low key, there was still an incredible amount of detail and organization that went in to planning our day. Tatiana made everything feel less overwhelming and was in tune with our dream from day one. Whimsy Weddings was the best decision my now husband and I ever made! Tatiana was brilliant! From the first moment we spoke she knew exactly what type of theme I was going for, and the execution was beyond my expectations. I called Tatiana about a month before the wedding and we talked every day going forward. She was my shoulder to lean on and my fairy god mother! Her and her husband, Erich, make a great team. My husband and I wanted a small intimate wedding; we had 60 guests for a chapel ceremony and a dinner reception. At first I thought I could manage everything myself, but as time got closer I knew I needed help. I cannot say it enough, this was the best decision we made! I know it sounds cliche, but our wedding was more perfect that I could have ever imagined. And the best part was that I stressed out over nothing at all. Tatiana was our day of (really, month of) coordinator and did all the nitty gritty of setting up timelines, coordinating and confirming with vendors, and making sure all the elements I had handed over to her looked just right. I consider myself someone who is very anal/OCD, so I was hesitant to just hand over everything to someone else, but Tatiana shares the same level of analness/OCD so it was very easy to trust that she'd do an amazing job.

Tatiana definitely listened to all my wants and desires. Never once did she shoot down an idea. Actually, when I doubted if we could fit something in, she'd assure me that she would figure out a way to do so - and she did. She even remembered ideas that I just mentioned in passing and would later remind me, asking if I still wanted to incorporate that element or not. She always had a few suggestions to questions that arose and explained the pros, cons, and how it fit into the budget for all of them.

Towards the end of wedding planning, I got really burnt out. I didn't have the same energy I had in the beginning to coordinate with the vendors and make payment schedules. Tatiana did all of that without me even asking. The week before the wedding my plan for thank you tags for the favors fell through. Tatiana and her team took on the task of hand stamping 180 tags for me. I didn't have to worry or do a thing and they came out great - fitting with the whole style of our wedding.

Tatiana and her team were a pleasure to work with. It was incredibly comforting to know that there was someone I could turn to with questions or problems in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was literally available to me at all hours of the day, 7 days a week, and was a huge reason why our wedding was the grand success it was. I'd hire her again / recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

I would like to start out by saying that words truly cannot express the gratitude we feel for Tati and her team at Whimsy Weddings. Our day literally couldn't have happened if it weren't for their dedication to serve their clients. First off, they flew all the way out to Seattle, WA to provide day-of coordination (which is really more like month of) services for our 250 person wedding. Between prepping center pieces, hand crafting boutonnieres, hanging lanterns, coordinating the rehearsal and ceremony cues, getting vendors in the proper locations, making sure family members knew where to be and at what time, and truly anything else that needed to get done, the Whimsy Team had their hands full. Yet they handled anything that was thrown their way with grace and quick thinking. For example, the morning of the wedding, we realized that all of the bouquets froze. What could have quickly become a disaster turned into an opportunity to whip up a fresh batch of bouquets thanks to Tati's ability to delegate, her dedication to create beautiful weddings, and her willingness to do what needs to be done for her clients! They turned out even more lovely than I could have imagined. My only regret is that I didn't hire the team for their full service package! As I wedding photographer myself who attends many weddings, I would recommended Tatiana and the Whimsy team to ANY couple in search of a planner. They are truly some of the best at what they do and we are so thankful that they were apart of our day. HIRE THEM ASAP!

I am a floral designer who worked with Tatiana from Whimsy Weddings this past July. So this is a review coming from a fellow vendor, a behind the scenes review if you will! Tatiana was wonderful to work with. She was available to talk about the wedding and she listened. I watched her go out of her way to make the brides vision come to life, she is truly invested in making the day everything her bride desired. She communicated the needs of the bride very clearly and directly to all the vendors on sight, while at the same time being extremely pleasant, personable and professional. She had the brides back, and while sometimes wedding planners can be difficult for vendors to work with, especially when they are inexperienced and don't have a sense for what goes into each individual vendors job, this was not the case with Tatiana. I would work with her every weekend if I had the chance!

I do not even know where to start. Whimsy Weddings was just FANTASTIC!!!. I could never imagined going this alone without Tatiana and her team. Attentive, prompt, caring, generous, everyone in my family (and I have 3 mom's) loved them. She truly made my journey through planning a wedding fun, and enjoyable. She worked with all of us from ordering items, coordinating and finding vendors, through set up, staging to breakdown. I worked with Tatiana on my wedding. She is the best! My one regret is that I didn't hire her sooner in the process. She is professional, knowledgable, so enthusiastic! We’re a DIY couple and we wanted to plan our own wedding, with both the ceremony and reception at our house, but we know our limits and fortunately we had the foresight to hire a day-of coordinator. I contacted a few planners, but from the moment I spoke with Tatiana of Whimsy Weddings I knew they were the right company to work with. We planned a summer backyard wedding and this type of wedding seems to be her specialty. Tatiana was beyond fantastic! She was in constant communication with me about vendors and how our planning was progressing, and even made some wonderful recommendations for sources on flowers and decorations. Although she was not with us on the day of our wedding, she met with us for a site visit about a few weeks before the wedding and brought along her two associates, Colleen and Erich, who would be with us ALL DAY for the wedding, taking care of whatever we needed. Well, Colleen and Erich knocked it out of the park! The wedding was at our house and we were scrambling with renovations to the last minute, leaving us little time to decorate. Colleen and Erich put together the flowers arrangements for the tables, set up the seating for the ceremony, worked the sound system, and kept everything running smoothly on time. What’s more is that they were so calm and collected and projected such an air of serenity that they made me feel calm so that I was able to relax and enjoy my own wedding, knowing they had everything under control. They were lifesavers, the whole wedding went off without a hitch and I can’t image what we would have done without them!

I just want to say that Tatiana and her team were absolutely amazing! I was a very nervous bride and wanted every detail thought of and executed perfectly. I tried doing this on my own for a while but was literally falling to pieces, and then one day I met Tatiana and it all changed. I know without any doubt that without her coordinating my wedding day it would not have gone how I envisioned it. I cannot believe her dedication and attention to detail. She really GOT every vision I had and every detail of my wedding. And amazingly, she added things that I had not even thought of. Her and her team did so many small things that made my wedding beautiful AND helped me save money. She gave me all kinds of vendors and websites and stores to get discounted wedding items. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more! Even when my wedding was over and I was on my honeymoon she was coordinating with my vendors to make sure my photos and videos were being worked on. The amount of care and thought that Tatiana put into our wedding is staggering. She provided great creative ideas when we were stumped and going beyond that, took it upon herself to craftily assembled beautiful decoration when we loved her designs. She also worked with one of our friends who graciously acted as one of our vendors and dealt with what could have been a tenuous situation very gracefully.

Not only was she very affordable, but she saved us money at every turn. She has great access to vendors that allowed us to have the wedding we have envisioned without putting us into crippling debt. Her staff was thoroughly, professionally prepared without ever being underfoot. They stepped in to help serve when that was necessary and dealt with all issues that came up without stressing out either of us. I can not over emphasize what an exceptional job she did. There's no way we could have had the wedding we envisioned without Tatiana's help. I can't exaggerate how far above and beyond she went once she came on board. Every job, from the smallest to largest, was handled professionally, thoroughly, and quickly with the utmost care. She treated our wedding as though it was her own. She had great creative ideas and input and had so many helpful tips. Her staff was attentive and respectful, and dealt swiftly with the few day-of issues that occurred, and what could have been a big problem was only a minor inconvenience. I couldn’t have been happier with the way my wedding turned out. I used Whimsy Weddings as my full planner because I wanted an enjoyable easy going experience with no stress. It is the day after my wedding, and I am still glowing about how amazing everything was.

Tatiana was my day-of planner, but she was so much more than that. She was my rock in the weeks leading up to the big day and kept me grounded and calm. I had a fairly complex wedding in terms of logistics (5 different restaurants coming in to provide food at booths and a food truck) and she talked to all the vendors to confirm every last detail. She took all my crazy spreadsheets and decor look-books and made them BETTER. She was always warm and conveyed a genuine excitement to execute my vision. Even when I was unsure of what I wanted, she would come up with great ideas and proposals. I felt completely at ease from the first moment I met with her to discuss the wedding to the day of.

On the actual day of, I did not think about a single thing that had to do with the venue. Not a single thing. I can't tell you how incredible a feeling that is. I was able to hang out with my bridesmaids and mother like it was any normal day, and had priceless moments with them as a result. It is a true testament to Tatiana's ability to just get things done. She had a lot to accomplish and she executed everything flawlessly. There were even decor elements that she did that improved my vision. The backdrop she arranged for my ceremony was glorious and was a huge photo-op throughout the entire night - everyone was raving about it! She and her assistant took care of all set-up, staff-training, all coordination with vendors, first look photography coordination, wedding ceremony scheduling, all payments, and all breakdown. I can't emphasize enough how important those last two are; the absolute LAST thing you want at the end of your wedding is to think about paying vendors and how to get things that you own home. I was able to leave the venue and go to the afterparty where all our friends were waiting and we partied until the early morning.
I was truly in the best hands!

Tatiana helped with our unique wedding. Being a 53 year old bride, Tatiana helped make the day truly special with our ages and budget totally in mind. I was hesitant about making the event too "bride-y" being an older couple, but Tatiana made it beautiful. She kept saying that everyone is coming to a wedding and a little bit of the bride-y touches are fine for the mature bride. Tatiana decorated the space, helped with the pre-planning, met the vendors to make sure everything was correct and just as I wanted. She even went the extra mile to keep reporting to me (even though I never asked) as the day unfolded so there were no "day of" jitters. Whimsy Weddings will make your even so special and it will go off perfectly and as planned.

We used Whimsy Weddings for month of planning. Emily's organization (communicating with all the vendors, creating schedules for the day of, and keeping me on track of tasks) was a total life saver for the weeks leading up to our wedding! And both Emily and Gerdy were TOTAL life savers the day off--keeping us on schedule, making sure family members and vendors were in the right places at the right time, and promptly and effectively quashing any issues with guests so that my husband and I were blissfully unaware and free to just enjoy our big day.

Tatiana and her team at Whimsy Weddings are nothing short of amazing! I knew I could handle the planning up to my wedding, but needed someone to take care of everything the day-of and that's exactly what they did.

Since my wedding was at a non-traditional venue, I knew I needed someone with an eye for style as well as function, and Whimsy Weddings made everything look beautiful. Leading up to the big day, Tatiana gave me great feedback on my look and feel, contacted all of my vendors to confirm receipt of payment (this ended up saving the day for my photographer!), and working with me on the exact minute-by-minute of the agenda. And once I arrived on site, I didn't have to think for a second about "what comes next" or "where's this?"- it was ALL taken care of. Tatiana is super proactive and gets sh*t done!

Tatiana also did my flowers and I could not have been happier! If you're not looking for anything too unique or extravagant, you can save a ton by having her leverage her flower contact, and put the bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces together for you. And they are BEAUTIFUL! I asked for some longer ribbon on my bouquet to give it a whimsical look and she did a great job finding exactly what I asked for.

Whimsy weddings is awesome and made my day super care-free- I didn't have to worry about anything but having fun!
