    Koumpares made our dream wedding come true

    Koumpares and Xanthi is a very competent wedding planner, and I highly recommend her services. They helped us from the very start choosing the location, date, planning, budget, trip, invitations, guest and paper management etc. Xanthi is a very sweet person with lots of experience in the field and with beautiful creative ideas. Her associates are also very professional and dedicated. Xanthi helped us all the way during this trip and made sure everything was on track and we were relaxed so we could enjoy our big day.     Excellent wedding planning!

    We had a fantastic experience planning our Serifos (Greece) wedding with Koumpares! Xanthi knows Serifos island like the palm of her hand, and from the get go we felt confident she would help us find the best vendors and make the best choices for us at every step of the way (which she did!).     Wonderfull Wedding Planner - Wonderfull Wedding

    We are a Franco-Italian couple living in Paris and we got married on the island of Serifos. Xanthi has been a great help for the organization. We exchanged regularly by videoconference or by sms. She was able to meet our requirements and offer us things that we would not have thought of. Our wedding was fabulous. Thank you Xanthi for your help, your patience and your joie de vivre.     No words to describe the organization skills that Koumpares have! Xanthi was there every time we needed her, organizing every single detail in the best way!     Baby Boy Christening

    Following the planning of our wedding in 2016, Koumpares once more raised to the occasion & delivered an exceptional experiential event for the Christening of our baby boy.

    The Christening took place in the Greek midlands & in the backyard of a beautiful church, surrounded by huge plane trees.

    Naturally, the concept was a ''pic-nic'' with friends & family, accompanied by local flavors accompanied & traditional Greek folk music.

    Every single detail of the event (invitation, decoration, catering & entertainment arrangement for adults & children(!), vendor management) were taken care with great attention & care that goes beyond the professionalism level.

    Koumpares really love what the do and at the end they make you to love them for that!

    Last year when we realized that we wanted to get married at Serifos island everything seemed to be so difficult. And then we met the ''Koumpares''...Everything started to seem so simple and easy for us :)) . We agreed to a full pack of services and as a couple we saved a lot of personal time, being sure that everything is organized perfectly, at the same time. During the year we had a great communication (by emails,viber,live meetings) about the process of the project, that helped everything and everyone to be on time this September. ''Koumpares'' have a great taste and many ideas about decoration, invitation letter and everything about the wedding day. They have been totally on top of things, proffessional, putting customers need in priority, open to suggestions by offering plenty of choices and ideas and helped us with the time lines. Due to ''Koumpares'' we had the advantage to be totally relaxed the wedding day and enjoy every moment without the pressure about the organisation. I would highly recommend them for any event and every budget( Koumpares are also flexible to this). Just call them and you will se what we mean!!!

    Great unbelievable experience!!!!!

    I had the pleasure to work with Koumpares and when I say work, I mean pleasure!
    They made sure everything was done properly and in time through the whole year we spent exchanging mails. I could not have asked for better service; efficient work but mostly very human ! The contact was immediately great & warm, yet very professional. I think that when you want to plan your wedding, it is mostly important to have someone you trust with your dreams. And that is exactly what was great with Koumpares, I could trust with my eyes closed, they never took “no” for an answer and made sure we were happy and peaceful through the whole process!! I could not thank them enough for sure great work. The day of the wedding, it was a pure fantasy to see that everything we imagined had come true in the simplest way for us. We could not have done our marriage without them! Our wedding looked exactly as I had wished for and even more beautiful than I thought possible. Koumpares is a part of our family and I can’t wait to organize our Baby Christening!

    Had my wedding in Serifos this August. Brief came with some pretty difficult challenges. To name a few, 80 days notice(!), wedding party at a remote location lacking basic infrastucture (power supply, WC), transportation via 4x4 vehicle for the elderly guests.

    Koumpares answered our call and proved that they have what it takes to plan, organize and deliver on the brief, taking at the same time the stress out of the equation.

    Good listeners, creative spirits, with refined taste & aesthetics and impeccable project management skills. Attention to detail, flexible, patient, perseverant and with a ‘’failure is not an option’’ mindset. All the above, came packaged -always- with good manners, big smiles and positive attitude and energy.

    To summarize, Koumpares is THE choice for event planning in Serifos with great insights on the location & local vendors (a great trait that provide solutions in unexpected/last minute challenges that most weddings face) .

    Lst but not list, Koumpares managed to deliver (on top of all the items in the list) the one & only thing couples desire on their wedding day: Peace Of Mind.-

    We came to Koumpares asking for help with our wedding only around 6 weeks before before the wedding date. Despite the short time frame, they went above and beyond to organise everything for us. As we were planning the wedding from London (remotely) it was important to find a professional service that we could rely on and trust, and they were amazing. Without a doubt I would warmly recommend them to anyone planning to get married on beautiful Serifos!
