Όταν όλα πάνε στραβά, η σωστή wedding planner κάνει το θαύμα της!
Δεν ξέρουμε από πού να αρχίσουμε… Από την πρώτη στιγμή η Ξανθή, μας άκουγε πραγματικά και καταλάβαινε ακριβώς τι θέλαμε για την πιο σημαντική μέρα της ζωής μας. Όταν ο δυνατός αέρας δημιούργησε προβλήματα και ακυρώθηκαν κάποιες υπηρεσίες, δεν πανικοβλήθηκε ποτέ. Βρήκε λύσεις, κράτησε το χαμόγελό της και έκανε την ημέρα μας να κυλήσει χωρίς άγχος. Η οργάνωση, η ευελιξία και η θετική ενέργεια της μας έκανε να νιώθουμε σίγουροι και ήρεμοι, σαν να είχαμε έναν πολύτιμο φίλο δίπλα μας όλη την ώρα. Ευχαριστούμε που με τόσο μεράκι και αγάπη έκανες τον γάμο μας στην Σεριφο πραγματικά αξέχαστο! -

Ο γάμος της χρονιάς ❤️
Ο γάμος μας στη Σέριφο τον Ιούνιο ήταν ένα όνειρο που έγινε πραγματικότητα! 💕
Η τελετή στον Άγιο Σώστη και το πάρτι στην Ψιλή Άμμο κύλησαν άψογα, με κάθε λεπτομέρεια προσεγμένη μέχρι το τελευταίο λουλούδι.
Ένα τεράστιο ευχαριστώ στη Ξανθή μας για την οργάνωση, τον επαγγελματισμό και την απίστευτη ηρεμία που μας μετέδωσε σε κάθε στάδιο.
Δεν θα μπορούσαμε να φανταστούμε καλύτερη συνεργασία – σε ευχαριστούμε που έκανες τη μέρα μας μαγική! -

Xanthi was so easy to work with and went the extra mile on everything. We had an amazing wedding in Serifos enjoyed by guests that came from around the world for a truly Greek experience. Xanthi was great in taking the pressure off and no request was too difficult and she came through on everything. Her experience of the island and as a wedding planner plus the advice and recommendations was very much appreciated. Only wish we could do it all over again..... -

The most magical experience
Koumpares Serifos - Xanthi, throughout this beautiful journey provided the assistance needed without any pressure and stress. We had an amazing experience and cooperation. We enjoyed every single arrangement with her and we had really fun moments with her! She was with us until the very last moment and she managed to meet our expectations and went beyond that! We are really happy with our choice to live this magical experience in Serifos!
After this journey we have made a new friend and gave a promise that it’s not a goodbye but a see you soon!
All our guests and family said this was the wedding of the year!!! -

We had a fantastic experience planning our Serifos (Greece) wedding with Koumpares! Xanthi knows Serifos island like the palm of her hand, and from the get go we felt confident she would help us find the best vendors and make the best choices for us at every step of the way (which she did!). Wonderfull Wedding Planner - Wonderfull Wedding
We are a Franco-Italian couple living in Paris and we got married on the island of Serifos. Xanthi has been a great help for the organization. We exchanged regularly by videoconference or by sms. Baby Boy Christening
Following the planning of our wedding in 2016, Koumpares once more raised to the occasion & delivered an exceptional experiential event for the Christening of our baby boy.
The Christening took place in the Greek midlands & in the backyard of a beautiful church, surrounded by huge plane trees.
Naturally, the concept was a ''pic-nic'' with friends & family, accompanied by local flavors accompanied & traditional Greek folk music.
Every single detail of the event (invitation, decoration, catering & entertainment arrangement for adults & children(!), vendor management) were taken care with great attention & care that goes beyond the professionalism level.
Koumpares really love what the do and at the end they make you to love them for that!

Xanthi was very helpful, friendly, and pleasant to work with. She provided us with accurate information, and perfectly mediated between us and the vendors. She made sure that everything was done on time, and she provided regular updates which pleased the bride immensely! She also took care of us in the lead up to the day like when she ordered a taxi for us to return from the taverna when we visited prior to the big day. She had great energy and was clearly motivated to make this wedding go according to plan, which it did. Thank you for organising our special day for us at a gorgeous beach location! Everyone loved it! -

The experience with Koumpares was really bad for us. We had to organize most of our wedding by ourselves and experienced a lot of unprofessionalism. A lot of services Xanthi promised us to do, such as providing for some chairs at the church for elderly people who could not stand long anymore, or a seating plan for the dinner, were never provided. Moreover, Xanthi hided a lot of important information from us until few days before the wedding and was talking bad with other providers behind the back of the bride. Additionally, the responsiveness of Koumpares was more than slow. We hope no other couple has to do such a bad experience!
