We had a great experience with Kona Event Rentals for our wedding day. They supplied several key items for our event, including seating, lighting, the tent, and the dance floor, and everything came together beautifully.
The setup was timely and professional, and all of the rentals were clean, sturdy, and exactly what we needed to bring the space together. The lighting created a great atmosphere, and the dance floor was a huge hit with our guests.

Kona Event Rentals helped supply most of our rentals including tables, chairs, arbor, lounge furniture, basket lights (that they installed in the tree for us) and tents (for shade and back up ones for rain). They were so easy to communicate with, they brought things in to the venue, set them up and came back to pick them up when it was over! They were timely, professional, and really put our stress at ease especially from planning from so far away, as this was a destination wedding. Awesome job, would recommend to anyone getting married on the Big Island! -

We worked with the KER team through our wedding planner, and they were amazing! We rented their farm tables, chairs, arbor and outdoor string lights, all beautiful, highly quality pieces. Their team was so quick and efficient with set up and tear down. They expertly draped string lights between the palm trees of our venue and over our reception dinner seating, which really made our intimate wedding feel so elevated and elegant! Highly recommend this team :) -

Great rental service on the Big Island!
While we did not interact too much with them directly (our planner coordinated most of that for our wedding) we did like the process in terms of holding inventory months in advance, as well as the selection. Now the selection could always be better, but for what we needed it was affordable and of the highest quality. There just aren't too many rental companies on the island yet... Everything fit our aesthetic perfectly and the delivery/pickup was so smooth. Highly recommended! -

I utilized Kona Event Rentals for my wedding. At first I was only going to use them for tables and chairs, but as time went on I added over head fairy lights, yard games, and tall circle tables. I felt like a pain in the arse every time I had to add something on but they were so easy to work with, quick to respond, and made adding things on easy. The day of the event the two men that came to set up were wonderful! They were so nice, asked my opinion, and did an amazing job! Everything was so beautiful!! Cleanup was easy and overall the experience was great. I would definitely recommend. -

I rented farm tables and chairs for my reception as well as an arch for my ceremony. Kona Event Rentals was easy to work with and less expensive than competitors with less beautiful products. The tables ended up being great and we didn't need table cloths because the dark wood was perfect. The set up and take down was done efficiently and expertly. Would recommend this vendor.

Easy process, gorgeous tables
Kona Event Rentals was fantastic to work with. Even when we altered our table & chair needs for our big day and changed our contact, the Kona Event Rentals team was super flexible and happy to accommodate our requests in a snap! The online contract and estimate process was very user friendly and easy to update. The day-of delivery was flawless and the high-quality wooden tables were perfect for our sunset reception. We're so happy Kona Event Rentals was part of our special day! -

We hired Kona Event Rentals for our farm table and chair rentals for our wedding in Holualoa in April 2019. Not only were they super helpful, very well organized and quick to respond when I contacted them to book the reservation, they were our easiest vendor to deal with on the day of. They found the place no problem, showed up at the right time for drop off and pick up and were very friendly and professional. The farm tables and chairs we rented were so beautiful and in excellent condition. We also found their prices very competitive. Would highly, highly recommend Kona Event Rentals for weddings and other events. -

Do not hesitate to use Kona Event Rentals. Every interaction we had with them was amazing. They responded quickly to email questions, delivered and picked up on time, and their rentals were all beautiful. The delivery people were quick and friendly...and did I mention they were on time? So important! You can sign contracts and pay online; it was so easy. We rented a house in Captain Cook on the beach, and did the whole wedding and dinner ourselves, with a little help from Kona Event Rentals! Rent the wedding arch, it was gorgeous, and all our guests loved it! Go with them and cross one thing off your worry list! -

I used Kona Rental Events & rented out their beautiful farm tables & sweetheart tables. They were very professional, super communicative, & very accommodating with my change in order. Using their farm tables for my wedding definitely added a certain pop & element to my reception & am very thankful that they were available. I’d highly recommend anyone and everyone who is getting married on the big island to seek them out and use them. Their prices are SUPER reasonable, you won’t be disappointed. -

I contacted Iian a couple of weeks prior to my wedding date which landed on August 8, 2018, Wednesday in Waimea. The other Vendor revealed the total amount with delivery which costed an arm and leg, over priced and they are located in Waimea. Kona Event Rentals started off on a good foot with quick responses even though I emailed 12am at night and it was constant. I even had to ask for an early arrive the night before and no extra charge and he gave Kamaaina discount. Whose does that, Kona Rentals “Ilian” does. He will be all my FUTURE event company. Remind, I was unsure if I wanted to go with this company because their were hardly any pics a I think 1 review. But he made it so much easy to go with.

From the minute I reached out to Kona Event Rentals almost a year ago, they were top notch and phenomenal from beginning to end. Their admin is incredibly responsive and organized, and they kept track of the many changes to our inventory we made over the year getting ready for our wedding. Their crew showed up the night before our wedding and spent 12+ hours setting up our elaborate reception venue. They made our reception look so magical. The young man in charge of our setup was kind and listened to all our requests, and when we made a decision to change the positions of our tents at the 11th hour, they rolled with our requests and made it happen. Their tents and all their equipment is so high quality and beautiful. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent top notch equipment from an organized, kind, and professional company. -
