  The best in the business

  I knew I wanted a food truck and my wedding. When I asked for recommendations Koi Fushion came up time and time again as the more professional guys in the business. I love their food as an ESL expat alumni, I just had to serve kimchi at my wedding. All the guests had fun, everyone's dietary restrictions were met and best of all - I didn't have to take menu orders! Koi Fusion even worked with us when we brought our own plates for the service. The quality rivaled anything we could have gotten from a brick and mortar.
  We also got to meet the man himself! Thanks Bo Kwon!

  Delicious Food, Great to Work With

  We hired the Koi Fusion food truck for our wedding and were so pleased with the whole experience! We did a limited menu with a gluten free option and it was completely delicious and amazing. The service was fast and friendly and our guests loved the uniqueness of having a food truck instead of the same old wedding catering!
  
  Stephany at Koi Fusion was an absolute dream to work with. She was my favorite vendor because of how easy and stress-free she made the entire process, from initial inquiry to booking to confirming details.

  Used 2 koi trucks at my daughters wedding and they were wonderful! The food was amazing and everyone that we worked with from Lia to Christina to Doug and Stephanie were some of the nicest and most helpful people that o have ever worked wlth for any event. The food was hot and fresh and a great value. Can't talk highly enough about them and all they did.

  Anthony was so great to work with. He knew exactly what to ask us and took away any nerves we had. Our wedding was on a Friday so traffic was insane and they did show up late, but did not pull up during the ceremony which was great. They even stayed later and filled up a togo box for us so we hit our minimum. The one issue I had is that they will charge your card prior to sending you your final bill. They did send it right away when I emailed about it so all good there. Thanks again Koi Fusion! Everyone loved the food and we loved having something different than the traditional sit down meal. See you at your trucks soon!

  A good food truck...if that is really want

  Although Koi Fusion was a great option for a food truck, I wish we had gone for a traditional caterer. I only recommend choosing a food truck if you want the experience. It did not end up being cheaper than the lower end caterers. My biggest advise is to check in with Koi fusion early. They informed me that guests would need to choose their meal option ahead of time to expidite service after we had already received all of our RSVPs so we had to resend a meal questionnaire separately. It was a lot of extra work. To their credit, they did serve very efficiently (90 min for 77 guests) and the food was good. They definitely have experience with weddings. I would recommend them if you want the whole food truck experience where the meal is a big part of the timeline and people wait in line at the food truck and order. I wanted to reduce the environmental impact so asked them to serve on plates. They still used the take out containers, bagged chips, and canned soda, just placing the take out container on the plate. I would have never rented plates if I knew they would not serve the food on them. We really liked the food but it was a little too spicy and unique for some people.
