Your first hire!
If you’re recently engaged, let Diana be the first person you hire. I knew that someone who used to plan rock shows could handle my family and our wedding and she absolutely delivered.
She’s responsive, thorough, super organized, and always goes the extra mile. Her pricing is an incredible value for the level of service she provides.
We had our wedding on State Park land, which comes with extra rules and requirements, and she handled every detail with ease. Diana is also really well connected in the wedding world and had excellent vendor recommendations - all people she’s worked with before and has great relationships with. Everything ran so smoothly, and it felt like we were working with one big, cohesive team.
It was such a time and money saver to have her handle our florals and rentals too. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and she helped us stay under budget. I had total confidence in all of her recommendations and it was a huge stress relief to let go of some of the details.
Finally, our wedding day couldn’t have gone more smoothly. She made sure we always had food and drinks, took care of any behind-the-scenes drama, and kept the day stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner! -

Best Day Ever - Thanks to Knots and Belles!
I worked with Diana (Knots and Belles) for my wedding this past Saturday and we could not be more thrilled with how our day turned out!! Diana delivered not only incredible support on the day but also throughout our entire wedding planning process!
We booked Diana as our day of coordinator but honestly she provides so much more than just a coordination service. For about a year, we had monthly calls where she provided helpful recommendations on vendors, decor, timelines, and more (if you book her full planning services, you’ll receive even more support leading up to the wedding and I can guarantee it will be well worth your money!) Plus, I was able to book rentals and florals with her as well. She really does it all!
On the day, there were a few small fires to put out — she and her team effortlessly worked with our families and bridal parties to get it figured out without me knowing until after the day was over. She helped me stay completely present in the moment, enjoy the day fully, and not worry about a thing!
Her expertise is truly unmatched and that’s evident not only in her work but in the recommendations of vendors, who we booked and received so many compliments on after the day. I would highly recommend her for your wedding planning/coordination needs — and though I hope to not personally need her services again (lol!), if planning a wedding to the same person twice was a thing, I’d book her again in a heartbeat! 😊 -

You will be in the best hands...
I was the first in my family to get married so we did not even know where to begin. Hiring Diana was the best decision I made by far. She met with my husband, mom, and I countless nights after we got off work to create the wedding of my dreams. She has an incredible network of vendors. Not to mention that Diana was my florist (see beautiful pictures attached). My wedding wouldn't have been nearly as perfect without her. I would recommend her to anyone. We are beyond grateful!! -

Best Coordinator!
So happy I booked Diana for my wedding day! She was helpful with questions I had during the whole planning process and was the MVP of the wedding day. There is no way our wedding day would have gone as planned without her and her team! She set everything up perfectly (some things even better than I imagined) and kept everything on track. At the end of the night, all of our personal decor/items were packed up and ready for us. She continuously checked in on myself and the groom- making sure we had everything we needed and a drink in hand! An added perk was the pictures/videos she took! We got so many cute behind the scenes pictures/videos that were fun to look at the next day! Our day was perfect and a huge part of that was because of her! (If anything did go wrong, we had no idea because Diana took care of it!) 10/10 would recommend. -

Amazing planner
Diana was such a wonderful part of my wedding planning. She held my hand every step of the way, making sure I was on task and had everything done by the time the wedding week came. Everyone at the wedding noted how smoothly our day went. And I didn’t have to lift a finger once the wedding arrived.
On top of this, she made sure that I was staying on budget. Offering ideas to cut costs, and recommending vendors that were amazing. She really did make the process so much less intimidating. And our wedding turned out so beautifully. -

Helped our wedding feel like a dream!
Diana is so good at what she does- she makes sure the day goes smoothly and is a very calming presence because you know she'll take care of whatever comes up! She's super easy to communicate with and is so on it with communicating with vendors and getting stuff done. She also helped us so much with rentals, set up, design, etc. etc. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone who needs a wedding coordinator! Our day was a dream- thank you Diana! -

If you want to enjoy your wedding day, hire Diana!
Diana is the real deal and I back every comment about her being a fairy godmother. I came to her with almost every major detail planned (type A-bride) but I had a million questions about logistics and how the day would go and wondered on things like if I have 100 guests do I order extra water glasses? (She’s was truly a saint taking the time to talk me through all of it) I had only attended one wedding in my life and I just felt like I was taking a shot in the dark with so many things. She simplified everything for me and made it so easy to navigate (while I still tightly held her hand the whole time because she was an amazing support system). Diana is attentive, organized, and she made sure we did check in calls along the whole process.
When I needed an enforcer to deal with vendors that weren’t as organized as her, she stepped in so I wouldn’t have to and I never had to worry because she would reassure me it would all be taken care of. Diana made our day a breeze and I felt like I was able to relax and enjoy it. Many guests couldn't believe how calm I was all day, and it's thanks to her ! -

Diana is the BEST
First off, DIANA is AMAZING!!!! She made wedding planning so much easier. She was very patient with us even with the endless amount of questions we had. Whether it was on a weekend or weekday, I would email/text her and she would always respond back in a timely matter. Not only was she my wedding coordinator but she was also my florist ^__^. She was overall wonderful to have as a planner and just an awesome individual to have met! I loved how everything turned out! -

Truly everything you need in a planner/coordinator
There is no way we could’ve handled our wedding weekend without Diana. I picked a few vendors in the beginning of the planning process but as it got closer to the wedding, she recommended her trusted vendor partners and took over with the final details. Especially since we were flying to California from the east coast, Diana was able to coordinate decorations, hotel recommendations, and final design decisions. Thank you Diana for guiding us through a wonderful wedding weekend! -

Perfect wedding day
Diana was incredible! She really made the entire wedding day stress free and coached us through the process leading up to the big day. I cannot imagine pulling off our wedding without Diana. She turned a DIY venue into an all inclusive by connecting us with fantastic trusted vendors from photography to furniture rentals, and she personally handled all of our flowers including the bouquet, arch, and all of our centerpieces. She stayed true to our vision, and Pintrest board, and executed it flawlessly. Even before the wedding day Diana personally talked to the chef handling our catering to make sure that our guests with allergies were taken care of. She also provided thoughtful guidance on how to create a comfortable experience for our guests at an outdoor venue in the middle of summer. Diana and her team made our big day run smoothly and we cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work! -

The most helpful team
Diana was the best coordinator! I met her through my friend's wedding and she was fabulous from the day we met all the way through the wedding. I got to know her for about a year and half before the big day, and she was always there to answer any questions I had through text. Althought I only booked her as the month of/ day of coordinator, she was there anytime I needed her. I could count on her to give me an honest answer and when the wedding day came, I felt at ease knowing Diana was going to run the show! If you're looking for a coordinator, definitely book her! She is also a professional hype woman :) Thanks Diana for making our wedding so so special! -

The best in the business
Diana was absolutely incredible to work with and helped me pull off the wedding I never dreamed I could have. Her level of service is above and beyond any I have seen before. The week after we booked our wedding venue and Diana as our coordinator, we found out I was pregnant and a month later my husband received orders to move out of state for 6 months. Diana was incredibly patient, reassuring, and understanding of our extremely complex situation. She helped us plan across time zones and simplified the whole process. We went on to have the most beautiful and fun wedding celebration mostly due to the vendors she recommended. I was in awe of the way she and her staff orchestrated the day and handled any issues that arose (all of which were our own fault) with such ease. Bonus--her decor recommendations, vendors, and generously creating my bouquet all kept us within budget. She is the best of the best and I am so glad we chose her to work with us on our special day. -

Fairy Godmother is right!
Diana was an absolute dream to work with. We clicked right away and had the same vision for what we liked which helped a lot in terms of planning. I rented decor from her, arch, and she also did our florals which were incredible. She answered every question I had, was responsive and had a ton of recommendations for vendors. I would recommend her 100 times over. -

Won’t regret hiring!
As a procrastinator, Diana did amazing working with me to make the process for planning a wedding so easy. She was very professional, always answering my million questions, giving great advice and suggestions, and best of all, she was very flexible with my schedule. She handled last minute situations (hello rain!) and adjusted my entire wedding so flawlessly. You NEED her!
I've been putting off writing this review for two reasons- 1. There's not enough words in the English (or Spanish) dictionary that could help me truly express how thankful I am to have found Diana. I wanted to do her justice with my review and kept falling short with my words. 2. Writing the review would mean I'd have to accept the fact that my wedding is over and I'm no longer working with her. Since the beginning, Diana was so incredibly warm and approachable...she felt like a friend. After our very first conversation, I knew I had found "the one." And boy was I right.
Every time I had a freak out, Diana was there to calm me down and steer me in the right direction. She honestly started helping me even before I officially booked with her. Booking with her also saved me thousands of dollars!! I didn't know it at the time, but Diana became not only my planner, but also my florist (she made my bouquets which were better than any Pinterest post I showed her), my venue designer (she decorated my sweetheart table and I think I cried when I saw it), my baker (okay she didn't bake the cake but she decorated it and wow!), my graphic designer (y'all, she made my save the dates-which then became the inspo for the wedding theme), AND she recommended the best HMUA (My friend is super picky and even she loved her makeup). Lastly and probably most importantly for my sanity, she was my shoulder to lean on with anything and everything wedding related. I asked for and trusted her advice, not just as a professional, but as a recent bride and friend. She always had my best interest in mind and advised me accordingly.
I cannot stress this enough: Diana helped me have the wedding of my dreams. It was better than anything I could have ever imagined. She crawled so I could fly lol. She literally handled everything at the venue the day of and I never, not for a single second, worried about a single thing. So tap your shoes together three times, wish upon a star, blow on some dandelions, and use a lucky wishbone so that Diana is available to help you with what will surely be the most magical day ever. Contrary to what my ex-fiancé (now husband) thought at the time, YES. We absolutely did need a coordinator.
Diana, words can't express how thankful my husband and I are for your help. We had so much fun, we want to do it again!! But maybe in a few years after we've saved up. -

If you are looking for a wedding planner who is creative, organized, and loves their job, Diana is the one to go with! My now husband and I felt very anxious about the idea of planning our dream wedding, but Diana reassured us that she'd guide us through the process. She also has many connections to trustworthy vendors that have all mentioned great things about her. That's when you know she is the real deal! On the day of the wedding, she made sure that everything ran smoothly with clear communication and direction. Diana was a fantastic planner to work with! I could not be happier with how my wedding turned out, several people told me it was one of the best weddings they'd ever been to. Diana is well connected with vendors and her experience shows in just how smoothly everything went throughout the entire time we worked together. She is easy to contact and kept my husband and I on track. Diana even took the extra time to go to the flower market with me and she created my bouquet and all the other bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, and other floral arrangements which gave my wedding an extra personal touch. Amazing Planner !
My now wife and I chose Diana from Knots & Belles to help plan and coordinate our wedding because of her expertise in Orange County. Diana is a preferred vendor for the venues we looked at and had done multiple weddings at the San Clemente Historic Cottage. Her expertise with the venue, her work with the National Park Staff and coordination with all our vendors was top notch. We had a very DIY style wedding with many moving pieces which I'm happy to say were all managed flawlessly by Diana and her team. Diana was instrumental in helping plan, providing vendors and taking the pressure of my wife and I on our special day; I cannot recommend her and her team enough. -

Working with Diana as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made while planning our wedding. Diana is seriously top notch and so easy to work with. She provided a ton of support and great recs for other vendors. She broke down the planning process into very reasonable, attainable goals and provided templates for us to use, making the planning process much less stressful. She was very mindful of our budget, very communicative, and so resourceful on the wedding day- styling everything to perfection!! Diana did such a great job wrangling our vendors and we were extremely happy with all of them on the wedding day. We had some difficult vendors (the band) but she protected us from their drama. Diana truly goes above and beyond for her clients and we thank her from the bottom of our hearts for helping us have the best day ever! She was the best at putting all our ideas together in a way that was better than we ever could have imagined— our detail shots were all her :) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Diana and her team for your wedding or any other special event. -

Wedding Fairy Godmother!
So so lucky to have meet Diana as my wedding coordinator. She had extensive experience under her belt and really guided me through the process from beginning to end.
As an initial process, she took my chaotic Pinterest inpos, sorted it into a PowerPoint presentation, and transformed it into a ✨vision✨
Closer to my wedding date, there was an extensive checklist that needs to be filled out. It just goes to show her commitment, attention to details, and how organized she is.
During d-day, her assistant wasn’t able to make it, did all the work by herself and still gave 200%!!! I was very very happy with how everything turned out.
Plus point: she has her own decors, so it just felt very efficient for me not having to worry about a rental vendor.

Diana is great to work with, very kind and helpful
I originally hired Diana for a day of coordination in 2020 for my original wedding date June 2021. However, I had to postpone to April 2022 due to the pandemic. Diana was kind and really understanding, and we kept communicating throughout the past 2 years. She always asked for updates to make sure I was on track. I thought I would be able to plan on my own since I had 2 years, but I was extremely busy with work. I hired some main vendors, but I didn't have time to look into other vendors or plan designs/decor or put things together. Diana would always follow up, and was patient even though I had a busy work schedule. A few months before the wedding, I asked Diana to help me with the rest of the planning because I just didn't have time anymore. She was really understanding and took care of everything else I needed to do and whatever was necessary. I was on a budget, and wanted something pretty but simple. Diana was understanding and honest, and recommended what I needed or didn't need in order to stay in a budget. She recommended any remaining vendors that I needed and took care of all communication to the vendors and put everything together for the wedding day. She always helped communicate with the venue, because they were in construction for a really long time. I let her handle all the decor and designing of the ceremony and reception, because I didn't have time and I was happy with how everything turned out. I used to be really stressed out every day trying to plan for the wedding when I was working 40+ hours a week, but once I asked Diana to help take over, I became stress free and I was able to enjoy the day. I highly recommend Diana to other couples who need a wedding planner. She's great, kind, helpful, very understanding.-

Wedding goodmother!
Where can I even start? Her last name is Belles… as in wedding BELLES… as in Fairy godmother. What other indication do you need that she in fact is THE BEST FREAKING WEDDING PLANNER IN THE WORLD?! From the moment I found her I knewwwwwww she was the right one. Like a typical guy, my husband had decided that we did not need a wedding planner. He was sure we could do it on our own (Umm yeah no). Previous to finding Diana, we had spoken with 5 other planners. 3 Ghosted us, the fourth was planning on doing one other wedding on our day and the 5th was out of our price range. Let me save you all the hassle now and tell you to HIRE DIANA NOW!!!!
After our first email exchange we set up a Zoom meeting the next day and we were sold. She understood the vision. We hired her 1 years and 5 months from our wedding. Throughout the whole process she truly was our fairy godmother. She was always a quick text away. It was not at all a client/vendor relationship, she really is a friend and advocates for you. She has so many connections and she does her best to find what’s best for you. All of this instilled a confidence in me. She really does have the best ideas.
Wedding day came around and I really let go!!! She had a conversation with me the week of the wedding to remind me to really enjoy my day. The day of my wedding something clicked in my head, I was marrying my best friend and a new chapter was starting for me. I’m a total type A person, but for that day I left it all to Diana and it really was the best day of my life.
When I say she “got it” I mean she TRULY got it! The ceremony started promptly and may I say we were ahead of schedule the WHOLE day?! When do you hear that about weddings?!
I also want to add that her assistant Laura is such a sweetheart. She came to introduce herself to me and gave me a quick rundown to remind me to just enjoy my day.
It was during our first dance that I looked past my husband and we both looked into our reception and saw the flickering candles and all of the details Diana and Laura put all over our venue and we just started balling our eyes out. It was such a dream. There was no issue that I had to resolve, they took care of everything.
I am so thankful to Diana and Laura. They truly went above and beyond. She is who you NEED during the process and day of, not a vendor but a friend. Thank you Diana, I am literally indebted to you for life.-

Where to start. Diana is absolutely amazing! I’m the type of person who likes to be in control & is completely type A, with Diana it was easy to let go & know that she would handle it. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. She knew exactly how to execute my vision, she’s a mind reader!! Anything I asked of her on my day was done. The best that there is!
Diana and her team were a pleasure to work with! As soon as I got engaged I knew I wanted a planner/ day of coordinator.. it took me a bit to convince my now husband but since the very first phone call with Diana we knew we had to work with her! She was always very responsive, from any questions I had, to recommending vendors, to even finding a backup makeup artist 3 days before my wedding (since my original one cancelled on me)!!
The day of the wedding her and her team were on top of everything and made sure everything was taken care of and on time. My main reason for having someone to help coordinator the day of the wedding was so my parents and in laws did not have to worry about anything and could enjoy the day, Diana made sure it was that way & for that I am extremely thankful!! -

Diana really is the wedding fair godmother! There are not enough words to explain how amazing she is! Since the day we booked her as our coordinator, she was constantly checking in on us and made the whole wedding planning process seamless. She kept in close contact with our vendors, always making sure they were up to date with the details. We trusted her more than ever and put a lot of details into her hands; which she really has a talent for. She stuck with us through COVID and a canceled wedding, three different wedding dates, and made the next step in planning the least amount of stressful (and not to mention dealing with a rainy wedding day). She gets it done!
We'll start by saying I was a COVID bride...and Diana was amazing!! I hired a majority of my vendors in February with a wedding in October and the summer months were definitely stressful. I hired Diana as a day of coordinator, but she was great at periodically checking in with me throughout the summer, giving me local updates on restrictions (I was out of state) and keeping the planning fun!
As we got closer to the date, Diana was an awesome source of guidance. Highly recommend everyone get at a least a day of coordinator who will wrangle your vendors and be able to talk specifics with the venue when you're just exhausted- but especially Diana who is awesome!
She was especially exceptional at the rehearsal walk through! We were done so quick and our bridal party were def the chatty type.
All the tables and decor for the reception were better that I envisioned and I could not have done it without Diana.
Finally we were on time (even early)!! For everything! When does that ever happen at a wedding?! Thank you Diana for making our day so effortless. -

Better than I ever dreamed!
Diana was the best planner we could’ve ever imagined, and worked so hard to make our wedding dreams come true! From the very beginning, she was so much more than just a month of coordinator. She was always available to talk about the wedding, and made the planning process as stress free as possible. She was truly invested in making our day everything we could imagine.
Our original venue was shut down pre-Covid, and Diana was there to help us replan and find a new place. When we had to postpone because of Covid, Diana was so supportive and helpful with coordinating our vendors. 2 weeks before the new date, our venue was no longer able to host us, and Diana again got to work and helped us reimagine and move the whole thing. Through it all she was kind and caring, and truly helped us deal with the stress of planning a covid wedding.
On the day of, Diana was nothing short of amazing. She brought our vision to life and prioritized what we wanted, making sure to take care of us the whole time. Even when things went wrong, it wasn’t stressful for me because I knew that she would handle it. Hiring Diana was the best thing we could’ve done for our wedding, and I truly think that she is one of the reasons that we were able to go through with our wedding in the middle of all this craziness. Best day of my life
Where should I even start! Diana deserves all my appreciation and respect. I had my wedding a couple of days before the president shutdown the country(basically) and even though she was scare for her life (She’s a high risk since she has asthma) she still did the best job! You must hire Diana
Bridal advocate is probably a more fitting title for this one-of-a-kind woman and coordinator.
When the weather forecast first hinted to us that rain would put a damper on our outdoor ceremony and reception, Diana launched into action and assembled like the Avenger she is. The wedding was at 4, a rain storm hit at 2, and they had basically 40 minutes to get seats dry and set everything up. And you wouldn’t know at all. Everything was gorgeous. Even when our venue was being a bit difficult, she found us a tent, decorated it to perfection and made the whole night a magical affair!
I’m grateful for her and her assistant Alejandra, who put their hard work, skills and talents into making our day unforgettable.
In the lead up to the wedding, Diana was truly a calm in the bridal storm. When my sister decided she wouldn’t be able to come and I was devastated, Diana was a great comfort that went beyond the call of duty.
And this is something she does for all her brides. You can read the reviews here. How she manages to do that, I don’t know!
My biggest wish for this wonderful woman is that she only has brides going forward who appreciate what she does, the sacrifices she makes, and the heart she puts into what she does. She is the coolest person around and deserves only the coolest brides who will put their trust in her. (And I’m not someone who let’s go easily!!)
She is a rare gem in an industry that can feel like it’s just out to get a dollar from you.

I wanted a day-of coordinator because I've photographed enough weddings to know that they are absolutely necessary. I had reached out to several coordinators but after the first email I received from Diana, I knew she was "the one". She instantly made me feel even more excited for my wedding. It was clear that she cared, had a high level of expertise, and an amazing network of vendors. Plus, she was able to work with my budget. Over the next few months, she went above and beyond by answering my emails/texts quickly and professionally.
I have a tendency to be very specific about what I want and like to have control. Yet Diana never made me feel that I was bothering her. I had such a peace of mind the day of my wedding because I knew Diana could handle anything. And she did! The day went without any major issues (and if there were, I never knew about it because she's that good) & everyone was commenting how fun and organized it all was.
Diana was available & so helpful during my planning, so encouraging during the stressful last week, and made my wedding day dreams come true. I brag about her all the time to my family and friends. I could go on and on but just reach out to her. You'll see! -

She literally has a contact for whatever you may need or want for your wedding. She is easy to get a hold of and responds quickly to emails.
She was so amazing and patient with my husband and I. We had so many last minute requests as in the week of the wedding. She managed to get us our dancing horses for a performance during reception, our horse carriage, organize the most perfect schedule for the multiple performers performing that night, last minute makeup artist, etc.
Yes, we did have a late start due to my handsome groom, but that was no set back for her. Everything ran smoothly !

We hired Diana as our Day of Coordinator and she made our day run so smoothly. She was such a huge help, I can’t even imagine doing the day without her! I hired her 16 months before my wedding, and although she was just hired for the day-of, she helped me from the beginning. She was able to recommend awesome vendors within my budget. She also rents decor to her brides for a great price which makes things 100 times easier. She is so sweet and always made sure to check-in with me to make sure my planning was going smoothly. From a couple that hasn't had a wedding on either side of their families since the rock age, Diana really helped us with EVERYTHING. The truth is that weddings are hard to navigate whether you think you know what you are doing or not. Diana gave me suggestions in what to look for when hiring other vendors, a timeline for hiring vendors, and solutions for unexpected situations. Diana and her team also legitimately looked out for us on the day of. They brought us drinks when we were taking sunset pictures, brought me sandals when my feet were hurting, decorated my cake/tables because I forgot some decor, set up my neon sign, etc. I have no idea how they did it because I felt like soooooo much was happening. BUT, THEY DID IT ALL! :)-

Wonderful experience with Diana!
My husband and I were so happy to have Diana as our Day of Coordinator! She is very professional, great with email and text communication, and is very organized! She gave us her honest opinions, suggested budget- friendly alternatives, and had a great list of recommended vendors. She even had an extensive inventory list of decor that she offered for us to use.
You will not regret having Diana as your wedding day fairy godmother. She helped us create our dream wedding- everything was perfect and just as beautiful as I imagined it to be! The entire day went without any issues- at least that we’re aware of! Diana was on top of her game during the time leading up to and the day of our wedding. Simply the best!
Diana was the best investment we had for our wedding and it could not have happened without her. We had our wedding on 8/24/19 and I hired her at the beginning of the year as our day of coordinator. I probably should have hired her earlier after I was engaged! She has so many good tips and networks with many vendors who are budget friendly. She gave me access to a Facebook group of brides and vendors that has been invaluable to peruse any random question I had, as well as being able to ask her questions at all hours. She was always available and it really put my mind at ease through the planning process, because all the mini decisions can drive you crazy. She was able to wrap up all my vendors and get the on the same page weeks prior to the wedding. On the day of she had one assistant and they were both so awesome!! I didn't have to worry about a thing, and I knew they had all the little fires under control. Everything went smoothly and I was able to have the best time at my wedding. Wedding Fairy Godmother and BEST INVESTMENT
Diana literally needs to change her title to "Wedding Fairy Godmother." I didn't know what to expect hiring a day-of coordinator because this is my first wedding and she blew me away. She contacted ALL my vendors to coordinate with them, created the most detailed day of timeline I could ask for, then on the actual wedding day was wearing the cutest "team bride" pin and had a fanny pack that I swear was Mary Poppins level of emergency things. My off the shoulder lace strap accidentally ripped off and she immediately dug into her fanny pack and pulled out a safety pin and immediately tied it. Honestly, it gives me tears thinking about how she helped orchestrate the day in big and small ways. I just used my intuition in hiring her and I'm SO grateful I DID. BEST WEDDING INVESTMENT RIGHT HERE STRAIGHT UP. Love you and thank you SO much!!

Diana is amazing!!! I hired her as our day-of-coordinator & she absolutely went above and beyond. From the very beginning she was very helpful with making sure I had everything right and suggesting amazing vendors to us.
She made our entire wedding happened and it looks so stunning thanks to her and her incredible assistant!! I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am to have had Diana as our wedding coordinator. I owe the wedding of my dreams all to her. She made sure EVERY Detail was taken care of from start to finish, she genuinely cares about her brides and to say that she goes above and beyond to ensure your happiness on the big day would be an understatement. Book Diana and save yourself from anguish
We originally didn't plan to hire a wedding coordinator because we wanted to be as low-budget as possible, but our venue required us to have one. Having coordinated some events for work, I was skeptical about the need for a wedding coordinator, but boy was I glad to have Diana throughout this planning process. Funnily enough, work functions and seminars are a little different from weddings. Diana was a calming and supportive presence through it all. Sometimes a thought or idea would get into my head, and it balloons into a full-blown Situation, and I would text paragraphs to Diana where I slowly descend into madness. Diana talked me down from these mental ledges every time, and I couldn't be more grateful to her. She was able to provide industry insight that no amount of googling and reading on wedding forums (WeddingBee, I'm looking at you with a hundred thousand contradictory advice from brides and vendors all across the US) could have helped. She was also able to connect me with a network of vendors and people that I needed via a super helpful local Facebook group. I wish she was the first vendor I booked so that she could have saved me some headaches. On the day of the wedding, we did a fun thing where our rehearsal was right before the wedding (it was a holiday and some people were out of town and couldn't arrive any earlier), so it was a fully packed day. She and I worked on the schedule of the day leading up to it, and on the day of, I just let the day go and enjoyed myself, knowing she was corralling people and making sure things were happening on schedule. I'm pretty sure there was some miscommunication and confusion between the vendors and our guests and the two guys from our family that were supposed to hand out parking passes, but I didn't have to be the one to worry about it and handle the situation, so that is literally all I care about lol.
Anyway, go book Diana. She's awesome, sweet, professional, and will save your life. -

I don't know what I would've done without Diana!
When I was shopping around for wedding coordinators, I immediately knew I wanted to go with Diana. She was quick to respond to all my questions, had all the details of what to expect from her services, and it was so easy to talk to her it felt like I was planning my wedding with a friend! Even though I hired her as a day of coordinator, I would email her questions months before the wedding and she would come back with good pieces of advice. She is so detail oriented, if it wasn't for her there would be so many details for my wedding that I would've missed out on.
One thing that a lot of brides told me was that on the day of your wedding, you should just relax and enjoy your special day. I'm so happy that I was able to because of Diana and her amazing team! One thing that I loved was that she understands that not all brides can spend an arm and a leg on elaborate decorations and flowers, but we still want our wedding to look amazing. I opted not to have floral arrangements for our sweetheart table to cut some costs. When we had a reveal of our reception area, to my surprise there was a beautiful arrangement on our table! She was able to use some leftover flowers from our florist to create an arrangement. She definitely went above and beyond and my husband and I are forever grateful for all the hard work Diana and her team put in to make our day so special! -

Diana is great!
I was planning this wedding from the opposite coast, and Diana was a huge help in ensuring the lead-up to the big day and the big day itself went smoothly. My venue required a day-of-coordinator, and I probably wouldn't have gotten one otherwise, but I'm so glad that they had that requirement and that I found Diana. She's responsive, thorough, organized, and goes above and beyond (e.g., did a site visit the week of the wedding even though that was not something I had required of her; let us use her arch and votives; recommended vendors for me (although I didn't end up using any of them); shares Google docs/sheets to help with planning), I was very stress-free on my wedding day and really got to enjoy my day with my husband and family and friends since Diana was there to worry about all the details. I would highly recommend Diana! -

When I started my wedding planning I fully thought I could do it all by myself. My only issue was the actual day of the wedding, I wanted to completely be worry free and only focus on me and my future husband. So happy I hired Diana!
I can’t say enough good things about Diana! I hired her in May 2018, (because my venue requires a day of coordinator) and I am getting married in May 2019. She’s WAY more than just a day of coordinator! In my planning process she has been my biggest asset! She has a ton of amazing, budget friendly vendors she works with, which I’ve hired a few already! Diana has been the person that I ask EVERY wedding question and she responds quickly every time. Her pricing is BEYOND reasonable and honestly I would pay a LOT more for her services. Hire this lady, shes amazing
Diana was the vendor I hired (even before I booked my venue) and she is literally worth every penny. I feel terrible for trying to haggle her down, because after all that she has done for me (and my wedding hasn't even happened yet) I tell her constantly she needs to raise her prices. She has literally paid for herself in the savings she has gotten me in vendor recommendations, and saved me from making some brutal mistakes in my DIY wedding. Icing on the cake
Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and we couldn't have done it without Diana! She was the glue that held it all together. She calmed my nerves and allowed us to take in all the moments of our special day. My family raves about her to this day and I know we lucked out with Diana! She helped pick our wedding cake baker @sugarfairydesserts. It was a beautiful work of art as well as delicious! Diana is awesome!! She honestly is more like a friend and helped us out so much during our wedding planning! Diana was absolutely instrumental in making our fairytale wedding dreams come true! She helped us find and contact almost all of our vendors, who were amazing, and fit perfectly within our budget (in fact some were even under budget!) She continuously checked in with me to make sure I was on track with the planning timeline and always politely readjusted the schedule when I was (definitely, always) running behind. When the big day finally came, I was able to actually enjoy my wedding. I didn't have any last minute freakouts, I wasn't running around yelling at vendors, I didn't forget anything, I just experienced it all. Diana made sure everything ran smoothly, she made sure all of our vendors arrived on time and delivered everything they were supposed to. Additionally, she set all the decor and place cards up, basically, anything you saw at our beautiful wedding was done by Diana or her assistant. Above all, Diana made sure I was a part of my wedding, I was fully present, not managing it from the background. I am so thankful to Knots & Belles for giving me that. The only thing I would of liked more working with Diana is finding her sooner. She was such an asset to making sure my wedding was the best! My fiancé found Diana on Facebook Marketplace two weeks before our wedding because we fired our previous coordinator as we were extremely unhappy with her. We were desperate to find some ASAP, so we asked if she could meet that same day and she said absolutely. She immediately started asking questions about what we were looking for and started jumping into helping us right away starting at that lunch with us! We got a really good vibe from her and she was so friendly and seemed to really know what she was talking about, so we hired her right away. I could not tell you how impressed I was with her right from the start. She knew how much the other girl did not take charge and how much I wanted communication from her and she would reach out to me every day, which was perfect! We also didn't have a lot of time on our hands, so I needed to make sure the ball was rolling. She reached out to all our vendors as soon as I gave her all their contact information and she quickly put me at ease. Everything seemed to finally be on track. She was even super helpful suggesting different decorations to me to help set the scene for the theme we were going for (we had a Christmas themed wedding) and it came out so beautiful! More than I would've ever planned myself! At the wedding itself, everything went so smoothly that afterwards I gave her the biggest hug and told her that I don't know what went on behind the scenes, but everything was completely perfect and she saved our wedding! She helped keep everything on track, even the timing with us going to every table to say hi and take pictures! This was very important to us along with getting the dancing going at a certain time and she was right on top of it! She went to table after table prepping them for us to come over, so they would be ready to say hi and pose for a picture and we hit every table no problem! I don't know what we would've done without her. I only wish we would've found her sooner! -

The Best Investment For a Smooth Wedding Day
Diana and her team were helping us get ready for our wedding August 2020. Needless to say-- my fiancé and I were dealt a unique set of cards when our wedding planning aligned with the Covid-19 pandemic. Once it was made clear that things had to be postponed for the following year, Diana stood by us and helped us stay calm through it all. She was always professional, but through these tough times she really became a friend. She kept me updated with new Covid-19 regulations regarding gatherings and what that meant for our wedding all while making sure we were still on track for the following year.
When you book Knots and Belles, you are provided with information and resources including an online packet made up of spreadsheets that will keep your "To Do's" on track. This includes, but not limited to, budgeting, guest list tracking, vendor tracking, gallery of her own rental furniture etc.
SHE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR VENDORS FOR YOU!!!-- you heard that right-- you just need to find what vendors you want, book them, and Diana will handle the back and forth and organize a united front. She will be their point of contact leading up to the wedding and on the actual wedding day. NOBODY should have a reason to BOTHER YOU THE DAY OF!! She and her assistant Laura are amazing at organizing everyone-- it is as if they build an army for you, and all you have to do is share your vision and attend your wedding and HAVE FUN!
Lastly, Diana comes with several great vendor recommendations for any budget. She respects your budget and will make sure you stick by it by helping prioritize what is most important and weed out the unnecessary. Budget was very important to us, we understand that they are a huge expense, but hiring Diana was definitely an investment that payed off. We love her and her assistant, Laura. Diana was really great to work with!
Diana was really great to work with! She was very helpful from the beginning. Although we hired her for the day of coordination, she went over and beyond to help us with more than just the day of prep. She had lots of connections and recommendations for different wedding vendors and also had great ideas on how to do things on a budget. She was checking in on me throughout the wedding planning process to make sure I wasn't stressing too much and offered help when she saw I was struggling. The day of went smoothly and if there were any hiccups I knew nothing about them as Diana and her team took care of everything! I would definitely recommend Diana if you'd like to have a stress free wedding! -

Great Wedding Coordinator
Diana was very intentional leading up to the wedding with making sure I was getting everything finished in my wedding planning list. She was helpful during the day to set up & break down after it was finished. I recommend getting Diana as coordinator; you'll be so glad you did!! -

Sherman Wedding 4/5/25
Our wedding was everything we wanted and more. Our venue was unique in that we were responsible for providing everything ourselves and we truly wouldn’t have been able to pull it off without Diana and her team. What sets her apart from other wedding coordinators is her offering of partial planning - this was key for us as we had no idea where to start. Diana guided us through the whole process start to finish as far as what we we needed to tackle first, and giving advice down to the small details. She also helped us with rentals, staff, florals, and helped us quickly find a DJ who was also amazing. Throughout the whole planning process there was were so many questions we had a long the way and she was very patient with us and was responsive in answering our questions and genuinely giving the best advice possible af we were trying to keep costs low as well and DIY some things. Overall I highly recommend working with her, whatever venue you’re looking at, she has been doing this a long time and really thinks of everything we would’ve been so lost without her. Thank you so much Diana at Knots &Belles and thank you so much to your team who were just amazing to work with! After months of planning, our wedding day went so smoothly and ended up being such a beautiful and special day, it couldnt have gone any better!-

Thanks for dotting our "i"s for our "i do"
Its very overwhelming to plan one of the most important days of your life. Simply thinking of everything that went into our wedding from A-Z was a lot to unpack and was very stressful. Luckily, my best man recommended Diana from his wedding and we couldnt be any happier with getting her on board. She really made the challenging and daunting inevitable date very organized and relaxed from day 1. She would also check in on us monthly to make sure that certain tasks were completed and if not, would be more than happy to help or give recommendations to accomplish them. She was very reassuring, quick to respond to our concerns, and kept us on par until our big day. We got the wedding we wanted and wouldnt mind doing this all over again with her. Thank you Diana for all the hardwork and dedication for our very special day. -

Great choice for coordinating vendors
Knots & Belles is an excellent choice for coordinating your vendors. Diana will make sure everyone has the paperwork they need to be compliant with your venue and to make your day run on schedule. Her assistants are extremely kind and helpful on the day as well, and you won't have to look for them, someone from her team will be there before you realize you need them. -

Couldn't have done it without her!! Amazing!!
Diana was a blessing! Hard working, understanding, patient and creative. Our wedding was more than we imagined and better than we asked for. Highly recommend her. -

Disappointing
EDIT: I'm editing my review in order to respond to some of the outrageous claims in Diana's response.
Diana states that she made time to video chat multiple times. Diana and I video chatted 2 times in 7 months. My goal was to meet her in person, which I communicated to her clearly at the very beginning of our communication and which she agreed to, and I, in good faith, believed she would stand behind. It was my mistake to not get it in writing in the contract.
She then stated that I only wanted to meet with her on holiday weekends. As I stated before, I clearly communicated with her that I would only be available to meet on weekends, many of which would be holiday weekends, due to my fiance and I's jobs. If she was unavailable to meet during these times, she failed to communicate this to us.
Diana then stated that I was not flexible on meeting with her. On the contrary, I gave her months and weeks of notice and I was willing to meet her anytime, any place, including way out of the way of where I was staying while visiting my family while in Southern California, in order to make a meeting work. While I respect that Diana has a personal life and family that she would like to see, she should have never agreed to take us on as clients if she was unwilling to meet with us. My fiance and I also want to spend time with our families while we're in town.
Regarding the comment on Instagram, others chimed in regarding the tone and comment regarding others personal choices, and the comment was taken down. I was not alone in my alarm at this behavior.
Finally, Diana states that I failed to book any vendor that she suggested to me. As I stated in my original review, she suggested vendors that were so far off from what I was looking for that I was confused and concerned about us being on the same page.
if I wanted to plan my wedding via FaceTime, I would have done that on my own. Diana's response to my review further exemplifies her lack of professionalism. All of my claims are verified through documentation.
I initially hired Diana based on the glowing reviews that I read about her on various websites and examples of work I had seen, but unfortunately, I did not have a glowing experience with her.
I started my wedding planning process 2 years ahead of our wedding and was looking for partial wedding planning since I was planning our wedding long distance. I was looking to meet our planner in person, since it was important to me that my fiancé and I get along with the person we are entrusting with our special day. In our initial call, Diana insisted that meeting in person was not a problem. Due to our jobs, we were only able to meet during the weekends, which we communicated to her at the time of booking. We booked her in January and by July, we still had not been able to coordinate a time to meet. It was disheartening to deal with this, because my fiancé and I were doing our best to be flexible with our schedules to meet with her and it felt like we were being unreasonable in trying to meet her in person. 7 months went by and no meeting took place. When I raised this concern with her, she insisted that we never made this agreement. I was so upset because if this was the case, I would have NEVER booked her.
I also had concerns about Diana's ability to review contracts in a timely manner, which I felt the need to have to follow up on constantly, including large contracts for the caterer and photographer. She dropped the ball on this part of our contract.
I also felt that Diana was not truly understanding my overall vision and would recommend vendors that were the complete opposite of what I had expressed to her.
When I addressed all the above concerns with her, she was incredibly dismissive of my point of view and kept insisting that I should not worry because my wedding was still 2 years away and that meeting in person was no a big deal because she planned tons of weddings long distance. She also expressed concerns about my decision making (?) which was never a problem until I brought up all of my concerns.
I also used an anonymous instagram to follow wedding accounts, including hers, which she blocked. I messaged her just to give her a heads up that the account she blocked was mine, and she responded incredibly defensively and unprofessionally. She also made unprofessional comments on her business Instagram commenting on people's choices to have larger wedding parties, which was concerning.
My fiancé and I ultimately decided to dissolve our contract with Diana and I was very bummed it turned out the way it did. I do not recommend Diana and her services, especially to long distance couples. -
