  Great people!

  Working with Knaffle's (our main contact person being Brady) was wonderful! We were unsure of what size tent to get for our wedding space and Brady helped guide us on what would work best. He was available by phone and email whenever we had questions. For delivery and pick up - the team was in and out quickly and placed everything exactly where we wanted it. They even had smiles when trekking through all the sand for set up. We very much appreciate Knaffle's and recommend them to anyone looking for good people!

  Best experience! Top notch service!

  Knaffle's Tent Rental exceeded all our expectations and offered top notch service! We rented one of their largest tents, table, chairs, cocktail tables and dance floor for our 300 guest wedding and it was absolutely perfect! All items we very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing, so accommodating and quick to answer any questions I had. They were punctual and very hard working! They went above and beyond to make my dream wedding come true. I can't say enough good things about this small business. I highly recommend them for any event, you will not be disappointed!

  We rented a big tent for a celebration party, and they come out early and set up, even com back day of event to make sure it was all good to go. Will definitely rent from them again.

  Beautiful Tent!

  My brother-in-law used their tent set up for their wedding in June of 2021. It was a beautiful set up and they did a great job recommending the best way to set up the space as it was a backyard wedding. Great family owned company, 100% recommend!!

  My family has used Knaffle’s Tent Rental for several events including weddings, showers and graduation parties. They are always timely, professional and accommodating. Their rental items are well maintained and the staff is great at customizing these products to fit your needs.

  Friendly and easy to work with.

  We rented round tables, chairs and linens for our daughter's wedding. Excellent service, reasonable pricing, timely setup and take down, friendly and helpful. My son also used Knaffle's to rent tables and chairs for 2 of his children's graduation parties. Very pleased with the service. I have been to a couple of weddings that used their services and the tent, dance floor, tables, chairs and linens were awesome. I would highly recommend them for any size party.

  Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Unhelpful!

  We had been planning our wedding on Burt Lake for the past several months.
  We made plans with Terry back in June about renting some equipment for the wedding, and thought we were all set to go.
  
  As the wedding approached, it was nigh impossible to get him to respond to calls, texts, or emails. When I did finally get a hold of him, he did not really seem to know who I was, and was planning to bring equipment that we had mentioned we wouldnt need anymore months prior.
  
  We asked for a written quote on multiple occasions, and was not given the time of day.
  
  The day before the wedding, we still had not heard from him about our equipment, and would not answer calls or texts from myself, my husband, nor my father!
  
  We ended up using another vendor, which turned out to be easier and cheaper. Called to let him know we did not need to use him, and of course finally answered on the 1st ring.
  
  The most unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Avoid at all costs, and seek someone else for you vending needs.

  Yikes! Hmm...this guy refused to rent me an item because I didn't rent all items from him. Then he slammed the phone down on me and said he didn't need my business because he has more customers than he can handle. Didn't realize that was how companies did business these days. Will never use and never give good recommendations.
