Perfect venue for our wedding day!

Kloc’s Grove was the perfect venue for our wedding! It met and exceeded all our expectations, completing our special day. The ballroom is beautiful and well-setup for a large party. The large bar is easy for guests to access and keeps bar lines short. We loved the patio space with a view of the pond and green space, as well as fire pits and patio chairs. We loved it so much we also did our wedding portraits outside at Kloc’s!

The staff at Kloc’s go above and beyond. There was great communication throughout the wedding planning process; they were always available to answer my questions and accommodate us as needed. The food was outstanding (we especially enjoyed the bruschetta app and NY strip steak) - we got so many compliments from our guests! We are so grateful Kloc’s was a part of our wedding day.

Perfect Venue!

Perfect venue for any celebration! Reasonably priced. Gorgeous venue and grounds. Amazing, professional staff that will cater to your every need. Amazing food! Cannot say enough about this venue and staff!

Incredible Venue

I had my wedding at Klocs this past weekend and cannot say enough good things. The venue it self is stunning, and you can’t beat the price for everything it has to offer. We did the dream wedding package for dinner and offered the steak, and chicken cordon blue. The food was PHENOMENAL. All I heard was people raving about how delicious it was. The general manager, Kevin, truly is a gem. I would have been lost without out him and he took the nerves right out of the day. He was great to communicate with, always getting back to me right away to answer the MANY questions I had. He was there the whole night to make sure everything was perfect and was there incase we needed anything. The bar tender, Adam, was incredible. He would just see me approaching the bar and would have my drink ready to go before I even made it to the bar! The whole staff was so accommodating, there is not a single complaint I have. They really did make the day exactly what I had hope it would be. Thank you so much Kevin, and the entire Klocs staff that was a part of making that day so beautiful.

5.26.24 Wedding

I am so glad we went with Kloc's as our wedding venue!

We chose the garden pavilion and it was beautiful - it includes hanging greenery and also lights which look awesome (especially at night). Because the venue is so gorgeous we kept our decor extremely simple, which saved us money.

We are now one month post-wedding and guests are still raving about how much of a great time they had and how great the food was! Every course was tasty (we did the dream wedding package with dual entree - steak and salmon).

Kloc's was very accommodating with our Chinese tea ceremony, which we chose to hold during cocktail hour. Dinner had to take place a little later than normal because of the ceremony, but Kevin made it work (we just had to make sure we didn't run extremely late, which wasn't a problem).

Everything went smoothly, and everyone had a great time.

Amazing Venue!

We had our wedding at the Garden Pavilion at Kloc's Grove and could not have asked for a more beautiful venue. It truly is a hidden gem in the Buffalo area and the food was absolutely amazing. We had multiple guests tell us it was the best food they have had at a wedding! Kevin and his staff were very organized and experienced and helped give us the peace of mind that everything would be in good hands. We could not recommend this venue enough!

We just had our wedding (both ceremony and reception) at Kloc’s and everything went as planned! Kevin is the best, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! The food was delicious! The Dj, bartenders, and staff were AMAZING! If you’re looking for a high quality venue with affordable prices, Kloc’s Grove is the place to go! 11/10 :)

Out of this world

I highly would recommend Kloc’s to anyone getting married. My husband and I had a very hectic week leading up to our special day. When we arrived at Kloc’s, Kevin just took over. We looked around at all of our decor and it was set up exactly as I would have done it myself. The day was absolutely perfect and we have him to thank for that, we did not have to think about a thing. He kept us on track all night so we were able to get those key moments in such as cutting the cake and special dances, but also gave us the time to talk to each of our tables. The service was impeccable, wonderful people who seemed to love what they do. Patrick, who had taken over running Kloc’s is like no other. If the bar was behind with a line he was there to jump in and help, if the kitchen needed something he was there and when things were behind brought out he threw on an apron and was there. Just was something you don’t normally see. Kloc’s is the reason our day was so perfect and a day we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you Kloc’s for everything!

The Perfect Venue

Trying to find a venue for your wedding is probably one of the most important, yet stressful things you will do in your life. Trying to find the perfect place isn’t always easy. When my husband and I visited Kloc’s Grove, we had a pretty instant feeling that this was our venue. The grounds were well kept, the atmosphere was friendly and inviting, and each room available was beautiful. My husband and I got married in the Garden Pavilion, and it had everything we were dreaming of. On top of a perfect venue, we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Kevin Buisch with Kloc’s was outstanding. He assured us that the day was about us and that he was going to do everything he could to make our vision a reality. And he did just that. We cannot thank Kevin enough for his time, dedication, and hospitality. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality!

Phenomenal

We cannot say enough great things about Kloc’s Grove!! Everyone at Kloc’s made our day so special, the staff was so helpful and friendly! Kevin was very responsive whenever we contacted him and made sure all our dreams came true. He put our minds at ease and made everything so easy! He certainly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy! The food was outstanding and everyone continues to talk about it!

The DJ (John) was amazing and kept the dance floor packed all night, there was no question we were extending the night as everyone was having so much fun!
We recommend Kloc’s to everyone! Thank you Kevin and Kloc’s for helping make our day the most special day of our lives!

Magical Day - Better than we could have imagined.

My fiance and I booked the venue ~14 months ahead of our May 20, 2023 wedding. It was so easy to estimate the cost with their transparent pricing so there were no surprises! I will never be able to say enough about Kevin Buisch, their Banquet Manager. He was so respectful, PATIENT, and helpful. I had the flu two weeks before the wedding, only feeling a little better a week before our day, so between catching up with work and final planning steps, I was so behind. But the day felt effortless once I stepped into the venue. Thank you Kevin & Kloc's!

Phenomenal

Kloc's was the only place we looked at to have our wedding and after meeting with them and seeing the outdoor garden pavilion space we absolutely fell in love with it. It was everything we dreamed it would be. Kevin was super accommodating and very easy to deal with, the staff was very pleasant as well and we had so many compliments on our food.

Absolutely Amazing

I do not have one complaint about Kloc’s. We originally had our wedding planned for 2020 and due to covid postponed our wedding until 2021. Kevin was amazing to work with and accommodated all of our requests. We do not have one complaint. All of our guests had nothing but compliments to say. We were told multiple times that all staff working were the most friendly staff of any wedding our guests have been to. The food was delicious and service was amazing. I would recommend Kloc’s to everyone.

Delicious and easy to work with!

We were supposed to have our ceremony and reception ar Klocs but after covid we wanted an outdoor event and had to switch. Our hearts had been set on Klocs from the professionalism of Kevin and just the beauty inside. We were still able to have the food at our rehearsal and I am SO glad we did! Our guests are still talking about the stuffed chicken and glazed carrots! If you want a gorgeous venue and not the craziness of downtown with upscale food and environment then go to klocs!!

Kloc's Grove Garden Pavilion Wedding

Kloc's Grove is a dream of a wedding venue to say the least. My husband and I do not have a single complaint! Throughout the planning process, Kevin was attentive, honest, upfront and yet reassuring. Kevin is seriously awesome to work with. We had our wedding ceremony, and reception at the Garden Pavilion, which is absolutely breath taking to say the least. The food is still talked about by my friends and family to this day. Not only was every meal warm and cooked to perfection, but the staff went to each table to ask how everything was, and if they needed their fillet cooked more. Our DJ was great and kept the dance floor full all night. With Kloc's Grove, you are getting exactly what you pay for. Everything is quality from start to finish. Thank you to everyone at Kloc's for making our wedding a dream!

Outstanding

Klocs beyond met my expectations for our wedding sept 14th!
The garden pavilion is stunning, & the food was absolutely incredible!!!
Matt kept the dance floor completely full the entire night.
The serving staff was very friendly and attentive, even went around asking how everyone’s filets were cooked and if they were okay.
Having our wedding at klocs felt so meant to be and I loved every second of it!!
Kevin is a gem and so easy to work with, anything you ask, he does. Everyone has been saying it’s the best wedding they’ve ever been too!

Kloc's Grove was an amazing venue

We couldn't be happier that we decided on Kloc's Grove for our wedding reception venue. Joe and Kevin and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure our big day was everything we had hoped for. The food was spectacular, the DJ (Matt) was outstanding as well and kept people on the dance floor all night. The bartenders were always courteous and professional, and we couldn't have asked for a better reception experience. We have been told by countless friends and family that our wedding was one of the best they have ever attended, no doubt because of the quality experience we had with Kloc's Grove.

Amazing place to have ceremony and reception!!!!

Kloc's was great! We had a wonderful experience, they were so flexible with our schedules especially since we were planning a wedding from Florida. The venue itself was simply beautiful!! The food was amazing and they had so many compliments! We used the in house DJ and he was awesome as well, took into consideration or tastes and had great suggestions for people who didn't really know what to pick lol Overall I would give more than 5 stars if we could! The experience so effortless to work with Kevin and the venue was simply stunning for our wedding day!

Wonderful Experience

I can't say enough about my experience with Klocs. I had my wedding and reception there June 16, 2019 and it was the best day of my life. Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He made sure everything went off without a hitch. The staff was wonderful and made it easy for myself, my husband and guest to enjoy our day. The food was amazing!!! The DJ was great and the venue is beautiful. If i could give them more then 5 stars i would. Choosing to have our wedding here was the best decision we made.

Truly the perfect wedding venue!

My husband and I fell in love with Kloc's the moment we walked in. The place is absolutely beautiful, and easily accommodated our guest list of 200+. There were no "hidden fees" or "money grabs" - we really appreciated finding a venue that was upfront and honest with their pricing from the very beginning. My husband and I had a number of requests for our wedding venue, and when other places hesitated or flat-out told us "no," Kloc's always answered with a confident "yes." They accommodated every single request, big and small, with ease, and truly made it so easy for us to have the wedding we envisioned. The ceremony space was beautiful, the food was amazing, the DJ (Matt) was a ton of fun, and our guests were so impressed. We are so happy we chose Kloc's Grove for our ceremony and reception! Thank you Kevin and team for the wedding of our dreams!

Klocs grove from the bride

Klocs made all my dreams come true this past weekend. I cant say enough good things about this place. Kevin made sure every detail was perfect. Any request i had he made sure it was met. From the dj to the food to the service it was spectacular. We got married outside in the garden and also had our ceremony there. .

Kloc's Grove - Garden Pavilion

We had our wedding at Kloc's on May 25th, 2019. I am the OCD type of person that thinks about the smallest, stupidest details that no one would even notice. I planned the entire wedding almost entirely by myself because of this OCD and Kevin, Kloc's coordinator, was extremely attentive to any questions I had no matter how ridiculous they were! He also was always responding to my emails within a day and calling me back right away if he wasn't around to answer the phone when I called. He went above and beyond to make my husband and I, along with both our families, feel like we were a part of the Kloc's family. From the very beginning we felt comfortable and welcomed with open arms which led us to picking Kloc's for our weddng venue. We also cannot say enough amazing things about the grounds around Kloc's Grove. We got married in the garden pavilion and even though it rained during the reception, we got awesome pictures around the property before the rain started. Also, our guests were not bothered by the thunderstorm one bit because of the pavilion they have and the drop down walls. Everything was seriously perfect, right down to the DJ they provided (Matt) he had the dance floor packed all night and we had the time of our lives!! Thank you so much again to Kevin, Joe, and the rest of the Kloc family for making sure our wedding day was perfect!

I honestly cannot say enough about how beautiful this venue is and how accommodating everyone was. We had our wedding in the Garden Pavillion and we received countless compliments on how beautiful everything looked and had several people after our wedding say they are already considering having their vow renewals, and future weddings there! The food was amazing as well, my mouth waters now thinking about the roast prime rib w/au jus! Now aside from the beauty of the venue and the amazing food I need to talk about Kevin. He is quite possibly one of the most amazing people to work with, he was my right hand man during this whole process. He is super attentive to your requests and needs and is just overall so professional and amazing. When it was just me left to walk down the aisle I started to get so nervous, and he gave me such awesome advice and comforting words of wisdom that proved so true as soon as I turned to walk down the aisle! I will always remember that moment! On a scale from 1-10 I give Klocs a 100!

If you are looking for a place that handles every little detail with the utmost efficiency and precision to make your day absolutely perfect, then book your event here! I could not believe the things they went over and beyond for and how flawless the day went. Things like making sure the groom had his jacket on for certain pictures and fluffing my dress for me right before I walked down the isle. They seriously cared and made sure everything was perfect. The guests are STILL talking about how good the food and service was. Kloc’s offered us a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony, the perfect sized room for our small party and the option to be indoors or out for the reception, which everyone loved! Thank you Kevin and staff for making our day better than we dreamed!

We had our daughter's outdoor wedding at Klocs yesterday. Even though it rained, Kevin and the staff at Klocs made everything beautiful and seamless. Somehow the rain only added to the beauty of the ceremony and reception. There were 2 other weddings at the venue in addition to ours, but you would never know as the staff were attentive to our needs and the separate areas worked beautifully in providing privacy to each group.

The food was fabulous and received rave reviews from the guests. We had 160 guests and every dish was delicious!

I highly recommend Klocs venue to others. They are the best!!

Great food, excellent facility, really nice people, and the owners are on site. My daughter's wedding and reception were both at Kloc's and as a Dad I was so happy when my daughter said it was a "perfect day". Thank you Joe and Kevin!

Our wedding was perfect, start to finish and we owe it to everyone at Kloc's, especially Kevin! I can't say enough good things about this venue. We took our pictures there beforehand because of how beautiful their gardens are, it didn't make sense to go anywhere else, and they turned out beautiful! Mrs. Kloc herself even came out and greeted us, she was so genuine and welcoming, she made us feel just like family! We had our ceremony there and it was so beautiful to be outside, yet covered so you are guaranteed to be ok if it rains. The bridal suite was perfect for my girls and I to have our own bathroom to use throughout the night and place to do touch ups before the ceremony. The day we got married it was a bit chilly, but we were able to drop the sides and put the heaters on and it actually looked even prettier with the sides down!
The food was phenomenal, everyone still says it's the best food at a wedding they've had! The appetizers just kept coming and coming, three different kinds, and they didn't run out! You can definitely tell the difference with places like Kloc's and some other venues when it comes to their food that it is just more fresh and they have amazing chefs along with amazing table service. You could smell the delicious steaks cooking from the kitchen! They even took drink orders during dinner! I don't know any wedding I've ever been to that has offered that.
It is great that they provide the DJ, they had 3 to choose from and we went with Matt. We are so happy we did! Everyone was on the dance floor all night, including us! He played everything we wanted and knew how to get the crowd going, so much that we extended the night an extra hour because everyone was having so much fun, we didn't want it to end!
Kevin was always available to answer any questions I had and his knowledge and experience definitely shows! Thank you again for making our day amazing!

I could not be happier with the service I received from Kloc's. Kevin was exremely helpful in every step of the planning process. On the day of my wedding Joe Kloc himself was running the kitchen and checking in on us throughout the evening. Their bruschetta bread and stuffed mushrooms were honestly the best I've ever had! They even surprised us with extra hors d'oeuvres! The food in general was increadible. Matt, the DJ, was great at getting everyone out on the dance floor.

The entire experience was wonderfully smooth, and it was a huge relief knowing that they were taking care of everything from music, to decorations (which we did provide), to catering and cutting the cake. All we had to worry about was hiring an officiant and baker. Thank you for an unforgettable night!

I can't express enough, how absolutely amazing Kloc's was for our reception. From the very first contact that we had with them, Joe, Kevin and Karen were amazing to work with. They thought of everything we didn't, catered to our crazy ideas and requests, and went over and above for our big day. The food was UNBELIEVABLE, the house DJ packed the dance floor, and the waitstaff was kind, courteous, and speedy. We held the reception in the Grand Ballroom, and had the outdoor patio for cocktail hour and open during the reception. It POURED during cocktail hour, and the staff was quick and attentive to get everything moved inside in a timely and organized manner. My girls loved that we had a key code accessible room for all of our belongings, and separate restrooms. Wow, wow, wow. Kloc's created my dream come true. It was an absolutely perfect day. We married on the outdoor garden pavilion and it was so stunning. We received so many complements on the food, service, atmosphere and general flow of the event. Most of our guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. Kevin took care of every detail and was extremely responsive and helpful through the entire process. Honestly, the entire day was better than I could have ever dreamed. The food was hands down the best wedding food any of our guests ever had. We served NY Strip Steak and marinated grilled chicken breast and both were delicious. The bartenders were also very fast. Although you had to use their DJ, he was just as great and easy to work with. He played what we wanted, and respected what we didn't want. Super nice and responsive as well. I honestly don't have one negative thing to say. They took care of every detail from beginning to end. Even took care of the head table throughout the night, ensuring we had everything we needed. I also decided to dress up the venue with linens and chair covers from Boulevard Wedding Concepts, which I feel was a must have, especially for the chairs. I HIGHLY recommend Kloc's Grove - it was the best decision I made.

Had my daughter's wedding there last evening. So many calls today from family and guests about the wonderful venue, food and service. Kevin made everything just perfect. Wait staff was superior, and extremely patient. Bar staff was amazing and fun to deal with. Would highly recommend Klocs to everyone. Everything was perfect. Kevin was amazing and very helpful. He answered all the stupid questions I threw at him and in a timely manner. Everything was set up the way we wanted and all of my guests complimented the food and the venue. We had a choice of prime rib or stuffed chicken. Personally I liked the stuffed chicken better. But everything was perfect. I don't have one complaint.

They are the most accommodating place ever. They have amazing food, great DJ,beautiful grounds and landscaping, etc. I had so many compliments on the ceremony, grounds, food and quality of service. Everything I wanted Kevin made sure it was done. I was an anxious mess and he had it all under control. I showed up to the venue several times for measurements or just to look around and they always greeted me with a smile. I was never in their way and they told me to take my time - even offered to walk us around and help. I was never an inconvenience. And i emailed Kevin probably 100xs in the 9 months prior to my wedding and he always responded kindly amd calm. He accommodated every request. There was no doubt in my mind to have my wedding here, i could not have made a better choice. They made my dream wedding come alive!

Both staff and venue are amazing. Kevin is open for suggestions and keeps the vibe very cool and calm. He is very flexible and patient. We were able to set up the venue as we liked. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff was very good and prompt. The bartenders were great. We got endless compliments all night and ever after. Anyone who attending is talking great things about it days after. The groom says it was "magical".

I couldn't have been any happier! They did a fabulous job. Only had 6 months to plan my wedding. I was super lucky they happened to have my date open. I chose kloc's simply from their reputation. I had never been there for an event before and didn't even have a tasting. They are the only banquet hall I went to look at. Kevin was so accommodating and always answered all my crazy questions promptly. They were also extremely accommodating with a couple of my quest very specific dietary needs. The food was fantastic, everything was exactly as I had requested, and their servers were quick with getting meals out and extremely polite. I could keep going but the best way to sum it up is they made my reception PERFECT!

Absolutely the perfect place for our wedding & reception. We had the outdoor pavilion which was absolutely beautiful for our late May wedding. The Bridal suite was great for us to use for our hair & makeup. We opted to only use the cocktail hour for pictures which turned out great since the landscaping at this venue is so fantastic.

We had the family style buffet with chicken & porkchops and the food was excellent. The bar was well stocked & they were even able to get in some cases of Flying Bison for an extra charge.

The DJ was the only thing I worried about previous to booking since you had to go with theirs. But the DJ was great, called me in advance to verify the songs & wanted and didn't want played.

Kloc's was absolutely amazing to work with. I don't even know where to begin. Even though I had to change my original wedding date because it was booked over 2 years out, it was totally worth my decision to do so. First of all, the venue is beautiful and each space has an outdoor area. I worked with both Kevin and Konrad throughout the process and they were very responsive to my emails, questions and phone calls. Even when I probably asked the same question a few times. They always seemed to go above and beyond my expectations. They set up the room exactly how I envisioned, even the candy bar. I was so incredibly happy that I did not have to recruit someone to do this on the day of my wedding so that everyone could enjoy the day. Konrad worked with all my vendors on a personal basis so I did not have to coordinate any of those details either. They also kept the night running so smoothly. The food was delicious and they even offered seconds and to go containers to some of my guests! All the staff was polite, considerate and very nice. I cannot say enough good things about the venue and staff! I would very highly recommend this venue!

We had our wedding in the garden pavilion last year in July 2013. From the first moment when we visited the venue I knew this was THE place for our wedding ceremony and reception. The place is very beautiful, clean and serene. Kevin, was very helpful and flexible with all our requests. During ceremony and reception everything went very smooth, service was great, food was good and all of our guests were having lots of fun. I am really happy that we chose Kloc's for our wedding venue! When we got our pictures from our photographer they looked amazing because of all the beautiful nature at Kloc's. I would recommend this place to a bride and groom who want to have a beautiful garden wedding.

Kloc's was amazing. Our every wish was taken care of. The DJ and ceremony space was included. The food was awesome. The owners took the time to walk around to each table to see how we were doing. We had our wedding at Klocs Grove on September 1st, 2013 and had the experience of a lifetime. My wife and I started our search for a venue 18 months away from our wedding date. Klocs Grove was one of the first venues we saw. After meeting with Kevin I walked out of there KNOWING we were going to have our wedding here. My wife, the woman that she is had to visit more places “just in case” but after seeing a dozen more places over the next two weeks agreed that Klocs was heads and shoulders above the rest.
We live in Akron OH, but the distance did not phase us. Kevin made everything simple. He was so easy to work with and accommodated us with every single request – even allowing us to have a sparkler send off.
The day of our wedding was simply amazing and so much of this is due to Klocs. When we arrived, the facility was absolutely beautiful, our reception set up was flawless, and Kevin was on the ball! He helped arrange the bridal parties, coordinated the music, kept us SANE, and above all was absolutely professional in doing so. We also had our ceremony there. The grounds were perfect; the ceremony started on time and went without a hitch. And the most amazing thing happened: during our ceremony, two deer were walking through the woods behind us, stopped, and hung out for a while watching the ceremony. It was like a fairy tale – we couldn’t have scripted the ceremony better if we tried. It was absolutely perfect.
The reception followed suit! Kevin had everything coordinated and ready to roll without a hitch. We could smell the food cooking while the speeches were being made, and that just built up the anticipation for what was ahead: GRILLED NY STRIP STEAKS!! Where else are you going to have a wedding where the main course is Grilled NY Strip Steaks!? And they were delicious!! Afterwards, Joe Kloc, the owner and possibly one of the chefs, came out and greeted every table to make sure the food met everyone’s standards. Having a wedding here is a no brainer!

BEST VENUE!!! Beautiful and warm. The outdoor Pavillion has a warm cozy feeling but you still feel as though you are outside. DJ was part of the contract and was GREAT! Food was SO good and they offered 2nds to everyone!!!!

There is only one word that can describe our experience with Kloc's...PERFECT! Kevin Buisch was the most amazing manager. He was extremely easy to work with. He was so helpful in every aspect. He gave us tips on how to do things during the ceremony that made things sooo much easier and more special. The staff set up all our decorations and favors and everything was exactly how I pictured it would be. The food was to die for!! I have never heard so many people rave about the food at a wedding. Mrs. Kloc was an absolute delight! She toasted myself and my husband, sat on my dad's lap and even fed my friend a potato!! We were in the outside Garden Pavilion and it was absolutely stunning! I had a few people tell me they felt like they were rich for a day because it was so beautiful and fancy there. The DJ was great! The dance floor was packed the entire time. I couldn't imagine our big day being anywhere else!!

I don't think it would've been possible to have a better experience with a wedding venue. We had both our ceremony and reception at Kloc's, and everything was beautiful. Planning and coordinating with Kevin Buisch, the manager, before the big day was incredibly easy - he was very flexible and made sure that we could have what we wanted in every aspect. When we unexpectedly fell below our minimum number, he did what he could for us financially and helped us figure out how best to arrange the room and tables based on the number of guests. The staff set up our centerpieces and decorations exactly according to our specifications, Kevin kept the evening running smoothly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Even though there were multiple events on site that night, there were no problems with crashing. And Mrs. Kloc herself showed up to lend her support and love - what a wonderful family business! I would highly recommend Kloc's Grove to anyone looking for a venue in the Buffalo area.

AMAZING! Everything was just perfect!! We were in the pavilion and it was gorgeous. Everyone complimented how beautiful it was and how great the food was. Joe Kloc walked around to all the tables during dinner to make sure everyone was satisfied. Kevin was extremely helpful and great. I was so relaxed because i knew everything was running perfectly(and if it wasn't, it wasn't known to me) and going how it should. we knew right up front how much things were, we weren't surprised with any costs. I can't say enough good things about Kevin and the rest of the staff at Kloc's Grove. We researched a LOT of venues online, but when we went to see Kloc's in person, we knew we could stop looking. We originally wanted the ballroom, but when we saw how beautiful the garden pavilion is...we had to book it. Kevin was VERY patient with us (we had a million questions) and was flexible with everything. He bent over backward to make sure we had the perfect day, just as we wanted it. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was, and how delicious the food was! We're so happy that we chose Kloc's for our wedding...we'd choose it all over again if we could get married again!!

Kloc's was a great choice for our ceremony & reception. The location is beautiful, easy to find and has plenty of parking. There are two other spaces on the property, but you'd never know it, as it feels like you are the only ones there. The food was AMAZING, and the staff was very attentive. The in-house DJ came through big time when he was able to find the obscure instrumental version of a specific song we wanted for our ceremony. Great job, Kloc's!!

The venue was beautiful. We had the out door pavilion the manager Kevin was great to work with and really knows his stuff. They were very accommodating, flexible and helpful. Only issues we had was we had stations so we didn't get served I would suggest to request that or at least request the bridal party get their food 1st so you and your husband can eat and have time to greet the tables. it kind of stunk to wait in line in my gown. I also felt the bartenders could have been more professional. They were nice at 1st yet would make comments to each other about the guests that they could hear. Another boo boo was that they forgot to cut and put our cake out on the dessert table we ended up with so much left and paid a bunch for it, people were even cutting it themselves to taste it. A bit embarrassing. I would also request water n the tables cause my guest were a bit upset about that because there wasn't any and the servers refused to bring it. Just a few things I wish we're different but all in all a fairy tail day.

Planning a wedding with ease

Beautiful place with lots of area for photos. Having had the wedding in November, we were the only event for the day and were able to use the whole space for lots of pictures. We also had the option for indoor or outdoor ceremony to decide the day of. Kevin answered all of our questions fast and was very flexible with us. Our guests loved the food (we went with family style) and it was so nice to have been able to try the food before deciding what meals we wanted to go with.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the way our ceremony & wedding played out at Kloc's. We booked our room about a year and a half in advance and had many questions leading up to the day - Kevin and Conrad were very happy to answer all my questions and explain anything I was unsure of. The venue was nice and classy and a great place to have pictures taken in, too. The food was great and the staff was personable. We were very happy with our wedding at Kloc's.

I had my wedding here in June of 2014 and it was fantastic! Kevin handled everything, all the little details and any glitches that may have arose. He was so nice and always responded to any question I had. Mrs. Kloc came around during dinner to check on everything which was a great touch! We used John, one of Kevin's DJ's and he was also great! He played a good mix of music. The food was delicious and the setting was beautiful. I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars because of two things: One, after the wedding people said it was beautiful but couldn't hear our reverend very well over the waterfall filter (we had the ceremony at the pavilion). The second was some rudeness and attitude from Conrad. While we were setting up, cleaning up, and at the end of the evening, he just gave myself and my family attitude. Someone dropped some sand accidentally and he made a big deal about it. I wasn't sure which table I was supposed to use for gifts so I used the DJ table and he rudely asked me why I did that when he walked in. He made a comment that we just "helped ourselves" to the lights in the Garden Room when we had permission from Kevin to be there. Thank God for Kevin. He was so nice it made up for the rudeness we encountered from Conrad. Overall this place was amazing and I can't hold one rude person against them but someone should definitely talk to him about his attitude towards people in general.

Very accommodating and friendly. I loved every moment that we spent there on our special day. Food is amazing! Wouldn't change anything except that you have to use their dj.

Kloc's was fantastic. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and courteous, and they were very flexible with our requests. There is a little delay in getting a hold of them (possibly due to the timing) and I wish they were a bit more flexible on payment options (My father wanted to put the open bar on a credit card, which wasn't an option), but I would categorically recommend them to anyone. The Garden Room, where we had our wedding, was stunning.

So far very helpful even with other areas of planning such as hiring outside vendors. They are a bit pricey but the place is gorgeous! Also not the most flexible with times and tend to book very far in advance however they're the professionals so you just have to go along with it!

Overall everyone was great to work with, especially Kevin. The waiting staff could have been a little better and they had very long waiting periods after asking for something. Food was absolutely delicious! I do feel that it was a little pricey, but ultimately the wedding of our dreams was accomplished!

Klocs is beautiful and allowed us to have our creativity in our themed wedding. It was a beautiful day and I couldn't ask for more.

We had our wedding at Kloc's in August 2014. Unfortunately, there were a few things we were not happy about. First, Kevin told us he would be there all night to make sure things went great. As it turned out, we were pushed off on Connor so Kevin could attend to a bigger wedding. For most of the night neither one could be found. Second, not all our guests received wedding cake. I told the waitress and pointed out who did not receive any, but found out afterwards that she never did return with any cake to our guests (and there was plenty left to be served). Third, we had to take the house DJ. Unfortunately, music can make or break your wedding. He broke it. After having almost all of our guests on the dance floor for the first two dances, thereafter the music he played and his style of playing it sent people either outside or home. Plus giving him a "list of possible song options and genres" does not mean that you play that list verbatim. Be careful of what you are told and what DJ you "have to take". Unfortunately I cannot remember his name.

Kloc's came highly recommended, but they were unaccommodating, rude, and forgetful. The dj that we were "required" to use was horrible, and played nothing but disco music for four hours despite our providing him with music that we wished him to play. Mr Kloc the eldest was kind and professional. Kevin, the manager, was so-so, and the youngest Kloc was rude, uncaring, pushy, prideful, and domineering over the details of our wedding to the point of immaturity. To give him more experience running things, they had the youngest Kloc do most of the operations for my wedding, and he was terrible. If at all possible, I would seek a refund. The services we received came nowhere near the price we paid.

The facilities were nice, and the food was good in the Main Hall, especially since they recently renovated it. But nice chairs and tasty food can't cover up poor attitude, poor performance, and a "my-way-or-go-somewhere-else" attitude with the staff. Had the younger Kloc not been a part of my wedding, my review would have been much nicer.

Do not use this for venue

Klocs is unable to provide the wedding we contracted for in 2019 and promised us a full refund of our deposit if they could not accommodate our contract number of guests due to Covid. They will now not provide that until our wedding day has passed because they believe the restrictions MAY change. I have asked them how I am supposed to plan a wedding for 175 people when that is not even permitted at this time (3 months prior) and there’s no guarantee that by our date in June 2021 this will be allowed. Klocs will now not answer any of my emails. They are in clear breach of their contract and do not care. Beware of working with this venue!

Michael, we are so sorry that you have been put in this situation and we wholeheartedly understand your frustration with these covid rules and regulations that prohibit us from functioning as normal. We do our best to reply to all emails within one week; however, staff is still limited at this time. In addition, we are always happy to discuss your questions over the phone! Please understand we are working within the guidelines provided by NYS to create a safe environment to celebrate your wedding.

We are sympathetic that this may not be quite what was envisioned at the beginning of your planning process; however, we feel fortunate to be able to host your event following guidelines that all banquet facilities are required to follow at this time. It has been predicted by the department of health that these restrictions will be lifted as vaccines are administered throughout the state. As we previously discussed, if the restrictions are not lifted to be able to host 175 people (as opposed to the currently allowed 150 people) by your wedding date, your full deposit will be refunded.
